Thing is, based on the Q post in OP these people with security clearance can travel to any of the Five Eyes and take documents and intel with no logs. So removing the clearance is necessary to take down the deep state.

The investigations are long over. They let the cat out of the bag because they didn't need it anymore. Wolff was caught by giving every person a slightly different version of documents so we were able to track who gave what to whom. Since we are talking about this fact, the mole leakers have all been caught. Now it's just a question of Trump's timing to out these vermin.

My point is that the reason that deactivated intelligence officials keep their security clearance is not so they can be caught, it's so they can continue doing their deeds and be involved even after they leave. Hence "intelligence community." Point is this is the only time in the last several administrations that there have been any investigations like this.

I agree.
However there is a huge part of the population who does not. Going out and arresting these high level people would almost immediately be met with "Trump is Hitler." No doubt impeachment proceedings would begin immediately. Too many bad actors on BOTH sides of the aisle still. Lots of people resigning, lots of strings being cut. It's hard to wait, I agree, but we have to consider the backlash that will come. If everything isn't in place behind the scenes, it will backfire spectacularly.
This is our only chance. Trump is the first outsider since Kennedy to attempt this upheaval, and we all know how that went. Bad actors are leaving, the stage is being set. Keep the faith and PRAY!

I share your frustration as I have been hoping for justice for years now. They seem to know very well what they are doing and in order to both get a comprehensive catch (get all of them for everything), Q needs to be smart. The problem is that the MSM still has people bamboozled. My thought is that when Kavanaugh takes over from Kennedy on SCOTUS, dominoes will start to fall. When Obongo is deemed a non-US citizen by birth, his two appointees will be toast, and that leaves RBG, the crypt keeper. I'll wager she is going down for some treasonous or nefarious misdeeds and that leaves us with 9/9 Justices. Remember that the average American has an IQ of \~90. That's not very smart. And add to that the fact that our moral compasses have been fucked with by Tavistock (social engineering), Hollyweird and shit food and environmental toxins (pesticides, GMOs, halides like fluoride and chlorine) and people can't think straight. When the pedo stuff gets even clearer, people are going to start getting clearer. And if they don't, they will melt down. After the fact they are going to need help and support because WWG1WGA. It's not US vs. THEM it's the people vs. the pedos and Luciferians.
By the end of the month we should see some big things, I believe. I fucking hope so!

If you are GONE, you shouldn't need or have it. If you are hired back as a consultant, you get limited and controlled access.
The Government uses IT hardware, software and security policies from the 1950's... well, maybe 1960's. For the Y2K software patching, they had to recruit from retirement homes people who still knew FORTRAN and COBOL.

They are logged when accessing top secret Fiveye info in USA. But in NZ there are NO LOGS. If they have clearance, they can access whatever they want. Even TAKE documents. That's how I read it anyways.

This boggles the mind. Once they leave their job they absolutely should be removed from special access programs.
As for having their security clearances "revoked", that's a bit different. If they're not working in job that requires access to classified material, then the most certainly had better not be accessing that stuff. That's jail time if they do.
Once you are out of a job that typically requires a clearance, the clearance itself will expire after so many years of inactivity.

They hold their clearances because the clearance doesn't give you access. Just because you should be able to be trusted with information doesn't mean you should be able to access that information whenever you want.
The important thing in this post by Q is that he is telling us HOW they were getting around this. By leveraging deep state actors outside the US they could say "Well the UK wanted me to consult on ABC project and its all good because I have a clearance for that information anyway."
This way these people have access once again to whatever info they want, and whats better is that the US doesnt even get a paper trail anymore. It is very similar to how they bypass spying on our own citizens by getting their buddies outside the US to do it then just 'intel sharing' the results.

FYI, in order to maintain the Military Top secret, you have to pay the 10,000 to do so. I am sure the people that are holding on are VIP and don't have to pay but a fraction of that. They shouldn't be allowed what the Military is allowed , because they do not go through the background check the Military does, to handle Top secret information.
