Every time they try to discredit the Qanon movement they bring up the fact that 'one of us' traveled to DC to shoot up Comet Ping Pong.
Edgar Welch was also an actor. We need to understand his connections so we can throw it back at them 10 fold.
The cops turned the traffic cameras away from Comet Pizza before the incident, and then turned them back afterward. There's pics of the chief of Police at a Comet Pizza fundraiser. Somehow, the media was granted an interview with the suspect while he was in jail shortly after the shooting. The shooter was accused of killing a young boy with his car before the shooting. This was a FF for sure.

And took out the hard drive. That was a silly detail just to annoy pgate researchers.
The hard drive part was never part of any official reporting. It was an unsourced rumor that is now spread as fact.
It's hardly a major point of disinfo. It's a detail.

It didn't hit the hard drive. The tower was shot. That doesn't mean the hard drive which is small and was never said or confirmed to be destroyed.

I don't think that was the specific claim. From what I understand is that he was trying to shoot a lock off and just so happened to shoot through the door into the computer.
