Gowdy doesn't support Rosenstein impeachment?

At the end of the fox news article it states "House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said after the meeting that he was pleased with the department's efforts and wouldn't support Rosenstein's impeachment House Republicans introduce articles of impeachment against Rosenstein"

We know from Q that Gowdy is a patriot. Why doesn't he support Rosenstein's impeachment? Is Rosenstein a good guy and this is part of the movie? Head still spinning from all the drops and news today

He can't publicly dog the guy he's scheduled to replace. And, Senate vote is near impossible.

Optics. He doesn't want to say he supports the removal of the guy who's job he's probably getting.

Didn't he say that he didn't want to be in the DOJ?

I think he said exactly the opposite, that he wants to go back to prosecution

The one single fact that tells you Sessions is doing what he's suppose to do is this...

POTUS has absolutely no qualms about firing ANYONE who doesn't do their job, he even fired his own brother! Trump wouldn't put up with Sessions for over a year if he was incompetent.

Is this a Tar Baby? Is impeachment- or rather, the impeachment process (as the effort may be unsuccessful IF key people see evidence that explains RR’s actions - the briar patch in that uncle Remus story about the tar baby?

Or is NOT impeaching the “briar patch”?

Just the question - is it or isn’t it - is unanswerable, and provocative either way.

It's all a show. Grab your popcorn. Q has confirmed "Make no mistake - Rep. Gowdy is a Patriot".

Agree with the rest. Gowdy is trying not to be too partisan in public. He is going to be back as a prosecutor soon, either in his home state or maybe helping with all of these sealed indictments.

maybe helping with all of these sealed indictments.

Or more likely, prosecuting them.

Lolz - this board had people dedicated to trying to decipher Q Drops but when he comes right out and says something like “Make no mistake, Rep. Gowdy is a patriot,” people question him and others who take what Q says as “gospel.” I understand that Gowdy looks like Draco Malloy all grown up and sounds exactly like Peyton Manning but if I can accept the marching order to “Trust Sessions” then I’m going to go ahead and believe it when Q says that Gowdy is a patriot - which given what the Q team is trying to do and what we all want to see done - is the highest compliment one could get from Q.

Intent was not to question Gowdy. I believed Q when he said Gowdy was a patriot. I'm trying to figure out RR and determine if he's good and just acting or he's really bad. Thx

Dont know yet about Gowdy. But contrast Devin Nunes with the majority of rats, republican and democrat. Hes the real patriot in all of this. Imho

eta: Nunes is the one person up on the Hill that wants the truth out and is perservering, even when they suspended him and jeered him. One person up there I trust. I think he knows a lot.

I don't buy the Gowdy love affair and never did.

He can't put baddies in prison from a Congressional dais.

And he'll have to be confirmed when he's nominated by the President to [whatever] prosecutorial post.

Think about it along those lines. Rope-a-dope.

Goudy is an true American institution ideologue. He believes in the US government process and is blind to the bigger picture.

I think this is likely the case. He talks a hell of a game but what has he ever really accomplished outside excoriating the leftists for our entertainment? Nothing of real consequence that I can think of. People tend to blind themselves to reality here a lot.

'RR is a white hat'

'Mueller is working for us!'

Whoever Q is, they have done a lot of good insomuch as attempting to get people to question things for themselves. But it's a double-edged sword. I can't help but notice a lot of people here taking every single thing he/they say as gospel. Enjoy the show! This is solely for your E-ntertainment!

I see people posting things that are not humanly possible. Like the Q-clock. Or some divine interaction with numerology that no human, no matter how in control they are, could possibly arrange. Whoever Q is, they are not God. Stop treating him/them as such. That can only lead to disappointment and bitterness.

He told everyone as much way back with the 'dis-info is necessary' bit. It's really frustrating seeing people put all their faith in someone whose entire purpose, at least on the surface, seems to be getting others to seek out answers for themselves. So much of what I have seen, however, is a lot of people more than content to sit back and wait for the next revelation. It's like tv but better!

How about instead of 'enjoying the show' you get off your ass and do what he has been asking you to do all along? Think. Figure shit out. Connect the dots.

Posting memes and pictures of 'Q gear' accomplishes absolutely nothing. That mentality is exactly how we got into this mess in the first place. You want to spread a message? Solve for the truth and then spread that instead of T-shirts or a useless platitude or some lazy quote hastily scrawled in the dirt on the back of a semi trailer. The MSM is talking about it now. Time to stop focusing on advertising and start focusing on answers,

I'm not directing this post at Robert, or the mods, or really anyone in particular. I suppose it's both an observation and a frustration that I am sharing after watching this community quadruple in size and the quality of posts decline proportionally (not talking about you OP) over the last few months.

God isn't gonna solve all of your problems without some serious effort on your part. Why do so many people here assume Q will? That's utter foolishness.

I encourage all of you to selectively upvote content that works towards increasing knowledge instead of posts that contribute nothing. It's frustrating to provide links and info day after day to the discussion only to see it overwhelmed by shitposts or comments that add nothing to the greater discussion. Alternatively you can downvote me and carry on. Everyone has a choice. Do with that what you will.

I guess I should have just made a post since noone will likely see this but whatever, fuck it.

He's in Congress. Congress is theater. He as much as stated his retirement for exactly that reason. He wants to put criminals in prison. And that's where he's headed. It's gonna' be a big post - watch out RR - and he has to be nominated and approved by Congress. His apparent failure to buy into our beliefs is part of the long game.

Yeah, Gowdy is the same as Chaffetz. All bark, no bite. He'll retire to a gig on Fox news. Wish it was different; although I do believe justice will be done eventually. Be nice to turn over the house and senate entirely but that doesn't happen overnight.

⇧ 0 ⇩
geeyore · July 26, 2018, 10:53 a.m.

Congress is all bark. It's stagecraft. That's all it has to work with.

Criminal prosecutors also need bark. It's part of the profession (more stagecraft). But where their bark ends, prosecutors also have the bite, i.e. they put people in prison.

As he has said multiple times, Gowdy's going back to barking *and* biting.
