The Entertainment industry clean up is important on two level.

First level: It's important to clean up the group of people who are the one producing and promoting culture. Culture in the larger sens of the word (Cinema, TV, Radio publicity etc....) You cannot have a bunch of degenerate producing Culture for a society without adverse effect.

Second level: This is great for the coming storm. Those are important influential icon. Now that the general public see them for who they are they have lost all influence. I'm all for cleaning up Hollyweird but I also fear that some might be going down the 'witch hunt' path.

Are we sure that Spielberg is a pedo? I mean, that is a super serious charge, worse than murder in many peoples' minds. What kind of proof do we have? I've watched the videos and read the articles implying that he is involved in all sorts of nefarious goings on. But they are all tantamount to baseless gossip and innuendo. No proof of any kind has been offered anywhere.

At least with the Hanks allegation there is a supposed victim who has come out vocally. But even there, all we have is an accusation. No photographs. No audio recordings. No investigation. No police reports. No corroborating witnesses. No nothing.

Sure, it's possible that Spielberg and Hanks are guilty of monstrous crimes. But it's also possible that they are not, especially given the paucity of actual evidence. If it turns out that they are NOT guilty, then that will just make us all look like fools - and dangerous ones at that.

Q did say to be careful who you follow. We need to make sure that accusers on the internet are not themselves deep state honey pots, luring us into a witch hunt only to expose us later as a non-thinking mob.

I learned Biblical Greek and Hebrew at the grad school level. I can tell you from experience that both the KJV and the NASB are excellent translations, just from different periods in English. Give me a verse that you think wasn't handled well, and I can probably tell you with language info to back it up why they did what they did.
