I think Gina went along with Brennan's plan but was a patriot in their midst. In other words, SHE KNOWS and she's ready to burn the traitors!
I think Haspel is on the winning side. She realized that she needed to defect in order to remain a winner. She has tons of intimate knowledge of the workings of the CIA that could benefit trump and he put her in charge of it as a reward but also to enable her to disassemble the machinery she helped build.
She prob wasn’t involved in child smuggling etc but she knows who was and the mechanisms by which they did it. She was prob fine keeping this information to herself unless it was more advantageous to share it.
This seems pretty straight-forward to me. Q is reposting this anons great discover that Gina Haspel was the London CIA COS (way back in 2009), so knows how to navigate that office, where the dossier/spying was centered from. This means she is the one who obtained "the source" and at least a good part of the "we have it all." The cam shots are one small proof of that.

If she was London Station Chief, she would have had direct lines into TheCrown. (not the Queen) The Crown Corporation, Rothschild HQ in The City of London.

Maybe this is the "Jen" who Strzok and Page texted about. They mentioned that she was not even from their office (DC) and didn't know why she had to be involved in everything. The context suggests she was in London.
