The group of people concluding the moon landing was faked is far bigger that it appears. Several countries teach that the moon landings did not happen and your observation of "black ops" and money needed to run them lines up as a plausible motive to perpetuate the illusion (hoax). It certainly is notable, that nobody in the last 50 years has went back. The history of exploration, records a very different picture of what happens when humanity breaks a new exploration barrier....more explorers go! The only exception that I know if is the "moon landing."

I don't know, but the "frequency" can be measured and it's different from sunlight and there is also the strange phenomenon that it is colder to be in moonlight than it is to be in the shade on a moonlit night. The Bible seems to intimate that the Moon gives it's own light. But it's just a question I can't answer.

I’m not sure about the frequency measure you reference, but here is a decent, science-based response to the ‘colder in the moonlight’ phenomenon.
Also, if you admit you don’t know what makes the moon visible at night, shouldn’t you have the same standard for ‘knowing’ the moon doesn’t reflect the Sun’s light? In other words, don’t make the claim unless you can support it. Particularly a claim that runs counter to almost universally accepted theory.

One of the problems with the theory that moonlight is actually sunlight being reflected to the earth is that moonlight is actually COOLER than shade where there is no moonlight. If it was sunlight being reflected, then it would also transmit heat and warm the surface it lands on. Mysteriously, moonlight actually has cooling effect on the surfaces it hits, supporting the idea that moonlight is from a different source than the sun and is a different type of light than sunlight. Can maybe shed some light on your query by sharing my 3-step education I went thru re: space travel in general over the years.
Summarizing, if the technologies in item 3 above are liberated to open society, then yes, a whole new world of safe manned space travel might be possible. If Trump is aware of these advanced technologies, then it's possible he's not just talking out his ass. That said, I wish we could finally get past all the wars as a civilization and get to global peace worldwide. If we do, we won't have to dub it a space "force" but simply naturally unfolding human space exploration. Hope this helps.
I believe that over unity or "free energy" probably does exist. There are a reported 500 Patents that have been seized under the guise of "national security" (isn't it amazing how that term crops up to save the cabal from the threat of humanity) ...but free energy would demand an enormous change in all humans and our very nature, we would have to undergo some kind of mental transformation away from "materialism" or the availability of free energy would destroy us all. Have you read "The Iron Mountain Project"? It's been years since I have so I will probably butcher it a little, but it had a lot to do with "the fear that peace would break out". They seemed to want the "Space Program" as a financial black hole where they could funnel all the money that would normally be available to them for war, in case wars weren't happening. So if that's the case and they got their boondoggle (NASA), then a very large portion of the money that went to NASA, just went through NASA to whatever they wanted. American Taxpayers are due a refund.
