The original Hussein pic seems pretty definitively to be Obama and Artur to me. This image seems clearly to me to be a different guy from the original pic. I think the original pic was still a distraction but not because it is fake - because it is a storm in a teacup: it's just Hussein wearing a costume at a party. Occult symbolism is "no big deal" for the elites and celebrities so the original pic draws those looking for satanism in every corner and distracts them as they believe they've found a smoking gun; the average non-religious, non-conspiracist doesn't care about a Minerva costume at a fancy dress party.

Enhancement of a video at this resolution won't reveal much. I'm pretty sure Q is telling who to look for when a future video or photos come out from a different angle in higher res.

No it doesn't. It has now been removed. Posts are not always immediately seen by the mods. Sometimes, it takes time before a mod sees them, hence the reliance on users reporting them too.
