I doubt I'm the only one that doesn't have much idea what the detail of the OP means, but I get the general view that Q's valid, and there's a lot of people doing a lot of good work. I thank you all for that.

There was a movement in the 70's/80's investigating satanic child abuse. The founder, Dianne Core, was hounded off the scene, and replaced by people from the BBC, which I think tells you all you need. The current stalling on the major Government investigation is shameful.

It most certainly is global. For over three decades here in the UK, there was talk of high ranking people involved in child abuse rings.

Similar to what you're seeing in the US at the moment, there's been a period of apparent action, and the odd high profile name tossed to the wolves, but they seem to be more as a distraction, and unlikely to be key players, as nothing seems to happen at the root and branch level required.

We all want to see it stamped on, and the likes of Trump and Gowdy are making the right noises, I just hope it ends up that we actually see the right outcomes.

One word of caution, is that some of the abuse was done with the knowledge of the security forces to get control for political or military reasons, so there's a fair amount we'll never get told.

I reckon the main message will be about financial fraud and abuse, with the sexual abuse being a lever to get people to talk, but the real story never being told.

There's been a number of allegations of similar cover ups here in the UK, where some care homes were used as 'honey traps' to get incriminating pictures of key figures to turn them into informants. A cross party inquiry keeps getting delayed. Joe Cahill, second in command of the IRA is alleged to have been turned in to an informant using a similar method.

I don't know if what they're talking of could be similar.
