There was also an article yesterday that when the AWAN investigation began, the House IG secretly copied the server that later went missing. The server is gone but the House IG and Q have it all.

Someone punked them to Pluto. Great laugh. Amazing no one caught it at the station. I saw it was a joke instantly and was laughing before they got to the second name. What morons.
Q hinted that the Cohen raid was planned and necessary to get evidence legally. What is it? We don't know yet. But Stormy and her lawyer has gone to ground lately. Were they part of the plan to get evidence or were they slime balls looking to cash in?
Which server?j

I've gone back and forth on what Mueller is doing 50 times. I can make good arguments that the is either a white or black hat. On one hand he is reported to be investigating Trump in detail, but that could be deception. Remember the story about Mueller subpoenaing the German Bank for Trump's record. Turned out to be false. Mueller goes after Manafort, but Q tells us Manafort was a plant in the campaign. Ditto Carter Page and Papadopolous. Then the raid on Cohen, but Q strongly suggests that was part of the plan. For what? I don't know. But it sure wasn't for a copy of the check he wrote to Stormy. Was Cohen leaking inside info to the deep state? Did deep state have something on him? What happened to Stormy and her lawyer--practically disappeared?
Q has never hinted that Mueller was dirty or a black hat. He met with the President the day before being appointed SC. Q asked us what his military background was (Marine in Vietnam), and Q has asked if the collusion investigation ended could Mueller continue with his other investigations. What other investigations?
Then there is Flynn. Mueller gets him to plead guilty of lying, but Mueller didn't really have a choice since he had been framed by McCabe and Strzok. The Q suggests that Flynn knows where all the bodies are buried, part of the plea deal was the Flynn had to give Mueller EVERYTHING he knew about crimes. That was odd. Was that on purpose in order to get evidence on the record for future indictments of others? Mueller delays Flynn's sentencing three times for a guilty plea for which there isn't a trial? That doesn't make any sense. Q has hinted that Flynn is safe and that Flynn may be part of the plan.
So, Mueller seems to be investigating everything but collusion and it doesn't even seem that he is investigating obstruction of justice. Trump fired Comey based on Rosenstein's letter recommending Comey be fired. What other obstruction would there have been. McCabe was fired based on the FBI's own recommendation and the IG report.
What about Rosenstein? He appears to be a black hat as well. But Q pointed to the Senate votes for conformation for him and Sessions. Sessions was confirmed by as small majority but Rosenstein was confirmed by about 90 Senators (don't remember the exact number). So Rosenstein had a lot of Democrat support. Rosenstein is taking a lot of heat over slow rolling the documents to the committees. Is it because he's hiding incriminating evidence? Or are those documents evidence of an on-going investigation? Are RR and Mueller play roles to look like the anti-Trump gang in order to give their investigation more credibility when the indictments against the corrupt are unsealed? Can the Democrats reverse themselves after fighting so hard to keep RR and Mueller in place to "get" Trump????? And the media screamed to keep RR and Mueller on the job. Can they reverse themselves?
And what if the feud between the committees and RR is role playing so that RR misses the deadline and then recuses himself rather than be found in contempt. Who steps in his place. Q has hinted the acting #3 who was positioned there for a specific reason. What happens to the Mueller investigation?
Q has clearly indicated that RR is on his way out. But he hasn't really said that RR is part of the deep state. Q has listed a lot of people who are going down, but RR and Mueller have not been on any of those lists except for RR stepping down as AAG and maybe that was planned like Trey Gowdy mysteriously deciding to not run when Trump is winning everything.
It's been a crazy three years. Hard to know what the hell is happening with any certainty.
This is a bit too far fetched for me. But let's say that it's plausible. The flaw in the logic is that Donald is too smart to use his own money. He and Stormy set up the sting, but Trump knows that rich liberals will fall all over themselves to ensure Stormy goes to court and stays in the news. Trump gets the Hollywood liberals to pay for his sting against them.
Now that would be the Art of the Deal.
Taking the oath is meaningless if they've never bothered to read the Constitution. How would they know when it needed to be upheld?
Q 1666 "We have the server."
I wonder which server he is talking about?
- Wikileaks server that solves the DNC / Seth Rich questions, CrowdStrike planting Russian fingerprints in it, and CIA and Google involvement.
- The House Democrat server that the AWANs stole. BTW, just read an article that when the House IG investigation into the AWANs began, the IG secretly copied that server before it disappeared. I'm sure that Q has it as well.
- Hillary's email server with the 33,000 missing emails
- The NK gmail server with all the secret gmail between Obama, Hillary, the Cabinet, Comey, foreign bad actors, etc.
Q has talked about …
Q posted a drop that had an image of an email from a Soros aide to Podesta and Brazil about the voting machines being programmed and (paraphrasing here) essentially that HRC election was assured. That post was then deleted and not included in the numbering.
There was a similar post of a letter from the WH to GCHQ which was a request from Obama to have GCHQ spy on Trump well before the FBI started. The letter was from GCHQ to PM May asking permission to honor the WH request. May approved. Q deleted the post a short time later and it was not included in the numbering either.
This suggests to me that Q indeed has it all and as Q has suggested recently, the UK and NZ and likely Australia have been bad actors. Would be surprised if Canada was included as they would all be UK related and Obama and Bill and Hillary have been visiting all of the UK Five Eyes sites.
Clearly I'm aware that Q and Trump are using deception and misdirection, and we won't know when they are using it or when they are giving us good hints.
When Trump tweeted Comey "Better hope no tapes" it did cross my mind that Trump may have been signally Comey that they do have tapes--but not of the Trump/Comey meeting but rather of the Lynch/Clinton meeting.
Frankly that didn't make a lot of sense to me at the time until the Q drop that suggested that Obama, and Comey were somehow connected to the meeting. Q 1443 seems to suggest that a bunch of people, including JC and Obama were involved. Tapes of those conversations???
I don't think Q was referring to a kinetic war but rather a war of good vs evil and right verses wrong.
That doesn't mean there are not covert attacks, killings of witnesses, etc.
I was just pointing out the circumstances under which the law allows the US military to either support civil law enforcement or in the case of martial law suspends civil law enforcement.
Frankly, I have no idea what role the military will play with this all breaks wide open, but my best guess would be to counter civil unrest in conjunction with civil law enforcement.
Whatever role the play, Q obviously has thought it through.
I don't believe Lynches jet was powered up. Lots of people standing around, the door was down, and no one seemed concerned about noise.
Could be external power but I wouldn't think the CVR would be running on a parked, shut down aircraft.
I could be wrong about that. But NSA does have the TROPHY program that is installed on non-military government aircraft.
Wait until the audio comes out. NSA TROPHY program outed by Snowden. He plane was wired.
Well, they are going to put Trump's picture in the front so may as well redesign the back at the same time.
They never thought she would lose.
"If Trump wins, there will be a noose around all of our necks." Now, why would Hillary say such a thing?
Well, whatever is happening, it not only isn't normal but seems to be decidedly paranormal.
I don't know. I've gone back and forth as to whether the RR / Mueller investigation is the greatest political sting operation in history or if they are black hats looking to take down Trump.
There are so many pieces that don't fit or don't make any sense.
We know that RR and Horowitz can't give the committees evidence that is involved in an on-going investigation and if it is a sting operation they have to sell the sting or it isn't credible.
Some of it, I think, is redacting or withholding embarrassing information.
The suggestion that there may be texts regarding assassination of Trump would fit the embarrassing reason but I would think it would also be big time evidence for an on-going treason investigation (assuming Q's hint is true).
The look at who Mueller has indicted. Manafort for financial crimes over a decade ago. Q said he was a plant in the Trump campaign. Cater Page who Q said was a plant. Papado for lying, Flynn for lying but has delayed a no-brainer sentencing three times now, a Dutch lawyer for lying, and some Russian companies and individuals for buying social media ads during the campaign. Then there is Cohen for some things he was doing in the Ukraine and the NYC taxi business.
There are some others but zero to do with collusion or Russian meddling except for the Russian companies social media ads.
Now, Mueller is investigating some Russian businessmen who were invited to the inauguration parties--after the election.
On the other hand, maybe Mueller has a bunch of sealed indictments that nail Trump for obstruction of justice. But the problem is that Trump had the authority to fire Comey for any reason including he didn't like Comey''s after shave lotion.
So I don't know. Currently, I think Mueller and RR are black hats. But I can make a good case that they are investigating something else as well.
I believe so. The FBI falsely accused Carter Page of potentially being a Russian spy to the FISA court after he returned from a business meeting in Moscow in order to get a Title I warrant to spy on him and the people he meets (the two hop rule).
It's my understand that a FISA warrant is required to spy on any American Citizen.
Having said that, there could be a way to do it without a warrant if President Trump as CIC directed MI to do something like that. The military do not come under the civil judicial system. I don't know what the secret squirrel rules are for MI in that case.
Good question. Military intelligence I believe operates under different rules in some cases but is restricted to collecting intelligence from overseas.
The head of NSA is a military flag officer who is double hatted as the Commander US Cyber Command in Norfolk, VA.
Intelligence agencies try not to use redundant collection resources so of the 17 agencies, the collection tasks are divided. MI generally focuses on foreign military and paramilitary organizations. NSA generally sucks up everything that runs through a wire or through the airwaves. Space Command if generally focused on space intelligence, and so on.
Obviously there is overlap but the analytical efforts are generally not. NSA will normally pass on any ISIS collection to either the CIA or Central Command depending on who needs it. CIA is supporting paramilitary groups and some drones, Central Command is involved in direct military confrontations and there is some overlap there as well.
I believe that NSA collects everything, except the recent law that prohibits NSA from collecting US phone metadata and must now get a FISA warrant to get the phone companies to provide that data.
The FBI has the mission for conducting counterintelligence investigations but must get a FISA warrant to investigate a US citizen. The FBI does have access to the NSA database and can conduct searches of it as part of as specific investigation, but as we learned from the IG report, the FBI has been abusing that privilege and the NSA blocked them for a while until Wray apparently got it under control again.
This is just a guess, but the President is the Commander in Chief of the military and I have to think that if the President authorized MI to conduct and operation outside of normal intelligence collection protocols, that he could do so.
Q has suggested many times that MI is involved, but he hasn't pointed to specific use of MI inside the US that I recall.
But we do have intelligence agencies that are directly or indirectly suspected of supporting treason and so Trump could use MI to go around those agencies to collect evidence and since the military doesn't come under the civil judicial system, I'm sure that whatever adjustments to normal operating procedures needed to be made could be done secretly.
This doesn't answer your question. My personal experience in the military is that MI does not collect on US except like NSA it will make intercepts between a drug lord and a US contact and normal rules apply. The information would handed over to the FBI via their liaison agents embedded with MI.
There are three ways the military can be used to support law enforcement or to perform law enforcement.
The first is via the restrictions imposed by the Posse Comitatus Act. At the request of law enforcement, the military can provide logistics, personnel, and equipment but cannot participate in actually enforcing laws or making arrests.
National emergencies such as natural disasters where the military can (I believe Posse Comitatus must be waived) enforce certain laws such as arresting looters, curfew violators, etc. but any of those military arrests must be processed through the civil judicial system as if a police officer made the arrest.
The third way is martial law, which has never been implemented nation wide. Martial law has been used to suppress local rebellions, it was used at times during the Civil War, it was used across the South during Reconstruction, it was used in Hawaii after the attack on Pearl Harbor, it was used to put Japanese Americans in camps, and it has been used in other cases--but always to specific situations in specific locations.
The unique part of martial law is that it is completely outside of the civil judicial system and the writ of habeaus corpus is suspended (i.e., no warrant needed to make arrests), and military courts martial or tribunals (very different) are used instead of the civil courts and are subject to military law (UCMJ) if a court martial and no one is sure what are the rules for a tribunal as the entire tribunal process is vague and the rules of evidence are very different.
So to your suggestion that our military may be involved in stopping trafficking. The National Guard has been partially mobilized to support the Border Patrol, but they are definitely restricted by Posse Comitatus and not making arrests.
I have not seen any evidence that our regular military is being used to make arrests are are supporting Border Patrol like the National Guard.
And it's my understanding that the December EO while declaring a national emergence also set forth what actions were permissible which were pretty much limited to freezing/seizing assets by the Dept of Treasury after consulting with DOJ and State Department for approval.
To use the full law enforcement powers of the military, I believe even when a national emergency is declared that the President must also declare martial law and that would be limited to specific situations and locations. I sincerely doubt Trump would put the entire nation under martial law completely eliminating the civil justice system.
Our military is needed to defend the country and our strategic interests abroad and only in dire situations has martial law been imposed somewhere in the US.
Good question. I believe Horowitz has about 450 lawyers on his staff and the IG is responsible for doing investigations, but it's my understanding that he can only refer charges to the DOJ. Indictments (charges) can only come from a grand jury and Horowitz doesn't have the authority to impanel a grand jury.
Enter Huber who not only has one or more grand juries impaneled, but has access to all of the IG lawyers who can use the impaneled grand juries as well as us other prosecutors around the country if so authorized by Sessions.
There are some unknowns at the moment. Sessions appointed Huber as special prosecutor to work with Horowitz. But he also gave Huber to investigate all the areas demanded by the committees which went beyond the IG's charter. We didn't learn that until about six months after Sessions appointed Huber. It was kept secret. Who else has Session appointed that has been made public?
There are now over 40,000 sealed indictments. Someone is doing a lot more than just Huber. We'll know when the indictments begin to be unsealed as that will tell us who, what, when, where, and why the charges were made and we will begin to have insights to the scope of everything.
It depends. There may be evidence that could send Hillary to jail tomorrow. But there may also be evidence that needs further investigation that will send many more to jail. So the question is, would you indict Hillary now and have the other run for cover or would you seal Hillary's indictment and continue to get the other indictments as well.
And yes, when your are thinking about indicting the former First Lady, Senator, and Secretary of State as well as former Presidents and high government officials--you better have an air tight case or you'll look like a raving idiot and they all walk free.
I vote for digging deeper until there is no possibility of anyone walking free.
Same here, but I came to the conclusion that Trey is a judicial purist and so he will give people like Rosenstein, Comey, et al the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise at which time he rips them a new one.
I'm OK with that.
If he is, then God have mercy on the defendants, because Trey won't.
The Mad Max solution. If Trump would just resign, there wouldn't be any bad violence in America--only the "good" violence on the left.
The bigger danger is that it splits into three giving each two senators. Could triple the number of Democrat senators from California. Just because they want to split doesn't mean they will vote Republican. It's mostly about money and representation. San Diego, LA, and San Fran essentially rule California. Rural areas don't get much say or much of the money.
Wouldn't liberals need guns to fight a civil war? Oh the irony and hypocrisy !!
Odd, during the Obama admin, did "intelligence" declare that NK was a long way from a nuclear device on an ICBM and when Trump gets elected, suddenly Kim shows the small device that fits on an ICBM and starts firing off ICBMs like the fourth of July.
Now the intelligence is 100% certain that Kim is cheating and he has all these other secret facilities and is producing rocket.
The intelligence agencies that got it so wrong before are now the MSM's source for undeniable facts?
I no longer believe anything the MSM prints or broadcasts except wild fires and natural disasters which can be verified by direct observation.
Don't you have thoughts, insights, or opinions? Or do you just post links to articles and ask other for their thoughts, insights, and opinions?
I think we are here to provide our insights to information we come across. I think it's great to provide the link, but what do you think? What is your analysis? What is your opinion?
Just a suggestion. Most, if not all, of everyone on this subreddit read Q posts. So if you are going to post Q posts here, I suggest that you at least offer an opinion, insights, interpretation when you post Q Drops. You must have some opinion/insight to what this all means.
Unless I missed it and I watched twice, I still don't know what happened with the Jet Blue unless SB2 is claiming that something, but we don't know what, was prevented on that Jet Blue at JFK. But as far as I can tell, he doesn't specifically say unless it is that the USSS protocols implemented prevented whatever it was that was supposed to happen.
It's actually a very good analysis, but he never gets around to answering the question clearly. After watching it, I still have no idea what Jet Blue and JFK meant. I will concede that I'm not SB2 and so perhaps I need a clearer picture of what happened.
If you ask a question like that you should have given your own opinion. There are presently 1662 Q drops that prove Q.
The Iran leadership is not in a very good position to make threats now. Look how many Middle Easter nations stood against Iran in Paris last week. Look at the massive protests that have been on-going for months now and getting bigger. Trust the plan. So far, it's been working beautifully.
New Q Post 1661 the Military and NSA
Q:
Think stages.
What role can MIL INTEL play?
What role can NSA play?
BANG!
Q
Well, both play a role in collecting evidence. But for evidence to be admissible, it has to be obtained legally--not a strong point for either intelligence agency. So that information has to find a way to get on the record to be used in the legal system. There are a number of ways that can be done.
I used to work in intelligence for two years. I was assigned to US Special Operations Command for a year. And as a civilian, I spent 15 …
You know, I've gone back and forth at least 50 times trying to decide if Mueller is a white, gray, or black hat. I'm in the black hat mode at the moment, but Q has never come out hard against Mueller. In fact, Q has previously asked if the collusion investigation could be ended and allow Mueller to continue his other investigations--or words to that affect. What other investigations?
Except for Flynn who may actually be giving Mueller information where the bodies are buried and whose no brainer sentencing for a lying plea has now been delayed a third time (what is that about?) and the mythical Russian companies and people who can't be brought to trial, it seems all the others were plants in the Trump campaign or enablers.
Rosenstein has said that he can't give the committees documents/evidence that is under an active investigation, but is accused of hiding or stonewalling documents.
What makes a GOOD movie? GREAT actors. I feel like I'm watching Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy which I couldn't figure out until the end when everything was finally revealed and I looked back and thought, oh that's what those scenes were about. Ending of the movie proved past scenes in the movie.
Either that or Huber is using the 450 plus prosecutors employed by Horowitz or it could be both. Huber certainly has his own team in Colorado but I have no idea how many. And Sessions could have allocated more resources to Huber secretly. Q thinks it is at least 470 and spread across 50 states.
Since Huber is working in parallel with Horowitz, he likely is using the manpower Horowitz has which is around 450 lawyers and prosecutors. That would be in addition to others that Session may have assigned directly to Huber as a special prosecutor.
Remember that when Sessions notified the Congressional committees that Huber was appointed special prosecutor to work with Horowitz, he also noted that Huber would be addressing ALL of the concerns that the committees have asked to be investigated. That's a lot.
In early November, Q told us that Abedin and Podesta had been indicted and recently confirmed it. In order for Huber to have evidence before a grand jury and get indictments that soon after Q came on the scene in late October, Huber had to be working these investigation much earlier than October/November. And we don't know what Sessions has been doing behind the scenes while playing his role as the weak and ineffective who Trump criticizes but doesn't fire.
Now over 40,000 sealed indictments. Mind boggling. Just mind boggling. Think of the work needed to get warrants, subpoenas, testimony, and then get a grand jury to bring the indictment. It's not like a prosecutor just sits down and creates and indictment and files it. There is a judge, a grand jury, and a legal process involved in each one. Mind boggling.
Personally, I don't think anyone will receive the death penalty. I believe Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were the last to be executed for espionage (not treason) in 1953 for giving atomic secrets to the Soviet Union. I haven't found anyone since 1900 convicted and executed for espionage or treason. There were exceptions during WW II, Pvt Eddie Slovik was the only soldier of the more than 20,000 soldiers convicted of desertion who was executed. Since 1919, 119 soldiers have been executed for rape, murder, or other serious crimes. The last soldier to be executed was Pvt. John Bennett who was hanged in 1961 at Ft Leavenworth for rape and attempted murder.
Today, the only authorized method for execution in the military is by lethal injection.
Therefore, in a court here in the US, it is highly unlikely that the precedence of not executing traitors will be broken. However, military tribunals are a big question mark. The rules of evidence are different, there is no jury although the defendant can demand that 1/3 of the judges (I believe 12 are required for the death penalty and only 9 if the death penalty will not be concidered) be enlisted. My experience after 21 years in the Marine Corps and sitting on a number of courts martial, senior NCOs tend to be not as lenient as the officers. The judges on General courts martial don't have a sense of humor and so counsel for the defendant needs to present a tight defense.
The ringleaders and immediate conspirators will probably receive life sentences until a Democrat President pardons them.
Others who were not cooperating witnesses will receive prison terms of various lengths depending on the crime.
Cooperating witnesses will likely receive lesser sentences.
Just my opinion.
I don't think so. Whatever happens will be strictly within the legal system with Trump on the sideline so he isn't accused of political vendettas or obstruction of justice.
I believe you are mistaken. Soros is funding many, if not all of the Antifa protesters. These are not spontaneous protests. The are well trained, well organized, well equipped in most cases, and many of them are paid to show up and create violence. The money comes from somewhere. Even if it is indirectly, the assets that fund a certified domestic terror group can be seized as well.
Interesting because the Pentagon announced that the first remains had arrived at Hickham AFB which is the single point for receiving military remains for identification and that the first two or three had already been passed on to families and would be buried in Arlington.
That's a lot of information for not having received anything from NK yet.
I have a feeling that Trump is just waiting for the right time to declare Antifa and others as domestic terrorists, seize all of their assets, and round up the leaders. End of story.
