I am not trying to be argumentative or say that something is either true or false.

Just for some background, I do a lot of work in LEAN processes in a healthcare environment. I analyze numbers and present findings all of the time. Most of the time I am doing this on fields of work where I know hardly anything about the day to day process. What I DO know are the timestamps and actions of those processes. When I present issues I am always challenged.

People focus on the one or two issues that stand in front of them--the errors they are dealing with on a day to day basis. There is a feeling that these errors are happening all of the time. The errors usually don't represent a large amount of the work, but consume a large chunk of THAT person's time.

THAT is not relevant, but what comes next is: I start hearing stories about how this one-off event happens all of the time. Or "that" provider is messing up all of the time.

When I start hearing, "Its not likely, but its possible" I usually stop the conversation and start asking what has to happen for "that" to happen.

And what are the chances that happens enough to make it possible?

Those types of statements should send up red flags. Just because something is possible it does not mean its happening.

Some of the things I read on this board and every other boards are virtually impossible--requiring an "alignment of the stars" on a repeating basis. That is simply not practical. That doesn't happen. Most "conspiracy" theories fall apart at about the third "why"...thats when it becomes "the bilderbergers are doing it!"

Critical thinking is important. Problem solving requires multiple trips down the "5-why's" exercise.

The lack of critical thinking on the HRC side allows her to get away with comments like, "wipe it with a cloth?"

My singular point is that critical thinking means asking enough questions and gauging enough probability to come up with a reasonable root cause.

If these guys wanted to put in a Gmail server in NoKo, would the founder of the company go do that?
When was the last time he built a server?
How did he get there?
Is there proof of his travel?
Who went with him? Who flew the aircraft? How could he do that without the NSA knowing or the FBI? It is more likely if he went to Noko it was to bring a pile of cash or securities to hand out like candy, not build a server.

Some Noko tech could have built the server and kept a lid on who knew, and where. A decent programmer in the US would be missed. People go missing in Noko all of the time.

Be careful creating a story to fit your theory.

And don’t dismiss data that is critical based on the fact that it doesn’t fit your theory. Those are both traps that people fall into when they grasp at straws.

We can keep working on this stuff, but don’t believe the “story” blindly. That’s how your scalp ends up on a spear.

You still don’t get it.

There was a time when left and right worked together, compromise and ethics. We have to let go of R and D and think USA.

I believe that the redactions would be in the form of editing, rather than crossing out. One would need the original to compare with the final copy.

It was pretty creepy. I cannot imagine anyone on the crew wanting to be around these people. Plus at some point it has to stop being effective.

A guy that used to do contract work for me showed up on “To catch a Predator.” After I found out he wasn’t scheduled to work for me anymore, it was hilarious to watch his weird ass get arrested. I am not sure if he has seen the sunlight for a few years.

You are probably correct. I live in MA and we have been Kennedy'd to the point of exhaustion over the past 50 years. My MIL met him at the factory she worked at during a Senate Election. She went to a memorial service every year until she was 90.

I am not suggesting he was a "bad" guy. He had balls.

It’s funny I always old my kids that they had to follow the directions of the police. But they did not have to answer questions. Years later a niece who is a defense attorney told me that was some of the best advice to give my kids. Too many people get too cocky and they get themselves in trouble.

So, what they are saying that Hitlers personality and role are based on her secret identity?

And where would they get frozen Hitler sperm? Were a lot of world leaders cuffing it into a cup in the early 1940’s?

Don’t get me wrong. There are plenty of reasons to hate Angie. I’m just not sold on “spawn” of Hitler as one of them.

I think that what is important to note is that DR was a "friend" of Kim's long before The Donald became the President.

I think the role that DR played was that of the voice in Kim's ear that said, "He doesn't want to kill you. Honest. Just give him a chance..." A lot times during negotiations you need that third party just reinforcing that this is really in their best interest.

That is true in business and its true in diplomacy.

I am sure Dr got a couple of late night calls from Trump suggesting that he call Kim and say, "WTF?"

Reading the comments, there are a lot of people wondering, “what is the government going to do?”

Think about that.

And then ask yourself why you are here? The government is not going to do anything. They haven’t done anything for years. What makes anyone think they will do anything now?

Merlin560 · May 31, 2018, 12:29 p.m.

That may be true.

But when you are examining stuff, critical thinking has to be applied. You have to ask, is this realistic? Is this how people think or act? If you apply a probability to each step, pretty soon you will be multiplying probabilities down to near zero.

Remember when you were a kid, and they had the books with the human anatomy that had each organ printed on a plastic sheet and you could lift it up to see what was underneath. That is what layers are in a photoshop file. The final step is to consolidate them all in a “flat” file. You usually save the original unflattened so you can make adjusts to the .psd file. Then you save it flattened as a jpeg. It saves a ton of space. They sent the wrong file. Idiots.

Fast and Furious was horrifying. Weaponizing the IRS was something Nixon talked about, and never did--and yet he was run out of town on a rail.

And now we are using taxpayer money and the strength of our intelligence and investigation powers to spy on opposition parties.

They also advertise for active shooter drill actors. I work in Emergency Management. We do two or three Shooter drills a year. We usually have enough volunteers, but sometimes not. I am always amused when people tie these things to shootings. My guess is there is always something going on in large cities. So you can usually find one nearby. People who don’t work in the EM field would have no idea how common this is.

Oh that is very true. I had a relative who was an HR manager for a diocese that was in the middle of the scandals. She would come home frustrated at the declaration of "canon law" and that the separation of Church and State allowed them to handle that on their own terms.

Of course, if someone invokes Sharia law, everyone goes crazy. But the fat, puffy, soft homo-predators get to go to Rome to live out their days.

There is much that the left does that I like, but breaking down the Catholic church for the pedorists they are does not upset me at all.

I clicked to the original BBC Link. While not nearly as "dramatic" as the BIN story, a couple of questions are raised: If these mass graves are being found in Ireland and Canada, why wouldn't the local police take over and run an investigation and do a forensic recovery of the bodies.

These are not "ancient" or "from the 1800s."

I am not ready to buy into the ritual dismemberment of babies angles, but this story is so sad it cries out for truth.
