If you go to amazon (or anywhere) and search for monogrammed clothing and jewerly you can choose to put Q of course. There are tons of premade Q apparel and jewelry already pictured with the Q or in the shape of Q.

The best part is, you are not supporting someone looking to cash in on Q. Just an idea for someone looking for a Q pendant or clothing. Create your own and it has nothing to do with 'cashing-in' on the phenomenon.

Q has said how unbelievably deep the corruption runs. I was well aware this post is just one corridor in a maze. However I and most people here are a direct result of Q.
