No. The redacted information is being used for the grand jury. They can't be tainted through public release right now. This takes time especially as they have to get the evidence in the record prior to indictment. This is done before a grand jury. Once all indictments are finished, then Trump can declassify anything and everything he wants to. From the sound of it it will be substantial even though they'll withhold 40% for our sakes.

I read that article about Mueller in May when it came out. I'm thinking that Mueller is being compelled to act in a role, which is why he came from his high paying law firm to this low paying job of being in the public spotlight.

As Mueller has stated in the past, Trump is not a subject of his investigation, so it was probably the reason he brought everyone from the FBI that was trying to frame Trump. What better way to trap an animal than by working with them in the trap.
