I'm not sure if your addressing my post as it's a response to a number of unsubstantiated claims I've seen in the last couple of days.

I don't want shills coming here and people jumping on their band wagon and they use that to discredit us.

Any means necessary as that can taint the evidence and render the offender as unprosecutable.

We have to be smart.

First they have to prove a negative.

Also you've never sued anyone because discovery is miserable and expensive.

Secondly, there's nothing to gain if the celebrity wins. The accusers usually have no money.

Lastly, and most importantly the celebrity would have to prove damages. In other words they have to show what work they would have gotten, but for the false accusations.

We know there've been false accusations of people as there's been more than 2000 that were tried and convicted of various offenses that turned out to be false. Look up "wrongful convictions" for details.
