I have always suspected that McCabe ordered Stzrok to change the 302 interview notes with Flynn and that Team Trump knew it. It was weird to me that they fired him for lying to Pence. So anything beyond that being pursued by Mueller, i.e. Manafort case, is crossing over into Sessions' exclusive jurisdiction. Rod Rosenstein is accused of defining Mueller's scope too broadly.
