Understanding the birth registration process

Remember in Admiralty, Vessels documented by registration under the laws of the United States are entitled to privileges and subject to the obligations prescribed by the laws of the United States for merchant vessels.

That ward/vessel is a now a Vessel of the United States, documented by registration under the laws of the United States and subject to its laws and jurisdiction, and the Title goes to the Alien Property Custodian in Washington, D.C. In a maritime in rem action, jurisdiction over the person of the "defendant", the vessel, is premised upon the presence of the vessel within the district in which the court sits. Up until you turned of legal age to work, the deputy Registrar on behalf of the Registrar/ Secretary of State, or the Registrar/Secretary of State whichever signed the CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH has been the fiduciary trustee for that trust created behind your back and securitized where the government owns it in part and you own it in part. You then became the contributing beneficiary and fiduciary trustee for that trust with the duties and obligations for filing and paying the licensing taxes, registration taxes, and taxes on profits, gains and income generated for the trust once it starts to operate in commerce with a Social Security Card/number on all commercial transactions, because you on behalf of the beneficial owner “the trust”, which is resident within a territory occupied by military forces with which the United States is at war, or a resident outside the United States, for which you are considered an enemy doing business with a license and tax identifying number for the purposes “of trade” effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business within said territory for which you are granted a license under the authority of the President pursuant to the Trading with the Enemy Act, as an enemy in order to trade, or attempt to trade with the enemy for the beneficial owner the “trust”, and as the fiduciary trustee paying, satisfying, compromising, or giving security for the payment or satisfaction of any debt or obligation, and for drawing, accepting, paying, presenting for acceptance or payment, or indorsing any negotiable instrument or chose in action on behalf of the trust.

I'm surprised and disappointed that this clusterfuck has happened again.

BO and Codemonkey need to sort this out between themselves. Codemonkey has explained very clearly what happened and due to his/her dropping the ball on explaining what was going on in here (CBTS) caused BO to do what he/she did (I am not going to assume that these Anons are he's).

Due to the nature of what we are dealing with that is understandable but I am quite annoyed at the amateurishness of this stuff.

There needs to be discipline instilled into what Codemonkey and BO do so that when things change the changes are communicated immediately somehow. That is not easy to do due to the actual way this board works (Anon postings).

One of the things I try and do is when asking for help or asking something of the BO or another anon (like in taking over a bake) I wait for a confirmation and then acknowledge that confirmation. I don't move from here until I get it. Otherwise it leads to confusion (which has happened once).

Please get your shit together and move on from this.

As I have already said, the Hussein post with account numbers I believed was a legitimate post due to its pattern. I didn't have to look at IP hash tags or what have you to tell me that.

Which brings up another point - relying too much on technology (as in looking at the data stream, hash tags, IP addresses, etc) and not relying on looking at what is actually going on with the posts will also lead to this kind of clusterfuck.

If there are instances where things don't add up communicate with each other (BO with Codemonkey) to get it resolved. It will alleviate a lot of this stuff.

About creating a global board just for Calm Before the Storm-related happenings, I must decline the request. But why?

8chan tries to give anons all the tools they need to post as freely as they can provided this happens within the boundaries of the law. I created the tripcode whitelist and super secure tripcodes because I saw there was a need for it. As admin, I have other tasks, like understanding the code I inherited and implementing additional features our users want without breaking the website.

Creating and managing yet another global board would reduce the time I have to update and maintain the 8chan codebase and this wouldn't be fair to the 16,500+ boards 8chan currently has.

All of this reminds me a lot of the early GamerGate boards (not the later split). Try not to fall prey to board brands. The board name doesn't matter because you are mission-oriented, first and foremost. If board x falls, move to board y; if board y becomes compromised, move to board z and so on and so forth. This is the 8chan system.

Finally, I probably wouldn't be a good BO. I'm forgetful and quite busy. What if you need immediate action and I'm traveling or shoveling snow or walking the dog? You would do better with a mission-specific BO that is knowledgeable about these happenings.

To be fair with the recently comped tripcode, I can see why BO might have thought the non-matching hash could have thrown up a red flag of a potential breach.

However BO acted incorrectly once the red flag appeared. He should have checked post to see if styling was that of Qs, and also the content of post.

Also should have made the situation fully clear to us so that Q could have re-verified before throwing a ban out.
