Three Individuals Charged with Arranging Adoptions from Uganda and Poland Through Bribery and Fraud

 

Three women were charged in a 13-count indictment filed on Aug. 14 in the Northern District of Ohio for their alleged roles in schemes to corruptly and fraudulently procure adoptions of Ugandan and Polish children through bribing Ugandan officials and defrauding U.S. adoptive parents, U.S. authorities, and a Polish regulatory authority.

 

Margaret Cole, 73, of Strongsville, Ohio, Debra Parris, 68, of Lake Dallas, Texas, and Dorah Mirembe, 41, of Kampala, Uganda, were charged in the indictment. In relation to the Uganda scheme, Parris and Mirembe were each charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and commit visa fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, three substantive FCPA counts and three substantive counts of money laundering. Parris was also charged with one count of mail fraud. In relation to the Poland scheme, Parris and Cole were each charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States. Cole was further charged with one count of making a false statement to a U.S. accrediting entity and one count of making a false statement to a Polish authority.

You know I think we may be overlooking something with the passing of the POTUS' brother. To preface about the POTUS, people can say or claim whatever they want about the man but I doubt anyone would ever argue with the fact he has always shown great loyalty and love toward both his family and/or those he sees as loyal/honorable people. Especially his family of course as Trump has always been very loving and helpful to them, even his ex who he remains on good terms with.

 

But now his brother passes away and he plans to have a memorial at the WH. On its face that may not sound like a big deal but I tend to think it is something else and actually goes hand in hand with his "you won't see me for a long time" statement. We always thought he meant he would disappear, wouldn't give interviews, etc, but we were wrong and we now know he is giving interviews and doing all his work fromโ€ฆ the White House. So him saying "you won't see me for awhile" seems to clearly point to him staying in the secure confines of the WH during this time period.

 

So let's consider what would keep a man like Trump, a man who clearly and shown for many years his love for family, what would keep him from showing up to his brothers service outside the WH and at the same time still want to honor his brother at the WH? I see this as a security issue and there must be a very serious threat against him at this time to which the SS has suggested, and he agrees, that he needs to remain in the secure WH until the threat is handled.

 

If that is indeed true, and if that is indeed what is happening here then, and I really hate to say this as this is tin foil land which I really dislike to go down, but I have to wonder if the death of his brother was a means to try to draw him out of the WH security perimeter and into a position where he was venerable. Could be wrong here, likely am, but I just found the lack of him attending his brothers funeral outside the WH and instead having it there is very unlike Donald Trump and the only logical conclusion I have for it is security needs based on a serious threat that the SS identified.

Abstract

The xenobiotic nature and lack of degradability of polymeric materials has resulted in vast levels of environmental pollution and numerous health hazards. Different strategies have been developed and still more research is being in progress to reduce the impact of these polymeric materials. This work aimed to isolate and characterize polyester polyurethane (PU) degrading fungi from the soil of a general city waste disposal site in Islamabad, Pakistan. A novel PU degrading fungus was isolated from soil and identified as Aspergillus tubingensis on the basis of colony morphology, macro- and micro-morphology, molecular and phylogenetic analyses. The PU degrading ability of the fungus was tested in three different ways in the presence of 2% glucose: (a) on SDA agar plate, (b) in liquid MSM, and (c) after burial in soil. Our results indicated that this strain of A. tubingensis was capable of degrading PU. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), we were able to visually confirm that the mycelium of A. tubingensis colonized the PU material, causing surface degradation and scarring. The formation or breakage of chemical bonds during the biodegradation process of PU was confirmed using Attenuated Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy. The biodegradation of PU was higher when plate culture method was employed, followed by the liquid culture method and soil burial technique. Notably, after two months in liquid medium, the PU film was totally degraded into smaller pieces. Based on a comprehensive literature search, it can be stated that this is the first report showing A. tubingensis capable of degrading PU. This work provides insight into the role of A. tubingensis towards solving the dilemma of PU wastes through biodegradation.

Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ll take good news wherever we can get it, and President Trumpโ€™s hiring of Dr. Scott Atlas to his coronavirus task force may just be that good news we need. As the media has reported, President Trump has sidelined headline-hogging Anthony Fauci in favor of Atlas, the former Stanford University Medical Center chief of neuroradiology.

 

Recall, Fauci was the โ€œexpertโ€ who told us a few months ago that we would never be able to shake hands again.

 

Fauciโ€™s advice, forecasts, and assessments proved to be wildly wrong, contradictory, and just plain bizarre: Donโ€™t wear a mask! You must wear a mask. Masks are important as symbols. Put on goggles. Stay home! Churches must be severely restricted but Black Lives Matter marches and encounters with strangers met over the Internet are perfectly fine.

 

When Anthony Fauci demanded a lockdown of the economy for an indefinite period he actually seemed oblivious to the havoc it would wreak on the economy and on peopleโ€™s lives. People like Fauci and others who demanded lockdowns and stay-at-home orders were still collecting their paychecks, so what did they care about anyone else?

 

Dr. Scott Atlas is not only a former top physician and hospital administrator: as a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution he also understands the policy implications of locking a country down.

 

On April 22, Dr. Atlas wrote an op-ed in The Hill titled, โ€œThe data is in โ€” stop the panic and end the total isolation.โ€ In the article he made five main points that are as true today as when he wrote them: an overwhelming majority of people are at no risk of dying from Covid; protecting older people prevents hospital overcrowding; locking down a population actually prevents the herd immunity necessary to defeat the virus; people are dying because they are not being treated for non-Covid illnesses; we know what part of the population is at risk and we can protect them.

 

Imagine how many thousands of lives could have been saved had the Administration listened to Dr. Atlas back in April. CDC Director Robert Redfield admitted last month that lockdowns were killing more Americans than Covid. โ€œFirst do no harmโ€ was thrown out the window and nearly six months of wrong-headed policy has done perhaps irreparable harm to the country.

 

South Dakota and Sweden did virtually nothing to lock down or restrict their populations and they actually fared better than lockdown states in the US. They had lower death rates, their hospitals were never over-run with Covid patients, and they have an economy to go back to.

 

We very much hope that Dr. Atlas will not โ€œmoderateโ€ his message to please the blob in Washington. Trumpโ€™s Covid policies to this point have caused more harm than good. With Fauci out of the driverโ€™s seat we finally have a chance of turning things around.

Yeah absolutely it has been rather shocking to see the media try to claim that we who are simply researching and enjoying looking into these various topics are some horrible group. We are basically the same thing as any site that covers old and public material and then discusses it to try to figure out meanings, or cold cases, or historical questions, or just about anything. Granted I have no doubt there are people who come here who legitimately want to try to create a situation where violence occurs but for the most part that rarely happens here and when it does it is always met with a lot of real anons going after the person who states it.

 

It's interesting they constantly try to attach PizzaGate to this forum as that has really never been one of the primary discussions from the anons that I concluded were real. Of course it has been discussed but not even close to the amount it is discussed on half chan and the privchan. We usually just discuss already existing public data and cross reference it to try to see if anything is there worth looking into but we have never been a "OMG PIZZAGATE RAWWWR" board but simply have always identified, discussed, and either further researched or dismissed potential issues related to the PG stuff. You know I always find it odd how they have never brought up how the anons here are quite literally responsible for identifying, exposing, and ultimately making the report to arrest three people who were engaging in sexual deeds with children that they thought they could publicly discuss and get away with. It is because of us that those three were ultimately identified, exposed, and handled by the police so for the media to pretend like we are some cult who focuses on one issue or another merely because QAnon drops a crumb about it rather than being intelligent random people who can critically think, are very good at researching issues, and have personally been responsible for helping to save (at least) three kids is ridiculous. None of us think (I hope not at least) that we are some saviors of the universe and this is just an enjoyable situation where we can feel apart of helping to look into issues that were previously never dug into by the very same people who should be doing it.

U.S. states seek $2.2 trillion from OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma: filings

 

U.S. states claimed they are owed $2.2 trillion to address harm from OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma LPโ€™s alleged role in Americaโ€™s opioid epidemic, accusing the drugmaker in new filings of pushing prescription painkillers on doctors and patients while playing down the risks of abuse and overdose. In filings made as part of Purdueโ€™s bankruptcy proceedings that were disclosed on Monday, the states said Purdue, backed by the wealthy Sackler family, contributed to a public health crisis that has claimed the lives of roughly 450,000 people since 1999 and caused strains on healthcare and criminal justice systems. The filings cited more than 200,000 deaths in the U.S. tied directly to prescription opioids between 1999 and 2016.

 

In large states such as California and New York, claims alone totaled more than $192 billion and $165 billion, respectively. Forty-nine U.S. states, Washington, D.C. and various territories are making the claims. Oklahoma settled litigation with Purdue last year. Purdue filed for bankruptcy in 2019 under pressure from more than 2,600 lawsuits brought by cities, counties, states, Native American tribes, hospitals and others. The lawsuits said the company, and in some cases the Sacklers, used deceptive marketing and took other improper steps to flood communities with prescription opioids.

 

The company and family have denied the allegations and pledged to help combat the opioid epidemic, including by providing addiction treatment drugs and overdose reversal medications under development. In response to the state claims, Purdue said it continues to work toward resolving litigation and emerging from bankruptcy, and that it is typical for claims from various creditors to be โ€œfiled in amounts substantially larger than what is ultimately allowed by the court.โ€

 

Sackler representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

 

Purdue and the Sacklers have pointed to fentanyl and heroin as more significant culprits in the opioid crisis. States in their filings, though, pointed to National Institute on Drug Abuse research estimating that about 80% of heroin abusers previously took prescription opioids.

 

In addition to the assertions from states, Purdue faces claims exceeding $18 billion from the U.S. Justice Department on account of potential penalties resulting from criminal and civil investigations. In filings tied to Purdueโ€™s bankruptcy case, federal prosecutors said Purdue contributed to false claims being made to federal healthcare insurance programs by allowing doctors to write medically unnecessary opioid prescriptions that were at times tainted by illegal kickbacks, according to a person familiar with the matter.

 

The Justice Department claims also included possible penalties arising from allegations that Purdue violated the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and violations of federal conspiracy and anti-kickback laws, the person said.

 

The Justice Department has declined to comment on the claims.

 

Claims from states and federal prosecutors are being processed after being filed just before a July 30 deadline set by a U.S. bankruptcy judge. While they will collectively exceed trillions of dollars, the filings are in many cases placeholders as opposed to roadmaps for how much money Purdue will ultimately pay its creditors, the bulk of which are U.S., state and local governments.

 

Purdue is only worth a bit more than $2 billion if liquidated. The company values a proposal to settle litigation, which includes providing addiction treatment and overdose-reversing drugs, at more than $10 billion. The Sacklers would contribute $3 billion and cede control of Purdue, with the company becoming a trust run on behalf of plaintiffs. Those financial realities underscore that Purdue does not have enough money to satisfy the myriad claims against it.

 

States and other litigants are in talks to determine how to allocate proceeds from Purdueโ€™s bankruptcy estate as part of the companyโ€™s attempted reorganization. Many states, including Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut, have opposed Purdueโ€™s settlement offer, insisting the Sacklers contribute more money and reveal more details about their finances.

Twelve years after he retired, prosecutors said Monday that Ma met with at least five officers of China's Ministry of State Security in a Hong Kong hotel room, where he "disclosed a substantial amount of highly classified national defense information," including facts about the CIA's internal organization, methods for communicating covertly, and the identities of CIA officers and human assets. -NBC News

 

Following his departure from the agency, Ma became a Chinese linguist in the FBI's Honolulu field office, where he allegedly used his access to highly classified information to copy or photograph sensitive documents concerning the United States' guided missile and weapons systems, as well as other sensitive information he passed along to his Chinese handlers, according to the charging document.

Former CIA Officer Arrested and Charged with Espionage

 

Alexander Yuk Ching Ma, 67, a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer, was arrested on Aug. 14, 2020, on a charge that he conspired with a relative of his who also was a former CIA officer to communicate classified information up to the Top Secret level to intelligence officials of the Peopleโ€™s Republic of China (PRC). The Criminal Complaint containing the charge was unsealed this morning.

 

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, U.S. Attorney for the District of Hawaii Kenji M. Price, Assistant Director of the FBIโ€™s Counterintelligence Division Alan E. Kohler Jr., and Special Agent in Charge of the FBIโ€™s Honolulu Field Office Eli S. Miranda made the announcement.

I understand what you are implying here so you don't need to play games to get your point across any further. But even if what you are saying is accurate it doesn't alter the fact pattern, OH law, previous statements, family track record history, and everything else suspicious surrounding this situation. At this current time there are simply too many questions and the answers are not well stated and appear to be a coordinated effort in some instances.

 

Frankly though, I honestly don't care about anything related to that group as I have long concluded that anyone/everyone even associated with IW was and is a fraud so I am not the person to convince as my opinion is already concluded based on a mountain of substantiated material. This issue is just another notch to mistrust them in my eyes.

 

Which is unfortunate by the way since the video presentation was actually well done despite not offering any actual hard evidence. I have no doubt it will attract and convince some of the lesser intellect types into exactly what it intended to do and I would absolutely have no problem admitting I was wrong if later I find out the whole thing was legitimately setup with good intentions but given who is involved, their track records, and recent events I just can't take it seriously

They've got a crash casket on board for POTUS. I don't know the classified technical specs of it, but it's designed to be like the flight data recorder's black box and ensure POTUS survives if the aircraft is going to imminently crash.
