Going to break this to you as gently as possible. Ever read up on the definition of "allegorical"? It's a literary device that predates English by a couple thousand years. The Hebrews knew it, wrote in it, and combined it with typology. Typology and allegorical accounts in combination with each other create a very convincing narrative of accounts that, when placed carefully in historical accounts lend to their "literal" credibility in interpretation.

For those who have concerns: My friends and some family are not understanding today's events…So, I explained it this way….with Constitutional law…

 

Everyone take a deep breath. Let's say a pre recorded video was televised in real time by their partners in crime, to the public & a deep fake at that… Are you following me? The law says the oath is to take place at noon on the 20th, not before.

 

President Trump evoked the #InsurrectionAct on the 16th. He assigned the government watch over to the #usmilitary.

They are in control. That barbwire fence isn't coming down anytime soon. Trump said he was coming back soon and he will!

 

The 20th Amendment moves the date of inauguration from March to "noon on the 20th day of January."  Under the Constitution, the old president continues to hold full power through 11:59:59, and then power shifts at noon.  Article II, Section 1 requires that the new president, before executing any duties, take a prescribed oath or affirmation.  To avoid a constitutional power vacuum, the Inauguration Day program is certain to schedule the swearing in for as close as possible to noon. 

 

Biden could not take the oath prior to 11:59:59 on the 20th of January. It simply isn't legal. President Trump was still President until 11:59:59 January 20, 2021! You know that video has a time stamp! They slipped up! The Military never saw this inauguration take place in real time. There are 65k soldiers in DC. Not one saw the ceremony at noon on the 20th.

Trump Pardons Sholam Weiss, Criminal Mastermind Behind 'The Largest Life Insurance Fraud In U.S. History'

 

President Trump on his last day in office pardoned criminal mastermind Sholam Weiss, whose looting of a life insurance company for $450 million and defrauding of elderly Americans out of their life savings earned him the longest sentence in US history for a white collar crime and his own episode of CNBC's "American Greed."

 

Weiss' pardon was pushed for by Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, as well as Brett Tolman, a former US Attorney with close ties to the Aleph Institute – an organization that was started by the Orthodox Jewish Chabad-Lubavitch movement which counts the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, as a member.

Another person [Trump] pardoned was Sholam Weiss, a Hasidic businessman from New York, who was sentenced to 845 years in prison in 2000 for masterminding one of the largest insurance fraud scams in history.

 

[…] Weiss, meanwhile, fled the United States while out on bail, averting authorities in Israel and other European and South American countries for a year prior to being arrested in Austria. International law enforcement officials were able to begin tracking him after discovering he was kicked out of a Brazilian hotel for a party with nearly a dozen prostitutes. Authorities originally focused on Brazil due to Sao Paulo's capacity to entertain his exorbitant lifestyle while also being home to a large Jewish community.

According to the New York Times, Weiss' case was put on Trump’s radar by lawyers Alan Dershowitz and Brett Tolman. Both Dershowitz and Tolman have close ties with the Trump White House and the Aleph Institute, a nonprofit affiliated with the Chabad Lubavitch Hasidic movement that played an outsized role in Trump’s earlier round of pardons and commutations.

 

Tolman is a former U.S. attorney from Utah who reportedly advised Jared Kushner on the Trump administration's criminal justice reform moves, and was specifically cited by the White House in the pardon of Charles Kushner, his father. Of the final clemency wave, Dershowitz lent his support to four of the pardons (including Weiss) and the Aleph Institute lent support to five of the pardons.

 

CNBC's episode of American Greed profiling Sholam Weiss portrayed him as a criminal mastermind with an insatiable desire for prostitutes and booze who "wore a black suit [and] a yarmulke every day and professed to be a very conservative hasidic Jew."

Why There Is No Mention Of “Democracy” In The U.S. Constitution

 

[I offer this piece in the hope that it might lead some readers to ponder the fact that the Democratic and Republican Parties are neither democratic nor republican. The forces that presently control them both mean to overturn the U.S. Constitution, once and for all.]

 

I often wonder at the fact that many people who claim to support the U.S. Constitution have utterly abandoned its key terms and provisions. One of the signs of that abandonment has been the use of the term “democracy” to describe the form of government established by the Constitution of the United States. Yet that term is nowhere used in our key founding documents—not in the Constitution, and not in the Declaration of Independence, which summarizes the Constitution’s premises. The reason for this is simple. Democracy does not achieve what America’s Founders understood to be the essential purpose of constitutional government. James Madison epitomized their understanding in Federalist 51 when he wrote:

 

Justice is the end of government. It is the end of civil society. It ever has been and ever will be pursued until it be obtained, or until liberty be lost in the pursuit. In a society under the forms of which the stronger faction can readily unite and oppress the weaker, anarchy may as truly be said to reign as in a state of nature, where the weaker individual is not secured against the violence of the stronger; and as, in the latter state, even the stronger individuals are prompted, by the uncertainty of their condition, to submit to a government which may protect the weak as well as themselves; so, in the former state, will be the more powerful factions or parties be gradually induced, by a like motive, to wish for a government which will protect all parties, the weaker as well as the more powerful.

Court Blocks Biden HHS From Forcing Catholic Doctors to Perform Transgender Surgery

 

On Monday, the day before Joe Biden became president of the United States, a federal court in North Dakota defended Roman Catholic health care providers from an Obamacare mandate forcing doctors and nurses to perform experimental transgender surgeries that violate Roman Catholic convictions. The court enjoined the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from forcing these Catholic physicians to perform transgender surgery.

 

This injunction will prevent the Biden administration from using the HHS and the EEOC to enforce the Obamacare transgender mandate, forcing doctors to provide cross-sex hormones and sex-reassignment surgery. Some doctors have warned that even the hormones — the less invasive “treatment” — give healthy people a disease. The actual surgery often involves sterilizing a patient for life. Mandating such “treatments” would force doctors to violate the Hippocratic oath.

 

In Religious Sisters of Mercy v. Azar (2021), the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota protected the Religious Sisters of Mercy, the Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Center, SMP Health System, and the University of Mary from an HHS mandate banning discrimination on the basis of sex. The court also protected the Catholic Benefits Association (CBA) from a similar EEOC rule.

The Obamacare transgender mandate involves a 2016 HHS rule interpreting Section 1557 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), which prohibits certain forms of discrimination in health care. The 2016 rule applied Section 1557 to prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity, sex stereotyping, and wish to terminate a pregnancy. That rule also excluded some religious freedom protections.

 

Under Trump last year, HHS issued a new rule last year, striking abortion from Section 1557 and reinterpreting how broadly the rule applies. The 2020 rule also attempted to reverse the transgender mandate, but some courts have held that the Supreme Court’s ruling in Bostock prevented this change.

 

The North Dakota court ruled that HHS and EEOC would likely apply the Obamacare transgender mandate against the Catholic health providers — and that is especially true given Joe Biden’s outspoken support for transgender activism. The court did not oppose this interpretation of the rule, but it did explicitly prohibit the government from applying the mandate to the Catholic health providers.

Contrary to conventional wisdom, although the July-to-December 2020 wave of deals provided the historic photos, the turning point moments were back in 2017 and 2019, The Jerusalem Post has learned. Also, though, it has not yet signed an agreement itself, the key party was always Saudi Arabia.

Much of the de-emphasis of these points has to do with Mossad chief Yossi Cohen – whose acts were mostly shrouded in mystery until a major speech in July 2019 – who was leading the Israeli push by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

There have been multiple narratives about who really got the ball rolling between Israel, the US and the UAE, and about when was the critical turning point.

TRADITIONALLY, CLANDESTINE developments with countries with which Israel has no diplomatic relations fall under the realm of the Mossad.

In that respect, the Post has learned that Cohen especially distinguished himself from his start in January 2016 by not only marking goals, but establishing a unit to focus on the normalization goal.

Reports of Cohen’s travels to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, Morocco and other countries without diplomatic relations with Israel started coming in the middle of his term, but he was on the travel circuit even earlier.

There were precursors like former National Security Council chief Yaakov Amidror and former Foreign Ministry director-general Dore Gold. Although Barnes BRIEFLY repeated his critique of Q and anons, he did provide an objectively measured assessment of the downside of Prez Trump's approach to politics these past 4 years.
