The nation's immigrant population (legal and illegal) hit a record 44.5 million in July 2017, an increase of nearly 800,000 since 2016, 4.6 million since 2010, and 13.4 million since 2000.

 

It is worth noting that the Census Bureau's Current Population Survey (CPS), released the same week but collected in March 2018, shows 45.4 million immigrants, an increase of 1.6 million over the prior year. While the CPS is smaller than the ACS, the newer survey may indicate the pace of growth has accelerated.

 

As a share of the U.S. population, the ACS (used in the remainder of this report) shows that immigrants (legal and illegal) comprised 13.7 percent or nearly one out of seven U.S. residents in 2017, the highest percentage in 107 years. As recently as 1980, just one out of 16 residents was foreign-born.

 

Between 2010 and 2017, 9.5 million new immigrants settled in the United States. New arrivals are offset by roughly 320,000 immigrants who return home each year and natural mortality of about 290,000 annually among the existing immigrant population.2 As a result, growth in the immigrant population was 4.6 million from 2010 to 2017.3

 

In addition to immigrants, there were 17.1 million U.S.-born minor children with an immigrant parent in 2017, for a total of 61.6 million immigrants and their children in the country โ€” accounting for one in five U.S. residents.4

 

Of immigrants who have come since 2010, 13 percent or 1.2 million came from Mexico โ€” by far the top sending country. However, because of return migration and natural mortality among the existing population, the overall Mexican-born population actually declined by 441,190.5

 

The sending regions with the largest numerical increases from 2016 to 2017 in the number of immigrants living in the United States were South America (up 233,696); East Asia (up 226,728); South Asia (up 216,495); Sub-Saharan Africa (up 149,846); the Caribbean (up 121,120); and Central America (up 71,720).6

 

Looking longer term, the regions with the largest numerical increases since 2010 were East Asia, (up 1,118,937); South Asia (up 1,106,373); the Caribbean (up 676,023); Sub-Saharan Africa (up 606,835); South America (up 483,356); Central America (up 474,504); and the Middle East (up 472,554).

 

The decline in Mexican immigrants masks, to some extent, the enormous growth of Latin American immigrants. If seen as one region, the number from Latin America (excluding Mexico) grew 426,536 in just the last year and 1.6 million since 2010 โ€” significantly more than from any other part of the world.

 

The sending countries with the largest numerical increases in immigrants in the United States between 2010 and 2017 were India (up 830,215); China (up 677,312); the Dominican Republic (up 283,381); the Philippines (up 230,492); Cuba (up 207,124); El Salvador (up 187,783); Venezuela (up 167,105); Colombia (up 146,477); Honduras (up 132,781); Guatemala (up 128,018); Nigeria (up 125,670); Brazil (up 111,471); Vietnam (up 102,026); Bangladesh (up 95,005); Haiti (up 92,603); and Pakistan (up 92,395).

 

The sending countries with the largest percentage increases in immigrants since 2010 were Nepal (up 120 percent); Burma (up 95 percent); Venezuela (up 91 percent); Afghanistan (up 84 percent); Saudi Arabia (up 83 percent); Syria (up 75 percent); Bangladesh (up 62 percent); Nigeria (up 57 percent); Kenya (up 56 percent); India (up 47 percent); Iraq (up 45 percent); Ethiopia (up 44 percent); Egypt (up 34 percent); Brazil (up 33 percent); the Dominican Republic (up 32 percent); Ghana (up 32 percent); China (up 31 percent); Pakistan (up 31 percent); and Somalia (up 29 percent).

 

The states with the largest numerical increases since 2010 were Florida (up 721,298); Texas (up 712,109); California (up 502,985); New York (up 242,769); New Jersey (up 210,481); Washington (up 173,891); Massachusetts (up 172,908); Pennsylvania (up 154,701); Virginia (up 151,251); Maryland (up 124,241); Georgia (123,009); Michigan (up 116,059); North Carolina (up 110,279); and Minnesota (up 107,760).

 

The states with the largest percentage increases since 2010 were North Dakota (up 87 percent); Delaware (up 37 percent); West Virginia (up 33 percent); South Dakota (up 32 percent); Wyoming (up 30 percent); Minnesota (up 28 percent); Nebraska (up 28 percent); Pennsylvania (up 21 percent); Utah (up 21 percent); and Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan, Florida, Washington, and Iowa (all up 20 percent).

Californiaโ€™s net neutrality law is broadband companiesโ€™ worst nightmare

 

In 2017, the broadband industry appeared to win its battle against net neutrality. Under the Trump administration, the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rolled back rules that barred internet service providers from blocking or slowing down traffic to certain websites or charging some sites a fee for preferential treatment. Net neutrality was, effectively, dead.

 

But the regulatory change turned out to be a Pyrrhic victory for telecom companies. The FCCโ€™s decision opened the door for states to pass their own laws managing the internet. On Feb. 23, a federal judge paved the way for California to do just that: The state can now implement its 2018 net neutrality law, which reinstates all the former FCC net neutrality rules within California.

 

For the telecoms, the trouble started the moment they won their fight before the FCC in 2017. The industry didnโ€™t just get the agency to repeal its net neutrality rulesโ€”it convinced the FCC to rule that it never had the authority to create net neutrality regulations in the first place. That left the agency powerless to stop states from filling in the vacuum with their own legislation. When the FCC tried to overrule the statesโ€™ laws, the Washington DC court of appeals declared that if the agency had no power to make net neutrality rules, it also had no power to invalidate stateโ€™s rules.

 

As a result, internet service providers are facing a worst-case scenario. California and six other states have passed laws that require broadband companies to comply with net neutrality restrictions in much of the country. Nine more states introduced net neutrality bills this year. And now the companies also have to contend with a patchwork of inconsistent regulations that vary from state to state.

 

The industry isnโ€™t happy about it. โ€œA state-by-state approach to Internet regulation will confuse consumers and deter innovation, just as the importance of broadband for all has never been more apparent,โ€ read a statement from a coalition of industry groups.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan warned of an attempted military coup against him on Thursday, and thousands took to the streets of the capital to support him after the army demanded he and his government resign.

 

Russia, an ally of Armenia which has a military base in Armenia, said it was alarmed by events in the former Soviet republic and called for the situation to be resolved peacefully and within the constitution.

 

Pashinyan, 45, has faced calls to quit since November after what critics said was his disastrous handling of a six-week conflict between Azerbaijan and ethnic Armenian forces over the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave and surrounding areas.

 

Ethnic Armenian forces ceded swathes of territory to Azerbaijan in the fighting and Russia, which worries about instability in the former Soviet Union, has deployed peacekeepers to the enclave, which is internationally recognised as part of Azerbaijan but populated by ethnic Armenians.

 

Pashinyan, a former journalist who swept to power in a peaceful revolution in May 2018, has rejected calls to step down despite opposition protests. He says he takes responsibility for what happened but now needs to ensure his countryโ€™s security.

 

On Thursday, the army added its voice to those calling for him to resign.

 

โ€œThe ineffective management of the current authorities and the serious mistakes in foreign policy have put the country on the brink of collapse,โ€ the army said in a statement.

 

It denounced Pashinyanโ€™s sacking of the first deputy head of the armyโ€™s general staff, a move it described as irresponsible, groundless and detrimental to the state.

 

Two former presidents - Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sarksyan - released statements calling on Armenians to throw their support behind the military. It was unclear whether the army was willing to use force to back its statement, in which it called for Pashinyan to resign.

 

Pashinyan responded by calling on his followers to rally in the centre of the capital, Yerevan, to support him and took to Facebook to address the nation in a livestream.

โ€œThe most important problem now is to keep the power in the hands of the people, because I consider what is happening to be a military coup,โ€ Pashinyan said.

 

He then appeared with his wife, son and daughter outside the main government building where several thousand of his supporters had gathered. He said it was vital to avoid confrontation despite the mounting tension.

 

โ€œThe danger of the coup is manageable,โ€ he said. โ€œWe donโ€™t have enemies inside Armenia. We have only brothers and sisters.โ€

 

He was expected to address supporters again later on Thursday.

 

Several thousand opposition supporters staged a rival protest on a different square in the capital. Crowds there could be seen cheering and clapping as a fighter jet flew overhead in footage circulated by Russiaโ€™s RIA news agency.

 

In Pashinyanโ€™s earlier livestream, he said he had dismissed the head of the general staff of the armed forces, a move that still needs to be signed off by the president.

 

Pashinyan said a replacement would be announced later and that the crisis would be overcome constitutionally.

 

Arayik Harutyunyan, president of the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave, offered to act as a mediator between Pashinyan and the general staff.

 

โ€œWe have already shed enough blood. Itโ€™s time to overcome the crises and move on,โ€ he said.

 

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told his Armenian counterpart by telephone that Moscow considered the crisis a domestic matter for Armenia but hoped it would be resolved peacefully, the Russian foreign ministry said.

Trump Authors Sealed Indictment on William Barr

In a display of confidence that he will soon overturn the 2020 presidential election and return to power, Donald J. Trump, and Jeffrey Rosen, who served as acting AG in the final days of Trumpโ€™s presidency, has authored a sealed indictment charging former Attorney General William Barr with High Crimes and Misdemeanors against America and its citizenry, according to a source in Trumpโ€™s orbit.

But rarely has the contrast been quite so stark as it is between Biden and Trump. The rhetorical overhaul is underway in all corners of the government as executive orders are drafted, news releases are modified, scores of federal forms are tweaked, and online portals are revamped.

 

Stephen Miller, who pursued similar changes at the beginning of the Trump administration as a top policy adviser, said the embrace of what he called politically correct language by officials in Bidenโ€™s government reflected the importance of framing important issues for the public.

I'm not discounting political calculations, because I think the Cuomo takedown as an Obama faction taking out the Clinton side for Harris/Mike 2024 is the most plausible explanation.

Is Jim cranking up the heat to boil out some folks?

CONSIDER THIS AN OPEN INVITE TO JIM TO CLARIFY SOME SHIT. THANKS, JIM, FOR LETTING US USE YOUR PLATFORM FOR THIS MOVEMENT.

 

OK, this is lengthy, but I'm trying my best to recap, and I might have some details wrong so bear with me. People of both boards deserve to know the facts, so discussion is warranted, and things need to be hashed out once and for all. The reason I'm doing this is because it would appear as though Jim doesn't mind "looking like the bad guy" when, in fact, he's actually up to something else. People (not Jim specifically, but yes, he too) have things to hide, so the truth about what's really going on isn't even being discussed.

 

This is an attempt to clarify shit.

 

Last year, the "Baking Crew" started getting some competition from some rather boisterous personalities. This culminated in the baker wars and tons of drama that 99% of the people here give less than two shits about, in all honesty, but it couldn't be ignored because it was too disruptive.

>Anons just want a free speech research board to collaborate on, so lots of folks rightly ignored the bullshit until it was "too late", so it would seem.

Accusations of maintaining a stiff control over the breads were thrown around, and the MNR board was spawned out of that in the interest of having a board that works like QR, but runs "cleaner". That was the story of that board's creation. So the "Baking Crew" that has been running bakes for years essentially made it look like they stepped over there, and left this place alone (they didn't, of course, but that's sort of the point). Some anons might not know that baking crew was at one point comprised of people like "incarnated extraterrestrial" and Julian'sRum from twitter.

 

Last year, FJ reveals that there are conversations between Jim and another "admin" about the future of 8kun being in the model of monetizing /newsplus/ which takes the "idea" behind QR, and lets anons submit articles for discussion/dissemination (great idea!). In that conversation, Jim states the people of QR will be gone after November, and FJ emphatically states he'll be here well into this year, or as long as this goes on. So this would seem to be THE issue at hand; the state of the future.

Time goes on, anons are getting really pissed about the ongoing drama, and it would have appeared as though FJ and the BV crew he finally stood up weren't doing enough to get a handle on the situation. There are real world shills out there posting actual CP, incessant spamming and intentionally fucking up notables from lolipedosatania baker (who admitted to hanging out on nichan; That should be a BIG red flag right fucking there) to other recognizable personalities doing their fuckery. Some anons start fighting to get the breads back the way they should be, and there appears to be no help from upper management. But there's a problem with that, too, as it would seem some of the attacks (not particularly the CP stuff, but other sneaky things like deletions, locks, unlocks, etc.) were coming from inside 8kun.

 

To make matters more complicated, FJ's own BV crew was making matters worse for him. Whitegirlsfuckdogs was causing problems, and got the axe. The drama and attacks continued ad nauseam throughout the election, and then the general mood went to absolute shit. Many hints from many personalities here and out there in the world (social media) were encouraging anons to keep doing what they were doing, but leave "Q" out of it, so to speak. Camouflage and all that jazz. Anons are stubborn things, though, as we've seen with the dedication of many, including 8bit and FJ (despite what some people would have you think). As a result, this place persists.

 

Then the "Pillow" incident happened. Pillow was "an old timer", seems to have been from the old days of 8chan (embrace infamy and all that shit). Since Jim was making it clear that he wanted to use the /newsplus/ model to monetize, Pillow ragequit and nuked QR in protest. The reason he nuked QR wasn't because it was QR. It was because the only reason Jim is as popular as he is, is QR. So Pillow decided to strike against Jim as a parting blow, and write a disseration about the subject of chan/IB culture and accusing Jim of being a "sellout". The reasons for this get into some veryโ€ฆ umโ€ฆ interesting interpretations of what FREE SPEECH really is to a certain subset of people that like to peruse a particular type of content; of which there are even big divisions in that group, too, but that's another rant for another time. It's a converation most people aren't ready to have, honestly, it it's starting to look like all those places are actually just honeypots, so the calibur of glowfaggotry anons live amongst, here, is quite impressive.

What I'm getting at is this. I think anons, FJ, 8bit, and many others probably should've taken the hint a long time ago; especially with Flynn sending a very clear message to everyone with his adamant endorsement of people like Tracy Beanz. That message is "citizen journalism"; plain and simple. Not an endorsement of Beanz as much as it is what she is doing. That takes us back to Jim, and his future plans for his site. Jim owns and operates this place, and frankly, it's his right to do whatever with it. Given the authenticity of Q, Jim wants to handle that delicately.

 

The problem Jim has, is, his efforts are viewed as a slight to the people of this board, and the years of dedicated research and earnest efforts from anons and admins alike. Anything he does seems like he is working to become a "paytriot", damaging his image, so any direct, honest, and public actions he might take to "bring an end" to QR so that his /newsplus/ idea can flourish is just going to be in bad form. Are you anons starting to get a handle on where this is headed?Nobody wants to come out and just say it, although 8bit and Pillow somewhat did. All the while, the /MNR/ crew does seem to be having a little bit of gleefulness in watching things unfold on QR as it transitions from a simmer to a slow boil. But they aren't out of the woods, either.

 

Swampfox, who is freebaker, who is a female, who many seem to think they know who she REALLY is, is starting to piss off even Tom, MNR's board owner because she deleted a post that outed her. To make matters more complex, one of the bakers on MNR seem to be one of the anons on QR that is pushing all the disinfo telegram accounts for Clint Eastwood, General McInerney, and Mike Pompeo. Those accounts are obviously all being ran by a single imposter. This, itself, is putting a highlighter on the fact that MNR has its fair share of problems.

Now, imagine you are Jim, and you've got a QR board that just won't die, a crew of people on MNR that want to make it look like they are perfectly innocent (but you can tell by their posting patterns they are very busy on QR and other places; coordinating their comms outside of 8kun), and anons going "WTAF IS GOING ON?". Fastjack and 8bit obviously didn't get the memo from Q and @POTUS to "drop the persona and move on, but keep doing what you are doing without mentioning Q". Jim got that memo back in spring of last year, it would seem, and he also wants to keep his site going and generating revenue so he was "hands off" except for the fact he has a BV running around doing whatever, whenever. When Pillow nuked QR, it was to send the message "Look, Jim, the only reason you are relevant is QR The very thing you want to go away. So, I'll just push the button for you, tee hee." Pillow was calling Jim's bluff to move things forward more quickly, and in HIS view, honestly. FJ and 8bit probably caught on and were doing their best to be a thorn in Jim's side; hence the PERFECT TYPE OF ATTACK ON THE BOARD that suddenly disappeared when 8bit ragequit. On the surface, it looks like Jim somewhat allied with MNR (even though they've got some disinfo shilling issue themselves) by elevating one of their own to GV, which forced 8bit to say "fuck it", and here we are, today, wondering who in the actual fuck swampfox really is which will end up being a better kept secret than actual factual life of Jesus' of Nazareth.

For those of you who want to go on about muh division, try living in a state like MN where this thinking has taken hold. It is pervasive in school business and government. The division tactic is getting blacks to think they are the perpetual victim of the white man. That division is already complete, questioning how that impacts the workings of a society is the only thing that can possibly get society beyond the the division that has already been put in place. The same is true for women, Jews, and any minority that has been granted special privileges because of their inclusion in a supposed minority.

Blindly saying 'we are all the same' is to spit in the face of reason. The real question is how will we live together with our differences. Unity only works when an over arching principle is striven for by a group of individuals whose conscience supports the principle. Division by race can be helpful or harmful, it just depends on the context and circumstances. In some cases the most humanitarian thing that could be done is to separate people by groups they can identify with. If that is race, so be it. That does not automatically mean hatred between the groups. It could and the peaceful coexistence is usually a laudable goal, but the 'division' shills around here have yet to pull the division card to try to stop people from dividing themselves from people who abuse and exploit children, so obviously there are some divisions even they see as legitimate.

He then went on to allege that Justice Roberts arranged for the "illegal adoption" of two children from Epstein, claiming "Epstein knows pedophilia"

 

Mr Wood is a believe in the QAnon conspiracy theory and has made appearances beside fellow lawyer and Trump loyalist Sindey Powell.

 

He has called on Georgians to boycott the upcoming runoff elections - which will determine which party controls the Senate - after alleging the state's Republican Governor Brian Kemp is a "Republican in name only" and is complicit in the massive voter fraud alleged by Mr Trump.

 

Republican officials in the state have attempted to counteract Mr Wood's calls for boycotting the election over fears that his conspiracy theories will curb turnout among Republican voters.

Some time ago gold not only was used as money but also circulated as currency. It had always been money and people had no use for a separate currency to represent "gold money" so they stamped the gold itself and used it as circulating currency. From the start, one thing most thinkers can't quite grasp is that "money does not have to circulate"! The first "world money", gold money that is, could stay locked up and still represent value and wealth. People had but to agree on who owned it in exchange for goods and services. You have all read the articles about how paper receipts for "gold money" were later circulated and became paper currency receipts, then paper currency, then just currency.

 

The western world today, as we know it does not use money ! They use "paper currency". To fully understand what that really means you must come to terms with this fact. " When you use paper currency you are placing a value using another persons concept of value" You are using a thought as a means of value! When an investment in stocks, bonds, bank accounts, CASH, businesses etc. is priced in US$ currency you are really holding the "intentions of providing value" locked away in the thoughts of another mind.

 

This type of human interaction works well for a time, as the last 100 years or so proves. But, it is highly unstable to say the least. It has it's own self distruct code written inside each mind. One day ( it has already started ) a type of nuclear chain reaction will occur in the currency markets as people start "unvalueing" the thoughts of others. Little by little all debts owed will be marked down .

 

Now that we understand that concept let's move on:

 

One of the great money troubles facing the western currency system today is that many third world people are starting to put a "mind value" on real money, gold. These people don't know the true value of gold money but they know it's worth a whole lot more than the world paper currency price now placed on it. And that brings us to the next problem; how can paper currency that represents "the thoughts of a nation blowing in the wind" be used to value real money of ancient world class proportions, gold? It cannot! Any price you can think of will do, as in no price will work!

 

How did we come to this unworkable mess?

 

The best way to rework the publics mind about gold money was by changing the way it was viewed.

 

"It's money of course but let's also call it a "commodity! Then we can place a "paper" value on it and denominate it in all forms of future contracts. It will lose it's true value as money in peoples minds and be priced in an unrealistic paper format." And here we are today!

 

The banks must sell all the gold they have to keep the system togeather. And once it is all sold and the financial markets implode the nations will use "whatever force is necessary" to pull the gold back in! That action in and of itself would show the true value of gold money!

 

What of the LBMA mess?

 

Gold is cornered. Plain and simple. No complicated theories, no options problems. The commodity value of gold was forced so low in paper currency terms that all of the new mined gold, going out some 10 years is spoken for. Between the third world buying physical gold and the jewelry industry ( same people buying ) there is none left for the oil states! They do value oil in terms of gold, but not IN the paper currency price of gold! How much is gold worth in terms of oil value? Just stop supplying gold to them in ultra cheep US$ terms and you will find out by watching the currency price of oil! In any event, LBMA has traded so much paper/oil/gold that any rise in the currency price of gold will implode them. The CBs must become the full primary suppliers of gold or the system as we know it is done.

 

One last note: No form of paper wealth will survive the financial crush once the CBs stop selling!

No, not hand them over. Good guys don't want that and Pelosi/DS needs to know what good guys are up to. Hard to explain, but my idea is that Bidan may have all or some military backing because, as of now, he is the certified elected President. As such he has access to the codes, or he thinks he does.

 

My basic premises is that Harris won't get military backing. That would mean, Pelosi has to get access while Bidan can give that order, because it's the only chance she has to get them. Why would they need the codes from Bidan if they could simply take out Bidan and Harris would get them?

 

It seems to me you could explain a lot of decisions, events and lack of civilian checkpoint actions in the run out of Trump's term if you put a DS nuke threat (or mass casualty threat) into the picture. IOW, put Bidan in office or this dog gets shot. MSM ran with Bidan's favorability with the US pop to gaslight any questions about his decisions as POTUS. Must have been too much out there on Harris to get her elected.

 

So, TL;DR DS is trying to get good guys nukes using Bidan as an interloper. Nukes, may be too specific, perhaps good guys order of battle and red lines is more accurate. It's a sign, to me, that DS doesn't know what's going to happen, other than military will not accept Harris.

This disdain for both logic and democracy has been a continuing theme in the arguments of Recall opponents:

Newsom has also made it clear that partisan warfare will be his strategy, with his camp claiming that โ€œthe Trump train doesnโ€™t want to leave the station.โ€ In fact, the Recall is bringing together people of all party affiliations and all walks of life. It is not only the greatest citizensโ€™ movement in California history but also the most diverse one. Thatโ€™s what has the political class and Special Interests who benefit from Gavin Newsomโ€™s corruption so maniacally worried. The Manhattan District Attorneyโ€™s office obtained millions of pages of Trumpโ€™s tax returns following the Supreme Courtโ€™s decision.

 

The US Supreme Court ruled Monday that President Trumpโ€™s taxes can be turned over to New York City District Attorney Cy Vance so he can conjure up some charges against the former president.

 

Trump blasted the highest court of the land for allowing the witch hunt against him to continue unabated.

 

โ€œThe Supreme Court never should have let this โ€˜fishing expeditionโ€™ happen, but they did,โ€ Trump said. โ€œThis is something which has never happened to a President before, it is all Democrat-inspired in a totally Democrat location, New York City and State, completely controlled and dominated by a heavily reported enemy of mine, Governor Andrew Cuomo.โ€

 

CNN reported on Thursday that New York prosecutors obtained Trumpโ€™s tax records on Monday shortly after the Supreme Courtโ€™s decision.

 

Trumpโ€™s accounting firm Mazars reportedly gave Vanceโ€™s office financial records and tax returns for 2011-2019.

 

Cy Vance also subpoenaed records from Deutsche Bank and Ladder Capital related to the Trump Organizationโ€™s transactions.

 

The financial records from Mazars will not be released to the public because theyโ€™re subject to grand jury secrecy rulesโ€ฆbut when has that ever stopped the leakers from selectively releasing documents in order to damage Trump and his inner circle?

 

CNN reported:

 

Prosecutors obtained the records on Monday, just hours after the US Supreme Court denied Trumpโ€™s last-ditch effort to keep the records private, a spokesperson for the district attorney said.

 

The millions of pages of documents, sources say, contain Trumpโ€™s tax returns spanning from January 2011 to August 2019, as well as financial statements, engagement agreements, documents relating to the preparation and review of tax returns, and work papers and communications related to the tax returns.

 

Though the documents handed off from Trumpโ€™s long-time accounting firm Mazars wonโ€™t be released to the public because theyโ€™re subject to grand jury secrecy rules, their delivery caps off an extraordinary 17-month quest by the former President and his lawyers to block investigators from obtaining the records.

WATN is a great idea. It keeps normies off the board, and allows them to find what anons/shills/bakers and others that frequent this place nominate as "notables". It used to have issues as an aggregate because folks would change the bakes up to fuck with their algorithm. I think the concern was "someone is trying to monetize the efforts we put forth, here", so everyone sort of assumed that was the case, and there was some growing hatred towards it.

 

There was a similar issue with qmap.pub, as you may or may not have noticed. Qmap.pub was always pushed here as the aggregate for qposts and research digs for proofs of their claims, even though qanon.pub had every Q post available without all the assumptive stuff that qmap.pub did, and literally has never gone down, ever.

Oh, but to answer your question, actually, the banner was like that for years, and then Q put out a post to show anons how the MSM crafted a solid "Qanon" (notice no underscore, there) moniker to attack the movement with a coordinated message. That created room for people to pounce and argue back and forth with bakers and anons alike over whether the banner should be kept or abandoned/changed. That's why every few bakes has a different banner because the real point isn't "We are under one banner" it's that the MSM moniker was adopted to create a central talking point.

 

The "smart ones" got it. When people say "Do you know about Qanon" you can speak truth and say "No, I don't" because Qanon doesn't even fucking exist. Q does. Anons exist, too. Qanon is no one; doesn't even exist. But getting that through the skulls of people that would rather fight over a Q post's real meaning in order to keep you distracted from what the play is "out in the real world".

Joe M had a positive, digestible message for anyone that would listen. If you think about this movement in layers, he's near the top. A lot of the "hardened anons" over the years are more interested in learning about the more "difficult" stuff, and why/how it works. Any progress in that arena is what most, here, are tentatively paying attention to.

 

There is a lot of deeply disturbing stuff, out there, that never gets posted here. Which is weird, sort of, because it touches on the very reason most anons come here to begin with; finding the enemy and getting them put away.

 

Participating in the "Q" thing is great, and is an awesome way to get closer to the real truth hidden in every news story laden with lies. However, the really bad shit that should go straight to the FBI is never discussed/discovered and revealed here because there's not a soul that even trusts them anymore. With @POTUS "losing" the election, a lot of people got spooked because one would believe an anonymous report to the FBI is anonymous.
