Having viewed Hillary Clinton’s corpse and learned of John Podesta’s impending doom, a panicked James Comey, currently a guest at GITMO, has been begging the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps for mercy and claiming crimes he committed were always at the request of eminently more powerful Deep State figureheads.

A source involved in Trump’s battle against the Deep State told Real Raw News that although Comey had agreed to cooperate with the military’s ongoing investigation on Barack Hussein Obama, he has not supplied details on a specific incident for which the military wants answers. As reported previously, JAG has evidence linking Comey, Obama, and Susan Rice to an illegal airstrike that killed 16 American patriots who in 2013 had gathered at a safehouse in the Colorado wilderness to protest Obama’s criminal regime.

“Comey has been dropping dimes on a bunch of people, but he isn’t talking about Obama. He’s the kind of guy who’d rat out his mother. Either Comey fears Obama more then he does his own execution, or he really is clueless,” our source said.

But military investigators, our source added, have ample evidence connecting Comey to Obama’s criminal conquests. Said evidence purportedly includes testimony of another GITMO resident and internal FBI documents the military had obtained from a computer server Comey had neglected to purge after the Colorado airstrike. Speculatively, the human testimony came from former CIA Director John Brennan, who arrived at GITMO on 25 March. As Obama’s spook-in-chief, Brennan aided Obama’s war of terror on the American citizenry.

Digital documents, our source said, included an FBI surveillance order authorizing two agents—names redacted—to infiltrate the Colorado chapter of the “Three Percenters,” the militia group which had acquired photographs of guillotines being erected at FEMA camps in 3 states. A week after Comey signed the order, 16 men, women, and children were incinerated or blown to bits in a bomb blast that cratered a densely wooded area in northwest Colorado. Moreover, an after-action document acknowledged the “valiant heroism” of an agent who died in the inferno “to protect and preserve national security.” He was posthumously awarded the FBI Medal for Meritorious achievement.

“When shown the evidence, Comey denied Obama’s involvement. He said he’d taken instruction from Susan Rice, Samantha Power, and Eric Holder, and he insisted Obama never gave him instructions directly,” our source said.

But military investigators said Comey’s statements were disingenuous. They told Comey he’d likely receive capital punishment unless he “came clean” and admitted that Obama had mandated the deaths of the Coloradons and countless other patriots during his time as president.

“I guess you want to go the way of Hillary Clinton,” military investigators reportedly told Comey.

“Oh, God, please don’t kill me. I’ve said everything I know,” Comey replied.

In closing, our source said Comey will face a military tribunal; however, the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps will not schedule his trial until after it has extracted all sensitive info from Comey’s addled mind.

The Trump Justice Department secretly obtained Washington Post journalists’ phone records and tried to obtain their email records over reporting they did in the early months of the Trump administration on Russia’s role in the 2016 election, according to government letters and officials.

In three separate letters dated May 3 and addressed to Post reporters Ellen Nakashima and Greg Miller, and former Post reporter Adam Entous, the Justice Department wrote they were “hereby notified that pursuant to legal process the United States Department of Justice received toll records associated with the following telephone numbers for the period from April 15, 2017 to July 31, 2017.” The letters listed work, home or cellphone numbers covering that three-and-a-half-month period.

Cameron Barr, The Post’s acting executive editor, said: “We are deeply troubled by this use of government power to seek access to the communications of journalists. The Department of Justice should immediately make clear its reasons for this intrusion into the activities of reporters doing their jobs, an activity protected under the First Amendment.”

News organizations and First Amendment advocates have long decried the government practice of seizing journalists’ records in an effort to identify the sources of leaks, saying it unjustly chills critical newsgathering. The last such high-profile seizure of reporters’ communications records came several years ago as part of an investigation into the source of stories by a reporter who worked at BuzzFeed, Politico and the New York Times. The stories at issue there also centered around 2017 reporting on the investigation into Russian election interference.

It is rare for the Justice Department to use subpoenas to get records of reporters in leak investigations, and such moves must be approved by the attorney general. The letters do not say precisely when the reporters’ records were taken and reviewed, but a department spokesman said the decision to do so came in 2020, during the Trump administration. William P. AIDS virus used in gene therapy to fix 'bubble baby' disease

A gene therapy that makes use of an unlikely helper, the AIDS virus, gave a working immune system to 48 babies and toddlers who were born without one, doctors reported Tuesday.

Results show that all but two of the 50 children who were given the experimental therapy in a study now have healthy germ-fighting abilities.

“We’re taking what otherwise would have been a fatal disease” and healing most of these children with a single treatment, said study leader Dr. Donald Kohn of UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital.

“They’re basically ‘free range’ – going to school, doing normal things,” without the worry that any infection could become life-threatening, he said.

The other two children who weren’t helped by the gene therapy later had successful bone marrow transplants. Doctors say it will take longer to know if any of the 50 are cured, but they seem to be well so far.

The children had severe combined immunodeficiency syndrome, or SCID, which is caused by an inherited genetic flaw that keeps the bone marrow from making healthy versions of the blood cells that form the immune system. Without treatment, it often kills in the first year or two of life.

It became known as “bubble boy disease” because of a case in the 1970s involving a Texas boy who lived for 12 years in a protective plastic bubble to isolate him from germs. It's now called “bubble baby disease” because roughly 20 different gene defects, including some that affect girls as well as boys, can cause it.

A bone marrow transplant from a genetically matched sibling can cure the disorder, but most kids lack a suitable donor and the treatment is risky – the Texas boy died after one.

Patients now are treated with twice-weekly doses of antibiotics and germ-fighting antibodies, but it’s not a permanent solution.

Doctors think gene therapy might be. They remove some of a patient’s blood cells, use a disabled AIDS virus to insert a healthy version of the gene that the kids need, and return the cells through an IV.

Josselyn Kish, now 11 and living in Las Vegas, had it at UCLA when she was 3. As a baby, she suffered rashes, painful shingles and frequent diarrhea, said her mother, Kim Carter. “Day care was calling me a couple times a week to come get her because she was always getting fevers.”

After the gene therapy, “she was better right away,” Carter said. Now, “she rarely, rarely gets sick at all” and has been able to recover whenever she has. That hope extends to Josselyn’s newest infection — she was just diagnosed with COVID-19 and so far has only very mild symptoms.

In all, 27 children were treated at the Los Angeles hospital, three at the U.S. National Institutes of Health near Washington and 20 at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. The fact the treatment seems safe across multiple hospitals performing it makes the study “very powerful,” said Dr. Stephen Gottschalk of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.

He had no role in the new study but he and his colleagues have performed a similar gene therapy on 17 other children with SCID.

Cambridge Man Sentenced for Receipt and Possession of Child Pornography

BOSTON – A Cambridge man was sentenced yesterday in federal court in Boston for child pornography offenses.

Robert Wharton, 31, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Dennis Saylor IV to five years in prison and five years of supervised release. In December 2020, Wharton pleaded guilty to one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Federal investigators developed evidence that a user of the Kik messaging application had electronically transmitted funds to another individual in exchange for access to internet links containing child pornography. The investigation revealed that those funds originated from Wharton and that Wharton resided in an apartment in Cambridge. During a search of Wharton’s apartment, Kik messages that Wharton had exchanged with the person to whom he had sent funds were discovered. In addition, various images and videos depicting naked children were found on Wharton’s phone, including a pornographic video that Wharton had received via the Telegram messaging application; this video depicts a young child performing oral sex on an adult.

Acting United States Attorney Nathaniel R. Mendell and Joseph R. Bonavolonta, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Boston Field Division made the announcement. Valuable assistance was provided by the Cambridge, Arlington, Newton and Revere Police Departments and the Massachusetts Department of Correction. Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Abely, Chief of Mendell’s Major Crimes Unit, prosecuted the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse, launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the DOJ’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children, as well as identify and rescue victims. Legislature opens door to expanded legal action against organizations that harbored child sex abusers

The Green and Gillispie law firm in Little Rock, which has handled child sexual abuse claims against clergy, Boy Scout leaders and others, has scheduled a news conference Thursday to talk about a new Arkansas law that makes it easier to sue for damages for such abuse.

SB 676 (now Act 1036) increases from 21 to 55 the age at which victims — either minors or the disabled — may file a claim and also creates a two-year period in which anyone of any age who was abused can bring a lawsuit against the abuser or an organization whose negligence facilitated the abuse. The organizations are typically the deep pockets from which damage claims are paid.

Green and Gillispie, in a news release, said the law is one of the most progressive in the country, with comparable statutes only in California, New Jersey and New York.

The news release said the new law will aid claims by 879 Arkansas men against the Boy Scouts of America, including the Quapaw Area Council in Little Rock., which covers a big part of Arkansas. Said the release:

Because of this new law, all of these Arkansas victims’ cases are suddenly no longer outside the statute of limitations; they are no longer time-barred. This is a major win for them and an incredibly bad omen for Scouting in Arkansas.

Four men with claims of abuse by Scout leaders will appear at the news conference. Josh Gillispie’s news release also said:

Additionally, we will be disclosing the names of the child molestors who perpetrated much of the worst abuse here in Arkansas,both in Scouting and in the Catholic Diocese of Little Rock. Over the last ten years my firm has increasingly handled more and more child sexual abuse cases (case involving scouting, Catholic clergy, children’s homes, Baptist ministers, teachers, coaches, and many others), and today it makes up the vast majority of my entire pratice. We believe it is our duty to tell the people of Arkansas know what we know, so that they may better protect their children.

The news release commented on the legislation: “It’s truly incredible that this happened in a place like Arkansas …”

It didn’t elaborate on what “a place like Arkansas” means. But one obvious thing is that the legislature typically tries to make it harder to sue for damages in civil court, not easier. Similar legislation has run into opposition in other states.

The Boy Scouts of America has filed for bankruptcy reorganization in the face of a flood of claims, with its plan so far not meeting approval from lawyers for abuse victims. The Catholic Diocese of Little Rock, along with dioceses around the country, has begun publicly disclosing names of clergy against whom credible claims of abuse have been made.

Legal claims are pending in several Arkansas abuse cases.

The new law allows recovery of actual damages and also punitive damages.

U.S. Space Force (USSF) Chief of Space Operations Gen. John W. “Jay” Raymond told Congress on Friday that GPS satellites used by the U.S. military are threatened by lasers and electronic jammers built by China and Russia.

Speaking to lawmakers at the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee last week, Raymond and other Air Force officials testified that the U.S. military must act quickly and with urgency to combat China’s military buildup, which they say is posing a major challenge for the Space Force.

Both Russia and China are swiftly manufacturing space weapons capable of engaging in “robust jamming of GPS and communications satellites.” The weapons are also designed to direct energy systems that can “blind, disrupt, or damage our satellites,” Raymond said.

The chief of space operations for USSF said the threat posed by China’s ground-based lasers that can destroy satellites circling the globe in low-earth orbit “is real today and concerning.”

“Given China’s exponential pace of weapons development and extensive marshaling of government and industry, we do not have the leeway to simply maintain our current approach,” said Raymond, acting Air Force Secretary John Roth, and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Brown in a statement.

“China is on track to exceed our capacity, so it is our obligation to act with a sense of urgency,” they added. “China poses challenges unlike any other in our nation’s history. We must be clear-eyed about these threats and our response to them.”

USSF officially joined the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) as its 18th member. Before then, no other organization had joined the IC since 2006.

Brown noted that the main concern officials currently have is the potential jamming of GPS satellites—a form of electronic anti-satellite attack that interferes with communications traveling to and from a satellite by emitting noise of the same radio frequency within the field of view of the satellite’s antennas.

The attack could disrupt military operations in the United States, Brown said.

Raymond also noted military concerns that space weapons built by China could spoof U.S. GPS signals, causing them to miss targets.

“GPS is absolutely critical not just to our military but it’s critical to our society,” he said, noting that the Department of the Air Force is working to build a system that will better shield it from jamming and other cyber attacks.

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe in April said that the Chinese regime is the “greatest adversary” of the United States, having the capability to unseat it as a global hegemon.

“China is our greatest adversary in the sense of the only other nation-state that is capable of challenging, and even supplanting the U.S. as the world’s superpower economically, militarily, and technologically,” Ratcliffe, who served as DNI during the Trump administration, said during an April 19 event hosted by Washington-based think tank The Heritage Foundation.

He described Beijing as both an adversary and competitor to the United States, noting that “they should be more of a competitor and less of an adversary, and it’s the other way around right now.”

Earlier in April, the the Office of the DNI released its annual threat assessment that described the Chinese communist regime’s push for global power as the leading threat to U.S. national security. DNI Avril Haines, at a Senate hearing a day later, said Beijing is on its way to becoming a “near-peer competitor” for the United States and represents an “unparalleled priority” for the country’s intelligence community.

Catholic Church withdraws longstanding opposition to Child Victims Act

ALBANY — Just days before a bill to make it easier for child sex abuse victims to seek justice as adults is to pass, the state Catholic Conference, headed by Timothy Cardinal Dolan, has officially withdrawn its longstanding opposition to the measure.

With passage of the Child Victims Act expected on Monday, the Daily News had previously reported the Catholic Conference was prepared to drop its opposition to the bill if it was convinced that public institutions like schools would be impacted the same way as private ones like churches.

Not long after the final version of the bill was formally introduced Thursday night, the Catholic Conference was satisfied that was the case.

“We are pleased that the sponsors have amended the Child Victims Act to include all survivors of abuse wherever it occurred,” said conference spokesman Dennis Poust. “We therefore remove our previous opposition and pray that survivors find the healing they so desperately deserve.”

The dropping of its opposition does not mean the conference formally supports the bill. That would have only occurred if the bill also seeks to eliminate the statute of limitations entirely pertaining to child sex abuse crimes and focused more on mediation rather than litigation — something critics charge the church only wants so it can avoid having to provide records as part of a lawsuit discovery process.

“We have long supported strengthening the legislation to include additional measures such as removal of criminal statutes of limitation completely, funding for safe environment training for public and private institutions, and compensation programs for those who prefer it to litigation,” said Poust. “We will continue to advocate for those measures in future legislation.”

But the church dropping its formal opposition makes it easier for Republicans, in particular, who otherwise would have been forced to vote on Monday against child sex abuse victims or the Church.

Once again, Paul Penzone is throwing his hat in the ring in the race to become the next Maricopa County sheriff.

He held a news conference Wednesday to officially announce his intention to run.

Penzone spent 21 years as a Phoenix police officer, earning national and international recognition for his leadership in crime prevention, capture of dangerous criminals and dismantling of drug trafficking organizations.

Since his retirement, Penzone has served as a top law-enforcement and security expert, and has dedicated his time to various community organizations.

While on assignment with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Penzone was selected as the national "Task Force Agent of the Year" when he led the federal wiretap investigation that ultimately dismantled a large-scale methamphetamine manufacturing and distributing network in Arizona.

He led the Silent Witness Program for 7 years, most notably during the "Baseline Killer" and "Serial Shooter" investigations, which paralyzed parts of the community with fear.

Following his police career, Penzone became the Vice President of Childhelp, a national non-profit organization that provides prevention education and services for child victims of abuse, neglect and sexual abuse. He was a critical asset in the development of their newest prevention program, "Speak Up, Be Safe", a program designed to protect children from abuse, neglect and sexual abuse.

Paul's interest in law enforcement began at an early age. As a student at Phoenix's Cortez High School, Paul volunteered at the Justice Courts as a bailiff, where he watched the criminal justice system firsthand. He studied Criminal Justice at Glendale Community College and Northern Arizona University before joining the Phoenix Police Department in 1988. Paul went on to serve a decorated 21-year career, beginning as a patrol officer and rising through the ranks to manage the highly successful Silent Witness program, which saw a considerable increase in cases solved and criminals apprehended during his tenure.

On his Facebook page, Penzone released this statement:

“It's time. I'm returning to the sheriff's race to finish what I started. It’s time to elect the most capable, decorated law enforcement professional. It’s time to elect someone with the leadership and experience necessary to renew, restore and refocus the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Arpaio's campaign manager Chad Williams released this statement Wednesday.

Epoch Times Reporter Attacked by Man With Softball Bat in Hong Kong

A reporter for the Hong Kong edition of The Epoch Times was beaten by an unidentified man wielding a softball bat on May 11, in an attack believed to be orchestrated by the Chinese regime in its latest attempt to silence the publication’s reporting.

Sarah Liang was on the first floor of her residential building when the assault took place at noon on Tuesday. The assailant swung the bat at her more than 10 times before fleeing in a car. The assault lasted about a minute and Liang was left with bruises on both of her legs.

The incident is the latest in a string of attacks on Epoch Times facilities and reporters in Hong Kong—all suspected of being organized by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as part of its campaign to thwart the outlet’s reporting in the city. The publication, one of the few independent outlets in Hong Kong, is known for reporting on political infighting, corruption, and human rights abuses committed by the communist regime.

Liang was taken away in an ambulance and sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. At around 3 p.m. local time, police arrived at the hospital to get Liang’s account of the attack. As of 6:30 p.m. local time, she was still in the hospital.

Guo Jun, director of the Hong Kong edition of The Epoch Times, said there was no doubt that the CCP was behind the assault on Liang. Guo called on the international community to pay attention to the safety of all reporters working in Hong Kong.

The CCP’s goal with this attack, as well as the others, was to force The Epoch Times to abandon its business in Hong Kong, Guo said.

The safety of staff at the outlet’s printing plant has been another concern. Guo added that there have been unidentified vehicles and people spotted near the facility recently.

The Chinese edition of The Epoch Times called on Hong Kong Police to carry out their duty to investigate all unresolved cases involving the Hong Kong bureau.

“We call on the general public in Hong Kong to continue to support The Epoch Times,” a statement from the outlet read.

“The Epoch Times will not back down and it will continue to provide truthful coverage and safeguard Hong Kong.”

It also called on the international community to help “prevent the CCP’s escalating violence against Hong Kong media.”
