Trump Would Wallop Biden if Election Held Today; Six Times As Many Dems Regret Their Vote

If another election between Donald Trump and President Joe Biden were held today, the 45th president would win handily, according to a new survey published Wednesday.

Rasmussen Reports noted that while 43% of likely voters said they would cast a ballot for Trump today, just 37% said they would do so for Biden again, while 14% percent said they would chose a different candidate.

In addition, more Biden voters than Trump voters expressed remorse for the ballot they cast during the 2020 election, which is the primary reason why Trump would win today, Rasmussen said.

Six times more Biden voters regret their choice than Trump voters, by a margin of 12% to 2%, respectively, according to the survey.

“If a rematch of the 2020 election were held now, Trump would win, because only 79% of Biden voters say they would vote for him again and seven percent (7%) would switch their vote to Trump,” the survey noted.

“By comparison, 81% of Trump’s 2020 voters would vote for him again and just two percent (2%) would switch to Biden,” Rasmussen added.

In addition, Rasmussen noted, voters who selected a third-party candidate in November said they are now three times more likely to vote for Trump (21%) versus Biden (7%), while 58% said they would still choose a third-party candidate and 14% said they weren’t sure.

Likewise, about twice as many of those who regret their 2020 vote say they’d now pick Trump (51%) rather than vote for Biden (26%), Rasmussen added.

Interestingly, Rasmussen noted that more Democrats than Republicans were surveyed.

According to the breakdown of 1,000 likely voters, 38% of respondents were self-avowed Democrats, 36% identified as Republican, while 26% chose a different political affiliation.

Trump is seen as the hands-on favorite to win the 2024 GOP presidential nomination should he decide to run, but he has yet to make his intentions clear.

He has often hinted in recent months since leaving the White House that he would like to throw his hat back into the ring but has said he can’t officially declare yet to do arcane campaign finance rules.

As it stands, if he remains undeclared, he has much more leeway in spending the tens of millions of dollars he has in his various political action committees, which he plans to use to back GOP candidates for Congress in a bid to see the party retake the House and possibly the Senate next year.

But last month, Trump’s first press secretary, Sean Spicer, said with certainty he believes Trump will run for president again in 2024.

“He’s in,” said Spicer, author of “Radical Nation: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s Dangerous Plan for America,” which had already become an Amazon pre-sale bestseller.

Spicer’s comment comes as Trump has been meeting with “Cabinet members” and leading congressional Republicans at his golf resort in Bedminster, N.J., the Washington Examiner reported.

In June, he met with Republican Study Committee chair Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., and members of the caucus’s leadership to discuss strategy and other relevant topics with an eye toward Democrat’s thin majority in the House, along with an evenly-divided Senate.

“We talked for most of the time about the work that the Republican Study Committee is doing to define the agenda for the future course of the Republican Party, which is fighting for the Trump agenda,” Banks told the New York Post.

“We talked about our election integrity bill, The Save Democracy Act, which he was very supportive of and we talked about what we’ve done to define immigration moving forward,” Banks added.

Biden Recalls Tree of Life Synagogue Visit That Never Happened

Biden's brain betrays him again

Joe Biden’s memory is so sharp that it now allows him to remember things that never actually happened. Or at least that’s probably how the “fact checkers” might spin this one.

Biden turned some heads yesterday when he said to Jewish leaders “I remember spending time at the, you know, going to the, you know, Tree of Life synagogue, speaking with them [after the massacre].”

However none of those leaders remember that, because it didn’t happen.

According to the New York Post:

Barb Feige, executive director of the Tree of Life, said that Biden did not visit the synagogue in the nearly three years since the anti-Semitic attack.

In a phone interview, Feige, executive director since July 2019, said firmly that “no” Biden didn’t visit, even before taking office when he had a lower public profile as a former vice president and then-Democratic presidential candidate.

There are also no news articles from the time that suggest Biden ever visited.

Sheriff Clarke Slams “Fascist” Lyft After Company Fired Driver For Listening To His Radio Show

Yesterday, GP reporter Alicia Powe reported that a Lyft driver was terminated from utilizing the ride-sharing service simply because a rider complained that he was listening to “racist talk radio show”, according to a release from iHeart Media.

What “racist” show was so offensive that someone would be deprived of their main source of income during these uncertain economic times?

The Milwaukee-based “Mark Belling Later Afternoon” show on WISN, where former African-American Sheriff David Clarke was filling in with for Mark Belling.

Clarke, a notable America First advocate and prominent supporter of President Trump was discussing the hypocrisy of the Black Lives Matter as it relates to deadly black-on-black crime and the disproportionate murder of African-American babies via abortion annually in the United States.

While sitting in Alexander’s car from 6:28 pm to 6:34 pm, the passenger listened to Clarke’s assessment of Black Lives Matter and concluded her driver is an enemy that must be silenced.

“If Black lives mattered, if this Marxist movement truly cared about Black life, they would be every single day protesting in front of abortion clinics all across America that kill more Black babies than any other demographic,” Clarke argued during the broadcast. “That is a fact. In 2014 in New York City, more Black babies were aborted than were born for heaven’s sakes, so don’t tell me that Black lives matter. When 83 percent of the homicide victims are Black and 83 percent of the perpetrators are Black, don’t tell me that Black lives matter because they didn’t get the memo apparently.”

As Clarke railed against the hypocrisy of Black Lives Matter, the passenger called the former sheriff “trash,” “slammed the door to my car when she got out, and specifically referenced abortion which Clarke did talk about briefly while she was in the car,” Ryan explained in an email to WISN host Dan O’Donnell.

Alexander continued driving for Lyft following the passenger’s xenophobic outburst, until Friday evening when he discovered Lyft suspended his account.

The Lyft driver, who had been earning a living for Lyft for more than a decade and completed over 11,000 trips, attempted to appeal the decision and get insight from Lyft but the company didn’t budge.

Alexander maintains nothing Clarke said was racist in nature against pushed back against the allegations asserted by the Lyft representative.

“I told him that it was simply untrue, I was listening to a local news talk station and the host said nothing that was remotely racist. Immediately after this, maybe two minutes into the conversation, I was given the final decision that my account would be permanently deactivated,” he continued. “As I tried to get clarification on why it quickly became obvious that that decision had been made prior to talking to me and that the phone call was simply a formality. I made repeated attempts over probably the next 10 minutes to get some explanation on how Lyft arrived at this decision but was simply told that the customer service rep, Sebastian, would not engage in any discussion or debate and that the decision was final.

Fellow WISN radio host Chris O’Connell discussed the ban on his program, rightfully stating that any racist content is already banned due to FCC guidelines. He also tried to get feedback from Lyft but ultimately has only received a pre-packaged automatic response.

Speaking exclusively to this Gateway Pundit reporter on Thursday afternoon, nearly a week after the long-term Lyft driver was banned from the platform and left without a way to earn a living, Clarke slammed Lyft as a “fascist” company.

“Listening to me hosting a talk radio show is now a fireable offense if you drive for Lyft ride service? Seriously? My God. The officials running that fascist ride service at Lyft have officially lost their minds,” Clarke concluded.
