A close friend works for a railroad, told me recently heads of largest 4 railroads operating in US had a meeting with some committee in DC, and were told to work on better retention of employees. so first of all, hard to explain in detail, but we truly are all one and connected. (that´s why I said, that hurting others truly hurts yourself)

will just explain it the way it went in my case, although, given who I am, this might not be 100% accurate for you, but I guess you could just do it the same way.

so you know pics with the shakras being located in different parts of your body, lower spine (genitals area) up to the top of your head, there are 7 shakras (not much surprising it´s 7 I guess).

so before I knew who I was, I guess at the beginning I found the Q board via YT vids and was a little later curious to actually see where it happens, and then later 'became' rainman, at that time I watched a YT vid explaining how to unblock your shakras that are basically blocked by bad emotions. today I would not say all of those emotions are neccessariliy bad, hard to explain, but most obviously it´s not a great thing if you suffer.

so before that I knew this already: greek philosophers talked about catharsis in relation to theater: cleaning your soul by experiencing different emotions. in laymans terms, and tbh not want to look it up in detail now, if you watch a theater play (back then no movies obviously, can have same effect if 'good' movies) you e.g. identify with the main charakter and depending on the play, you maybe first feel sorry or sad for him, later you you feel happy for him bc of whatever he does in that play. those emotions you feel too. this "cleans" your soul. I found that to be true, as I am the kind of person that occasionally drops some tears when watching a good movie and feel better afterwards. guess many of you experienced the same thing.

While Hillary for America moves to undercut John Durham’s criminal investigation of the Trump-Russia hoax, there’s another legal action taking place on the civil side of things.

As RedState previously reported, Donald Trump recently filed a lawsuit against everyone and their mother over the “unthinkable plot” to bring down his campaign and his eventual presidency by spreading false conspiracy theories about Russian collusion. Defendants in the suit include Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussmann, and Marc Elias, among many others. All of those people and entities appear to be in the sights of Durham as well.

Now, Clinton is moving to cut Trump off at the pass, with her attorneys filing a motion to have the lawsuit dismissed. In it, they accuse the former president of using the court as a fundraising gimmick.

Clinton’s attorneys said Trump’s $24 million lawsuit that claims an “unthinkable plot” to “cripple” his bid for the presidency and paint his campaign as colluding with Russia had no legal basis, according to a motion filed in US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

“Whatever the utility of Plaintiff’s Complaint as a fundraising tool, a press release, or a list of political grievances, it has no merit as a lawsuit and should be dismissed with prejudice,” the 22-page court filing said.

In perhaps a telling admission, one of the chief arguments in the filing is that Trump waited so long to file the lawsuit. At one point, Clinton claims that the statute of limitations for the former president’s RICO claims (the basis of the lawsuit) had passed. That may actually be true depending on what start date you use, but it’s hard to say exactly when the time period would have begun.

Another part of the filing involves the theft of “trade secrets.” Yet, Clinton argues that the information taken from Trump Organization computers doesn’t qualify as such but was simply “speech with which he disagrees.” Lastly, Clinton claims that Trump has not established she actually took part in any of the alleged conspiracy laid out in the lawsuit.

It’s very typical for Hillary Clinton to try to avoid all responsibility for her actions. Whether it can be proven in court or not, it’s extremely obvious that she was behind the plot to spread false information to garner a government investigation of Donald Trump. The idea that she was just paying Perkins Coie for “legal advice” and that Christopher Steele just made the dossier on his own while Michael Sussmann went to the FBI of his own prompting doesn’t begin to add up.

Yet, the failed Democrat is certainly one to cover her tracks, and it will be difficult for Trump to win his lawsuit. There is also a very real possibility, depending on who the judge is, that she could win her request for dismissal. We’ll have to see how that goes. I wouldn’t hold my breath for justice in this case. Even if John Durham succeeds in taking down some of her lackeys, you can bet Clinton has fully insulated herself.

The Government We Deserve

The Bible tells us we get the government we deserve, not the government we want. Whatever we sow, we will reap. There is a cause and a reason for all that has come upon America in this day, financially, militarily and governmentally. As Pogo said, “We have met the enemy and it is us!”

Perhaps the clearest biblical passage on this subject can be found in the third chapter of Isaiah. The Lord starts out by telling Judah why He is going to haul them off into captivity in the most egregious manner. The people have abandoned their relationship with God and their duties to love their neighbor, and have given themselves over to the sin of consumerism.

Rather than care for the orphan, the widow and the poor, they have given themselves to excessive buying of things they want but do not really need. Therefore, a just God is going to devastate them in hopes of getting their attention that they might see their sin, and so He can redeem them from the consequences, if and when they repent.

Isa 3:1-5 For behold, the Lord GOD of hosts is going to remove from Jerusalem and Judah both supply and support, the whole supply of bread, and the whole supply of water; 2 the mighty man and the warrior, the judge and the prophet, the diviner and the elder, 3 the captain of fifty and the honorable man, the counselor and the expert artisan, and the skillful enchanter. 4 And I will make mere lads their princes and capricious children will rule over them. 5 And the people will be oppressed, each one by another, and each one by his neighbor. The youth will storm against the elder, and the inferior against the honorable.

Gods tells them (and maybe us?) that He is going to bring their society to ruin! He will take away their provision. He will remove their skilled warriors and confound their vaunted military. He will take away their wise judges and their insightful prophetic men and women, replacing them with people who cannot think straight or reason in a Godly manner.

Rarely does God chastise the women in the Bible because they have so little power and authority. But women in every age have influence and are required by God to exercise it for the good of the society. But the daughters of Zion here are not influencing the society for good. They are, instead, leading the society away from righteousness by their attitudes and behaviors. They are caught up in the culture of seduction and hedonism as evidenced by their commitment to consumerism. This next little section inspired me in my book to refer to Isaiah Chapter 3 as the “Dillards’ chapter” because it sounds like someone has just bought out the women’s accessories department at Dillards.

The Reason CNN Plus Failed Isn’t What You Think

Strange as it sounds, CNN+ could have succeeded. The streamer’s rapid failure is a reminder that CNN fundamentally misunderstands its own brand. The network can’t be neutral because its definition of neutrality is out of step with the public’s—and it can’t be ideological for the exact same reason. This left CNN+ with nowhere to go.

Chris Licht, CNN’s incoming CEO, reportedly told staffers in a meeting that CNN+ “had an incredibly successful launch.” Just days ago, Sara Fischer at Axios reported executives at CNN and Discovery, the network’s new parent company, disagreed on this question.That’s likely because both camps disagreed on what success would look like for the streamer, which has about 150,000 subscribers as of now, according to Fischer.

Reporting from Fischer and others indicates CNN rushed the launch of CNN+ before completion of the Warner Bros. Discovery merger, again setting the streamer up for failure as new leadership inherited a product with which they were already displeased.

Warner Bros. Discovery took the dramatic step of killing the streamer a month into its existence because the executive ”didn’t think the economics behind its subscription plan made sense,” Axios reported on Friday. Those executives “thought there weren’t enough people willing to pay for subscription video news services to warrant the $1 billion investment CNN planned for CNN+ over four years.”

It’s certainly more complicated than CNN’s politics but, as Fox Nation proves, streamers can thrive when they’re lean and when they successfully target niches. The same goes for cable channels. (And podcasts, newsletters, YouTubers, etc.)

This is a consequence of the dynamic I often use to explain today’s late-night comedy: Why is Stephen Colbert, the most partisan and least funny man in late-night, generally the top host? By doubling down on #Resistance politics, Colbert built a dedicated audience just big enough to win the ratings war in today’s splintered landscape. He doesn’t have to put up the same numbers as Johnny Carson, so he doesn’t have to appeal to a wide swath of the public.

CNN is trying to be Johnny Carson in a Colbert world. The outlet is failing miserably to fulfill that goal, which is outdated anyway. It’s just a terrible business model, and even worse when you try to transfer it onto a new streaming platform with massive amounts of overhead.

Amusingly enough, Licht knows this better than anyone. In fact, his last job was with Colbert. As a savvy businessman, it makes perfect sense that Licht is quitting Twitter and trying to wrestle the network back to some semblance of neutrality.

As Fischer reported in February, “Licht and [David] Zaslav share a view that CNN was chasing prime-time ratings at the expense of the brand.” The same story, by the way, predicted CNN+ would shrink before it launched.

There’s a market for CNN+’s content, the problem is that it’s tiny. If you want to make money on a niche platform, you can’t spend like it’s a mass media platform. And if you want to be a mass media platform, your product can’t feel like a niche platform.

CNN’s TV ratings are miserable, but the comparatively tame website remains one of the top news websites in the world. Jeff Zucker, CNN’s disgraced former boss, loved the prime-time antics of Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon, both of whom embodied the network’s false but sanctimonious sense of neutrality.

Under Zucker, CNN ran an entire ad campaign purporting to be the network that could distinguish between apples and bananas, meaning they alone could be trusted to sort fact from fiction. They did this while perpetrating conspiracy theories and trafficking on an hourly basis in opinion and disinformation disguised as fact. MSNBC, on the other hand, more honestly embraced its ideological bent and did much better.

Don Lemon is not Walter Cronkite, but CNN still treats him as a neutral anchor. Surely there are some overeducated wine moms who lap this up like boxed Zinfandel. But there certainly aren’t enough of them to make a four-year $1 billion investment worth its while. By the time it launched, CNN+ had been lavished in $100 million.

Licht is correct that CNN’s brand used to indicate some sense of neutrality, of an outlet that could be trusted during breaking news events. He could try to turn CNN into an MSNBC competitor by dropping the false pretense of objectivity Zucker exploited and trying to get a big enough slice of that pie. But if he can still corner a niche—Republicans, Democrats, and Independents—that just wants news, he can probably get a bigger audience….

This is a picture of downfall and exile, and it is ugly! The men have been slain in war. The women are all gathered up, stripped of their finery, shaven and branded, clothed in sackcloth, roped together and marched into captivity. The ones who survive the death march will live as slaves. The party spirit has been replaced by lamenting and mourning by women sitting in the dirt each night on the march.

Is God against wealth? Is He opposed to us having nice things? Is he opposed to nice houses, second houses, nice cars, multiple cars, nice clothes and retirement plans? On the contrary! No, He is not. He often gives us those things when our hearts are rightly related to Him and to our neighbor. But God is opposed to consumerism; i.e., the spending (consuming) of resources upon ourselves as a lifestyle with little or no concern for others.

Let’s take a look at another well-off woman who gets God’s highest marks. (Let’s also remember that these principles are equally true for men.) This woman (and her husband) were very well off, blessed by God Himself, and commended on how they handled it.

Prov 31:10-20 An excellent wife, who can find? For her worth is far above jewels. 11 The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. 12 She does him good and not evil all the days of her life. 13 She looks for wool and flax, and works with her hands in delight. 14 She is like merchant ship. She brings her food from afar. 15 She rises also while it is still night, and gives food to her household, and portions to her maidens. 16 She considers a field and buys it. From her earnings, she plants a vineyard. 17 She girds herself with strength, and makes her arms strong. 18 She senses that her gain is good. Her lamp does not go out at night. 19 She stretches out her hands to the distaff, and her hands grasp the spindle. 20 She extends her hand to the poor; and she stretches out her hands to the needy. The question is not should we have money and be prosperous? The question is: are we the lady in Proverbs 31, or are we the lady in the Dillard’s chapter (Isaiah 3)? It is an important question, don’t you think?

I don’t actually know how big that audience is anymore. Part of CNN’s problem stems from one of our deepest cultural problems: We no longer share a general consensus on foundational questions. Over at CNN, it’s “neutral” to embrace preferred pronouns and corporate trainings on critical race theory because opponents of those ideologies are seen as bigots.

As Saagar Enjeti of Breaking Points told The Federalist in 2020, “The highest readership in American history was whenever we had a burgeoning massive partisan news. That’s actually how most people got their news, when we had huge levels of literacy, and we even had huge levels of news consumption, of voter participation.”

“Places like the New York Times and the Washington Post and the mainstream media, which are carrying over their old veil of objectivity … but they have to post crazy critical race theory, because that’s what their upper-middle-class white subscribers want to hear,” Enjeti said. “And that’s fine, it’s okay. Seriously. The part that bothers me is that they then claimed to be the arbiter of truth and the paper of record in the United States.”

Enjeti is the hugely successful host of an independent news show that prizes authenticity over neutrality, understanding that’s almost an impossible standard anyway.

So how can the television network be neutral even if it really tries? This is the same problem that plagued Lemon and Cuomo. They honestly believe bananas are apples.

That’s how insulated and ignorant they are. I’d say everyone at CNN should read “Coming Apart” but they won’t because its author has been condemned in the court of wrongthink.

CNN+ is a casualty of the network’s identity crisis, which is in and of itself a casualty of our national identity crisis. But without cynical and incompetent corporations like CNN, who told the country apples were bananas while pretending to do the opposite, we wouldn’t be so deep in the hole anyway.

so now to chakras. the YT vid I watched was from the kids series avatar. imo it gave a good explanation and fits well what other explanations say on that matter. I guess minor details are not that important anyway.

watch the vid. it explains that e.g. a shakra is blocked by grief and that you can unblock it by just focussing on what is the one thing that most (maybe more than one, but not like 10) makes you grief and feel sad.

[side note: imo you only feel sad, bc you feel love. wheaterh you feel sad for yourself or other, it´s based on you actually feeling love, either for yourself or others.]

so you sit down, take some time for yourself, be calm, maybe breathe calmly and 'aware' and then just think about what makes you feel afraid, feel ashamed, feel guilty, feel sad (chakras 1-4) and what is the greatest lie in your life (chakra 5, in your throat where adam´s apple is). I am not sure if back then I kind of tried to focus on that part of my body, prolly doesn´t hurt to do so. but you really should just do it the way you like to do it, not put pressure on yourself or something.

sit there, calmly breath and think about what makes you feel afraid, guilty, ashamed, sad the most. really think about it. maybe this leads to you dropping some tears, maybe not. doesn´t matter much.

explain to yourself, that in that very moment (truly in every single moment of your life, you really don´t have to feel any of those 'bad' feelings. bc in every single moment you are in that very moment, and whatever you did that makes you e.g. feel guilty, is in the past. whatever you are afraid of is in the future. in that very moment you sit there and are relaxed.

I did that once for a longer time, like 20 or 30+ mins I guess. and I did cry.

prolly doesn´t hurt to do it more than once.

as to breathing, I am not an expert in meditating or stuff like that. I consider it to be very helpful if you like to do it.

what I did for some time (went to mental clinic due to depression) was mindfullness.

in the hospital I did that for several weeks, daily I guess, 10 to 15 mins sitting down with a group, reading some short sort of advice how to do it while doing it.

what was read was something along the lines of

>breathe in deeply, breathe out

>try to put your focus, attention on the breathing

>if you like to focus on your chest going up and down, do that, if you like to focus on your belly going out and in, do that [in my experience belly breathing is better, but do as you find it comfy, that´s most important], maybe you like to focus your attention on the air going into your nose, try to see how it feels, does it feel warm, or cold or does it tickly your nose? try to focus on something you like to focus on related to you just calmly breathing.

maybe make a routine out of it and do it every morning or every evening. maybe you like it that much that you want to look for other kinds of meditating. maybe you only feel like doing it sometimes.

in my case I liked doing it daily as a routine.

the mindfullness routine I do not remember specifically.

but it started with just getting relaxed, calm, breathing and focussing on breathing. then the text that was read out every time, a text I liked much said something like

>focus on your breathing, e.g. the flow of air you feel in your nose and while doing that just don´t mind your thoughts.

>realize what you think about, might be anything, just think about it but do not 'judge' the thought or think hard about it.

let the thoughts come up and let them disappear again. let your thoughts be thoughts that you recognize but just focus on whatever you like to focus on, e.g. airflow in nose.

then after 10 to 15 mins the routine had a kind of 'waking up' thing to end the sort of meditation. I guess it included someting like counting down and stretching your body.

e.g.

>now I [the person reading it out] will count down from 10. when reaching 1 you are awake and relaxed.

>10, breathe in deeply, breathe out, enjoy it, relax

>9, try to focus on your breathing

>8, let thougts come up and disappear again

>7, do not judge the thoughts, just observe them

maybe helps if you write something you like as a routine and read it for yourself, or have others read it out to you, maybe one time you and next time your partner, maybe you talk it into your phone and have your own voice speak to you.

American copyright law has been the Mickey Mouse laws at least as long as I've been alive. None of that is new. However, the agreement, such as it was, was that the public got jobs and the corporation got tax breaks and everyone made out.

Now, all those amazing tax breaks and sweetheart property tax deals and local governments building out infrastructure were met with so long and thanks for all the fish. And the voters were left with the bill and no jobs and the destruction of entire communities.

Voters were, comprehensibly, furious about this. Screw taxation without representation. This was representation without taxation. And there was nothing that the voter could do about it.

In theory, at least, politicians can be voted out of office. Unless you have billions and access to financing billions more, you, a voter, cannot change the make up of a corporate board. Let's leave out arguments re outsourcing and shareholder value as all of this is the set up.

So voters were already, again, comprehensibly, furious that the only votes that mattered on economic matters were corporate ones.

Then corporations decided to start playing in social areas. Pick your topic. Pro-life, gay rights, immigration, religious freedom, pick it. Corporations decided to start throwing weight around about matters with no obvious economic relationship to the business.

Now, matters on which voters should have a say were being held hostage to corporate whims. Remember NC's bathroom bill and the boycotts? Again, pick your topic. Corporations were acting, and being treated by elected officials, as if they had any vote at all on these matters.

Not only that they had any vote at all, but that their vote was dispositive. Corporations attempted and succeeded in exercising veto power over social matter legislation.

But shareholders can vote out the board! Sure!!

There has been long, and again, comprehensible, absolute frustration and rage that politicians and the pundit class have accepted, wholeheartedly, the idea that corporations are Super Voters and get to have ultimate veto power over these matters. This is also not new.

Which brings us to Disney. In all the wailing about retaliation, I've seen nearly no one even admit that in order for retaliation to occur, the other party must have acted first. None of this would have happened if Disney, with no shareholder input, didn't open its mouth first.

Disney decided to throw its weight around because why wouldn't it? Hey, it's a Super Voter. Everyone agrees on this! The Pikachu shocked faces when the FL legislature decided to reject that notion and just treat Disney as another special interest have been amazing to witness.

What possible principle is there in replying to political actions with politics! How about, just spit balling here, bare knuckle politics? How about the principle that corporations do not get veto power over legislation? How about the principle that actual voters are supreme?

The wailing and gnashing of teeth about Muh Principles means nothing, absolutely nothing, until the question of what is the proper political role of a corporation is answered. Because I, a person, am comprehensibly exhausted by pretending this question isn't foundational.

YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO DISNEY! WHERE ARE YOUR PRINCIPLES! Right here where I believe the actions of the voters are what matters and corporations who choose to play political games get political consequences. You might not like that principle, but it is a principle.

Beams of protons are again circulating around the collider’s 27-kilometre ring, marking the end of a multiple-year hiatus for upgrade work

The world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator has restarted after a break of more than three years for maintenance, consolidation and upgrade work. Today, 22 April, at 12:16 CEST, two beams of protons circulated in opposite directions around the Large Hadron Collider’s 27-kilometre ring at their injection energy of 450 billion electronvolts (450 GeV).

“These beams circulated at injection energy and contained a relatively small number of protons. High-intensity, high-energy collisions are a couple of months away,” says the Head of CERN’s Beams department, Rhodri Jones. “But first beams represent the successful restart of the accelerator after all the hard work of the long shutdown.”

“The machines and facilities underwent major upgrades during the second long shutdown of CERN’s accelerator complex,” says CERN’s Director for Accelerators and Technology, Mike Lamont. “The LHC itself has undergone an extensive consolidation programme and will now operate at an even higher energy and, thanks to major improvements in the injector complex, it will deliver significantly more data to the upgraded LHC experiments.”

Pilot beams circulated in the LHC for a brief period in October 2021. However, the beams that circulated today mark not only the end of the second long shutdown for the LHC but also the beginning of preparations for four years of physics-data taking, which is expected to start this summer.

Until then, LHC experts will work around the clock to progressively recommission the machine and safely ramp up the energy and intensity of the beams before delivering collisions to the experiments at a record energy of 13.6 trillion electronvolts (13.6 TeV).

This third run of the LHC, called Run 3, will see the machine’s experiments collecting data from collisions not only at a record energy but also in unparalleled numbers. The ATLAS and CMS experiments can each expect to receive more collisions during this physics run than in the two previous physics runs combined, while LHCb, which underwent a complete revamp during the shutdown, can hope to see its collision count increase by a factor of three. Meanwhile, ALICE, a specialised detector for studying heavy-ion collisions, can expect a fifty times increase in the total number of recorded ion collisions, thanks to the recent completion of a major upgrade.

The unprecedented number of collisions will allow international teams of physicists at CERN and across the world to study the Higgs boson in great detail and put the Standard Model of particle physics and its various extensions to the most stringent tests yet.

Other things to look forward to in Run 3 include the operation of two new experiments, FASER and SND@LHC, designed to look for physics beyond the Standard Model; special proton–helium collisions to measure how often the antimatter counterparts of protons are produced in these collisions; and collisions involving oxygen ions that will improve physicists’ knowledge of cosmic-ray physics and the quark–gluon plasma, a state of matter that existed shortly after the Big Bang.

The world’s largest vaccine maker, the Serum Institute of India, has halted production of the locally made version of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine due to falling demand, its chief executive said Friday.

The Serum Institute has produced more than one billion doses of Covishield — its version of the AstraZeneca jab — and is a major supplier to the Covax global inoculation programme for poorer countries.

There is now a global glut of coronavirus vaccines.

It is a remarkable contrast to a year ago, when India, known as the “pharmacy of the world”, restricted exports to combat a terrifying rise in infections at home that pushed the healthcare system in the nation of 1.4 billion people to breaking point.

Vaccine exports resumed in November.

“We’ve got 200 million doses of stock,” said Serum chief Adar Poonawalla.

“We shut down production in December. I’ve even offered to give free donations to whoever wants to take it,” he told an economic forum organised by Times Network media group.

“I didn’t know what to do with the product. So I had to tell them, shut down the production. Otherwise, it’ll all expire.”

India’s drug regulator allows Covishield to be used for up to nine months after its manufacturing date.

The production halt applies only to Covishield, a Serum spokesman confirmed to AFP. The company also produces Covovax under licence from the US pharma giant Novavax.

Since the middle of last year, global vaccine production has exceeded demand with the gap continuing to grow, the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations told AFP this month.

But billions of people around the world remain unvaccinated, most of them in developing nations.

India, the world’s third-most Covid-infected nation, has administered more than 1.87 billion shots so far as part of a double-dose regime for those aged 12 and above.

New daily infections in the country plunged to around 1,000 in early April, but have picked up in recent days, prompting the capital New Delhi to reinstate its mask mandate.

NYT Admits: Experimenting On Trans Kids Has Horrifying Effects

Any remaining people unbothered by the “queer” activists pushing for children to question their gender, screw with their biological chemistry via hormone pills and even potentially mutilate their genitals, should immediately listen to an episode this week of The New York Times’s “The Daily” podcast.

If it doesn’t fill everyone with shock and horror, it’s all over and the monsters of this country have won. That two-part episode, “When Texas Went After Transgender Care,” features a lesbian mother and her biological daughter, Grayson, who is 17 and has attempted to become a male.

Grayson recalls suffering from severe depression as a child but finding some comfort after a friend “came out” to her as gender “non-binary.” Grayson subsequently researched topics related to transgenderism. She said while going through puberty she feared that growing breasts and wider hips would mean people no longer viewed her as “masculine” and as the “tomboy” that she always was.

Grayson eventually told her mother, Holly, that she identified as male. Holly was initially taken aback because, she said, she had always assumed her daughter was simply a “butch lesbian.”

Nevertheless, Holly found a clinic in Texas that counseled and affirmed children who expressed symptoms of gender dysphoria. She admitted her daughter.

Grayson had already gone through the bulk of puberty, so was not given the option to ingest pills that would stunt her body’s natural transition to womanhood (a common prescription among trans-affirming doctors). Instead, she was offered pharmaceuticals that would suppress her estrogen and increase her levels of testosterone. Her voice deepened and she grew facial hair, two consequences that will be irreversible, as conceded by Grayson and her mother.

“But of course there’s always electrolysis and laser,” Holly says with a resigned laugh.

Times reporter Azeen Ghorayshi then went into the concerns parents of gender dysphoric children have about experimenting with their kids’ hormones, namely the permanent loss of bone density and potential infertility. Ghorayshi admitted that both are possibilities.

“We just don’t have a lot of data on what happens to bone density in [trans] people long term,” she said. On fertility, she says, “the science here is really early,” but that there are legitimate concerns that halting a person’s natural development, only to artificially push it in the opposite direction, “You could interfere with the maturation of the eggs and sperm” of that individual. “There’s just very little in the way of long-term research,” she says.

Most comically, if still depressing, Ghorayshi offered a simple remedy to that predicament: “If a kid knows that they want to have children down the road and wants to leave open the option to having their own biological kids, that permanent loss of fertility is a big deal, so these clinicians do coach the kids and their parents about what the options are if preserving fertility is important.”

What a relief!

I’m well past the age of puberty and even I don’t know if I want children. How does a kid, all of 12 years old, and who may not even know how to have sex yet, know herself?

The question that should be on everyone’s minds is: Why can’t any of this wait until a person is at least a legal adult and working with a brain that isn’t preoccupied with doing cringe-worthy dances on Tik Tok?

Ghorayshi attempted to address that issue at the tail end of part one.

“Trans advocates and clinicians say all the time that doing nothing is also doing something,” she says, “because forcing a child to go through the puberty of a gender they don’t identify with can also be harmful.”

Okay. Maybe? Is allowing a natural process harmful? In any event, it couldn’t possibly be any more harmful to let a child’s body take its course than it is to irreversibly alter it, should that child change his mind about being transgender, which is not uncommon at all.

Just last week the Washington Post ran an article by a transgender person who is biologically male and regrets all the things he did to his body to make it more like a woman before he was even the age of 20. “I was still a virgin when I went in for surgery,” wrote the author, Corinna Cohn. “I mistakenly believed that this made my choice more serious and authentic. Fusion GPS’s ‘Attorney-Client Privilege’ Cover

The opposition-research firm tries to dodge a subpoena by claiming it contributed to legal advice.

America, meet Simpson, Fritsch, & Oppo—the country’s newest, if not its most prestigious, law firm. At least that’s what the purveyors of the Russia collusion hoax are now peddling to the judiciary, part of a last-ditch effort to conceal the truth of their actions.

Readers are familiar with Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch as the co-founders of Fusion GPS, the opposition-research firm hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee (via law firm Perkins Coie) in 2016 to concoct the infamous “dossier” against Donald Trump. A grand jury impaneled by special counsel John Durham indicted Perkins Coie partner Michael Sussmann last year on a false-statement charge related to his effort to feed such dirt to the FBI. Mr. Sussmann pleaded not guilty.

This month Mr. Durham asked a federal judge to compel Fusion, the DNC and the Clinton campaign to hand over documents for the judge to review in chambers. The filing says Fusion GPS is sitting on some 1,455 documents covered by his subpoena. The Clinton campaign and DNC are asserting privilege over communications between Fusion and Rodney Joffe, a tech executive, who the Durham team says used his position to access nonpublic internet data to produce allegations against Mr. Trump.

On what grounds do the parties refuse to produce the documents? In a flurry of filings Tuesday by Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign, the DNC, Mr. Joffe and Perkins Coie, they explain that—contrary to public record, sworn testimony, news articles, books and the findings of federal investigators—Fusion was retained not to do oppo-research, but to “support” Perkins Coie’s “legal advice” to Democrats, and its documents are therefore covered under attorney-client privilege.

That absurd claim is the only refuge left to the first high-level campaign called out for funneling its political operations through a law firm. For years Democrats and Republicans alike have listed controversial contractors as “legal services” to avoid disclosure, and the practice is now on display given the Clinton campaign’s reckless decision to push the tactic to extremes by wrapping in the FBI and provoking a national crisis. Mr. Durham is performing the dual service of unraveling the Russia hoax and exposing a longtime Washington racket.

Which leaves the document hiders in a tough legal spot. Not every communication that emanates from a lawyer is privileged. As the Durham team notes, Perkins Coie was retained by the Clinton campaign and the DNC to advise on compliance with Federal Election Commission regulations as well as on state election matters and potential recounts. Nowhere in the agreements is a provision for the services of oppo research or media relations—activities that aren’t privileged and that Mr. Durham says were among the law firm’s billed time.

Then there’s the long record of Fusion’s actual work, documented by Fusion itself. Mr. Simpson, when asked in an August 2017 Senate hearing to describe his campaign work, notably didn’t respond “legal advice.” He said he’d been hired to take an “unlimited look” at Mr. Trump’s “business,” “finances” and “associations.” He said he wasn’t given a “specific tasking.” This is backed by dozens of ensuing media stories—many of which quote members of the Fusion-Perkins-Clinton orbit—describing Fusion’s work to assemble and publicize the dossier. Mr. Durham notes that of the 1,455 documents Fusion refuses to turn over, only 18 even “involve an attorney.”

In their 2019 book, “Crime in Progress,” Messrs. Simpson and Fritsch brag that Perkins Coie had hired them to dig into Mr. Trump. Which flags another problem: It’s tough for Fusion and others to claim their work product is privileged when they ladled it out to the press and agencies and profited from a book that openly describes internal discussions with Perkins Coie….

Perhaps the strongest indication of weakness is the desperate effort by all parties this week to stop the judge from seeing the documents. Parties with valid attorney-client privilege don’t fear such a process, which shields the communications from prosecutors (or another adversary) unless the judge holds they aren’t privileged.

It also shows that there are communications that Mr. Durham’s targets are afraid of letting him see. The dossier story may still have a long way to go.

As Yen Craters, Japan Begs US For "Coordinated Currency Intervention", Is Rejected By Yellen

At the end of March, we warned that the "Yen was At Risk Of "Explosive" Downward Spiral With Kuroda Trapped". and that, more or less, is what happened with the Japanese currency subsequently suffering the longest stretch of daily losses in history with 13 consecutive days of losses.

And absent the occasional short squeeze, it is unlikely that this relentless trend lower in the yen trajectory will change any time soon as it comes at the expense of the BOJ's being able to maintain its Yield Curve Control which limits the 10Y JGB at 0.25%, but to do so, it forces the BOJ to keep easing, injection trillions in yen, and effectively continuously devaluing the currency (until none other than China is forced to devalue as we also explained last month, and will discuss again later today). So with the BOJ trapped and unable to do much to reverse the implosion in the yen (which unlike much of the past decade is actually dangerous for Japan because as we also explained this week, assures much higher inflation for the country which has the highest debt load in the developed world), what does Japan do? Why come running to the Fed in hopes of some "coordinated intervention" of course.

On Friday, Japanese television broadcaster TBS reported that Japan and the United States likely discussed the idea of coordinated currency intervention to stem further yen falls during a bilateral finance leaders' meeting. According to Reuters, the report, citing a Japanese government source, came after Japanese Finance Minister Shunichi Suzuki described recent yen falls as "sharp" and said he agreed with U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to communicate closely on currency moves. "We confirmed that currency authorities of both countries will communicate closely, aligning with the exchange-rate principles agreed among the G7 and G20 members," Suzuki told reporters after the meeting with Yellen in Washington D.C. on the sidelines of the International Monetary Fund gatherings. Suzuki said he explained to Yellen that recent yen falls were sharp, but declined to comment on whether the two discussed the idea of coordinated currency intervention. However, in a report from Washington, TBS said Suzuki and Yellen did discuss joint currency intervention during their talks. "The U.S. side sounded as if it would consider the idea positively," TBS quoted the government source as saying.

That said, it is unlikely that a new Plaza Accord is imminent as Washington will find it very hard to consent to yen-buying intervention as it would drive down the dollar and accelerate already soaring U.S. inflation, TBS reported. When approached by Reuters on the report, a Japanese finance ministry official said he could not comment on whether joint currency intervention was discussed at the meeting. It's probably hard to get U.S. consent for coordinated intervention at this timing," said Masahiro Ichikawa, chief market strategist at Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management. "If intervention does take place, that could trigger a huge unwinding of positions and push up the Japanese currency by 2-3 yen in a short period of time."

The yen has plunged to two-decade lows against the dollar, with the central bank continuing to defend its ultra-low rate policy in contrast with heightening chances of aggressive rate hikes by the U.S. Federal Reserve. The currency's fall halted this week at lows of 129.43 to the dollar on expectations the issue of joint intervention could be raised at the G7 and the U.S.-Japan finance leaders' meetings. In a G7 statement issued on Thursday Tokyo time, the finance heads said they were closely monitoring markets that have been "volatile," but made no mention of exchange rates. "The government has said rapid currency moves were undesirable. What we're seeing now with the yen are rapid moves, so we'll monitor moves closely with a sense of urgency," Suzuki told reporters.

this might now be the same for you, as I am me and as this is what I did in the few days in Berlin that most of you know about.

and the way I did it was kind of unusual as this was the time I found out about the whole G thing.

so I did stuff after people, animals, the wind, noises giving me 'hints', like me thinking "breathe faster?" and then a person in a random conversation I heard from a little away said "yes" or "no" or "a little" or anything that fitted that.

as I said many times, this is what is my life today. whatever I do is sort of commented on by the universe, by what you call God, the non living God sort of.

e.g. me thinking about getting a glass of milk and some random people walking by outside say "white" or talk about a fridge or anything that really fit´s well what I do, intend to do or think about.

just few hours ago, I had a short conversation with my uncle while he was fixing his car. I saw a peace unter the hood that was injection moulded, so a plastic peace that is formed into shape. when I looked at it and thought about that this might have a special form to put tools into it while having a conversation with him, he, in that very moment or like half a second later, said "pressed", which in that case was not exactly accurate as injection molding is not the same as pressing metal parts into form, but you get the idea. I think about something or do it, and the universe, my uncle, any person, an animal, the wind is sort of commenting on it. sometimes this gets a little annoying, sometimes it´s fun. there where countelss times when watching just anything random in tv or on yt and for several minutes in a row the tv commented my thoughs, while obviously showing an actual tv progam or a yt video that made sense from the topic it was actually talking about.

so. e.g. I watch anything and think about getting a glass of cocoa, in that moment the tv maybe saying "cold" or "white" or "fridge" or "get up" or anything that just fits what I do and think. then maybe this annoyes me bc sometimes it does feel like I would only go get a cocoa bc the tv told me to do it. and then while thinking about it, this only takes much less then a second, the tv programm saying "annoyed", or anything fitting, or sometimes more in terms of a conversation saying "this is needed" as in "you are Jesus, the one true living God and those signs are needed". maybe then I smile and tv says "there is the sun" or says "smile" or "fun" or anything fitting.

really hard to explain, imagine that, and now describes like 1 or 2 secs, going on for several minutes in a row.

so in Berlin I was kind of told by the universe, by God, maybe by myself, dunno really, what to do in terms of chakras and what I did was this, also did it before when watching the avatar vid. I said I only watched it once, but now realize I must have watched it a couple of times or at least did some chakra stuff just for fun afterwards.

so back then I tried to e.g. focus on my belly (shakras blocked by shame and guilty, shame little under belly, guilt where your stomach is located) and tried to tense my belly mussles to push in my belly, sort of putting pressure on the chakra.

in Berlin I did kind of the same thing. don´t want to other you with all the other stuff going on there, stuff that basically showed many millions at once that I am who I am.

so in Berlin I did that pushing thing from bottom shakra in spine to top shakra in head. first pushing in or sort of tensing the shakra where your genitals are (also did the movement that makes guys twitch your dick a little and that does girls tense your vagina), but later I only did the pushing inside.

maybe not easy at the start, like learning a new muscle, like e.g. pulling up one eyebrow or making your ear twitch or move. you need to do it a couple of times or even many many times to manage to do it.

so e.g. pushed in the 1st shakra at bottom of spine for 5 or 10 times in a row, like from front of your body to back.

then I move up one chakra and pushed the shakra blocked by shame, moving belly against the spine.

I guess at that time I did not think about what thoughts would lead me to feel emotions blocking it, like greatest fear. but that was rather do to this being a pretty exciting experience and me basically not having any sleep, or only very little, explained it one time may weeks back, not want to explain it again right now.

so then moving up the chakras, pushing in, and yes, this also works for your throat e.g.

and then the two chakras in your head which are not really blocked by feelings.

so for the 3rd yes shakra (if you don´t know it, look up 3rd yes, pretty interdasting stuff that so called nlightened folks know about but in the past have schoosen to hide and only show in symbolism, e.g. pine cone symbolism, e.g. papacy, egypt stuff). I focussed on the part of my head, little above the eyebrows, right inbetween your eyes and a little bid behind your forehead, like 1 or 2 cm inside. tried to tense and push and move that. maybe not easy at the start. also used my eyes to sort of help the movement, leading me to squint a little and moving my eyes from looking straight ahead to much upside while squinting a little, from todays point of view, not needed anymore, but I guess that is much helpful for starting to actually feel the 3rd eye, which you can do and which I do now.

actually have a lecture I need to attend in 20 mins, so will shorten it now. feel free to ask question, yes, if I encourage you you definitly can do that!, will answer later, but will not check next bread, so reply in this one.

so what it is today is what I way earlier heard of when looking up interdasting stuff on e.g. monks and other folks skilled or rather experienced at meditating. I can put focus on any part of my body and feel the think that e.g. monks discribe as a small ball (of light) moving in your body. e.g. in chinease meditation stuff you are supposed to try to feel a small ball (of light, warm ball, however does not feel warm or cold for me, just kind of is there as a focus point in my body, you might say like a second brain moving through your body, meaning that your focus point of your body is basically in your head as it´s where you get input by eyes and ears, which is most input for most people, so if you consider that brain part to be your focus, I sort of can make a 2nd focus poiunt move through my body, from my left foot to my right hand, around my belly inside of my belly, around in my head, or my chest, or wherever, also going kind of outside of my body e.g. when doing those circle movements. sometimes not doing circles, but differently shaped movements, really hard to explain. maybe there is a kung fu guy lurking and can comment more specifically.)

ok, hope that helps you. try it out. mindfullness & thinking about what e.g. makes you afraid while explaning to yourself and realizing that in that very moment you definitly do not need to be afraid of anything, and that this fear might well be not that much of a true fear anyway.

Military Advises Trump: “No More Interviews”

White Hats within the U.S. military and at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago command center have recommended that President Donald J. Trump avoid more interviews with Deep Staters masquerading as friends or neutral parties, a Mar-a-Lago source told Real Raw News.

The advice came after Trump and freedom-hating Piers Morgan sat down for a discussion hosted by The Sun, a U.K. rag-mag posing as serious journalism. TUCSON, AZ — Snakes are starting to play a big role in COVID-19 research. Scientists from the University of Arizona have discovered an enzyme, similar to one found in rattlesnake venom, that could be driving COVID-19 deaths.

"We found evidence that there was an enzyme, a snake-like enzyme, in the blood of people who were in extraordinarily high levels,” says Dr. Floyd Chilton, the senior author of the study with the University of Arizona, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Scientists have worked on this study for the past year and a half. It was recently published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation. The snake-like enzyme is found in healthy people at low levels to prevent bacterial infections. In severe cases of COVID-19, it’s doing the opposite.

"These high levels of this enzyme are looking at those tissues in the organs and saying, ‘you look like a bacteria, let's shred your membranes. Let's put these organs out of their misery,’" says Dr. Chilton.

Dr. Chilton says what's even more remarkable is where we can go from here in the fight against the pandemic.

“Can we come up with specific therapeutics that will not care which variant is coming toward it? Can we come up with specific therapies to address this devastating disease?” says Dr. Chilton.
