I started exactly this concept on 1 March. Only eat 3 modest meals per day (but whatever I want to eat), zero snacks, repeat zero.

Have gone down 2 belt sizes and lost the gut almost completely gone, maybe another 4-6 weeks.

Wish I'd weighed myself at the start, but am basing results on clothing and look and feel.

Sad things is, I've been asking for help for 4 years from every Veteran Charity (fuck you Gary Sinise with your multimillion dollar charity won't fucking help a veteran in need) and probably another 16 vet charities with no help. Couldn't get anyone out to replace failed septicโ€ฆ think those guys got calls tooโ€ฆ and that money is gone.

Army Corp is wanting to take my living certificate from my home for it. They can appear at anytime.

Had 2 Sheriffs at my door couple weeks ago acting odd.

Just trying to survive in the red now. Don't have the cap to be a Paytriot out in the boonies.

Times are tough.

This was me. Want to give my testimony of what God did.

 

I stayed up all night. After asking for prayer, I took a one hour nap n woke up to tend to my dog. I network with no kill shelters and I work mostly with the director of a really nice facility. Someone here tried to cut the tail off a dog so I took it to my friend the director. Thatโ€™s the usual routine. Anyway I woke up to an text from her telling me to try a diff emergency vet because she works with all of them. I called n left a message n vet called me back. Was going to cost $300 to put my dog down but thatโ€™s not what I had prayed for. The credit card machine was broken so it had to be cash. Grabbed some rent money n took $300. Was a two hour drive. I had an extra $20 for gas although wonโ€™t get me far.

 

I put dog in truck, get to vet. She tells me heโ€™s going to be fine n prescribed meds. Total was $280. Had extra for gas. The director instead filled my truck up with gas. Dog needs to go back in a week to get X-rays n a tooth pulled. He had an abscess n whole head got 3x bigger within hours. Last night dog seemed unconscious. I just kept praying n trying to have faith but was stuck in fear. Anyway next week the director from shelter will pay for e erything he needs and some frens had already pulled money together to help him and so I have rent money back.

 

BUT WEEKS BEFORE THIS I had been standing in Faith declaring my dog to be healed. I was shitting myself wondering how in the hell did I have absolutely no doubt my dog would be healed and all of a sudden dude looked like he was about to croak. I couldnโ€™t understand wtf was going on. If we have faith, GOD HAS TO ANSWER or faith wouldnโ€™t work. Well damn. All this happened n other vet misdiagnosed him n new vet thinks itโ€™s just a bad tooth and after they pull it she thinks heโ€™ll be back to tippy top.THANK YOU!!!!I love you no homo. Some liberals are blaming the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg after the court overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade case that federally protected a womanโ€™s right to an abortion on Friday.

 

Ginsburg notoriously decided to not retire during the Obama administration when she could have been replaced with a liberal justice, only to die at the age of 87 in September 2020 during the Trump administration.

 

She was replaced by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was one of three conservative justices appointed by former President Donald Trump โ€” all three of whom were among the six justices who voted in favor of overturning the half-century-old decision.

 

If she had retired and been replaced by a liberal justice, the decision to overturn Roe would likely still have passed in a 5-4 vote.

 

Although Ginsburg was a staunch advocate for womenโ€™s constitutional right to an abortion, she was critical of how Roe v. Wade established that right.

 

Outraged, many liberals took to social media to point their fingers at her for Fridayโ€™s decision.

The regional commissioner for the Arusha, John Mongella, according to sources, said the decision to lease the land was a difficult one. However, he claimed, that the country could largely benefit from the return on such a project as it will boost tourism revenue.

 

The Maasai people were informed of this decision on January 11, 2022. The timeframe for Maasai displacement is still being worked out, but plans for another group of Maasai to be relocated to an UNESCO World Heritage Site are set to begin at the end of February.

International organizations such as UNESCO and the International Union for the Conservation of Nature collaborate with Tanzania's government to monitor conservation initiatives in specific regions. This week, as the world leaders attempted to save 30% of the world's land by 2030 as part of a worldwide initiative to protect biodiversity, indigenous people were being forcefully evicted from their ancestral land. Experts in human rights issues are concerned that the "30 by 30 plan" might result in abuses and breaches of the rights of Indigenous and local people.

 

According to Fio Longo, a campaign manager at the Indigenous rights group Survival International, "We are facing a humanitarian disaster that exposes the true face of conservation." She added, "The Maasai are being shot just because they wish to live peacefully in their traditional landsโ€”all to make place for trophy hunting."

 

In the face of government brutality and human rights violations, four Maasai communities asked the East African Court to recognize their ownership of the ancestral land the OBC is attempting to snatch through a government agreement. The eviction, they argued, has seen a series of violations of their rights from the burning of their homes to arbitrary arrest and confiscation of Maasai livestock. These campaigns, said the indigenous communities, serve to intimidate and harass people coercing them into forced evictions.

This Ukrainian document release came at the same time as an official press release from Russia via the Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, this morning, demanding the US comply with the investigation into their biological activity in the post-Soviet space.

โ€œWe call on the United States, as the depositary of the BTWC, to take a responsible approach to fulfillment of its obligations under the Convention, in fact, to contribute to strengthening the regime of this important disarmament mechanism for international security. We expect to provide not general information, but substantive explanations on specific issues raised by the Russian side in connection with U.S. military and biological activities in the post-Soviet space.โ€

 

So essentially Russia is saying the US has to comply with the UN and that they have been stonewalling any investigation for decades. Russia is demanding the US cooperate and answer any concerns about their biological activity in post-Soviet states, like Ukraine, Georgia, etc.

A Nazi concentration camp guard, aged 101, charged with murdering thousands of prisoners during the Second World War insisted he did 'absolutely nothing' at his trial today.

 

Josef Schuetz is the oldest person so far to face trial over Nazi war crimes committed during the Holocaust.

 

At his trial in Germany today, June 27, he again denied being complicit in war crimes during the Holocaust as his trial drew to a close.

 

Schuetz is accused of involvement in the murders of 3,518 prisoners at the Sachsenhausen camp in Oranienburg, north of Berlin, between 1942 and 1945.

 

Sachsenhausen was said to be an 'experimental extermination camp' where the 'cruellest methods' were invented.

 

The pensioner, who now lives in Brandenburg state, has pleaded innocent throughout the trial.

 

He insisted to the court that he did 'absolutely nothing' and was not aware of the gruesome crimes being carried out at the camp.

 

'I don't know why I am here,' he said again at the close of the proceedings, his voice wavering.

 

Dressed in a grey shirt and pyjama bottoms and sitting in a wheelchair, Schuetz insisted he had had nothing to do with the atrocities and said he was was 'telling the truth'.

 

Antoine Grumbach, 80, whose father died in Sachsenhausen, said that Schuetz 'does not want to remember', calling it 'a form of defence'.

 

The trial was not just about 'putting a centenarian in prison', he said. It had also produced evidence that Sachsenhausen was an 'experimental extermination camp'.

 

'All the cruellest methods were invented there and then exported,' Grumbach said.

 

Prosecutors say he 'knowingly and willingly' participated in the crimes as a guard at the camp and are seeking to punish him with five years behind bars.

 

But Schuetz's lawyer, Stefan Waterkamp, said that since there were no photographs of him wearing an SS uniform, the case was based on 'hints' of his possible involvement.

The decommissioning of Russian nuclear-powered vessels is an issue of major concern to the United States and to the Scandinavian countries[1] near Russia.

 

From 1950 to 2003, the Soviet Union and its major successor state, Russia, constructed the largest nuclear-powered navy in the world,[2] more ships than all other navies combined:[3]

248 submarines (91 attack submarines, 62 cruise missile submarines,

91 ballistic missile submarines and four research submarines),

four Kirov-class battlecruisers, and

a missile test ship,[1] as well as

nine icebreakers.[4]

 

Many were or are powered by two reactors each, bringing the total to 468 reactors.[4] With the end of the Cold War and with its navy chronically underfunded,[5][6] Russia has decommissioned many of these vessels, and according to one report dated November 2008, intended to scrap all decommissioned submarines (more than 200) by 2012.[4] However, the safety records of the Soviet and Russian navies and the budgetary constraints on the Russian government are matters of great concern. Ships awaiting decommissioning receive little maintenance, and there are insufficient waste storage facilities,[2] raising worries about possible ecological damage from accidents or improper storage.

As an American, he should have been appalled that the former Clinton campaign attorney would play the law enforcement and intelligence communities for political purposes. Also, had Baker pulled his cell phone records earlier, the text could have served as a separate false statement chargeโ€”one proven in black-and-whiteโ€”but the delay in Baker finding the text allowed the statute of limitations to expire.

 

Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the Counterintelligence Division for the FBI in 2016, likewise displayed a grudging demeanor when testifying on behalf of the special counsel. When asked whether it was โ€œimportantโ€ for Sussmann โ€œto fully disclose his ties to the Clinton campaign,โ€ rather than provide a straightforward answer, Priestap sparred with the prosecutor, first saying it โ€œwould have been part of several factors.โ€ Then, when pushed, Priestap said, โ€œIโ€™m struggling on your use of the word โ€˜important.โ€™ Itโ€™s a motivation that is relevant, but not the only factor.โ€

 

Prosecutors, however, had ample other evidence that established the materiality of Sussmannโ€™s misrepresentation to Baker. But the jurors didnโ€™t care because the jury, in the truest sense, was a jury of Sussmannโ€™s peers. Just as his actual colleagues, Baker and Priestap, shrugged off the Section 1001 false statement offense, so did the jury, who could easily envision their neighbors and friends sitting in his stead.

 

But the proof that the FBI is no longer โ€œoursโ€ came even before the jury verdictโ€”months earlier, when Special Counsel John Durham revealed in a discovery update that the Department of Justiceโ€™s Office of Inspector General withheld evidence from Durhamโ€™s team.

 

The DOJโ€™s OIG is charged with conducting independent investigations related to DOJ employees and programs, including alleged misconduct by FBI agents. In preparing for the Sussmann trial, the special counselโ€™s office met with the OIG in October 2021 โ€œto discuss discoverable materials that may be in the OIGโ€™s possession.โ€

 

Even though the OIG possessed two of Bakerโ€™s FBI cellphones, prosecutors were not told of the phonesโ€™ existence by the OIG. Rather, the special counsel only learned of the two cellphones on January 6, 2022, when another FBI employee mentioned them.

 

The same discovery update that revealed the OIG had failed to mention Bakerโ€™s cell phones also noted that the OIG had falsely told Durhamโ€™s team that โ€œa written forensic reportโ€ was the only information it possessed concerning a meeting between Sussmann and the OIG.

Ukraine announces retreat from Lysychansk

 

The Ukrainian armed forces have retreated from the eastern strategic city of Lysychansk, Kiev said on Sunday, following weeks of fierce fighting with the Russian and the allied LPR forces over the city.

 

"After heavy fighting for Lysychansk, the defense forces of Ukraine were forced to withdraw from their occupied positions and lines," the Ukrainian army general staff said.

 

"In order to preserve the lives of Ukrainian defenders, a decision was made to withdraw," the army said in a statement, pointing to Russia having superiority in numbers and equipment.

 

Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Moscow's forces had captured Lysychansk and taken full control of the Lugansk region.

 

Ukrainian officials had been unusually quiet on Sunday regarding the status of the fighting within the city. This could be explained by Kiev's "operational security" reasons, as the forces would not want to make public any tactical retreat. However, Lysyschansk still constitutes a major loss on Ukraine's eastern front.

 

The allied Russian and LPR forces have taken the city of Lysychansk, and they now had full control of the strategic city, a Sputnik correspondent reported on Saturday.

 

As they were leaving the city, the Ukrainian militants who had just lost their last stronghold in the Lugansk People's Republic blew up and destroyed some of the important administrative buildings, including the mayor's office, the Sputnik correspondent reported from the scene.

 

Having control of the LPR allows Moscow and its allied LPR forces to push deeper into the Donbass and control more of the region.

 

Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov told reporters that three battalions stationed near Lysychansk lost over 50% of their troops in one day of combat.

BHP announces plans to close NSW's largest coal mine at Mt Arthur by 2030

 

Mining giant BHP has failed to find a buyer for New South Wales' largest coal mine, and will close the operation in 2030.

 

The company spent two years trying to sell its Mt Arthur operation in the state's Hunter Valley, which employs 2,000 people.

 

The mine, near Muswellbrook, is approved to operate until 2026, but BHP has told the ASX it would apply to extend that until 2030.

 

After that, it will close.

 

Rehabilitation of the site is expected to take 10 to 15 years.

 

The mine's pit was today shut temporarily while employees were informed of the decision.

 

BHP's minerals president Edgar Basto said the company had reviewed potential options for the mine, including divestment and future investment requirements.

 

"Seeking approval to continue mining until 2030 avoids closure in 2026 and enables BHP to balance the value and risk of those considerations and our commitments to our people and local communities," he said.

 

The mine was once valued at $2 billion, but that has been progressively slashed.

 

After a write-down last year, BHP said the mine was worth nothing, once rehabilitation obligations were factored in.

 

Upper Hunter MP Dave Layzell said BHP's decision to operate the mine until 2030 was "good news for the Hunter Valley".

 

"There are a lot of jobs that are involved at Mount Arthur and I need to make sure that those jobs are maintained for the foreseeable future," he said.

 

"It's good that they go through the extension."

 

The Nationals MP said the decision to continue operating the mine until 2030 wouldn't impact the NSW government's blueprint to get to net zero emissions by 2050.

 

"This is all coal that is exported overseas," he said.

"Recent months have seen a former Marine from Indiana, a Tea Party activist from California and a nurse from Tennessee all arrested and charged in New York City for possession of firearms they had legal permits to carry back home. All were โ€œnabbedโ€ when they naively sought to check the weapon with security.

 

These innocents fell afoul of the nationโ€™s toughest gun laws. But few New Yorkers know how those laws came to be.

 

The father of New York gun control was Democratic city pol โ€œBig Tim โ€œSullivan โ€” a state senator and Tammany Hall crook, a criminal overseer of the gangs of New York.

 

In 1911 โ€” in the wake of a notorious Gramercy Park blueblood murder-suicide โ€” Sullivan sponsored the Sullivan Act, which mandated police-issued licenses for handguns and made it a felony to carry an unlicensed concealed weapon.

 

This was the heyday of the pre-Prohibition gangs, roving bands of violent toughs who terrorized ethnic neighborhoods and often fought pitched battles with police. In 1903, the Battle of Rivington Street pitted a Jewish gang, the Eastmans, against the Italian Five Pointers. When the cops showed up, the two underworld armies joined forces and blasted away, resulting in three deaths and scores of injuries. The public was clamoring for action against the gangs.

 

Problem was the gangs worked for Tammany. The Democratic machine used them as shtarkers (sluggers), enforcing discipline at the polls and intimidating the opposition. Gang leaders like Monk Eastman were even employed as informal โ€œsheriffs,โ€ keeping their turf under Tammany control.

In fact, he gave the game away during the debate on the bill, which flew through Albany: โ€œI want to make it so the young thugs in my district will get three years for carrying dangerous weapons instead of getting a sentence in the electric chair a year from now.โ€

 

Sullivan knew the gangs would flout the law, but appearances were more important than results. Young toughs took to sewing the pockets of their coats shut, so that cops couldnโ€™t plant firearms on them, and many gangsters stashed their weapons inside their girlfriendsโ€™ โ€œbird cagesโ€ โ€” wire-mesh fashion contraptions around which women would wind their hair.

 

Ordinary citizens, on the other hand, were disarmed, which solved another problem: Gangsters had been bitterly complaining to Tammany that their victims sometimes shot back at them.

 

So gang violence didnโ€™t drop under the Sullivan Act โ€” and really took off after the passage of Prohibition in 1920. Spectacular gangland rubouts โ€” like the 1932 machine-gunning of โ€œMad Dogโ€ Coll in a drugstore phone booth on 23rd Street โ€” became the norm.

 

Congressional hearings in the 1950s, followed by the fedsโ€™ prolonged assault on the Mafia succeeded in tamping down traditional gangland violence, but guns are still easily available to criminals.

 

Today, the spate of tourist arrests has some politicians scrambling to reassess the laws. Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver says heโ€™ll hold committee hearings to examine enforcement of the law and recommend possible changes.

 

Thatโ€™s a good first step. Every state but Illinois has some form of concealed-carry permission โ€” although some, like New York, California and New Jersey, are heavily restricted. Some sort of reciprocity is needed.

 

Meanwhile, savor the irony of an edict written by a corrupt politician to save his bad guys from the electric chairโ€™s now being used against law-abiding citizens from other states.

 

And the rest of the story? Big Tim was already suffering from tertiary syphilis when he wrote his law. He went mad soon thereafter and was sent to a sanitarium in 1912. He eventually escaped. His severed body was found on railroad tracks in The Bronx in August 1913.

A head of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requested Apple and Google on Tuesday to remove TikTok from their app stores due to โ€˜serious national security threatsโ€™ posed by the said mobile app.

 

In a letter dated June 24, FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr told Apple and Google to remove TikTok from their app stores as it โ€œharvests extensive amounts of personal and sensitive dataโ€ from its American users.

 

โ€œStatistics show that TikTok has been downloaded in the US from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store nearly 19 million times in the first quarter of this year alone. It is clear that TikTok poses an unacceptable national security risk due to its extensive data harvesting being combined with Beijingโ€™s apparently unchecked access to that sensitive data,โ€ Carr wrote in his letter.

 

Carr added that TikTok failed to follow and abide by the terms and policies imposed by the โ€˜Big Tech.โ€™

Can't is a pretty big word when talking about computer code. While what you say IS true that given a generic piece of code that uses a function utilizing a salt, that you cannot cause "magically" different handling of similar inputs, UNLESS, you're written specific code that handles certain SPECIFIC inputs in a different manner.

For example, if the Q group had access to a specific fixed IP address, that would be ONE way used to "whitelist" that tripcode. Another would be a specially whitelisted passphrase that would be parsed through different code and not using the salt. Given a long enough passphrase, (with sufficient keyspace) a very secure tripcode can be made that DOES NOT require a salt for cryptographic security.

 

TLDR; there are ways of allowing a SPECIFIC tripcode to bypass the salt function, if one has SPECIFICALLY coded for such.
