EU President Ursula von der Leyen today visited the site of the Bucha massacre, a town northwest of Kyiv

She claimed Ukraine could become an official EU member 'within weeks' at an historic press conference

It comes as the bloc is now under renewed pressure to wean member states off reliance on Russian gas

The EU has paid Vladimir Putin 35billion euros for oil and gas since invasion of Ukraine began on February 24

 

Ukraine could become an official member of the European Union within weeks not years, it was revealed tonight, as Brussels chief Ursula von der Leyen vowed to accelerate the wartorn country's ascension to the bloc in the wake of Russia's invasion.

 

The European Commission President symbolically handed Volodymyr Zelensky an official membership questionnaire at an historic joint press conference in Kyiv, in a move likely to infuriate Vladimir Putin and his inner circle.

 

Becoming an EU member state normally takes years, and the process involves several rounds of applications, criteria checks and negotiations.

 

Kyiv has long aspired to join the European bloc, with the country's foreign minister pointedly using Ukraine's 2021 independence day to tell Politico that Brussels must welcome Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine into the European Union.

 

However, Ukraine's desire to become an official member state fuelled the Maidan revolution in 2014 which led to Russia's illegal annexation of Crimea. Ukraine already belongs to the EU's Eastern Partnership and European Neighbourhood Policy.

 

Von der Leyen's public appearance was the EU's latest attempt to offer Kyiv both moral and financial support after Zelensky declared Russia's invasion was a direct attack not only on Ukraine's existence, but the security of Europe as a whole.

 

'It will not as usual be a matter of years to form this opinion but I think a matter of weeks,' she told the Kyiv press conference. The President also reiterated the West's policy of support for Ukraine, vowing that Putin 'must fail' after the EU unveiled its further sanctions on Russia.

 

Earlier on Friday, the Brussels chief visited Bucha, where Russian forces have allegedly committed mass murder and rape. Since Russian troops pulled back from the town, Ukrainian officials say hundreds of dead civilians have been found there. Visiting the town on Friday, Von der Leyen said she had witnessed the 'unthinkable'.

 

Referring to a deadly attack at Kramatorsk railway station earlier in the day, in which dozens of refugees including children were killed, she told the Kyiv news conference: 'The cynical behaviour has almost no benchmark anymore… It is unbelievable.'

AIPAC Lobbies Against Probe Of US-Palestinian Journalist Likely Murdered By Israeli Sniper

 

Twenty-four U.S. senators sent a letter to President Biden on Thursday urging an FBI and State Department investigation of the May 11 killing of Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in the West Bank. They did so in defiance of the influential American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which actively lobbied against the letter.

 

Abu Akleh, a star reporter for al Jazeera, was shot in the head on May 11 in the West Bank town of Jenin, as she and her crew reported on an Israeli raid on a refugee camp. The Al Jazeera crew and other witnesses said Israeli forces were responsible, but the Israeli government raced to blame "Palestinian terrorists firing indiscriminately," tweeting a video that purported to support the claim.

 

However, demonstrating a sharply heightened capacity for honest reporting about Israel when Israel's victim happens to be a journalist, several major U.S. media outlets have investigated the incident and concluded Abu Akleh was most likely killed by Israeli security forces.

 

CNN was particularly forceful, saying its multifaceted forensic investigation concluded that Abu Akleh was “shot dead in a targeted attack by Israeli forces.” In addition to video and acoustic evidence, the tight shot group on the tree she was standing next to was indicative of careful and deliberate fire, an expert told CNN. Abu Akleh and her crew were all wearing helmets and vests marked "PRESS."

 

Associated Press said its reconstruction of the incident "lends support to assertions from both Palestinian authorities and Abu Akleh’s colleagues that the bullet that cut her down came from an Israeli gun."

 

The Washington Post said its examination of several dozen videos, social media posts and photos of the event, along with two physical inspections of the area and two independent expert acoustic analyses of the gunshots, "suggests an Israeli soldier…likely shot and killed Abu Akleh."

 

Late to the party and lukewarm in language, the New York Times on Monday said the bullet that struck Abu Akleh “was fired from the approximate position of an Israeli military vehicle.”

 

According to Reporters Without Borders, Israel has killed at least 30 journalists since 2000, including two Palestinians shot by IDF snipers while reporting on protests near the Gaza-Israel border in 2018.

Disney Channel actor Stoney Westmoreland is jailed for two years after being accused of trying to entice a 13 year old boy for sex.

 

Stoney Westmoreland, 52, was arrested in 2018 after trying to meet an investigator who was posing as a 13-year-old teenager on Grindr, police said.

 

Westmoreland, who played grandfather 'Ham' on Disney's hit series Andy Mack, took a plea deal with the prosecution and will spend 24 months behind bars.

 

The disgraced actor originally faced a ten-year sentence stemming from charges of enticement of a minor over the Internet or text.

 

After taking the deal, he was allowed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor.

Goldman Traders’ Streak of $100 Million Days Hits 11-Year High

 

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said its traders cracked the $100 million mark at least once every other day in the first quarter, offering another glimpse into an extraordinary run through markets disrupted by war and unpredictable central bank actions.

 

The firm’s trading division clocked more than $100 million in revenue on 32 separate days, the bank said in a regulatory filing Monday, or just over half the total trading days in the three months through March. The run was the best since the first quarter of 2011, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

 

The past two years have presented a change in fortunes for trading desks that had previously faced the risk of further culling. Regulatory curbs and efforts to automate trading were whittling away opportunities to make outsized gains, pressuring executives to trim down the operations. That changed with the onset of the pandemic, which offered record money-making avenues. Now, investors are at once weighing the fallout from war, central bank actions to tame inflation and the still lingering effects from the spread of Covid-19. And bank desks have been able to jump in to profit. Goldman led the pack of big banks in defying slowdown expectations last quarter. Its traders pounced on dislocations across commodities, currencies and other markets that became more acute with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

 

One measure of that: It took only three months of 2022 for Goldman to score as many $100 million days as it did in the three years before the pandemic. Goldman reported $7.9 billion of revenue in the first quarter from trading, representing 61% of its total revenue. Traders at the New York-based firm have helped pick up the slack from other parts of the business, such as asset management, which foundered among dropping markets. The bank still makes a majority of the money in asset management from its own capital, with fees only making up a small portion of the business line.

US intel community killed its own credibility by revealing its Ukraine policies

Using disinformation to thwart an enemy is one thing. Spreading it to your own public and policymakers is another

 

The recent acknowledgement to NBC News by unnamed sources that the US government was declassifying intelligence to share with allies and the public to pre-empt and disrupt Russian planning, “undermine Moscow’s propaganda and prevent Russia from defining how the war is perceived in the world,” on the surface appears to avoid the pitfalls of politicization laid out by Gates 30 years ago. After all, according to these unnamed officials, this process of public disclosure was “underpinned by a rigorous review process by the National Security Council and the Intelligence Community to validate the quality of the information and protect sources and methods.” They added that “we only approve the release of intelligence if we are confident those two requirements are met.”

 

Not so fast.

 

According to the same NBC News report: “Multiple US officials acknowledged that the US has used information as a weapon even when confidence in the accuracy of the information wasn’t high. Sometimes,” the report noted, “it has used low-confidence intelligence.” The purpose for using intelligence which, to quote NBC News, “wasn’t rock solid”, was to deter Russian actions by keeping Russian President Vladimir Putin “off balance.”

 

So much for the intelligence community’s commitment to the “incontrovertible truth.”

 

It is well known that Ukraine maintains an expansive and capable information warfare capability. Units such as the Ukrainian Intelligence Service’s 72nd Center for Information and Psychological Operations (PSO) have been carrying out a sophisticated propaganda campaign designed to enhance the perception of Ukrainian strength and resolve while denigrating the Russian special military operation underway in Ukraine. Indeed, the 72nd PSO was considered by Russia to be such a threat that the Russian military singled out its headquarters for destruction early on in the conflict.

 

Moreover, it has been reported that, in the aftermath of the February 2014 “Maidan Revolution” in Ukraine, the US intelligence community has initiated and maintained in-depth contacts with their Ukrainian intelligence and security counterparts, a relationship which has only expanded in scope and scale over the course of the preceding eight years. Logic dictates that information operations targeting Russia would be an area of joint interest, and that the US would be assisting Ukraine in this effort following the initiation of the current Russian-Ukrainian conflict on February 24, 2022.

 

Providing declassified intelligence to Ukraine for it to be repackaged and disseminated as anti-Russian propaganda is very much a legitimate use of intelligence information. Moreover, under certain conditions relating to covert political action, US intelligence organizations may use manufactured information to help breathe life and credibility into a false narrative designed to undermine the operations of a designated enemy. Under such conditions, however, the information must not be able to be sourced back to the US and, most importantly, this information should not be disseminated in a manner which would misinform US policymakers.

 

The admission on the part of unnamed US national security officials, however, that the US is releasing sub-standard (i.e., potentially false and misleading) intelligence for the purpose of shaping a public narrative designed to be absorbed and believed by civilian consumers at home and abroad, thereby creating genuine political pressure on the Russian leadership, is a massive deviation from the normal precepts of covert information warfare. In fact, it is the perfect example of the deliberate distortion of analysis or judgments to achieve an objective irrespective of evidence that Robert Gates warned about in 1992.

 

Not anymore.

 

The US intelligence community has, today, perverted that logic, eliminating any notion of actual truth while elevating the “bodyguard of lies” to mimic truth, not for the purpose of defending it, but rather to promulgate the lie itself.

 

The US intelligence community has been walking on thin ice since its use of politicized intelligence to manufacture a case for war against Iraq in 2003. Now, the revelations that the US intelligence community is releasing sub-standard intelligence, knowing that it might be false and misleading, to shape US and global public opinion against Russia, should drive a stake through the heart of US credibility – or at the very least make the American public, and the world community, ask themselves whether they can ever again take US intelligence assertions at face value.

Biden’s Electric Vehicle Agenda Is Being Led By Electric Car Investors And Insiders

 

President Biden’s Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm, is the latest Democrat to suggest the solution to high gas prices is to buy an electric vehicle, which costs at least $60,000.

 

In a clip tweeted by the Republican National Committee Tuesday, Granholm made a case for going electric to combat surging gas prices.

 

Democrats created the crisis to then bring in their plan as a solution.

 

It’s the same scenario over and over again.

 

“If you filled up your EV [electric vehicle] and you filled up your gas tank with gasoline, you would save $60 per fill-up by going electric rather than using gasoline… it’s a very compelling case, but again, we want to bring down the price at the point of purchase,” Granholm said.

 

The comments by Granholm follow the record-setting surge in gas prices, which have now pushed over $5 per gallon.

 

According to Fox News, Granholm made similar points in a White House press briefing in May 2021.

 

“If you drive an electric car, this would not be affecting you,” she said during the briefing.

 

Granholm is worth roughly $8 million, according to Forbes. She recently served as the director of an electric car company called Proterra.

 

In May, she exercised stock options in the company, pocketing about $1.6 million from the transaction, according to an energy department spokesperson.

 

According to Kelley Blue Book, the average cost of an electric vehicle is $56,437, which is approximately $10,000 higher than the industry average, including electric and gas cars.

Ten incumbent and four newly-elected Republican senators planned to work with their House colleagues to demand the formation of an audit commission to investigate election “irregularities” in the 2020 election. Absent an audit, the group of senators, including Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) pledged to reject the Electoral College results from the disputed states.

 

The Hail Mary effort was doomed to fail; yet the American people would have heard hours of debate related to provable election fraud over the course of the day.

 

 

And no one opposed the effort more than ex-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

 

 

During a conference call on December 31, 2020, McConnell urged his Republican Senate colleagues to abandon plans to object to the certification, insisting his vote to certify the 2020 election results would be “the most consequential I have ever cast” in his 36-year Senate career.

 

From the Senate floor on the afternoon of January 6, McConnell gave a dramatic speech warning of the dire consequences to the country should Republicans succeed in delaying the vote. He downplayed examples of voting fraud and even mocked the fact that Trump-appointed judges rejected election lawsuits.

 

“The voters, the courts, and the States have all spoken,” McConnell insisted. “If we overrule them, it would damage our Republic forever. If this election were overturned by mere allegations from the losing side, our democracy would enter a death spiral.”

 

Roughly six hours later, McConnell got his way. Cowed by the crowd of largely peaceful Americans allowed into the building by Capitol police, most Republican senators backed off the audit proposal. McConnell, echoing hyperbolic talking points about an “insurrection” seeded earlier in the day by Democratic lawmakers and the news media, gloated. “They tried to disrupt our democracy,” he declared on the Senate floor after Congress reconvened around 8 p.m. “This failed attempt to obstruct Congress, this failed insurrection, only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our Republic.”

 

 

Congress officially certified the Electoral College results early the next day.

 

While he projected a sober tone to the American public, McConnell privately was ecstatic, a new book about the 2020 election reveals. “I feel exhilarated by the fact that this fellow finally, totally discredited himself,” McConnell told New York Times reporter Jonathan Martin late on January 6, 2021 about Trump. Martin is the co-author of This Will Not Pass, of which excerpts were published in the Washington Post this week. Martin in the book recounts his midnight conversation with McConnell.

 

Trump, McConnell claimed, “put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger,” Martin writes. He then asked the reporter what he had heard about members plotting to invoke the 25th Amendment. Calling Trump a “despicable person,” McConnell reportedly bragged how he “crushed the sons of bitches” on January 6 and promised to do the same to them in the 2022 primaries.

 

 

Now, that seems like an oddly celebratory demeanor for someone who just survived an “attack on our democracy” and an alleged attempt to “overthrow” the seat of government power, doesn’t it?

 

And why was McConnell so certain the four-hour disturbance would spell the end for Donald Trump?

 

Further—and more importantly—why did McConnell’s office fail to protect the Capitol on January 6?

 

 

“McConnell, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser—the three leaders responsible for protecting the Capitol on January 6—still have not explained their failure to do so. Not only did McConnell’s top law enforcement officials purportedly overlook the potential for violence on January 6, he denied requests for more officers days before and delayed sending guardsmen to Capitol Hill that afternoon.”

 

And when it comes to January 6, there are no coincidences.

The used car dealership known as CIA never seemed like an ordinary car dealership, with inventory, staff and expenses.

 

On its Facebook page, CIA’s “staff” were fake personalities such as “James Falls O’Brien,” whose photo was taken from a hairstyle model catalog, and “Jade Julia,” whose image came from a web page called “Beautiful Girls Wallpaper.”

 

If a customer showed up looking to buy a car from Cars International A, often referred to as CIA, AbidAwan — who was managing partner of the dealership while also earning $160,000 handling IT for House Democrats — would frequently simply go across the street to another dealership called AAA Motors and get one.

 

“If AAA borrows a car to Cars International and they have a customer, it was simply take the car across the street and sell it, and then later on give the profit back or not,” Nasir Khattak, who ran the longstanding AAA dealership, testified in a lawsuit. “There was no documentation… If you go and try to dissect, you will not be able to make any sense out of them because there were many, dozens and dozens, of cars transferred between the two dealerships and between other people.”

A year later, a now-infamous call between President Trump and his advisers with Georgia election regulators is still generating attention, with even a local prosecutor and the Jan. 6 commission in Congress inquiring whether the call violated any laws.

 

But the man on the receiving end of the call — Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger — says looking back he views the call as "just a conversation" in which he conveyed to the 45th president that allegations about election irregularities in Georgia simply were not supported by the facts.

 

In an interview with Just the News, Raffensperger pointedly declined to say anything threatening or illegal happened on the call, though he previously has claimed in a book he took the call as a threat.

 

"Well, it's pretty obvious what the president wanted," Raffensperger said during an interview aired Tuesday on the John Solomon Reports podcast. "We all want to win. I get that."

 

Recounting many of the allegations Trump and his allies mentioned on the call — from thousands of dead or underage voters to illegal ballots mysteriously appearing in the Atlanta voting center — Raffensperger said every claim was evaluated and probed by his office, the FBI or the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and none could be corroborated, with many being outright debunked.

 

Trump allies, for instance, claimed there were 10,000 or more ballots cast by deceased people. An audit, in fact, found only four.

 

"So I settled that," Raffensperger said. "And I know there is a lot of urban legends out there. But I look at what President Trump wanted. And it's just obvious that his people really filled him with a lot of misinformation and falsehoods. And maybe perhaps they believed it. But it was never supported by the facts."

 

Raffensperger, however, did reveal a new election integrity issue his office is investigating right now: an allegation of systematic ballot harvesting during the state's 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoff contests. He said he may soon issue subpoenas to secure critical evidence in that probe.

 

The allegations came from a conservative voter integrity group called True the Vote and include video footage of people stuffing ballots into drop boxes, smartphone geospatial data showing possible ballot couriers near the drop boxes and statements from one man who told the group he participated in the illegal ballot-gathering scheme along with others and nonprofit groups, according to the group's complaint.

 

Raffensperger's office is particularly interested in the potential witness, identified in the complaint as John Doe, and has launched a full investigation.

 

"If people give us, you know, credible allegations, we want to make sure that we do that," Raffensperger told Just the News. "And we have that right now as an ongoing investigation." ..

Months later, Tesla said that all data generated by cars it sells in China would be stored in the country.

 

Automakers have been increasingly equipping vehicles with cameras and sensors that capture images of a car's surroundings.

 

Control of how those images are used and where they are sent and stored is a fast-emerging challenge for the industry and regulators around the world.

 

Tesla cars have several external cameras to assist drivers with parking, changing lanes and other features.

Russia-affiliated hacker group Killnet took down several Lithuanian government websites in response to the Baltic country following EU sanctions.

 

Threat actors loyal to the Kremlin, the Killnet collective, launched distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against Lithuanian government institutions and private businesses in an attempt to muscle the nation into dropping EU-level sanctions against Russia.

 

Killnet released a video message on the group's Telegram account demanding Lithuania allow the transit of goods to Kaliningrad or the Baltic nation will be continuously attacked.

 

Jonas Skardinskas, the head of cybersecurity at the Lithuania's National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) warned that the disruptions might continue for several days with transport, energy and finance sectors feeling the brunt of the attacks.

 

STI-website-down

The website of Lithuania's State Tax Inspectorate.

At the time of publishing this article, the website of Lithuania's State Tax Inspectorate (STI) was displaying a failure notice. One of the nation's largest accounting service providers, B1.lt, was also down. Local media reported that STI has put internal IT systems on hold for 'security concerns.'

 

The NCSC said that threat actors are targeting country's Secure public data transmission network with 'intensive DDoS attacks.' Authorities are working with affected businesses to mitigate the disruptions and restore services. Authorities also expect an increase in ransomware attacks.

 

Under attack

Killnet boasted of attacking Lithuania's e-government services and the website of the country's police. However, both were fully functional at the time of publishing. The group also said its attacks disrupted several websites that provide accounting services in the country. Taking down accounting services and STI's page for declaring tax duty can become an inconvenience for businesses that need to pay their taxes at the end of the month.

 

Russian hackers have continued attacking Lithuanian website's throughout Monday. Users with IP addresses outside Lithuania experienced issues with Lithuanian airport websites while some could not connect to websites of financial service providers. Killnet boasted attacking over a thousand Lithuanian websites, repeating the demands drop EU sanctions against Russia.

 

Websites of major telecommunication services providers were also affected by the DDoS attack with some loading unusually slow and other not loading at all. The group also targeted a platform for purchasing cross country bus tickets as well as website of the Supreme Court of Lithuania.

Breitbart Business Digest: Kellogg’s Is Dying of Wokeness

The Kellogg Company announced today that it was breaking itself up into three companies: a cereal business, a plant-based food business, and a snack business.

 

It’s hard to think of a starker admission of corporate failure. The company’s shares basically sat out the great bull market that ended recently. Shares peaked in April of 2016 just short of $82 and never came close again. Shares mostly traded below $70 over the next six years, sometimes much lower. At their trough in 2019, you could pick them up for less than $54 apiece.

 

The company now says that its basic structure is unworkable. The growingsnack business is, somehow, being weighed down by the stable, mature, and boring cereal business. There’s also the plant-based food business that does not seem to fit into either snacks or cereals. Certainly, the structure has been unable to produce returns for shareholders. Now management hopes that the parts might be worth more than the sum. Naturally, the chief executive is going with the growing snack business rather than staying with the cereal business that management helped destroy.

 

Kellogg did real damage to its brands—cereals such as Special K, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes, Froot Loops, Rice Krispies, and Frosted Mini Wheats—when it decided to take sides in American politics by boycotting Breitbart. The company had long been suspected of basically beingcontrolled by the the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the far-left social justice operation that is its largest shareholder. Declaring that Breitbart—and by extension the entirety of center-right politics in American—did not conform to its values sealed this impression. Suddenly, Snap, Crackle, and Pop and Tony the Tiger were the self-declared opponents of ordinary Americans who preferred, say, Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton.

 

“Every time an American family picks up a box of Kellogg’s cereal at the grocery store, it is contributing to the wealthy radical leftwing foundation that agitates for open borders, supports George Soros’s Open Society Institute, and pushes a host of leftwing causes,” we wrote back in 2017.

 

Now that company is on its deathbed, its business model declared by its managers as untenable. Perhaps the emergent smaller descendants will be a bit less eager to act as aggressors in the culture wars.

 

Americans Are Not Buying the Putin Price Hikes

 

As recently as Monday, the White House was tweeting about “Putin’s prices hikes,” claiming they were the single biggest contributor to inflation. That is nonsense, of course. At most, the invasion of Ukraine likely contributed to higher oil, natural gas, and gasoline prices. The Bureau of Labor Statistics, however, tells us that inflation is up 6.6 on an annual basis excluding energy. What’s more, inflation was high and rising a year ago, long before Putin sent tanks into Ukraine.

 

To take a more concrete example, the price of ice cream is up 9.6 percent year over year. Whatever evils Putin has undertaken in Ukraine, surely they do not include cornering the market on American ice cream. Did Vlad drink all the coffee? Prices are up 15.6 percent. Is he secretly running America’s pet groomers? Pet services prices are up 7.4 percent.

 

A new poll from Rasmussen Reports shows that this attempt to blame inflation and gas prices on Putin has completely failed. Just 11 percent of Americans say Putin is responsible for high gas prices. Fifty-two percent blame Biden’s energy policies…

Beau Biden died in 2015 at the age of 46 from brain cancer. The President saw the Pope in the following months, and has warmly recalled when Francis gathered with Biden's extended family, who were still grieving, as he departed from the Philadelphia International Airport on his way out of the US. Biden has also said he corresponded with the Pope following Beau's death.

The President said during Friday's Vatican visit that the coins are given to "warriors and leaders," adding, "You are the most significant warrior for peace I've ever met."

"Now the tradition is I'm only kidding about this the next time I see you, if you don't have it you have to buy the drinks. I'm the only Irishman you've ever met who's never had a drink," Biden said to the Pope, who was laughing.

Francis quipped that "Irish people love whiskey."

Sandberg, a Democrat who previously served as chief of staff for Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers, joined Facebook in 2008 and was key to turning it into a social media giant that generated almost $120 billion in revenue last year. Along the way, she became an influential author - publishing “Lean In” in 2013 - and served as the highest-profile face of the company next to CEO Mark Zuckerberg. She also answered for Facebook’s privacy and policy missteps over the years, attempting to improve its relationship with the public and regulators.

 

In an interview with Bloomberg, Sandberg called her time at Meta the “honor and privilege of a lifetime,” but joked that it’s also “not the most manageable job anyone has ever had.”

The ShopRite worker arrested for allegedly hitting Rudy Giuliani on the back inside a Staten Island supermarket walked free from court Monday after his charges were downgraded.

A group of House Democrats on Tuesday announced they would move to codify federal protections for transgender people.

 

The proposal, dubbed the “Transgender Bill of Rights,” would codify the Supreme Court’s 2020 Bostock v. Clayton County decision that protects employees against discrimination for being gay or transgender.

 

It would also require the attorney general to designate a liaison dedicated to overseeing enforcement of civil rights for transgender people and invest in community services to prevent anti-transgender violence.

 

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), the chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and co-chair of the Transgender Equality Task Force, said in a statement that the resolution would ensure transgender people can lead “full, happy lives.”

 

“As we witness Republicans and an extremist Supreme Court attack and roll back the fundamental rights of trans people across our country, and as state legislatures across the country target our trans community with hateful, bigoted and transphobic attacks, we are standing up and saying enough is enough,” Jayapal said.

 

Jayapal introduced the proposal alongside Reps. David Cicilline (D-R.I.), Marie Newman (D-Ill.), Mark Takano (D-Calif.) and Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.). The bill has 84 other co-sponsors.

 

The US has a Bill of Rights that the Democrats continue to attack so it’s not believable that their efforts to create a separate bill of rights for trans folks are anything more than some sort of stunt.

 

Democrats have attacked Americans’ freedom of speech by using their media and Big Tech machines to promote liberal lies and censor conservative truths. Americans couldn’t report that Hunter was a gross corrupt sex and drug addict, or the election was stolen and they were censored if they did.

 

Americans lost their right to protest as hundreds of innocent protesters have been destroyed by the federal government in bogus trials with overcharged crimes for protesting the stolen election.

 

Now the Democrats and corrupt RINOs are running an unconstitutional show trial trying to make it so an innocent man is no longer able to run for office (President Trump).

A JAG source on Sunday told Real Raw News that the Office of Military Commissions has obtained from an unnamed source images showing Deep State Dr. Anthony Fauci in bizarre and compromising relations with underage males to whom he has no known link.

Our source emphasized that although the pictures are not sexually explicit, they give credence to the probability that Fauci is indeed a closet pedophile. JAG, he added, is currently involved in a thorough investigation to learn the identity of the children in the photographs.

 

“We’re hoping this will add fuel to Fauci’s fire, so to speak. His days are numbered, and the more evidence against him, the better. The photos, which will be shown when he faces a military tribunal, clearly show Fauci is fascinated with and likes young boys,” our source said.

 

One image, he added, shows Fauci and an unidentified male teenager sitting in the nosebleed seats at Nationals Stadium on 13 June 2021. The teenager holds in his hand an ice cream cone. And Dr. Fauci, mouth agape, is licking melted chocolate ice cream from the cone in the kid’s hand.

The child could not have been Fauci’s offspring, for he has no male children, only three daughters—Megan, Jennifer, and Allison, all adults.

 

“Of course, we tested the authenticity of the image. Our people at U.S. Army Cyber Command in Ft. Gordon looked for signs of fakery or digital image manipulation. They said it was the real deal, and the metadata attached to the picture confirmed it was real. Unless the other person in the photo was a bona fide dwarf, it was a boy maybe 13 years old. Fauci is only 5’7”, and the kid was shorter than he is. Even though they were sitting in the photo, we easily made that determination,” our source said.

 

Metadata confirmed the 30-megapixel RAW image was taken with a Sigma 150-600mm zoom lens affixed to a Canon 5D Mark IV digital camera, meaning the photographer could have snapped the picture from a significant distance.

 

A second image, our source said, shows Fauci and a different underage male holding hands while taking a leisurely stroll along an isolated path at Brookside Botanical Garden in Montgomery County, Maryland. Metadata on that image proved it was taken on September 4, 2021, a Saturday, when the park was still partly closed to the public due to the county’s strict Covid-19 guidelines. Neither Fauci nor his companion wore a mask, and in one image, Fauci could be seen leering like a predator at the child.

 

“There are other images, all similar. Four kids in all. We admit this is perplexing because we’ve tried to shadow Fauci since the start of the plandemic, and he’s almost always surrounded by a large security detail. But this photographer, and all I’ll say is he’s a licensed private investigator and former LEO, got close enough to take the pictures at exactly the right moment. Kudos to him,” our source said.

 

In closing, he told Real Raw News that JAG is closing the dragnet, and soon Fauci will be forced to answer for the despicable crimes committed against law-abiding American citizens, as well as children, if the military can satisfactorily prove that he has a sexual predilection for young boys.

FBI Agents and National Archives Goon Are Harassing 2020 Michigan Trump Electors

 

A ‘Special Agent’ with the National Archives is approaching and harassing 2020 Trump electors in Michigan today on behalf of the January 6th Committee. One elector has been served a subpoena by the FBI for the January 6th committee, an anti-Trump witch hunt that continues harassing Trump supporters.

 

This is likely in response to the claims by Democrats that Trump electors committed ‘fraud’ in 2020 when they submitted an alternative slate of electors after the rampant uninvestigated fraud in the 2020 Presidential election. This allegation about ‘fraudulent electors’ has been repeated enough times on Twitter and in the media that many overlook the claim by the Trump electors that they were merely proposing an alternative slate so that authorities would have the ability to look into the systemic voter fraud allegations that were never investigated.

 

The Agent contacting and threatening 2020 Trump electors is David Stupar, whose business card is above. National Archives Agent Stupar is a glorified librarian without any meaningful legal authority.

 

Even though the mainstream media continues to prefer to call allegations and evidence of fraud in the 2020 election as ‘the big lie’ the persecution and prosecution of those who attempted to stand up and challenge the official election narrative continues. Unable to convince over half of Americans who know there was voter fraud in 2020, the government has resorted to one of its favored tactics to silence dissent: persecution.

 

Reports are that one elector has already been served with a subpoena today by the National Archives ‘Special Agent’ and two FBI Agents from Flint who are accompanying him. The elector served, Kathy Berden, has not responded to a request for comment. Elector Amy Facchinello was also served.

 

Alternative slates of electors have been generated in the past, most recently in 2000 during the Bush v. Gore election where competing slates of electors were similarly proposed as the parties were litigating the election results.

 

The key issue that the media conveniently ignores is that the Constitution mandates that proposed electors meet and are certified at a specific date and time at the state Capitol. Even if an investigation later revealed systemic voter fraud and called the results into question, without properly certified electors at the right location at the right time, there would be no way to preserve the ability to cast votes reflecting the actual legal votes.

 

Instead of properly investigating alleged 2020 election fraud, the allegations were ignored, courts refused to hold hearings to consider any evidence, and the media ‘debunked’ claims without any investigation.

 

According to those close to the electors, the key distinction that the electors were being sent to accompany and not replace the Biden electors is being ignored by the media and their left-wing allies in prosecutorial power. The electors that were being sent were not replacing Biden’s, they were being sent alongside in case they were needed, according to the pro-Trump electors. Radical leftist Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has already said she might prosecute the Trump electors.

 

A request for comment sent to Attorney Ian Northon, who advised the Trump electors in the 2020 election dispute, went unanswered.

The Mau Mau rebellion (1953)

 

It has been almost 69 years since the Mau Mau rebellion took place in Kenya. Many atrocities were committed by the British army in the African country, many of which included mass murder, the use of concentration (forced labor) camps by the British, and various torture methods.

 

Although the number of those killed during the rebellion is disputed by experts, they are estimated to be between 25,000 and 50,000 deaths, half of which were children aged 10 and below, and were due to malnutrition, starvation and disease.

 

One of the most well-known massacres that happened at the time, which was covered up by the British military, later came to be known as the Chuka massacre. It raised questions about the actions of the British forces operating in Kenya in the 1950s.

 

It is 2022, and Britain still refuses to own up to its atrocities.

 

In short, in the Chuka massacre, British soldiers attempting to clear the Chuka area of “rebel” activity, were searching a nearby forest with the help of two recently captured rebels. After torturing the rebels, the soldiers came upon a village on June 17, 1953, and a dispute broke out with the locals. The soldiers arrested 10 men, told them to lie face-down, and severely beat them. Later, they were taken to a camp and ordered to lie face-down again and were shot in the backs of their heads.

 

The following day, on June 18, the soldiers stole food from another group of civilians. When they protested, one of them was shot, and another 10 were taken captive: nine adults and a boy. They were taken near a farm and were killed by the British soldiers.

 

The villagers informed the authorities, but in the end, this only culminated in a light sentence of seven years’ imprisonment for the company’s commander, while none of the 12 other British men were tried.
