And what did he get from these friends, these international friends, that he seemed to be so drawn to this crowd? Instead of hanging out with urban African Americans, he was hanging out with a lot of Pakistani guys and some Indian guys.

 

I have a feeling that the African Americans in New York probably didn't give him the time of day, because he wasn't tough enough. I'm sure they wouldn't have seen him like them. Barack was soft-spoken and gentle and clean language. I hope I'm not stereotyping black Americans, but from the point of view I had at that time, the only ones I had come into contact were in my neighborhood on the street, and they were intimidating and scary. But Barack didn't seem like one of them.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz who investigators concluded made β€œunauthorized access” to House servers β€” transferred a USB drive to a Pakistani senator and former head of a Pakistani intelligence agency, the father’s ex-business partner, Rashid Minhas, alleged.

 

Minhas told The Daily Caller News Foundation that Imran Awan’s father, Haji Ashraf Awan, was giving data to Pakistani official Rehman Malik, and that Imran bragged he had the power to β€œchange the U.S. president.”

 

Asked for how he knew this, he said that on one occasion in 2008 when a β€œUSB [was] given to Rehman Malik by Imran’s father, my brother Abdul Razzaq was with his father.”

 

β€œAfter Imran’s father deliver (sic) USB to Rehman Malik, four Pakistani [government intelligence] agents were with his father 24-hour on duty to protect him,” he said. Minhas did not say what was on the USB.

 

TheDCNF traveled to Pakistan for this story and interviewed numerous residents who interacted with Imran, and they confirmed that he does travel that country with a contingent of armed Pakistani government officials and routinely brags about mysterious political power.

 

The House Office of Inspector General charged in Sept. 30, 2016 that data was being funneled off the House network by the Awans as recently as September 2016 β€” shortly before the presidential election.

 

Nearly Imran’s entire immediate family was on the House payroll working as IT aides to one-fifth of House Democrats, and he began working for the House in 2004. The inspector general, Michael Ptasienski, testified this month that β€œsystem administrators hold the β€˜keys to the kingdom’ meaning they can create accounts, grant access, view, download, update, or delete almost any electronic information within an office. Because of this high-level access, a rogue system administrator could inflict considerable damage.”

 

Minhas said β€œImran Awan said to me directly these words: β€˜See how I control White House on my fingertip…’ He say he can fire the prime minister or change the U.S. president,” Minhas said. β€œWhy the claiming big stuff, I [didn’t] understand ’till now.”

 

β€œI was Imran father’s partner in Pakistan,” Minhas said, in two land deals in Pakistan so big that they are often referred to as β€œtowns.” In 2009, both men were accused of fraud, and Haji was arrested but then released after Imran flew to Pakistan, β€œallegedly… exerting pressure on the local police through the ministry as well as the department concerned,” according to local news. Minhas and multiple alleged victims in Pakistan also told TheDCNF Imran exerted political influence in Pakistan to extricate his father from the case.

 

Minhas is now in U.S. federal prison for additional fraud, and TheDCNF could not confirm whether Minhas’ claims about the USBs are true. But Minhas said the DOJ or FBI never interviewed him about the Awans, an indicator the potential for espionage may not have been explored extensively. The probe involves money allegedly disappearing to Pakistan and Minhas was, prominently, their business partner there.

 

He is also one of many people with past relationships with the Awans who have said they believe they are aggressive opportunists who will do anything for money. And parts of Minhas’s story correlate with observations elsewhere. Haji’s wife, Samina Gilani β€” Imran’s stepmother β€” said in court documents that Imran used his IT skills to wiretap her as a means of exerting pressure on her.

 

Haji would frequently boast that Imran’s position gave him political leverage, numerous Pakistani residents told TheDCNF. β€œMy son own White House in D.C.,” he would say, according to Minhas. β€œI am kingmaker.”

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has announced the deep penetration of β€œSanctuary City” Los Angeles, in a sweep that rounded up 162 federal criminal illegal aliens in the Democratic Party’s bastion of open borders.

 

Making matters more intriguing, 90% of those arrested are previously convicted criminals, with rap sheets that include rape and voluntary manslaughter, according to ICE.

There were 53 cases in which ICE had filed detainers for California's law enforcement agencies to cooperate with then in handing over the illegal aliens for deportation, but as per the Democratic Party policies all of those would-be law enforcement agencies are barred from communication with the federal government, so those agencies instead released the dangerous illegal aliens back into society.

 

This policy endangers not only every resident of California but the rest of the United States of America, as these criminal aliens could freely roam about until they enter another state.

 

β€œAt-large criminal alien arrests are among the most dangerous types of enforcement actions ICE officers are engaged in on a daily basis,” said David Marin, Field Office Director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Los Angeles. β€œThanks to their remarkable efforts, there are 143 fewer criminals on the streets. We will continue to dedicate more resources to conduct at-large arrests to ensure the safety of the law-abiding citizens of our Southland communities.”

 

Among the illegal aliens who were arrested, the following specific individuals had these major convictions on their records, and California authorities simply set them free, as reported by ICE.

 

”A 32-year-old Mexican national arrested in Maywood on June 10, convicted of rape and was sentenced to 8 years’ incarceration. This individual has also been identified as a documented Gang Member of the β€œKrazy Ass Mexicans”. ”

 

”A 47-year-old, previously deported, El Salvadorian national arrested in Winnetka on June 12, who was convicted of Voluntary Manslaughter and sentenced to seven years in prison. DHS databases indicate this individual was released by local authorities despite an ICE detainer.”

 

”50-year-old Mexican national arrested in Santa Barbara on June 10, who has a prior conviction for Assault with Intent to Commit Rape and was sentenced to two years confinement. This case has been accepted for federal prosecution under 8 USC 1326 for Reentry of a Previously Removed Criminal Alien. DHS databases indicate this individual was released by local authorities despite an ICE detainer.

 

”A 33-year-old Venezuelan national arrested in Santa Ana on June 11, who has prior convictions for Assault on a Peace Officer, Battery of Spouse, Violation of Court Order to Prevent Domestic Violence, Battery, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of Controlled Substance-Narcotics, Alcohol in Vehicle, Receiving Known Stolen Property, and DUI Drugs/Alcohol causing Bodily Injury.”

 

The ICE press release also says that countless other cases included criminals with convictions for drug trafficking, weapons violations, domestic violence, sexual crimes against children, violent assaults of law enforcement officers and emergency responders, grand theft, burglary; and many additional crimes.

 

At least five of those who were apprehended by ICE agents are now facing federal prosecution for illegal re-entry, a crime in which is brought against an illegal alien who has been previously deported only to be caught inside the United States of America again.

 

That could bring up to twenty years imprisonment, further making those illegal aliens a burden on taxpayers for two decades, when we could simply build a border wall and end the problem once and for all.

FBI Agent After Interviewing Clinton’s IT Staffer: β€˜He Lied His Ass Off’

 

The Justice Department inspector general report released Thursday revealed more personal messages between FBI agents working on the Clinton email probe that suggest a cooked outcome.

 

The report released new messages from an FBI agent who was one of four case officers handling the β€œday-to-day” activities of the investigation, and one of two FBI agents who interviewed Clinton.

 

In one exchange in February 2016, the FBI agent, identified only as β€œAgent 1,” talked to another FBI employee about interviewing Hillary Clinton’s personal IT staffer. The FBI employee asked how the interview went.

Lying to investigators is a federal crime, one that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is being charged with, as well as former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos. However, the FBI employee joked it β€œwould be funny” if the guy was charged.

Agent 1 responded that even though he lied, β€œaint noone gonna do s–t.”

The report revealed other exchanges that revealed Agent 1’s belief that the outcome of the probe was cooked, in text messages he sent to a fellow FBI agent on the case with whom he was also involved in a relationship.

He also messaged: β€œMy god … I’m actually starting to have embarrassment sprinkled on my disappointment. … Ever been forced to do something you adamantly opposed.”

Agent 5 sent a message to him on February 9, 2016, complaining about the investigative work she was being given. He wrote her back:

On election day, he sent her, β€œYou should know; … that I’m … with her.”

β€œIts just so obvious how pointless this exercise is …” he wrote.

 

He later told inspector general investigators that he was β€œembarrassed” his messages were read and denied it affected his actions in the investigation.

Now the same myths are rumbling through the country's bars, online forums and, worryingly, major news outlets.

 

It is against this backdrop that new playwright Rashid Razaq is staging his debut production, based on Obama's college days at Columbia, New York.

 

Provocatively titled The President and the Pakistani, it revisits Harlem, 1981, when "Barry" Obama was living with his alleged party-loving, drug-abusing, illegal alien Pakistani friend, Sohale Siddiqi.

 

"They had an odd-couple relationship," says Razaq, a reporter, showing me a picture of the pair sprawled on a mustard yellow sofa, a leather-jacketed and polo-sweatered Obama kicking back with an impressively moustached, skinny Pakistani.

 

In the play, Siddiqi has been renamed Salim "Sal" Maqbool. In Obama's 1995 autobiography, Dreams From My Father, he was recreated as a composite character named Sadik, mentioned in only a few pages.

 

"Sal is a cokehead," says Razaq, who admits he has never spoken to Siddiqi.

 

"He has manic, nervous energy while Barry is the stable, secure, sensible guy. But there is a real closeness between them and hopefully that comes across." At heart, Razaq's play is a studied 80s bromance.

 

When tracked down, Obama's former room-mate, who now works for Getty Images in Seattle, says the reports of his drug use have been wildly overstated: "I was never in 'rehab'," he emails, "I simply curtailed drugs."

 

Their lives had naturally drifted apart by that point, but a solid bond remains. Siddiqi still refuses a steady stream of press requests to talk about his old friend, including the offer of $50,000 to talk to one anti-Obama filmmaker just a few weeks ago.

 

Asked what he thinks of the play's script, Siddiqi says he feels "helpless", that "the portrayal of 'Sal' as a clingy and dishonest roommate is completely off the mark and makes me cringe."

 

"Obama was exceptionally kind and considerate of others which I considered to his own detriment - the play got that part correct," he says of his time spent living with Obama in a shabby apartment on East 94th Street.

 

It was a lease that Siddiqi, who was an illegal immigrant when he met Obama (having overstayed his tourist visa), had lied to win.

 

Siddiqi confirms the young Obama, a high school pothead, "was lighthearted and fun-loving for the first half of our cohabitation and grew serious later".

 

The Pakistani was preoccupied with "assimilating to my new environment [US]. Our cohabitation was on a temporary basis with me hoping to move to more comfortable surroundings and he wanting to live closer to Columbia."

 

Does it matter if the play is inaccurate?

 

"It wasn't about showing [Obama] doing drugs and making it shocking and sensational," says Razaq.

 

"Without it sounding sinister, he has just been a very ambitious, driven guy and we see the beginning of that in this play."

 

Razaq agrees representing a living president during the busiest period of electioneering is political.

 

"All theatre is a political act to some degree."

 

But he insists he drew inspiration from Obama's own book and scoped David Maraniss' biography, Barack Obama: The Making of the Man, published earlier this year, for further detail.

 

It's not the first time liberties have been taken about this relationship.

 

When we meet "Sadik" in Dreams From My Father, he is ushering Obama into his flat as a woman in her underwear cuts up lines of cocaine on the kitchen table. In Maraniss's biography, Obama first meets Siddiqi in a New Year's Eve party in San Francisco.

 

Maraniss says his past links with Pakistanis didn't affect Obama.

 

"The Pakistanis, in my mind, didn't shape him in any way but made this transitionary period of his life comfortable for him, as he was still learning what it was to be African American."
