The NFL funds groups that openly advocate for defunding the police. Through the Inspire Change program, funded by the League, the NFL backs the Vera Institute of Justice, the Oregon Justice Resource Center, and the Community Justice Exchange. Each of these support defunding or even abolishing police.

 

Fox Business uncovered that the NFL gave $300,000 to the Oregon Justice Resource Center, which has called for police defunding as well as other social justice measures. The OJRC has ties to Antifa, with one of their prominent lawyers, Juan Chavez, representing violent Rose City Antifa member Luis Marquez. The organization also represents Cider Riot, the now-closed Portland pub that hosted Antifa events and was the site of a riot in 2019.

I'm beginning to realize that the Republican Party is just the other half of the government machine that keeps people at odds with their so-called enemies.

We have a two-party system with each side plugged into biased media-outlets so they can spin the same stories to different audiences in an effort to create conflict. When you start to look at how nothing gets solved or made better for the American people, it starts becoming apparent that this isn't just happenstance of accumulating differences. This is all by design and they make it appear as complicated as possible so the average American can't figure it out and has to rely on those supposedly smarter than them. Government, law, health care, insurance, etc. is all the same; over complicated, confusing, and comes with a hefty high price tag for average citizens.

I really hope that someday it all gets overthrown. Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and anyone else currently involved in this mess of a government should be relieved of their duties. I'm thinking it's about time to oust the current regime, set new requirements, and build back a better system that will set a new focus and get the government the hell out of our wallets and lives.

Greene sat down with Fox News' Media Buzz anchor Howard Kurtz to discuss the newly elected House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Kurtz also asked the GOP lawmaker about her previous statements that aligned with "QAnon conspiracy theories."

 

"Like a lot of people today I had easily gotten sucked into some things I'd seen on the internet," Greene said. "But that was dealt with quickly early on. I never campaigned on those things. That was not something I believed in. That's not what I ran for Congress on. Those are so far in the past."

 

QAnon, a far-right movement tied to numerous conspiracy theories, including one that former President Donald Trump was fighting child abusers and prominent Democratic figures during his time in office.

 

In April, Greene also echoed QAnon theories, calling out Democrats as the "Party of Pedophiles" while speaking to Real America's Voice's Prime Time with Dr. Gina Loudon.

 

"The Democrats are the party of elementary school teachers trying to transition their elementary school aged children and convince them they are different gender. This is the party of their identity, and their identity is the most disgusting, evil, horrible thing happening in our country," Greene said at the time.

 

The GOP lawmaker also wrongly believed that the Sandy Hook and Marjory Stoneman Douglas school shootings were fake, but later denied support for QAnon saying she was allowed to "believe things that weren't true."

LINCOLN, Neb. (DTN) – The nation's largest beef packers are facing a growing number of antitrust lawsuits alleging a conspiracy to fix prices, as five more complaints were filed in a federal court in Florida by several popular fast-food chains last week.

 

At the end of November 2022, a federal court in Minnesota combined claims brought by several major retailers and wholesalers against packers, along with similar complaints filed by livestock and agricultural groups.

 

The U.S. District Court for Minnesota combined a number of cases filed by R-CALF USA and the National Farmers Union and others against Cargill Inc., JBS S.A., Marfrig Global Foods (National Beef) and Tyson Foods Inc. in 2019, alleging the big-four packers violated multiple antitrust laws starting in early 2015 over fed cattle markets and prices.

 

On Dec. 20, 2022, parent companies and supply chain management companies for Arby's, Carl's Jr., Hardee's, Green Burrito and Red Burrito brands, Burger King, Sonic and Whataburger, filed separate but identical antitrust lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

 

Those restaurants allege a conspiracy to control cattle volumes and prices starting in at least 2015. Packers named in the lawsuits include Cargill Inc., Cargill Protein-North America, JBS S.A., JBS USA Food Company, Swift Beef Company, JBS Packerland Inc., National Beef Packing Company, Tyson Foods Inc. and Tyson Fresh Meats Inc.

 

Those companies sold about 80% of more than 25 billion pounds of fresh and frozen beef to the U.S. market in 2018.

 

The restaurant companies asked for a jury trial, alleging the actions violated the Sherman Act. The chains asked for a court to enter a judgment against the packers for three times the damages sustained.

Someone recently posted an apparent "Snowden" social media post saying skim milk was a crime. I just saw an article that is possibly relevant to that statement. Apparently, dairy fat intake is possibly beneficial to liver health. A particular fat, C15, is apparently found in dairy and inversely related to indicators of fatty liver.

I know God sees our efforts, but it makes me sad the ones we love can’t see our effort and intent. The intent is from love and concern but because I’m more conservative its a conspiracy theory. They never knew or felt the love!

 

But I still pray to God daily to protect them and their families, before I leave the house. I have a lot of siblings so its a long prayer. Along with my remaining aunt.

 

I don’t know what to make of this timeframe, except I’m spending a lot more time talking to them about family memories and present life issues. All the rest doesnt matter, we are connecting that way.

 

I think the programming of fear is so strong they cannot admit it, so its better to focus on the here and now.

It’s a hard see because the employers of said government the bankers have the whole society in a noose.
