Alberta King was interred at the South-View Cemetery in Atlanta.[15] Martin Luther King Sr. died of a heart attack on November 11, 1984,[16] and was interred next to her.[15]"

The US Air Force awarded Reliable Robotics with a contract to study how to transform multi-engine transport jets into robotic aircraft that can fly critical cargo worldwide.

 

"This study will include a feasibility assessment of full and limited aircraft automation features for cargo operations," Reliable Robotics wrote in a press release.

 

Equipping large transport jets with automation would allow the USAF "to increase mission tempo worldwide and leverage a certifiable commercial solution for defense industry needs at fractional costs and extend aircraft capabilities," continued Reliable Robotics.

USAF wants to modernize its fleet of transport jets. The most inexpensive way to do so appears to be the automation of legacy jets. It's a cost-efficient path toward saving time and assets and reducing fatal aviation accidents.

3 additional chemicals discovered on East Palestine train derailment

EAST PALESTINE, Ohio (WKBN) — First News was recently informed of three more chemicals that were on the Norfolk Southern train that derailed in East Palestine just over a week ago — and we are being told that those chemicals are dangerous.

 

“We basically nuked a town with chemicals so we could get a railroad open,” said Silverado Caggiano, a hazardous materials specialist.

 

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency sent a letter to Norfolk Southern stating that ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylhexyl acrylate and isobutylene were also in the rail cars that were derailed, breached and/or on fire.

 

Caggiano says ethylhexyl acrylate is especially worrisome. He says it’s a carcinogen and contact with it can cause burning and irritation in the skin and eyes. Breathing it in can irritate the nose and throat and cause coughing and shortness of breath.

Isobutylene is also known to cause dizziness and drowsiness when inhaled.

 

“I was surprised when they quickly told the people they can go back home, but then said if they feel like they want their homes tested they can have them tested. I would’ve far rather they did all the testing,” Caggiano said.

 

Caggiano says it’s possible some of these chemicals could still be present in homes and on objects until you clean them thoroughly.

“There’s a lot of what ifs, and we’re going to be looking at this thing 5, 10, 15, 20 years down the line and wondering, ‘Gee, cancer clusters could pop up, you know, well water could go bad,” Caggiano said.

 

Caggiano recommends anyone in the East Palestine area should get a health check-up. Get it on record where your health stands now so that moving forward you’ll have documented any effects possibly related to the train derailment.

STATEMENT OF GOVERNMENT INTEREST

The invention described herein may be manufactured and used by or for the Government of the United States of America for governmental purposes without payment of any royalties thereon or therefor.

 

BACKGROUND

There are four known fundamental forces which control matter and, therefore, control energy. The four known forces are strong nuclear forces, weak nuclear forces, electromagnetic force, and gravitational force. In this hierarchy of forces, the electromagnetic force is perfectly positioned to be able to manipulate the other three. A stationary electric charge gives rise to an electric (electrostatic) field, while a moving charge generates both an electric and a magnetic field (hence the electromagnetic field). Additionally, an accelerating charge induces electromagnetic radiation in the form of transverse waves, namely light. Mathematically, as well as physically, electromagnetic field intensity can be represented as the product of electric field strength and magnetic field strength. Electromagnetic fields act as carriers for both energy and momentum, thus interacting with physical entities at the most fundamental level.

 

Artificially generated high energy electromagnetic fields, such as those generated with a high energy electromagnetic field generator (HEEMFG), interact strongly with the vacuum energy state. The vacuum energy state can be described as an aggregate/collective state, comprised of the superposition of all quantum fields' fluctuations permeating the entire fabric of spacetime. High energy interaction with the vacuum energy state can give rise to emergent physical phenomena, such as force and matter fields' unification. According to quantum field theory, this strong interaction between the fields is based on the mechanism of transfer of vibrational energy between the fields. The transfer of vibrational energy further induces local fluctuations in adjacent quantum fields which permeate spacetime (these fields may or may not be electromagnetic in nature). Matter, energy, and spacetime are all emergent constructs which arise out of the fundamental framework that is the vacuum energy state.

JP Morgan, the nation’s largest bank, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the eye on attracting private capital for a new investment fund to rebuild Ukraine’s infrastructure that has been destroyed in its war with Russia, FOX Business has learned.

JP Morgan bankers spent most of last week meeting with Zelensky and his senior staff where they discussed the creation of a fund seeded with $20 billion to $30 billion in private capital, according to people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Other ideas discussed with the Ukrainian president were the creation of a bank administered by Wall Street firms that would make investments in oil refineries, roads, bridges and other pieces of economic infrastructure destroyed in Vladimir Putin’s year-long campaign to annex the country and rebuild the old Soviet Union, these people add.

JP Morgan bankers were on the ground in Kyiv and other cities, dodging bombs, and witnessing firsthand how the war has crippled the country’s economy. After a series of meetings with various ministers, they met directly with Zelensky on Friday night. As a gesture of goodwill on the eve of Sunday’s Super Bowl, the bankers also presented Zelensky with a New England Patriots jersey with the number “91,” to signify the year Ukraine gained independence from the old Soviet Union, these people say.

FOX Business is the first to report the possible creation of an investment fund and bank to help rebuild the country. People with knowledge of the matter say the plans for a fund or a bank are in the nascent stages and subject to change. J.P. Morgan declined to comment. The big bank is expected to make an announcement about its work in Ukraine on Monday. A representative for Zelensky couldn’t be immediately reached for comment.

 

The Russian invasion has been thwarted by stiff resistance from Ukrainians with the assistance of billions of dollars in US and western aid. Still, Russia is said to control around 15% of the country, mostly in the east. While the Russian military has suffered significant casualties, its bombing of key cities such as Ukraine’s capital of Kyiv as well as civilian and infrastructure targets has devastated the Ukrainian economy. The country is said to have a 30% unemployment rate even with men between the ages of 18 and 60 required to remain in the country to join the military or be subject to conscription.

Jamie Dimon, J.P. Morgan’s chief executive, has been particularly vocal about the consequences of the conflict, calling it “an inflection point for the Western world for a hundred years… Do we get our act together to help win this war, help the Ukrainians, help rebuild Ukraine?”

Dimon also believes attracting private capital will be key to Ukraine’s ability to fight off Russian aggression. Zelensky announced last week he would join the bank’s online investment summit with other major bank clients.

 

Privately, J.P. Morgan bankers met with Zelensky for hours last week, providing him with ideas on how to attract private capital. They also recommended that he invite major CEOs, like Apple’s Tim Cook, to the country to discuss economic development and that he meet with GOP lawmakers, such as the new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif. Some Republicans are skeptical about the billions in US aid being sent to the country, these people add.

 

They also said that weeding out corruption and eliminating graft in government will be key to attracting private capital. Zelensky was said to be receptive to the advice and understood that at some point the vast amounts of western aid to the country will come to an end and that private capital – which will demand a return for its investment – will be needed to rebuild, these people say.

 

Wall Street has long had its sights on helping rebuild Ukraine, eyeing future investment opportunities as the country moves beyond its war with Russia. BlackRock, the world’s largest money manager, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Zelensky as an investment advisor, and Goldman Sachs is also said to be eying opportunities.

 

J.P. Morgan envisions itself as a capital markets advisor to the country, helping it raise money either through a large investment fund or a bank, these people add. Of course, attracting private money will be difficult amid the uncertainty of the war; if Russia begins to make progress and begins to annex swaths of the country, private capital will be less willing to invest.

 

“Everyone is proceeding with caution,” said one Wall Street executive with knowledge of the banks’ efforts regarding Ukraine. “But there is a recognition that you can’t wait until the last minute to start rebuilding.”
