US preparing ‘Israel-style’ security guarantees for Ukraine – Biden

Kiev is not yet ready for NATO membership, the US leader told CNN

The US is willing to offer Kiev a sort of security arrangement currently offered to Israel instead of membership in NATO, President Joe Biden told CNN in an interview previewed on Friday.

“I don’t think it’s ready for membership in NATO,” Biden said of Ukraine. “I don’t think there is unanimity in NATO about whether or not to bring Ukraine into the NATO family now, at this moment, in the middle of a war.”

Membership in the US-led military bloc means a commitment to defend all of its territory, so “if the war is going on, then we’re all in a war. We’re at war with Russia, if that were the case,” Biden told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria.

Ukraine has demanded an invitation from NATO, or at least an announcement of when it might be ready to bring it on board, at the upcoming summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. The octogenarian US president said it is “premature” to call for a vote right now and described NATO as “a process that takes some time” and involves reforms such as democratization. The US needs to present a “rational path” for Ukraine to qualify for membership, Biden said.

“And one of the things I indicated is, the United States would be ready to provide, while the process was going on, and that’s gonna take a while, to provide security a la the security we provide for Israel: providing the weaponry they need, the capacity to defend themselves,” Biden said, adding, “If there is an agreement, if there is a ceasefire, if there is a peace agreement.”

It was not clear what he meant by this, as Kiev has rejected any talk of a ‘frozen conflict’ or ceasefire, and the US has pledged not to negotiate about Ukraine without the Ukrainians, while Russia has said it will not deal with President Vladimir Zelensky, but only with his Western handlers.

The ‘Israel model’ was first mentioned last month by the New York Times, which described it as a time-limited commitment to maintain the flow of Western weapons to Ukraine. The US and its allies have supplied Kiev with over $100 billion in weapons, ammunition, and equipment in 2022 alone, according to Russian military estimates.

Biden told Zakaria that his priority is “holding NATO together” because it is his assessment and that of the US intelligence community that breaking up the bloc is one of Russia’s policy objectives. He also said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had asked for a US commitment that Ukraine would not join NATO at the summit in Geneva two years ago, but that Biden refused, citing the bloc’s ‘open door policy’.

"Why Do You Support Child Trafficking?" Rolling Stone Slammed Over Negative 'Sound Of Freedom' Review

The pedo-loving propagandists at the once-great Rolling Stone are at it again, this time seemingly defending child traffickers with a scathing review of Jim Caviezel's anti-child-trafficking film, Sound of Freedom - which they described as a "QAnon-tinged thriller about child-trafficking" which is "designed to appeal to the conscience of a conspiracy-addled boomer."

Authored by pothead journalist Miles Klee, the review attacks Caviezel as "a prominent figure on the conspiracist right," and slams the actor's past claims over elite pedophile rings that kidnap, rape and murder children to harvest adrenochrome, a compound produced in the brain that reportedly contains psychedelic effects, as featured in the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Apparently Caviezel's beliefs invalidate the premise of the film, which was inspired by the very real work of Tim Ballard, founder of Operation Underground Railroad.

US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan Insinuates Construction Workers as Potential Source of Cocaine Discovered in ‘Under Construction’ Situation Room

Just when we thought the narrative couldn’t get any more bewildering, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan has introduced a new twist in the cocaine discovery case at the White House.

In a press briefing on Friday, Sullivan claimed the Situation Room, where the cocaine was allegedly discovered over the weekend, is under construction. He also insinuated that the cocaine found might be linked to the construction workers.

The White House has been under a cloud of controversy since the discovery of the cocaine. However, the narratives surrounding the location of the cocaine have been wildly inconsistent.

The initial reports stated that the cocaine was found in the library. By Tuesday, after a visit from Hunter Biden, the stash had allegedly been found in a “cubby” in a storage facility in the West Wing. As of Thursday, MSNBC reported that it was found in a “much more secure place” closer to the Situation Room.

MSNBC’s Kelly O’Donnell pointed out that the investigation has progressed to center around the West Executive entrance, in proximity to the Situation Room.

“What we have learned is that there are in fact two West Wing entrances…and now their investigation has progressed and so they’re saying the West Executive entrance, which as you noted, is closer to the Situation Room…which is close to West Executive Drive, that’s where, for example, the Vice President’s vehicle was parked,” MSNBC’s Kelly O’Donnell said.

Meanwhile, Sullivan argues the Situation Room has been out of commission for months due to ongoing construction.

“Situation Room is not in use and has not been in use for months because it is currently under construction,” said Sullivan.

“We are using an alternate situation room in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building,” he added.

“So the only people coming in and going out of the Sit Room in this period have been workers who are getting it ready to go,” said Sullivan implying that construction workers could potentially be the source of the cocaine.

Leftist media outlets attack 'Sound of Freedom' movie, claim anti-child trafficking film is QAnon fantasy for the 'conspiracy-addled boomer'

Several leftist media outlets have slammed the new "Sound of Freedom" movie, claiming the anti-child trafficking film is a QAnon fantasy for the "conspiracy-addled boomer."

The official synopsis of "Sound of Freedom":

Based on the incredible true story, shines a light on even the darkest of places. After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to embark on a dangerous mission to save her. With time running out, he quits his job and journeys deep into the Colombian jungle, putting his life on the line to free her from a fate worse than death.

"Sound of Freedom" was written and directed by Mexican director Alejandro Monteverde and produced by Mexican producer Eduardo Verástegui. The movie features "The Passion of the Christ" star Jim Caviezel and Academy Award winner Mira Sorvino.

Filming for "Sound of Freedom" ended in 2018, and had a distribution deal with 20th Century Fox. However, the movie was shelved after the Walt Disney Company acquired 20th Century Fox. Disney released the rights to the movies and it was scooped up by Angel Studios.

"Sound of Freedom," with a budget of $14.5 million, outperformed Disney's highly-promoted "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny," with costs of nearly $300 million, at the 4th of July box office.

Despite the stunning success of the underdog movie tackling human trafficking that was written and directed by a Mexican director, liberal outlets trashed "Sound of Freedom" as simply a QAnon fantasy.

Rolling Stone published an article with title: "'Sound Of Freedom' Is a Superhero Movie for Dads With Brainworms." The sub-headline reads: "The QAnon-tinged thriller about child-trafficking is designed to appeal to the conscience of a conspiracy-addled boomer."

The author accuses the movie of "fomenting moral panic for years over this grossly exaggerated 'epidemic' of child sex-trafficking, much of it funneling people into conspiracist rabbit holes and QAnon communities."

The author slams "Sound of Freedom" for presenting a "hackneyed white savior narrative."

The author attempts to argue that there are worse social issues that should have higher priority than child trafficking.

"There is visible suffering all around us in America. There are poor and unhoused, and people brutalized or killed by police," the Rolling Stone piece reads. "There are mass shootings, lack of healthcare, climate disasters. And yet, over and over, the far right turns to these sordid fantasies about godless monsters hurting children."

The Guardian featured a headline that reads: "'Sound of Freedom': the QAnon-adjacent thriller seducing America."

The author claims that "Sound of Freedom" was funded by an "unsavory network of astroturfed boosterism among the far-right fringe, a constellation of paranoids now attempting to spin a cause célèbre out of a movie with vaguely simpatico leanings."

The author says the movie oozes the "eardrum-perforating frequency of QAnon."

Jezebel, the leftist website for women, ran with the headline: "'Sound of Freedom' Is an Anti-Child Trafficking Fantasy Fit for QAnon."

The article states, "At last, QAnon’s camp appeal gets the cinematic exploration it demands."

The Jezebel writer admits that she was "entertained in some way" by the movie, but suggested the film is propaganda.

Jezebel is owned by G/O Media, a leftist digital media company that recently started publishing error-filled articles written by artificial intelligence bots.

Laura Loomer exposed the Florida GOP’s attempts to rig the Florida Primary by requiring presidential candidates to sign a loyalty pledge before their names can appear on the ballot. Leftist Scottish Govt Proposes Decriminalising Drugs Amid Overdose Crisis

The Scottish government has proposed decriminalising possession of all drugs for personal use to tackle one of Europe’s highest overdose death rates.

The suggestion was almost instantly blocked by the Conservative UK government in London, which said it had “no plans” to soften drug laws.

The semi-autonomous Edinburgh government, led by the pro-independence Scottish National Party, said Friday that removing criminal penalties for drug possession would “allow for the provision of safe, evidence-based harm reduction services.”

Scotland’s death rate from drug overdoses is three times the rate in the U.K. as a whole and the highest in Western Europe. Last year there were almost 1,100 drug-related deaths in Scotland, which has a population of 5.5 million, according to government figures.

“The war on drugs has failed,” Scottish drugs minister Elena Whitham said at a news conference alongside former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark and ex-Swiss President Ruth Dreifuss, both advocates of drug law reform.

“Our current drug law does not stop people from using drugs, it does not stop people from experiencing the harm associated and, critically, it does not stop people from dying,” Whitham said.

Maine Governor Poised to Sign Bill Allowing Elective Abortions Up Until Birth

Maine may soon allow elective abortions up until birth, pending final approval from the state’s governor.

The bill — H.P. 1044, An Act to Improve Maine’s Reproductive Privacy Laws — would allow a woman to receive a late-term abortion at any point if it is determined to be “necessary” by a doctor.

It’s likely the legislation will be codified. Maine Governor Janet Mills, a Democrat, introduced the bill in January alongside legislative leadership, both also Democrats: House Speaker Rachel Talbot Ross and Senate President Troy Jackson. At the time, Mills credited the case of Maine woman Dana Peirce as justification for the expanded legalization of abortion.

At eight months pregnant, Peirce wanted to abort her unborn son after he was diagnosed with a genetic mutation called lethal skeletal dysplasia, as reported by the Portland Press Herald. Peirce ultimately traveled to Colorado for an abortion because Maine law prohibits post-viability abortions where the mother’s life or health are not jeopardized. The law does allow elective abortions up to viability, generally recognized at 24 weeks.

“No Maine person should have to endure the same physical, emotional, psychological, and financial burden that Dana and her family had to in order to receive medical care,” stated Mills.

H.P. 1044 passed out of the Maine Senate 20-11 on Thursday. The state House passed the bill last month, 73-69.

During the Senate’s final vote, Republican state Sen. Stacey Guerin raised concerns about doctors and mothers determining unborn children diagnosed with disabilities to be unworthy of life.

“Were they of less value to society?” said Guerin. “When we start down the path of deciding who is worthy of life, where do we stop? Where did governments before us stop in deciding who had the right to live, and who had the right to die, to make it convenient for the parents, the government, for business?”

Another Republican state senator, Eric Brakey, questioned the resistance from Democrats to narrowly legislate around fatal fetal abnormalities rather than expanding elective abortion.

“We are really opening the door here for those circumstances where […] a fully-developed baby could be killed for any number of reasons,” said Brakey.

Brakey introduced several unsuccessful amendments to mitigate the legislation’s impact. One reworked the bill’s language to only expand post-viability abortions to cases where the unborn child suffers from a fatal fetal abnormality likely to result in death within 30 days post-birth. Another proposed instituting a four-year moratorium on the sale or transfer of aborted fetal remains to for-profit or nonprofit entities.

State Sen. Anne Carney, a Democrat, declared that the bill represented compassion for families facing trying times.

Matthew Strohmeyer, the Air Force has successfully executed a large-language model experiment with artificial intelligence for the first time, after years of using only data-based exercises with artificial intelligence under the U.S. Department of Defense.

“It was highly successful,” he said. “It was very fast. We are learning that this is possible for us to do.”

Large-language models (LLMs) utilize large amounts of information from the internet to enable artificial intelligence to predict and generate responses to specific prompts from users. LLMs are similar to generative AI platforms, such as Google’s Bard and ChatGPT.

Five LLMs are reportedly being used in an eight-week exercise conducted by the Pentagon’s digital and AI office, top military officials, and U.S. allies. While the Pentagon will not currently confirm which LLMs are being tested, a San-Francisco based company named Scale AI claims that its Donovan product is one of the five platforms being tested by the military.

WEF Unveils Plans to Strip Citizens of Their Constitutional Rights

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has revealed details of a chilling plan that will be ushered in to bypass the U.S. Constitution and strip citizens of their rights.

A WEF agent laid out the plan that involves using Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) to control the masses.

The unelected organization is calling on world governments to stop using physical money and switch to a single global “digital currency” to create “cashless societies.”

The WEF boasted of the benefits of “digital cash,” which would include bypassing the Second Amendment to end gun ownership in America.

During the WEF’s recent Annual Meeting of the New Champions in China, WEF agent and Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University Eswar Prasad outlined what the WEF’s cashless society will look like.

Prasad spoke about the rise of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and how the globalist elite will be able to control the public by managing what they can and can’t spend their own money on.

According to Prasad, the coming cashless society will be regulated by unelected officials at the WEF to ensure that people comply with what is considered to be “desirable.” Guns will be considered “extremely undesirable.”

He predicted that people will be prohibited from buying “less desirable” items such as “ammunition.”

“The government decides that units of central bank money can be used to purchase some things but not other things that it deems less desirable like say, ammunition or drugs or pornography or things of the sort.”

Slay News reports: Apparently, the WEF sees a cashless society as an opportunity to strip citizens of their rights to bear arms by making it impossible to buy ammunition.

The American Second Amendment may very well be the only thing preventing the nation from totally falling victim to the globalist agenda.

The United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals last night stayed a lower court’s injunction of a Tenneseee law that punishes medical professionals who provide hormone therapy to minors.

Hadas Klein, the key witness in Case 1000 against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, filed a complaint to the police last night about suspected threats against her and her family members.

This comes after a strongly worded post on Facebook directed at her said: "She stole money to put in her own pocket and then she tried to blame it on the prime minister, this will cost her and her family in blood, they will not be immune, we will hunt down every single one in her family, but her we will hunt first."

Klein filed a complaint to the police just as she had in previous cases of online harassment and threats.

Klein is expected to continue her testimony on Monday after Arnon Milchan's testimony has ended. Earlier she complained to the state attorney, Amit Aisman, claiming the prime minister's attorneys were intimidating and threatening her. Hadas Klein confirmed these details but refused to elaborate.

Klein received death threats last year for her testimony as well. The man who threatened her was indicted earlier this year.

Conflicting testimony

However, Netanyahu's lawyers also showed that he had given gifts to Milchan in return, indicating that it was a friendly relationship. They argued that there is nothing illegal about rich people giving gifts to politicians to get access to and feel closer to power.

To prove the case, the prosecution will have to show that the gifts constituted a clear gifts-for-favors relationship which will be hard to prove. Indeed, even for a lower-level conviction, they will need to show that Netanyahu could have influenced matters in favor of Milchan.

The head of an independent commission investigating child sexual abuse in the French Catholic church has said about 3,000 paedophiles have operated inside the institution since 1950.

Days before publication of its report, Jean-Marc Sauvé said the commission’s investigations had uncovered between 2,900 and 3,200 paedophile priests or other church members, adding that this was “a minimum estimate”.

Sauvé told Agence-France Presse that the 2,500-page report, based on church, court and police archives as well as interviews with witnesses and due to be published on Tuesday, had tried to quantify both the number of offenders and of victims.

It also looked into “the mechanisms, notably institutional and cultural ones” within the church which allowed paedophiles to remain, and will offer 45 proposals, he said.

The commission, made up of 22 legal professionals, doctors, historians, sociologists and theologians, was set up in 2018 after Pope Francis passed a landmark measure obliging people who know about abuse in the church to report it to their superiors.

A hotline set up in June 2019 for French victims and witnesses received 6,500 calls in its first 17 months of operation but prompted many survivors to question whether French prosecutors would be willing and able to press charges.

Philippe Portier, a sociologist on the commission, promised the report would “not go easy on anyone”, while Olivier Savignac, of the victims’ association Parler et Revivre, (Speak and Relive), said it would “have the effect of a bomb”.

The CDC's explanation for leaving certain diagnosis codes off Minnesota death certificates that cite COVID-19 vaccines as a cause of death, allegedly hiding vaccine injuries in federal records, shows "intent to deceive," according to a person who helped analyze the death certificates for the Brownstone Institute, a think tank that challenges the scientific basis for COVID conventional wisdom and policy.

John Beaudoin Sr., who is suing Massachusetts for submitting "fraudulent" death certificates to the feds falsely labeling COVID as a cause of death, says CDC spokesperson Kristen Nordlund's comments on the matter to Just the News will be incorporated in an "affidavit to petition for a grand jury investigation of the CDC" in its home of Georgia.

Beaudoin's law school expelled him for refusing its vaccine mandate, which he says was based on federal COVID guidance devised in part from Massachusetts death certificate data.

The suit includes a 123-page exhibit analyzing death certificates Beaudoin claims either wrongly omit vaccine-induced deaths or falsely attribute them to COVID. "Vaccination is not a disease or cause of death, so simple mention of the vaccine or vaccination without mention of adverse effects will not get coded" on the death certificates cited in Brownstone's analysis, Nordlund wrote in an email.

"COVID-19 vaccines are undergoing the most intense safety monitoring in U.S. history," she said. "To date, CDC has not detected any unusual or unexpected patterns for deaths following immunization that would indicate that COVID vaccines are causing or contributing to deaths, outside of the nine confirmed TTS [thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome] deaths following the Janssen [Johnson & Johnson] vaccine."

Activists want to disqualify Trump from ballot in key states under 14th Amendment

Two civil rights organizations are launching a campaign to pressure state governments to disqualify former President Trump from appearing on ballots in 2024.

The groups say secretaries of state are empowered by the 14th Amendment to bar Trump from running for office because of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection.

Starting Sunday, Mi Familia Vota and Free Speech for People will stage a week of rallies and banner drops outside the offices of the secretaries of state of California, Oregon, Colorado and Georgia.

The groups also penned a letter to Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar last month, calling on him to block Trump under what’s known as the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause.

ISIS Cells Continue To Launch Attacks In U.S.-Held Areas In Syria

On July 8, an ISIS cell attacked a checkpoint of the United States-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) near the town of al-Kubar in the northwestern countryside of Deir Ezzor, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

The London-based monitoring group said that the hit-and-run attack didn’t result in any losses, adding that the terrorists were able to flee.

This was the second such attack by ISIS cells in Syria’s northeastern region in less than a week. On July 4, the group’s terrorists attacked a checkpoint of the SDF near the village of al-Ashtiyh in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah. In a statement released by its official news agency, Amaq, ISIS said that two Kurdish fighters were killed in the attack.

The U.S.-led coalition claims that its presence in Syria, which is not approved by the legitimate government in Damascus, is meant to counter ISIS. However, the group remains highly active in the areas held by the coalition.

According to the SOHR, the terrorist group has launched 93 attacks in areas held by the coalition and the SDF since the start of the year. The attacks, which included shootings an bombings, claimed the lives of 61 people, including 11 civilians and 45 fighters of the SDF.

With hundreds of U.S. troops deployed in northeastern Syria, it is unclear how ISIS cells are still capable of launching such attacks in the region. Most of the group’s recent attacks took place in the southeastern Deir Ezzor countryside, where the coalition keeps two large bases.

Dutch PM Rutte meets king to discuss caretaker government

THE HAGUE, July 8 (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte met with King Willem-Alexander on Saturday to discuss a caretaker administration, the day after his centre-right government collapsed following a dispute over migration policies.

Rutte declined to comment on the hour and a half-long talks after he left the palace in The Hague.

"These are confidential meetings," he told reporters.

The next major step will be to dissolve parliament, but first there will be a debate about the government's resignation in the Dutch lower house planned for Monday.

After parliament is dissolved, an election will be held, expected in November.

Rutte, 56, in power since 2010, is the Netherlands' longest serving prime minister. He told a press conference on Friday he'd like to run for a fifth term but would consult with his party before making a final decision.

The crisis in Dutch politics came after Rutte's conservative VVD party sought to limit the flow of asylum seekers to the Netherlands.

Tensions came to a head this week when Rutte demanded support for a proposal to limit the arrival of children of war refugees who are already in the Netherlands and to make families wait at least two years before they can be reunited.

That was opposed by the small Christian Union and liberal D66, ultimately bringing the government down.

As head of state, the king is expected to ask Rutte's coalition to stay on as a caretaker government until a new administration is formed after the election, a process which in the fractured Dutch political landscape usually takes months.

Before meeting the king, Rutte tweeted he had called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to ensure him his government's caretaker status would not affect Dutch support for Ukraine.

Not since the 2015-2016 migration crisis has immigration been such a fault line in European politics.

Support for Germany's far right AfD has surged over the last six months. And in Spain polls suggest the far right Vox party could enter government following elections this month.

In the Netherlands, migration is somewhat overshadowed by farmers' protests against government plans to limit nitrogen emissions, which they say will spell the end of many farms.

Farmers' protest party BBB became the biggest party in March provincial elections.

In the latest Ipsos poll, carried out a week before the government collapse, Rutte's VVD was projected to remain the biggest party in the 150-seat parliament with 28 seats. But BBB was predicted to surge from just one seat now to 23, making it the second largest.

BBB also supports a stricter migration policy and has suggested a possible yearly cap of 15,000 asylum seekers.

Mystery Ships and Titanic owner J.P. Morgan's Masked Enemies

Was Titanic rammed by a mystery ship? And might that ship have been British?

To many it seems like nonsense to suggest that the British enemies of Titanic's owner, J.P. Morgan, would ram a friendly vessel with many of their own citizens aboard, especially when Titanic was part of a joint shipping venture with a UK shipping firm, the White Star Line. Why would the British sink ships built by your own countrymen?

The answer is simple: They wanted Morgan's shipping business to fail.

Not everyone was cut into the 1902 deal that was made between J.P. Morgan's International Mercantile Marine (IMM) and the White Star Line. Some of the smaller British shipping lines, namely Cunard and the Leyland Line, were being muscled out of business. They were afraid Titanic, and her sister ships, the RMS Olympic and RMS Brittanic, were going to hurt their business badly – literally sail off with their passengers.

While Americans saw Titanic as a wonderful expression of their own financial and industrial might, the British shipping lines saw her as direct competition and a threat. To them the letters Titanic spelled hardship, bankruptcy, unemployment, ruin.

If Titanic floated, they were sunk.

It was very much like a Wal-Mart opening in a small town, and putting several Mom and Pop stores out of business. How could the British save their local merchants?

The Cunard Line was a medium-sized British shipping line that was struggling to remain in direct competition with Morgan's near monopoly on the Atlantic shipping lanes, and it had every reason to worry that a lifetime of hard work was about to be swamped and ruined by Titanic's huge backwash.

Some people in British government were worried too – so concerned that America's super-liners might destroy the prestige of the British shipping industry that they decided to give Cunard massive loans to build two rival super-liners, the RMS Mauretania (built in 1906) and the RMS Lusitania (completed in 1907).

In other words, the owners of the Cunard Line and some wealthy Lords, bankers and ministers in the British government itself had put their life savings on the line in an effort to compete with Morgan and Titanic. Their fortunes were at great risk, and they had a deep interest in seeing Titanic fail.

Some people have suggested that these smaller British shipping lines did not sit idly by, waiting to be sunk by Titanic. Recognizing the situation as "kill or be killed," they and their carefully masked investors in the British government actually conspired to bring the RMS Olympic and the RMS Titanic to a bad end.

If one buys this hyposthesis, then it stands to reason that British secret agents deliberately rammed the RMS Olympic with the HMS Hawke and they deliberately engineered an "accident at sea" for Titanic with the specific goal of destroying permanently the White Star Line's rep for safety, effectively spooking people and driving them back to the "old reliable" shipping firms.

Put another way, the sinking of RMS Titanic was a deliberate act of economic warfare. The British government itself had a vested interest in seeing Titanic fail. One hundred years earlier their troops had burned down the American capitol building in Washington. They had made war upon the American people before, and in this case they did not hesitate to sink a ship that was threatening their national security – their standing as the most powerful navy and merchant fleet in the world.

In the eyes of the wise old men who ran the British Navy, this was just another ship to be sunk.

This theory may not be as wild as it sounds, especially when one realizes that the entire British Empire and its economy depended upon maintaining the preeminence of the British Navy and the British merchant fleet. Morgan's IMM and the Titanic itself were seen as a genuine threat.

In 1902, when Titanic was just a gleam in J.P. Morgan's eye, there were certainly a number of very powerful merchant bankers in the City of London gabbing with high-ranking officers of the British Admiralty – all of them frowning and wagging their heads with deep concern. The press of the day reflects this: Many senior ministers in London viewed the International Mercantile Marine as nothing less than a colossal power grab, an effort to swoop in and buy up the British fleet, stealing away the magical seapower of the entire British Empire at a single blow…

Not everyone wanted to become engaged with Morgan or to marry their fortunes to his wild Wall Street speculations and financial schemes. Back in 1902, some members of the British Establishment were very definitely not swooning or going all weak in the knees over J.P. Morgan.

Quite to the contrary, the hostility toward Morgan's proposal indicates many Brits were profoundly offended.

The fact that Cunard Line found enough backing in London to finance the construction of two huge and luxurious ocean liners clearly indicates just how deep was the British desire to compete with Morgan and put him in his place. Evidently some very wealthy people in London wanted to snub the man and show him who was truly the monarch of the seas.

According to several reports, J.P. Morgan was taken aback by the extreme hositility in the British press when he first proposed the IMM shipping merger. Apparently he had not fully understood how deeply attached the British were to their merchant ships, and what a central source of national pride they were.

Would it be so difficult to imagine, then, that by 1912, as Titanic rolled off the line and started on her maiden voyage, a faction within the British Admiralty had already decided to sink her?

This hypothesis of two-faced double dealing by the British works. It actually explains quite well a number of unfortunate events that are normally seen as mysterious "accidents" namely:

1) Huge cost over-runs in the building of Titanic. It was almost as if someone were working to sabotage her construction, and make the building and fitting of Titanic as expensive, painful and slow as possible.

2) The collision of the British destroyer HMS Hawke with Titanic's sister ship, the RMS Olympic, which cost Morgan dearly for repairs. Perhaps it wasn't an accident after all?

3) The "accidental" near collision of the Titanic itself with the S.S. New York as Titanic was leaving Southampton harbor (the New York somehow untied itself from the dock and swung directly into the path of Titanic, nearly causing expensive delays and repairs); and

4) The strange presence of two or three "mystery" ships within immediate range of Titanic when it sank – ships that did nothing to help her but just sat in silence watching while she sank by the head.

Why would the British do nothing? Because when Titanic sank they knew that Morgan's profit margin was sinking with her, and they were thus dealing a death blow to an economic marriage that several senior people in the City of London dislike profoundly.

Perhaps the best known of the mystery ships lurking about Titanic was the Leyland Line cruiser S. S. Californian, whose Captain kept his ship within visible sight of Titanic, maintained radio silence, and didn't budge an inch while Titanic sent off several distress flairs.

The Leyland Line is a British ship line, based in Liverpool, and technically part of the I.M.M. One must read up on the role played by Leyland during the formation of the I.M.M shipping trust to fully appreciate the clever way in which this company maneuvered and lured Morgan's outfit into paying very large sums to Leyland for very little in return.

That one of Leyland's ships would just sit motionless within visual range of Titanic, and silently watc the great ship founder, is quite believable given the past history between Morgan and Leyland. The negotiations between the two were a tense and unfriendly game of high-stakes poker, and the grim managers of the Leyland Line wasted very little love or affection for the I.M.M.

In fact, they scalped Morgan.

The sinking of Titanic may have been nothing more than the consummation of a long standing hostility between the Leyland Line and Morgan's company.

Add to this the fact that the Californian had left directly from London, and that its captain refused to speak to American reporters in Boston on grounds of "state secrets," and one almost gets the impression that the captain left with a brief and a clear assignment from the British government itself .

To this very day, the British government are very wishy-washy in their explanation of why the S.S Californian just sat there, doing nothing, while Titanic sank. The British investigation was definitely flawed, key questions were never asked of Capt. Lord or his crew, and the officers of the Californian were never prosecuted or properly held to account for their failure to aid and assist the Titanic.

One may read the short Wikipedia story on the SS Californian for the disturbing details, but even those who want to skip the details need know nothing more than what they saw in the 1997 film Titanic to reach a common sense conclusion: It is entirely unbelievable that experienced officers would just stand still, watching more than five flares going off without budging to aid and assist a ship that was clearly in distress and signalling for help. All they had to do was to turn on their radio to see if the ship might be in trouble.

Do you really think that experienced merchant marines would just stand about watching flares, wondering what they meant? As the Wikipedia article on the Californian points out " In 1912, it was understood by all seamen that rockets being fired in sequence, no matter their color, were to be interpreted as a distress signal and that aid should be rendered."

The fact that the S.S. Carpathia, the ship that did finally ride to the rescue, was a Cunard Line ship was all to the greater glory of the Cunard Line – also one of the I.M.M.'s British rivals. Cunard Line got to grab headlines and play the hero.

In other words, here we have a good cop bad cop game. One British shipping rival, The Cunard Line, races to the rescue, another British shipping rival, The Leyland Line, does nothing..

Either way one looks at it, rescue or no rescue, Titanic's British shipping rivals appear to be the only ships surrounding her when she went down.

Even to those who are not conspiracy minded, it looks disturbingly like a set up, and the dishonest and disingenuous investigation by the British government does nothing to dissuade one from the impression that Capt. Lord of the S.S. Californian did indeed go to his grave guarding a British "state secret."

CNN Tonight host Abby Phillip decided to do something different for Friday’s show by doing a movie review. Specifically, Sound of Freedom starring Jim Caviezel who stars as Tim Ballard, a real-life former DHS agent who works to bust child sex trafficking rings. For Phillip and The Storm is Upon Us author Mike Rothschild, the film focuses on a real issue, but is nevertheless a “moral panic” and a plot to get QAnon conspiracy theorists to feel good about themselves.

After noting the film is battling Indiana Jones “for the top spot at the box office,” Phillip also noted “the film and its star are raising eyebrows among critics. Some say that it bends the truth about child exploitation, and it caters to QAnon conspiracy theorists. Its distributor, Angel Studios, denies those accusations. Jim Caviezel, the star of the film, is also known for openly embracing QAnon theories.”

A new report compiled by Uzay Bulut, a Turkish journalist who also serves as distinguished senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute, charges that the United States under Joe Biden now is a “middleman” in a massive “child trafficking” scheme.

He wrote on the organization’s website that, “The criminal practice of trafficking and abusing hundreds of thousands of migrant children who cross the southern border is now, thanks to the open-border policy of the Biden administration, apparently ‘normal’ inside the U.S.”

He cites federal statistics about the millions of illegals encountered at the border in recent years, but pointedly notes that “at least 85,000 children are believed to be missing.”

He explained, “Many of those children are raped, used for forced labor, and forced to undertake brutal jobs ostensibly to ‘work off’ their debt by the criminal cartels who reportedly now control the Mexican side of the border and brought the children in.”

And he cites the comments from whistleblower Tara Lee Rodas, who told the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement just weeks ago, “Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the U.S. government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.”

Rodas, who was with the Health and Human Services bureaucracy under Biden, said, “Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. Today, children will be sold for sex. Today, children will call a hotline to report the are being abused, neglected, and trafficked…..”

She said she had volunteered to help with the crisis at the southern border.

“I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a sponsors – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations. Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income – this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking.”

Bulut cites other testimony, too, from immigration expert Jessica M. Vaughan.

She said, “Numerous investigative journalism reports published over the years in the Washington Times, Reuters, and the New York Times, Project Veritas, and others, that provide graphic details of the experiences of UACs during and after their illegal crossing and placement with sponsors in the United States, including domestic servitude, sexual abuse, forced labor, labor exploitation, and illegal employment in manufacturing, landscaping, and other inappropriate and dangerous jobs.”

And he noted Fox’s Rachel Campos-Duffy has reported, “Over the last two years, this country has become an international hub for child trafficking. And the U.S. government is behind it. Under Biden, hundreds of thousands of children have come into this country illegally. Once they get here, most are sold for sex, used for cheap labor, or forced to join gangs. Nobody deserves this. Especially not children.”
