Then Rice brought him on board when she was appointed National Security Adviser for the second President Bush. And then Zelikow was appointed to Bush’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. Rice, as a member of the Bush Administration, produced the National Security Strategy for the United States of America in 2002. It was first produced by Philip Haas of the State Department, but Rice didn’t think it was strong enough. So she ordered it completely rewritten and brought in Zelikow to write it. This is the document in which theUnited States announces its new doctrine of pre-emptive, preventive warfare. This is the concept that the United Statesno longer has to abide by the old system in which we have to wait until we know another nation is ready to attack us before we can attack them. If our government believes a nation is becoming dangerous, we can attack them years before they get ready to attack us because we just can’t wait any more. 9/11 has proven the concept that we can act preemptively. And it was Philip Zelikow who used 9/11 to marshal that argument. Then he was brought in to conduct the investigation on what really happened on 9/11. So it was an extreme example of the fox investigating the foxes.

San Francisco drug operation seizes enough fentanyl to kill 2.1 million

 

San Francisco reached a critical point last month when overdose deaths increased by 41%.

 

On May 1st, California Governor Gavin Newsom launched a collaborative law enforcement effort to stem fentanyl trafficking, now that initiative is paying off with the seizure of over 9 pounds (4.2 kilos) of fentanyl in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. That’s enough fentanyl to kill 2.1 million people in a city of just over 800,000 residents.

 

Newsom announced an agreement between the California Highway Patrol (CHP), California National Guard (CalGuard), San Francisco Police Department, and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office in April, “to create … a new collaborative operation between all four agencies focused on dismantling fentanyl trafficking and disrupting the supply.”

 

The first 6 weeks of operation yielded over 957 grams of methamphetamine, 319 grams of cocaine, and 31 grams of heroin. Ninety-two were arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges related to possession of fentanyl, illegal firearm possession, driving under the influence and domestic violence.

 

Newsom is encouraged by these early successes stating, “I’m proud of the CHP and CalGuard’s lifesaving efforts to shut down the Tenderloin’s poison pipeline and hold drug traffickers accountable. These early results show promise and serve as a call to action: we must do more to clean up San Francisco’s streets, help those struggling with substance use, and eradicate fentanyl from our neighborhoods.”

 

While CHP undertook the seizures, crucial analysis and technical support was given by CalGuard. Alcoholic Beverage Control is developing a plan to deploy additional resources to address loitering and graffiti around liquor stores, gas stations and markets that hold ABC licenses. Caltrans is addressing graffiti with an uptick in maintenance and signage replacement on high-traffic routes.

 

NorCal High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas task force has also joined the effort with analysts and personnel to develop a city-wide plan to combat the open-air drug markets which averages 2 deaths per day.

 

San Francisco reached a critical point last month when overdose deaths increased by 41%. In the first three months of 2023, the city had 268 drug-related deaths and over 330 more opiate overdoses in 11 months averted through the use of Narcan.

 

Local agencies are building large-scale cases with information gathered by law enforcement and the continued efforts of CalGuard in analyzing the crime syndicate web of connections.

 

“The operation is focused on targeting fentanyl trafficking, disrupting the supply of the deadly drug in the city, and holding the operators of drug trafficking rings accountable,” a release by the governor’s office said.

Largest Catholic Healthcare System In America Is Performing Transgender Surgeries on Children and Providing Other “Gender Affirming” Care Services

A watchdog organization is alleging that one of America’s most prominentCatholic health systemsis betraying morality and mutilating innocent children. The Epoch Times was the first to report on the story.

 

The Lepanto Institute published a 64 page report claiming thatCommon Spirit Health, the largest “Catholic” health system in the country, is providing transgender surgeries for minors and other “gender-affirming” care services including hormone therapies puberty blockers. Abortions are also being performed.

 

This is all in direct contradiction to Catholic Church teachings on these issues, which have remained consistent for decades.

 

They provided the report exclusively to The Epoch Times, which was the first website to report on the story.

 

Common Spirit is a giant non-profit health system with more than 1,000 care sites and 140 hospitals across 21 states. The Media Research Center also points out that one of the hospitals in the network, St. Francis Memorial Hospital, even has a “Gender Institute” where they reportedly perform gender reassignment surgeries.

Ukrainian President VladimirZelensky has dismissed former US President Donald Trump’s pledgeto immediately end the conflict with Russia if he returns to the White House, insisting he could not make good on his promise.

 

Speaking to NBC News for an interview published on Thursday, Zelensky took a brief detour to respond to recent comments from Trump, who has argued he could quickly negotiate a peace deal between Kiev and Moscow.

 

“Why didn’t he do that earlier?He was president when the war was going on here,”Zelensky said, referring to the fighting that erupted in Donbass in 2014 shortly after Ukraine’s president at the time, Viktor Yanukovich, was ousted from power in Kiev. “I think he couldn’t do that. I think there are no people today in the world who could just have a word with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin and end the war.” (Zelensky is lying, there was no war, and Trump knew they were killing ethnic Russians. Further Obama was president from 2014 to Jan 2017, he sent blankets. There was no war going on under Trump!)

 

During a CNN town hall event last month, Trump declared that he could “have that war settled in one day, 24 hours,” if he is elected for a second term in 2024. He added that he would schedule talks with Zelensky and Putin soon after taking office. Peace negotiations between Kiev and Moscow broke down in April 2022 after Ukraine accused the Russian military of committing atrocities in several Kiev suburbs. Russia has repeatedly denied the allegations.

 

Last October, after Moscow absorbed four Ukrainian regions following referendums,Zelensky signed a decree that outlined the “impossibility” of holding negotiations with Putin.

 

The Kremlin has maintained that it is open to peace negotiations in principle so long as Kiev relinquishes its claims to Russia’s newly incorporated territories and agrees to its terms, including a pledge to remain outside of the NATO alliance as a neutral state.

It was bound to happen anytime a significant brand leader loses 25% of its total market share. According to data provided to Fox News, Budweiser Light beer lost its #1 ranking in the U.S. in the month of May as the critical days of summer sales begin.

 

This shouldn’t come as much of a surprise given the negative brand image now created for the product. Factually, the only thing that can reverse the trend for the product is time and diminished memory. As consumers associate the brand with a lifestyle, the use of the product will continue to drop. Holding a Bud Light beverage right now is akin to identifying yourself as a transfemme, or wearing pink pants.

 

(Fox News) – Bud Light lost its top spot in the U.S. beer market last month, as the brand’s sales sagged following a conservative uproar over its partnership with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

 

Constellation Brands’ Modelo led the market as it nabbed 8.4% of beer sales from retail stores in the four weeks that ended June 3, according to NielsenIQ data from consulting firm Bump Williams. Bud Light trailed with a 7.3% share.

 

Bud Light sales fell 24.6% in the period year over year, while Modelo sales jumped 10.2%, the data shows.

 

Still, the Anheuser-Busch InBev brand Bud Light leads U.S. beer sales so far this year, according to Bump Williams.

 

The hit to AB InBev’s business marks one of the few times in recent years that online backlash has led to a notable and sustained slump for a major brand. The company’s shares have dropped nearly 15% since the start of April, when Mulvaney posted a video of a personalized Bud Light can, which sparked anti-LGBTQ+ outrage.

 

In response to the uproar, the company appeared to neither defend the promotion with Mulvaney — a hesitance that angered some supporters of trans rights — nor appease the conservatives who opposed the marketing.

 

“We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people. We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer,” Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth said in a statement in April. (read more)

 

That last statement is particularly laughable from Anheuser-Busch, as if they were victims of something external that was forced upon them.

 

Anheuser-Busch made a marketing decision with multiple layers of corporate approval. Apparently, no one was in the room to say it might not be a good idea to position their #1 product with a gender fluid promotional effort. Alas, they went full-throated into the foray and are now paying the price.

Dominion executives hope all of the text messages between Fox News hosts including Tucker Carlson that they discovered as part of their defamation lawsuit will one day become public.

Dominion, the company behind voting machines that Donald Trump's camp claimed were rigged in the 2020 election, sued Fox for airing the former president's claims.

As part of the lawsuit discovery, Dominion's lawyers uncovered texts in which Fox hosts and journalists seemed to acknowledge that the fraud claims were not true or farfetched, but gave them airtime anyway.

 

Fox settled the case on April 18, moments before a trial was due to begin and potentially unearth more of the behind-the-scenes exchanges.

In their first interview since the lawsuit was settled unexpectedly, Dominion's CEO John Poulos and Stephen Shackelford, a lawyer who was involved in the case, told Axios they now want the full record to become unredacted.

They also took credit for Carlson's firing, which came after senior Fox News executives learned what he had been saying in them in text messages that the lawsuit unearthed.

 

'Dominion did not insist on them firing Tucker Carlson as part of the settlement.

'But the very fact that that's what resulted out of all of this, and it's traceable from the work that Dominion set in motion.. of course I know what’s in the redacted stuff and I can't say anything about it.

'I hope that it all gets un-redacted at some point,' Shackelford, a partner at Susman Godfrey LLP, told Axios.

 

Hootan Yaghoobzadeh, co-founder of Staple Street Capital which is Dominion's private equity owner, also appeared to take credit for Carlson's firing.

'I think the consequences of the entire strategy that we pursued are starting to reflect themselves.'

He added that Carlson's firing is 'much more profound' than 'some disingenuous apology or forced statement' of wrongdoing. For us to have a meaningful impact, we had to make sure that we got that rock moving.'

Yaghoobzadeh also claimed Dominion did not want to settle the case at all.

'We made sure that all the attorneys understood that settlement was like a curse word. We didn't want to talk about it.

'Our strategy was to go to trial, get to a verdict and accomplish three goals, which were to make sure the truth got exposed, kept Fox accountable, and that we were compensated for the damages they inflicted.'

He did not disclose why they ultimately chose to end litigation.

 

Many of the exchanges between Carlson, other hosts at Fox News and Rupert Murdoch remain partially or fully redacted.

Had a trial gone ahead, it's likely more of their comments would have come to light.

 

A representative for Fox News said of the Dominion settlement: 'We are pleased to have reached a settlement of our dispute with Dominion Voting Systems.

'We acknowledge the Court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false.

'This settlement reflects FOX’s continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards.

'We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues.'

 

The network has been tight-lipped in its explanation of Carlson's bombshell firing.

In a statement last Monday, a spokesman said: 'FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways.

 

'We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.'

 

A New York Times report claims Carlson called one senior Fox News executive a 'c**t', and was disappointed when that was redacted from the official record.

Dominion Voting Systems, which last month reached a $787.5m settlement of its $1.6bn defamation case against Fox News, is seeking wider accountability for the broadcast of Donald Trump’s election fraud lies and will “not … stop until we get it”, a co-founder said.

A Dominion lawyer, meanwhile, said he hoped messages redacted in court filings but reportedly linked to the dramatic firing of Tucker Carlson would soon be revealed.

John Poulos, chief executive of Dominion, Hootan Yaghoobzadeh, an investor from Staple Street Capital, and Stephen Shackelford, a partner at Susman Godfrey, the law firm representing Dominion, spoke to Axios in an interview published on Monday.

 

Fox still faces a $2.7bn suit from Smartmatic, another election machine company targeted by Trump and his allies in their lies about voter fraud in his 2020 defeat by Joe Biden.

 

Axios noted that Dominion is pursuing defamation lawsuits against two Fox competitors, One America News and NewsMax, and four Trump allies: Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Mike Lindell and Patrick Byrne.

Poulos said: “As we said from the beginning, we’re seeking accountability and we’re not going to stop until we get it. We have six more cases and we are completely aligned as we have been from the beginning.”

The settlement in Dominion’s Fox case came as the two sides waited in court in Delaware for trial to begin.

Shackelford said the suit and settlement “should send a big signal to the other defendants that we are serious about exposing the truth, and we are serious about accomplishing full compensation and justice for Dominion”.

 

Fox was not required to issue an on-air apology but the case uncovered a mine of internal messages which showed executives and hosts acknowledged that Trump and allies were lying but gave them airtime anyway.

 

Last week, Fox fired the prime-time host Tucker Carlson. The extent to which the decision was linked to Dominion remains unknown, if subject to extensive reporting.

Yaghoobzadeh said: “I think the consequences of the entire strategy that we pursued are starting to reflect themselves.”

Shackelford said Dominion “did not insist on them firing Tucker Carlson as part of the settlement. But the very fact that that’s what resulted out of all of this, and it’s traceable from the work that Dominion and Staple Street set in motion, that’s the sort of stuff Hootan is talking about.”

 

It has been reported that messages redacted in court filings contain instances of Carlson using “highly offensive” language about Fox executives.

Shackelford said: “Of course I know what’s in the redacted stuff and I can’t say anything about it … I hope that it all gets un-redacted at some point.”

He added: “We expected [Fox] to fight tooth and nail and to pull out all the stops, and they did. The scariest part of what they did trying to rewrite first amendment law just to save Fox’s hide in a way that was completely, in my view, disingenuous and dangerous.”

 

Yaghoobzadeh pointed to the continuing careers of other anchors who spread Trump’s lies, prominently including Maria Bartiromo.

“I just don’t know how informed every Fortune 500 CEO is to the lack of journalistic standards that were used in that initial broadcast,” Yaghoobzadeh said, about Bartiromo’s business-oriented show.

“And if they’re deciding to go on that show after understanding all that information, I’m not one to judge these things but I certainly wouldn’t go on that show.”

 

Asked for comment, Fox News pointed to a previous statement in which it said it was “pleased to have reached a settlement”, acknowledged rulings “finding certain claims about Dominion to be false”, and claimed the deal “reflects Fox’s continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards”.

Adam Weishaupt (1748–1830) became professor of Canon Law and practical philosophy at the University of Ingolstadt in 1773.

He was the only non-clerical professor at an institution run by Jesuits,kek whose order Pope Clement XIV had dissolved in 1773. The Jesuits of Ingolstadt, however, still retained the purse strings and some power at the University, which they continued to regard as their own

He was admitted to lodge "Prudence" of the Rite of Strict Observance early in February 1777. His progress through the three degrees of "blue lodge" masonry taught him nothing of the higher degrees he sought to exploit, but in the following year a priest called Abbé Marotti informed Zwack that these inner secrets rested on knowledge of the older religion and the primitive church. Zwack persuaded Weishaupt that their own order should enter into friendly relations with Freemasonry, and obtain the dispensation to set up their own lodge. At this stage (December 1778), the addition of the first three degrees of Freemasonry was seen as a secondary project.[15]

With little difficulty, a warrant was obtained from the Grand Lodge of Prussia called the Royal York for Friendship, and the new lodge was called Theodore of the Good Council, with the intention of flattering Charles Theodore, Elector of Bavaria. It was founded in Munich on 21 March 1779, and quickly packed with Illuminati. The first master, a man called Radl, was persuaded to return home to Baden, and by July Weishaupt's order ran the lodge.[15]

The next step involved independence from their Grand Lodge. By establishing masonic relations with the Union lodge in Frankfurt, affiliated to the Premier Grand Lodge of England, lodge Theodore became independently recognised, and able to declare its independence. As a new mother lodge, it could now spawn lodges of its own. The recruiting drive amongst the Frankfurt masons also obtained the allegiance of Adolph Freiherr Knigge.[15]

 

“Provided with material by Weishaupt, Knigge now produced pamphlets outlining the activities of the outlawed Jesuits, purporting to show how they continued to thrive and recruit, especially in Bavaria. Meanwhile, Knigge's inability to give his recruits any satisfactory response to questions regarding the higher grades was making his position untenable, and he wrote to Weishaupt to this effect. In January 1781, faced with the prospect of losing Knigge and his masonic recruits, Weishaupt finally confessed that his superiors and the supposed antiquity of the order were fictions, and the higher degrees had yet to be written.[16] “
