Yon on Warroom

Him and Bensman been reporting from Liberty County Texas.

Colonias

Illegal Colonies near Plum Grove Texas

Texas Massacre Happened in America’s Largest Illegal Immigrant “Colonia” — and Major U.S. Media Won’t Say So

AUSTIN, Texas — A Mexican national is on the run after slaughtering a family of five Hondurans next door, including an 8-year-old child, in a small Texas town a two-hour drive east from here called Cleveland.

American news media report the murdered parents had asked their next-door neighbor to stop firing his semi-automatic rifle at 11 p.m. on April 29 because they were trying to put a baby to sleep. Two other children survived under the bodies of their parents, who died shielding them.

But what no media has yet reported is that this horrific crime happened in what is regarded as America’s largest settlement of illegal immigrants, one literally exploding in population amid a U.S.-government fomented mass migration border crisis. In Liberty County, and now spreading into neighboring San Jacinto County where the massacre occurred, old-timers have been fleeing a new diversity of violent crime, murder, all-night weapons firing, and cartel drug trafficking that has boomed alongside the population. Indifferent U.S. immigration enforcement agencies leave this area to itself.

My recently released book, Overrun: How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History, dedicates a chapter of reporting to this massive illegal immigrant “colonia” as a warning to America about the coming consequences of an unfettered mass migration event now in its third unmitigated year that has already seen more than five million foreign nationals settle into U.S. towns and cities. Following are edited excerpts from the chapter “Forever Impacts”.

    • *

“The originals” of Liberty County, Texas — the self-descriptor of lifelong Anglo residents like Jimmy Rollins, who trace their lineage to early settler families — have mostly fled what they regard as ruinous, irredeemable change.

Settlement in the county wilderness some 40 miles northeast of Houston dates to the 1830s and 1840s and boomed a bit when an oil field was discovered there in 1925, but still didn’t much change the cherished small-town closeness, long lonely country lanes through uninterrupted timberland, the hunting and fishing subsistence lifestyle, and tiny high school graduating classes.

Until very recently, the loggers, train mechanics, ranchers, and state prison workers made their homes in and around Liberty County’s quaint old townships carved out of dense pine forests with names like Plum Grove, Cleveland, Dayton, and Splendora. They raised each other’s barns and dug one another’s wells.

Now 72, Jimmy Rollins was still farming near Dayton when I met him in May 2022. Just like his father, who was born and lived until he was buried at age 95 in Plum Grove, Rollins recalled riding a horse every Sunday to church and to school as a kid, “barefoot until junior high”, and he raised his own family much the same way, by farming and following a rural country code of life.

Vera Vayiman, who is a member of OSCE and worked in Ukraine as part of an international monitoring mission, made the horrifying revelations in a video interview that corroborates earlier reports from the Russian military and even from the Ukrainian military themselves, who have openly bragged that they harvest organs of children and body parts for cash.

According to Vera Vayiman, who shared her testimony about what she personally witnessed during her time in Ukraine, the children are shipped out of the country under a grain export code. Warning: this is very disturbing information.

As The People’s Voice reported, Russian soldiers are claiming that they’ve made a series of hideous discoveries inside Ukraine, where children between the ages of 2 and 7 are being raised in factory farm conditions before the attractive ones are sold as sex slaves to elite pedophiles and those who don’t find buyers are “carved up like discarded waste” and their organs are harvested and sold for use at European and Israeli transplant centers.

“They had taken organs [from the children],” the Russian officer explained. “I couldn’t believe it,” he said. “Until seeing all this with one’s own eyes, one cannot comprehend it. But when you see it, you won’t forgive.”

According to the Kremlin, the Kiev regime has been earning hundreds of millions of dollars per year by raising children in degrading factory farm conditions and selling them to the highest bidder on the international market – no questions asked.

It is understood that most of the buyers are VIP pedophiles with elite connections.

As these children do not have identities or official papers they are a pedophile’s dream because, in a legal sense, they do not exist.

Western mainstream media has been complicit in its silence about Ukraine’s child factory farms, even attempting to dismiss the evidence as the latest “Russian disinformation campaign.”

If you are wondering what sort of human being could possibly engage in dismembering children for the international trade in adrenochrome, we have more video evidence to share with you.

Meet Vladimir Vasilievich, a Ukrainian field surgeon who boasted in an online video chat that he harvests the organs and the eyes of wounded Russian soldiers he picks up on the battlefield for sale in the international market.

“Mostly I cut off the legs and arms of your pigs – and eyes,” he told a Russian he encountered online in a chat roulette-style forum.

“I cut out from your 27-year-old animals, cut out the eyes, cut out the kidneys and liver.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — As part of his administration's expanding efforts to celebrate Pride Month, President Joe Biden has announced the Iwo Jima memorial will be updated to feature the Pride flag.

"This flag is now the most revered symbol in our nation," Biden said during his announcement. "It's only right for the Iwo Jima memorial to be updated to represent the brave men and women and non-men and non-women and those other things who are fighting even more bravely than the soldiers of World War II. These fellas with breasts who were on my lawn — they're the true warriors. Chocolate chip braggleflurven!"

The Iwo Jima memorial, which since 1954 has commemorated all fallen United States Marines and is well-known for its iconic depiction of six Marines raising the American flag on Mount Suribachi, will also be renovated to show the six members of the disco group the Village People raising a rainbow flag atop a glittering, pink pedestal. "It's SUCH an upgrade!" said Katniss Sparkleshine, the artist commissioned by Biden to overhaul the statue. "Out with that old, ugly statue of white colonizers and in with an explosion of fabulous LGBTQ+ flair! Take that, conservatives! Why are you so obsessed with us, you Nazis?!"

Critics of the change being made to the statue immediately gathered in protest but were quickly subdued, arrested, and charged with hate crimes.

At publishing time, updates to the memorial had been scheduled to be completed before the end of the month, with recording artist Lizzo tapped to host the rededication ceremony.

>Texas Massacre Happened in America’s Largest Illegal Immigrant “Colonia” — and Major U.S. Media Won’t Say So

“It was all country people. We got our meat out of them woods there. They was behind in time, but everybody pretty much knew everybody,” Rollins recalled. “I enjoyed living here.”

Not anymore.

shacks

Shacks in Colony Ridge. Photo by Todd Bensman.

A vast jumble of single- and double-wide trailers on low stilts, hand-hewn shacks made of leftover construction material, and parked motor homes has quickly overtaken tens of thousands of Liberty County acres and eradicated its rural way of life. The community is named “Colony Ridge”. Upwards of 50,000 mostly Spanish-speaking Latinos, maybe more — nobody knows, really — are living on some 30,000 homestead lots they purchased in recent years over some 35 square miles from “Houston Terrenos”, the land development company started by an “original” named William Henry “Trey” and his brother John Harris a decade earlier.

The boom began without letup about a decade ago when Houston Terrenos, on Spanish-language media platforms with international reach, began marketing lot purchases with its unique “owner-to-owner method” that didn’t require traditional bank loans, proven job history, or Social Security numbers.

A significant portion of the new population that bought Terrenos lots are illegally present, according to the settlers themselves, local police, school officials, teachers, and other residents. In 2020, analyst Chuck DeVore of the Austin-based Texas Public Policy Foundation think tank dubbed Colony Ridge “the fastest-growing Hispanic population in the United States and one of the fastest growing school districts”. DeVore figured the population of these communities is projected to reach as high as a quarter-million people, a significant percentage not legally present in the country.

Liberty County and its booming Colony Ridge development make for an apt, emblematic harbinger of the kind of change that sudden explosive growth in illegal alien population can portend for citizens and residents already living in receiving communities as a result of the Biden border crisis.

Quality of Life in Liberty County

As a former Plum Grove mayor, city councilwoman, apartment real estate developer, and proud original, Leanne Walker has waged an unremitting legal and political “war” to contain the ongoing Terrenos Houston development. She refers to this enemy as “the Kraken”, a multi-armed Octopus-like sea monster of Scandinavian sailing mythology that would drag ships to the bottom.

“I was born and raised by the forest, by the most salt-of-the-Earth people you could meet, by an original,” she told me. “My father was an original. His mother was an original. We’re all on the same land. We are called the originals of Plum Grove.”

Walker’s grievances and stories of battle with “the Kraken” are far too long to recount here, such as whether the rapid pace of development floods the towns during hard rains and allegedly poisoned rivers and the Gulf of Mexico with raw human waste.

But almost as offensive to the originals than the clear-cutting, traffic jams, and floods they blame on the ever-sprawling Colony Ridge is that the newcomers make for bad neighbors.

“The amount of gunfire that is out there would blow your mind. I have a video you can listen to on New Year’s Eve. It sounded like Falluja,” Walker recounted, moving on to, “The loud Mexican music they play from Thursday night to Sunday. They all put their music on the same f***ing station and turn it up. Our homes at one o’clock in the morning doing this …,” Walker said, using her hand to thump the table like a drum. “And that’s why the originals all left.”

A Frightening New Diversity of Crime

Before all the change, crime mostly consisted of a few white country meth-heads, two local police investigators who work in the area told me privately.

But now the crime is so different in the view of local old-timers like Rollins and Walker that they welcomed news that their grown children would flee Liberty County.

(2)Classification and National Defense Information

I want to reiterate this point because it’s really important:

Just because something is classified—even Top Secret, SCI, NOFORN, FISA, pick your alphabet soup—does not mean that it is National Defense Information (NDI) within the meaning of the Espionage Act.

NDI, for the purposes of an Espionage Act § 793(e) prosecution, is defined as one of a long list of items “relating to the national defense which information the possessor had reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation.”

A lot of the documents listed in the indictment are older, or seemingly random. Would Trump in 2022 have had reason to know that a 2019 briefing document “related to various foreign countries, with handwritten annotation in black marker” could harm the US or help foreign countries?

Tough to say, because we can’t see the documents, but that’s a question the jury is going to have to decide in the end, and Trump’s legal team needs to drive home this point over and over again:

Classification is not dispositive in this case.

Harm to America or benefit to foreign countries is the standard.

Anyone who has worked around government knows that overclassification is a huge problem. A ton of documents end up being classified because of arcane technical rules that may not reflect the real world.

If the president were to ask the Navy what’s for lunch for the next week at Coronado, for example, I’ll bet you the answer comes back with a classification marker on it.

Not everything classified constitutes NDI. Focus on the actual legal standards and statutory language, not a bunch of scary looking all caps acronyms.

The Rollins’ two grown children sold out in 2020 and fled with their own young families as part of an exodus of originals chasing the quiet to just about anywhere else “because of the traffic, the people, the shooting, the wrecks, and the thieving”, Rollins said.

“They got scared,” he said of the kids. “They wasn’t raised in all that.”

In June 2022, a Liberty County dog brought home a human hand, which led to the discovery of a badly decomposed body of a man who had been buried with his gun. Police couldn’t identify the corpse and were left to post photos of the clothing in hopes someone would recognize them.

In September 2022, passersby in Colony Ridge found the body of a 16-year-old Honduran girl who’d been shot to death and dumped in a ditch by the side of a road, still wearing her uniform from her work bussing tables at a local restaurant. Gang unit police arrested three foreign nationals, all under 21, and charged them with the murder of Emily Rodriguez-Avila, citing “gang overtones” as a motive. The family shipped her body back to Honduras for burial.

Some crime has proven especially twisted relative to the area’s past.

In 2020, for instance, an illegal alien from Mexico who settled in Colony Ridge chained two house cleaners to a bed and sexually assaulted them in a blackmail scheme during which he took nude photos. The nightmare ended when one of the women attempted an escape in her vehicle but didn’t make it; her assailant managed to shoot her to death and set her car on fire with her inside before fleeing back to Mexico. Border Patrol caught him trying to cross again in California a short time later.

In 2016, owners of a Colony Ridge lot who were clearing it of brush discovered the decomposing remains of a single mother of five children named Esmeralda Pargas-Nunez, 42, who’d been reported missing a month earlier. It took two years, but homicide detectives tracked down her alleged killer to Houston in 2018, another woman named Sabrina Olarosa Garcia, and charged her with murder. This was evidently part of a kidnapping scheme in Houston where the alleged murderer first lured her victim to a meeting.

Mexican Cartels Come to Town

The Gulf and Sinaloa Cartels invested in Colony Ridge from its earliest inception, they said, financing lots for local operatives to run safe houses through which they move smuggled drugs and people from the border to interior America. They were using them still to smuggle people coming in under Biden.

Evidence of cartel involvement dates to the earliest days of the illegal-alien settlement boom. To at least 2013, when federal, state, and local investigators raided a Mexican drug cartel’s marijuana grow operation on 300 acres in Liberty County, finding explosives, 6,000 marijuana plants, worker bunk houses, and guard towers. Local police at the time called it the “largest and most sophisticated marijuana-growing operation” in the county’s history.

In July 2021, the DEA broke that dubious record with the new biggest drug bust in Liberty County history with a raid that broke up a multimillion-dollar methamphetamine manufacturing lab operating inside one of the Colony Ridge dwellings.

During a recent trip, a police investigator drove me around several town neighborhoods pointing out high-end brick homes where cartel management figures lived before they were busted or moved away.

This kind of criminality grew so problematic by 2021 that the fearful town leaders of Plum Grove established a first police department that works in concert with two county-paid bilingual constables that Liberty County funded to exclusively patrol Colony Ridge.

The addition of several police officers amounts to a drop in the ocean, one officer from the region told me. Drive-by shootings, stealing, and drug trafficking are rampant, victimizing mostly the new community.

“It’s a cluster f**k over there and it’s only getting worse,” said the officer, who was not authorized to speak publicly. “It’s its own closed community out there, and the Salvadorans, Ecuadorans, South Americans … they really clique up.”

(3)Walt Nauta and DOJ Misconduct

Far and away the most troubling side storyto emerge from this saga so far are the allegations made by Trump aide and co-defendant Walt Nauta’s lawyer last week.

You may have missed it if you blinked. Not surprisingly, the mainstream media has mostly buried this one.

Nauta’s lawyer, Stanley Woodward alleged in a court filing that during a meeting with prosecutors about his client’s case, the head of the Counterintelligence Section of DOJ’s National Security Division Jay Bratt “suggested Woodward’s judicial application [for a DC Superior Court judgeship] might be considered more favorably if he and his client cooperated against Trump.”

If true, and I find it hard to believe that Woodward just made the whole thing up, this is wild misconduct. Truly wild. It could undermine the entire case against both Trump and Nauta. It could end careers at DOJ if fairly investigated.

And a word on Stanley Woodward: I don’t know him, but I know of him. He is a highly accomplished lawyer. Spent a decade at Akin Gump, a top law firm, clerked on the DC Circuit, and has very substantial experience in government investigations. This is not some fly by night TV lawyer. He’s a real deal legal heavyweight, and he’s leveling an extremely serious allegation of misconduct against a senior official at DOJ.

Watch this issue as the case against Trump and Nauta begins to move. You’ll hear more about it, I’m sure.

Indeed, a five-month-long gang and narcotics investigation by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office came to a dramatic end in December 2021 with the arrest of two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy who were part of a violent drug-trafficking racket in Colony Ridge.

After three or four months where the boys would engage in gun battles with drug buyers who wouldn’t pay on time, local police had to investigate. When the day came to make arrests, the armed 17-year-old rammed a police car during a pell-mell car chase near Plum Grove, fled home, and barricaded himself in his house until a SWAT unit had to extract him and a girlfriend inside, who also was arrested amid drugs that were found.

There’s no letup in sight. In April 2023, local deputies found the bodies of two middle school students riddled with bullets in a car near Plum Grove, evidently the latest victims in a spate of drug-trafficking-related violence. Their names were Cesar Christopher Trochez-Maravilla, 15, and Adiel Garcia Aguirre, 14.

If those who committed these crimes were in the country illegally, none of this should have happened. In that vein, Liberty County also is a microcosm of a vast scale of unnecessary crime that is already here with much more on the way to communities across America.

“Jack Smith” is Joe Biden’s special counsel in the criminal indictment of former President Donald J. Trump. But very few people have ever heard of the man, born John Lumen Smith, who is married to a lady who made a fawning documentary about Michelle Obama family, and whose family is linked with billionaire George Soros, and even Hillary Clinton. Smith was appointed last year by Attorney-General Merrick Garland to lead investigations into the former President. He is a longtime federal prosecutor and former Chief Prosecutor at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in the Hague, the Netherlands. As a result, Smith has seldom even been in the United States in recent years, opting instead to live abroad. Smith’s wife, Katy Chevigny, is a film director responsible for producing Michelle Obama’s hagiographic documentary “Becoming,” which also stars Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, and Oprah Winfrey. Chevigny is a supporter and donor to the Democratic party and President Biden. She donated $1,000 to Biden for President and another $1,000 to the Biden Victory Fund in September 2020. She also made another seven small donations to ActBlue – the Democratic fundraising platform, and to the far-left MoveOn.org’s political action committee. Bell Chevigny, Smith’s late mother-in-law, was even a Senior Justice Fellow at George Soros’s Open Society Foundation. Bell also sat on the Board of the Human Rights Defense Center, which received donations from the New World Foundation, a liberal New York-based organization closely connected to Hillary Clinton.

Bell is survived by her husband Paul, an anti-police obsessive at the NYU School of Law who blamed Americans for the “harassment of people because of their Arab or Muslim connections” immediately after the 9/11 terror attacks.

(4)Attorney Client Privilege

The indictment relies on a significant amount of information received, in one form or another, from one of Trump’s lawyers, Evan Corcoran, who was compelled to testify in front of the grand jury. According to news reports, the argument for breaching the privilege was the crime fraud exception. Let’s talk a little about it.

The attorney client privilege protects from disclosure to the government confidential communications made between clients and their attorneys. It has been around for centuries, and is considered a core protection in our system of justice.

The crime fraud exception, though, allows the attorney client privilege to be broken in rare circumstances when two requirements are met:

First, there needs to be a prima facie showing that the client was engaged in criminal conduct.

Second, the client has to have obtained or sought the attorney’s assistance in furthering that crime.

I haven’t seen DOJ’s filings on Corcoran, but I’d be interested to know how they argued this. First of all, what was the crime they used as a predicate? Was it unlawful retention of the documents? If so, there’s nothing in the indictment that I can see indicating that Corcoran’s communications with Trump would have furthered that in a way that would justify breaching privilege.

Was it obstruction? I think this is the most likely option: they pierced attorney client privilege using obstruction as the predicate crime for the crime fraud exception, saying that Trump’s conversations with Corcoran amounted to him attempting to enlist Corcoran in a criminal obstruction scheme.

Now, we’ll see how that goes for the Government. I have my doubts.

But if that’s the case, just reading this indictment, it feels like the obstruction charges may have been structured specifically in part just to get Corcoran’s testimony in, to help buttress what would otherwise be a much weaker case against Trump on the substantive charges.

In any case, the Special Counsel is going to have to show why the communications in question were a solicitation by Trump to Corcoran to join him in criminal acts, as opposed to Trump asking a lawyer he hired to advise him on his legal defense, to tell him what his options were, or to outline what defensive steps might be possible, and what was done by others in previous cases like Hillary’s emails.

Reading the conversations in the indictment, they sound a lot more like honest attorney client communications than they do crime fraud to me, even with all ellipses and modifications.

I expect a motion by Trump’s legal team on this issue, and if they win that will cut the guts out of much of this case. Very tough to prove up intent and willfulness the way the government needs to without Corcoran, at least based on what we see in the indictment.

(5)Timing: Why now?

This is not a legal defect in the indictment, but it’s an important point. Why are they bringing this case now?

They know that Trump is the leading candidate for president. They know he’s beating Biden in the polls. They must know how bad it looks for a sitting president’s DOJ to indict that president’s primary political opponent.

DOJ has long had policies in place to prevent new indictments from being brought, or overt investigative acts being committed, in the months preceding an election in order to avoid the appearance of political timing. The same reasoning clearly applies here.

They didn’t have a statute of limitations issue, they could have easily just announced the facts as they saw them after the search warrant was executed and all the documents were recovered, and then held off on further investigative acts and the indictment until after November 2024.

The fact that they didn’t is strong evidence to me that a big part of this is the burning desire among many on the left to “Get Trump.” They don’t care about the law, they don’t care about the facts, they don’t care about norms or propriety or anything else. They just want Trump in cuffs.

It’s not the way things are supposed to work, and the fact that our law enforcement and intelligence apparatuses are being weaponized in this way against a leading presidential contender is truly a black mark on them and on our republic.

If I were Trump’s lawyers, I would consider moving to continue further proceedings until after November 2024. Let the case sit. The country doesn’t need to litigate this right now. We need to pick our next president. If DOJ won’t agree to that continuance, let them explain why this has to happen right now. There is no good reason that I can see.

Top Democrats and former Republicans met at a Washington, D.C. think tank in early June 2023 to discuss election interference strategies to block former President Donald J. Trump’s return to the White House, according to a report in the Washington Post. The meeting is said to have included recent Biden White House chief of staff Ron Klain, Democratic National Committee senior advisor Cedric L. Richmond, as well as Stephanie Cutter, a former campaign adviser to Barack Obama who has also worked with Biden. “They were joined by former senators Doug Jones (D-Ala.), Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.), along with representatives of the anti-Trump Lincoln Project, former Weekly Standard publisher Bill Kristol and Lucy Caldwell, a former Republican consultant who now advises the independent Forward Party, according to people present at the event, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the event was private,” reports the Post. In total, there were around 40 people in the room, with others – such as Obama 2012 campaign manager Jim Messina, former Howard Dean 2004 campaign manager Joe Trippi, Democratic strategist Antjuan Seawright, Investing in U.S. co-founder Dmitri Mehlhorn and Lincoln Project co-founder Reed Galen – connecting in by Zoom.

The meeting even included Hilltop Public Solutions partner Patrick Dillon, the former Obama White House deputy political director who is married to current Biden White House deputy chief of staff Jen O’Malley Dillon. In 2019/20, a similar group named the “Transition Integrity Project” was convened, featuring stars from Soros world, as well as John Podesta, and even China-linked individuals. The group “war-gamed” a scenario in which Trump declared victory, but Biden’s vote totals continued to climb overnight. Podesta, playing Biden in the war game, then convinced states to offer up competing electors.

The indictment and case against President Trump is outrageous and shocking.

But let’s get into the details.

Here are my6 key points on the case:

(1) Interplay between the Espionage Act and the Presidential Records Act

A lot of my friends have spoken insightfully about the scope of the Presidential Records Act. I’d direct you to Mike Davis’s (@mrddmia) commentary on the subject, and also Michael Bekesha of @JudicialWatch’s piece yesterday in the @WSJ about the Clinton Sock Drawer Case.

Basically, their argument distills down to the idea that the President’s authority to retain Personal Records, as well as his rights to access his Presidential Records, make it impossible to prosecute him under the Espionage Act section at issue here, § 793(e), because the government cannot prove “unauthorized possession,” as required under the statute.

I want to make a different point relating to the intent elements in § 793(e) of the Espionage Act, the statute Trump is being charged under.

Section 793(e) requires the government to prove that the Defendant KNEW he had National Defense Information (NDI) in his possession, and also that the Defendant KNEW that there was a government official entitled to receive the Information, and also that the Defendant then WILLFULLY failed to deliver it to that official.

This is a very high set of mens rea bars to jump, in any circumstance. Proving a Defendant’s intent and knowledge can often be tough. But it’s even tougher here.

The Presidential Records Act sets up a system where the president designates all records that he creates either as Presidential or Personal Records. 44 U.S.C. § 2203(b). A former president is supposed to turn over his Presidential Records to NARA, and he has the right to keep his Personal Records.

Based on the documents I’ve read and his actions that I’ve read about, I believe that Trump viewed his “boxes” as his Personal Records under the PRA. There are statements he made, quoted in the Indictment, that support that view. If Trump considered the contents of these boxes to be of purely personal interest, hence his designation of them as Personal Records, did he knowingly retain NDI?

Did he really think these documents, like years old briefing notes and random maps, jumbled together with his letters, news clippings, scribbled notes, and random miscellaneous items, “could be used to the injury of the United States”? Or did he just think of them as mementos of his time in office, his Personal Records of the four years, akin to a journal or diary?

If he thought these boxes were his Personal Records, he may have believed that NARA simply had no right to receive them at all. Meaning that he did not willfully withhold anything from an official he knew had the right to receive them. Because he didn’t believe that anyone had the right to receive them.

By breathlessly bandying around classification levels and markings, the Special Counsel is trying to make this case seem much, much simpler than it is. Classification levels do not automatically make something NDI, and having classified documents in your possession is not enough to convict here.

This is not a matter of [Classified Documents]+[Mar a Lago bathroom]=Conviction.

That’s what they want you to think, and that’s the media’s inch deep view, typically, but it’s dead wrong.

More than anything, this case hinges on the ability of the Special Counsel to prove beyond a reasonable doubt aspects of Trump’s state of mind that will be extremely difficult to prove in this case because of his obligations and rights under the Presidential Records Act. In addition to all of the usual issues.

>Will Scharf 6 key points on the case:

(2) Classification and National Defense Information

(3) Walt Nauta and DOJ Misconduct

Far and away the most troubling side story to emerge from this saga so far are the allegations made by Trump aide and co-defendant Walt Nauta’s lawyer last week.

>Will Scharf 6 key points on the case:

(4) Attorney Client Privilege

>Will Scharf 6 key points on the case:

(5) Timing: Why now?

(6) Jack Smith: Why him?

If you could pick any lawyer in the country to handle a controversial case against a former president, a case involving an aggressive, unprecedented use of the Espionage Act, a controversial law in and of itself, what lawyer would you pick?

You’d probably want just a consummate professional, right? Career prosecutor with no political profile at all? White knight in shining armor who’s never lost a case?

Or you could pick Jack Smith.

I follow law stuff pretty closely. I’m a huge nerd. I knew who Jack Smith was before this, and the specific case he is most closely associated with in the public eye was the prosecution of Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.

Remember that one? Using a very aggressive interpretation of the scope of federal bribery and honest services fraud statutes, Smith nuked the career and life of a popular Republican politician, before having all his convictions overturned by the Supreme Court in a 9-0 opinion.

You read that right, all nine Supreme Court justices smacked Jack Smith down for an overzealous, legally defective prosecution of a Republican politician. SCOTUS gutted him so badly that DOJ didn’t even try to re-try the case. They just dropped it.

And his wife is a leftist filmmaker who produced a hagiography of Michelle Obama.

And he currently lives in the Netherlands. Didn’t they have anyone else good on this side of the Atlantic?

If this is not a political prosecution, if Merrick Garland wasn’t just trying to “Get Trump,” then why was Jack Smith the pick? Like the timing, the decision just reeks of politics.

This has been fun. Happy to answer questions, and I’m sure I’ll post more as the case proceeds.

It’s been pointed out to me that the final vote on McDonnell v. United States was 8-0, not 9-0, because Justice Scalia passed away before the opinion was issued.

Twenty Republicans rode to the rescue of Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California on Wednesday, sending off into limbo a resolution that called for Schiff to be censured and fired.

The resolution was brought by Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida.

“It is the obligation of House Leadership to back up this motion for the American people and hold this feckless man accountable,” Luna said in a statement after introducing the resolution, according to the New York Post. The resolution called for a $16 million fine, amounting to half the cost of the Robert Mueller probe that found there was no evidence of the 2016 Trump campaign colluding with Russia.,

The text of House Resolution 437 noted that Schiff, from his position on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives “abused this trust by citing evidence of collusion that — as is clear from reports by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz, and Special Counsel Durham — does not exist.”

The resolution went down in flames on a 225-196-7 vote that tabled it.

Twenty Republicans voted with Democrats in favor of the motion to table, according to the official roll call. (Because the vote was on tabling the resolution, votes against the motion were votes to support the resolution and censure Schiff.)

Republicans who voted to table the motion were: Kelly Armstrong of North Dakota; Lori Chavez-DeRemer of Oregon; Juan Ciscomani of Arizona; Tom Cole of Oklahoma; Warren Davidson and Mike Turner of Ohio; Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania; Kay Granger of Texas; Garret Graves of Louisiana; Thomas Kean Jr. of New Jersey; Kevin Kiley, Young Kim, Tom McClintock, Jay Obernolte and David Valadao of California; Mike Lawler and Mark Molinaro of New York; Thomas Massie of Kentucky; Mike Simpson of Idaho; and Steve Womack of Arkansas.

Five other Republicans also did not oppose tabling the resolution. Republican Reps. Neal Dunn of Florida, Tony Gonzales of Texas, and Patrick McHenry of North Carolina were recorded as not voting. Reps. Darrell Issa of California and George Santos of New York voted Present. All Democrats voting supporting tabling the measure.

Schiff said he was “frankly surprised” at the vote.

“And I think it showed a lot of courage for Republican members to stand up to the crazy MAGA folks,” he said, according to The Hill.

“I’m astounded by the vote frankly; it was basically almost one of 10 Republicans voted against this resolution,” Schiff said.

For several reasons…No 1 being DOJ will do their damnedest to influence the jury regardless. No 2 being the new precedent set for all the former assholes. Okay. But what does that mean? Breddy sure this requires POTUS is getting convicted anyway. Okay. But then what are we convicting, say, Hussein on? Anon says he declassified ALL the sensitive shit he could, just to GIVE the shit to Hillary and Joe (Hunter) to SELL. So he did a "legal" declassification of the country's most critical secrets for profit. Does it matter he did it legally? "Because he is the President?" Do you see when I'm going with this? For all the douchebags complaining about how sensitive the stuff POTUS has is, did DOJ charge him with treason? No. Is literally selling the country out treason? Absolutely.

1901/1901-gas stoves…

The turn of the 20th century found many women still using coal-burning stoves–starting fires each morning, constantly tending the fires, emptying ashes and applying waxy black polish to keep the stoves from rusting. All of this took an hour or more, and no cooking was involved yet. Gas-burning stoves took a much smaller amount of work to maintain and could therefore reduce a woman's time in the kitchen.

Although gas companies already marketed piped gas for the illumination of cities and homes, it was decided that if the gas-burning stove was here to stay, then the gas companies must expand their product lines, thereby providing the needed gas for stoves, by piping the gas into individual homes.

Japan may change stance on arms exports – WSJ

Tokyo is reportedly considering providing artillery shells to replenish US stocks depleted by efforts to weaponize Ukraine

Japan is in talks with the US about shipping artillery rounds from its own arsenals to backfill Washington’s stocks, the Wall Street Journal has reported. The outlet cited the depletion of American ammunition depots due to its military aid to Ukraine.

Japan has for decades refrained from exporting lethal weapons.

In its article on Thursday, the WSJ, citing “people familiar with the talks,” claimed that Tokyo could supply 155mm artillery shells to the US.

The scheme, if approved, would reportedly not entail Japanese ammunition being sent directly to Ukraine.

Japan’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement that no decision had been made so far and that discussions are still underway.

A Pentagon spokesman, meanwhile, merely said that the US continues to “work together with Japan and more than 50 countries around the world to provide support to Ukraine.”

Since Russia launched its military campaign last February, Japan has supplied Ukraine with bulletproof vests, helmets and other nonlethal military aid but has stopped short of shipping weapons to the country.

Currently, the Japanese government is prohibited from sending lethal weapons overseas under self-imposed restrictions dating back to the 1960s.

However, the country’s ruling party and its coalition partner started discussing a relaxation of the rules earlier this year, with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida speaking in favor of doing so.

Late last month, the Wall Street Journal reported that South Korea had agreed to send hundreds of thousands of artillery shells to Ukraine under a “confidential arrangement” with the US.

According to the media outlet, the munitions would first be shipped stateside and then transferred on to Ukraine.

Commenting on the report, a South Korean Defense Ministry spokesperson insisted that there were “inaccurate parts” in the WSJ article, without going into further detail about the supposed agreement.

Much like Japan, South Korea has thus far provided only financial and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine while refraining from shipping arms.

Washington has authorized the transfer of more than 2 million 155mm shells to Kiev since the start of the conflict, tapping into its stocks in Israel, Germany, Kuwait, and South Korea.

Russia has consistently condemned the US and its allies for supplying weapons to Ukraine, claiming that this will only serve to prolong the bloodshed.

The depraved texts from girlfriend Mandie Reusch that 'drove Army veteran to suicide'

In a shocking series of text messages, the woman accused of driving her Army veteran boyfriend to suicide, told him that he would never see his daughter again and sent him a video of her giving oral sex to her new man.

, 35, was arraigned just outside Pittsburgh Tuesday on charges of and father of her daughter, Kevin Metzger, 37, in June 2021.

Top Stories by Daily Mail 00:08 01:00

DailyMail.com exclusively obtained dozens of abusive messages sent over WhatsApp in which Reusch urged the former soldier to kill himself, threatened to shoot him and mocked him over the death of his beloved dog.

She described in graphic detail sex with other men and sent a 49-second clip of her performing oral sex on her new partner as she berated Metzger with messages about how he was 'ugly, bald and had rotten teeth.'

Police said the messages for which she was indicted were among the 'most extreme' examples of bullying they had ever seen.

Her lawyer,

Just six weeks after the barrage of texts, Metzger took to Facebook before killing himself. He wrote: 'I can't do this anymore. She needs [to be] punished. The courts are too slow.'

In messages sent via WhatsApp and seen exclusively by DailyMail.com, Reusch tells Metzger that she's moving in with her new boyfriend, bragging about his sexual prowess.

The volley of messages began at 2.49am on May 5, 2021 - just over a month before Metzger took his own life.

She tells the father of her child that their daughter will refer to her new boyfriend as 'dad' from now on.'You won't see her for Father's Day or any holiday,' Reusch writes while also complaining that Metzger owes her money.

'My kids will be literally better off with any role model other than you… if you show up here again we have a gun and I will call the police.'

'From now on we are [her new boyfriend's surname] and you do not exist. [He] is her dad now. Not you. Don't ever ask about her again. She isn't your daughter. You'll never hear about her again either.'

In another message, the suspect says that she 'hopes' for their daughter's sake that he 'kills himself.'

'She will call [him] "dad" because he's a way better dad than you.Kill yourself. I mean it… I actually want you to kill yourself because I think you are the worst person on this planet.'

n various messages, Reusch accuses Metzger of ruining Mother's Day for her. Seemingly because of this, she is willing to withhold parental access.

'Who knows how big she'll be when you see her again. Or if she will even remember you', she wrote. In one exchange, Reusch says that Metzger killed their dog, Zoe. She says that she is shredding a book of photos of the pet, that the dog actually hated him and that she and her new boyfriend were going to have sex on top of the book.

'That dog f*ing hated you and ran away every chance she could.Just like I ran away to suck anyone else's dk but yours because you're literally the worst person I've ever met in my life,' she wrote.

After saying that he killed their dog, Reusch once again says he will get shot if he attempts to come near to her. On multiple occasions, Reusch refers to Metzger as a 'woman beater' and 'abusive.'

Reusch sends Metzger a photo of her new boyfriend and says that [Metzger] has ruined every holiday 'by making it about [Metzger's] bald head and beer belly and rotting teeth.'

A friend of Metzger's shared with DailyMail.com a Facebook post in which he said that Reusch was trying 'to get me to kill myself for the money. I got the texts.'

'Kevin just wanted to be a present dad and she tormented him for years,' that friend told DailyMail.com.

Later, Reusch says that she will move with their child to West Virginia. 'Call my f***in' bluff,' she texts.

In a separate exchange she wrote: 'I wanted you to be normal and romantic one time. I wanted you to come to an agreement and follow it. It wasn't my fault that we didn't work. But damn am I going to get closure from you turning out to be the abusive f***head that you are.'Reusch followed that message with a 49 second clip showing a woman performing oral sex on her new partner. She does not mention the clip in the text messages.

On 26 July 1947, Truman signed the National Security Act of 1947, which set up a unified military command known as the National Military Establishment, and created the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Council, National Security Resources Board, United States Air Force (formerly the Army Air Forces), and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The act placed the National Military Establishment under the control of a single secretary of defense.[15][16][17] The National Military Establishment formally began operations on 18 September, the day after the Senate confirmed James V. Forrestal as the first secretary of defense.[16] The National Military Establishment was renamed the "Department of Defense" on 10 August 1949 and absorbed the three cabinet-level military departments, in an amendment to the original 1947 law.[18] The renaming is alleged to be due to the Establishment's abbreviation, NME, being pronounced "enemy".[19]

The evil in this world is awful and a lot of women do this especially if they have multiple children. I had an employee that told me she had three children by three different men and she doggedly follows up on child support. She talked to the case agents personally regularly. Her whole goal was to bear children for money. She reconnected with a guy she hadn't seen or talked since she was 14 and he was 21. (Which was fucking strange). I monitored my computers and she did searches on how to get pregnant really fast, I guess to trap the guy. She was termed shortly after that, she was cancer, grifter, pretty disgusting. I never knew about women like this! Glad I know now.

In the 3rd century BC, during Rome’s wars against Carthage, the cult of Cybele made a dramatic entrance into Rome. Her cult icon, a massive black rock was accompanied from Pergamon (in modern Turkey) by her priests.

Cybele’s icon had been sent for by the Roman state in a time of crisis and was offered a temple on the Palatine Hill. A later myth has it that her ship became grounded on a sandbank outside Rome – which would have been seen as very unlucky – but was miraculously pulled free by a virtuous Roman woman using only her sash.

The cult of Cybele, also known as Magna Mater, would be part of Rome’s fabric until its Christianisation. Her statue was paraded through the streets annually, accompanied by long-haired priests armed with musical instruments and flagellating themselves with whips made of knuckle bones. These priests were the Galli.

Halderman Report Released in Georgia – Confirms VOTES CAN BE ALTERED Through Defective Dominion Voting Machines – Rafensperger Hid This From Public – Garland Favorito Weighs In

In June 2022 The Gateway Pundit’s Joe Hoft reported that an Obama judge had sealed the much anticipated Halderman Report on election voting machines using in Georgia.

Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of an investigation of voting machines in Georgia. This report has still not been released. This week CISA released a report showing material discrepancies in these systems while attempting to downplay these material issues.

Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Totenberg s the sister of NPR’s far-left correspondent Nina Totenberg.

We first reported on Obama Judge Totenberg in 2018 when she got involved in that election and tried to steal the Georgia governor’s race for Democrat Stacey Abrams.

Judge Totenberg is the corrupt judge who also allowed Hillary’s attorney Marc Elias to use the 14th Amendment to try and prevent Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from running in the 2022 Election:

In 2021, Judge Totenberg committed her gravest offense as a judge. She sealed and covered up the results of the Halderman report in Georgia. Up until this week we did not know what is in this report. Halderman’s investigation into the voting machines in Georgia started before the 2020 Election and was completed in July 2021.

Steve Bannon interviewed Kurt Olsen, about cybersecurity analyst, J. Alex Halderman, who found flaws in Dominion voting machines and warned about the potential for future attacks. Judge Totenberg sealed the report. According to court documents, Halderman wrote his report after he was given 12 weeks of access to an unused Dominion ICX voting machine. Professor Halderman requested the report to be unsealed to be shared with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a standalone United States federal agency responsible for our infrastructure, including our voting systems.

The report eventually made it to the CISA and they released an abbreviated report last year. Many believe that this CISA report was released in an effort to mitigate the results from the Halderman Report when it is finally released.

The Halderman Report was finally released this week. The report confirms that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines. In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software can be hacked.

On Thursday VoterGA founder Garland Favorito joined Steve Bannon on The War Room to discuss the findings from the explosive report.

Trump-hating Secretary of State Raffensperger hid this information from the public until now. Why is that?

Garland Favorito brought the receipts with him on The War Room.

Garland Favorito: Finally, just yesterday I believe this report was released and it has some amazing findings that basically say what we have been saying all along. What Mike (Lindell) has been saying, what you and I have been saying, and so many people, that the system is very insecure. It can be hacked.

So what Dr. Halderman did is he looked at only the ballot marking device part of the system. This (investigation and report) is limited to that. It doesn’t actually even include the scanners which have another incredibly vulnerable. Which we have already found have been compromised in the 2020 election in Fulton County. So that’s the background, Steve, of all of what’s been going on.

Steve Bannon: I just want to make sure. I want you go through the slides. Holleman’s totally independent, right? He’s some guy that’s an expert in the field. He’s a subject matter expert. He has no axe to grind on this, correct?

Garland Favorito: Absolutely. And if anything, he leans far more on the Democrat side than the Republican. But as you said, he’s an independent professor. Certainly has no axe to grind, particularly for Donald Trump or any Republicans…

…It was a titanic fight. People from all over different organizations have requested that this report be released for the security of their own voting systems. The Secretary of State of Louisiana requested that it be released. OAN requested that it would be released for part of their lawsuit. I think Fox News as well, because Dominion is suing them. It’s critical information, but it’s critical to the security of elections in the country because you could do Dr. Halderman could have done the same thing to a different vendor as well.

JUST IN: Global Cyberattack Hits Multiple US Federal Government Agencies

A global cyberattack exploiting a flaw in widely-used software has struck several US federal government agencies, triggering an immediate and rigorous response from cybersecurity officials.

The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) confirmed the attacks in a statement to CNN.

“CISA is providing support to several federal agencies that have experienced intrusions,” said Eric Goldstein, CISA’s Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity. “We are working urgently to understand impacts and ensure timely remediation.”

The officials have yet to confirm whether the recent string of intrusions is the work of a Russian-speaking ransomware group claiming responsibility for a string of cyberattacks.

The Gateway Pundit reported Thursday that three notorious hacktivist groups, KillNet, Anonymous Sudan, and REvil, declared a cyber war on the West.

The three hacker groups declared their intention to unleash a massive cyber onslaught on the European banking system, threatening to bring it to its knees within “48 hours”(the information was relevant as of yesterday), Russian online newspaper Lenta.ru reported Wednesday.

US Pressures Israel to Decrease Ties with China

Washington is attempting to pressure Tel Aviv into pulling back on its ties and trade with China, according to a report in Voice of America. After the European Union and the United States, the People’s Republic is Israel’s largest trade partner.

The report discusses some developments regarding a series of joint Israeli-Chinese infrastructure projects in Israel, including a recently augmented Chinese operated shipping port in the city of Haifa. Chinese companies were also building parts of the Tel Aviv light rail system until Washington leaned on Tel Aviv to instead favor Israeli and European firms.

Hebrew University’s Yuri Pines told VOA that “China [now] has the best infrastructure in the world. China is able to export its knowledge, its know-how, its engineers, its workers, and Israel has benefited enormously.” Though, the US has pressed Israel over the relationship and Tel Aviv is reportedly curtailing some of its economic agreements with China.

Biden has escalated America’s economic war against Beijing, including by imposing harsh sanctions and attempting to cripple the Chinese semiconductor industry. At the same time, this White House has expanded the Pentagon’s vast military buildup in the Asia-Pacific, eyeing a future war between the world’s two largest economies.

Gedaliah Afterman of Reichman University says “there is growing pressure from the United States on Israel to limit its engagement with China, specifically on infrastructure and technology. And that pressure is starting to yield results.”

Beijing recently pulled off an unprecedented diplomatic feat when it brokered a normalization deal between Riyadh and Tehran. The agreement saw a full restoration of diplomatic ties between the two longtime rivals, as well as plans to expand bilateral cooperation and trade in the future.

Business between China and the Arab world is hitting all-time highs, with the total volume of trade reaching a record $430 billion last year. Saudi Arabia accounts for 25% of that massive figure, with a bilateral trade volume of $106 billion.

Over the weekend, Riyadh and Beijing signed $10 billion worth of deals spanning electric vehicles, renewable energy, agriculture, real estate, technology, metals, healthcare and tourism. Additionally, China has inked a 25-year strategic and economic partnership with Iran worth $400 billion.

According to Al Jazeera, “The [Saudi] kingdom’s officials have said more announcements can be expected, with Energy Minister Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud saying more energy deals would be forthcoming. He also brushed off Western criticism of growing Saudi ties with China, saying the kingdom would prioritize its business interests.”

Pines explained to Voice of America that there has been a shift in the thinking of some Israeli analysts who see China, a significant partner of Iran as well as the Palestinians, as largely benefiting the region with its actions. “It is so rare to have in the Middle East a major country which is really neutral, which It is not engaged in… it’s neither pro-Israeli, nor pro-Iranian, nor pro-Saudi, nor pro-Egyptian. It is just a neutral country interested in economic ties with all parts of this very complicated Middle East equation,” he said. The academic added that Beijing may be the only country in the world capable of brokering a peace deal between Israel and Iran.

Texas Reinstates Election Fraud as a Felony Crime with a Maximum 20-Year Prison Sentence

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a significant bill on Tuesday that intensifies the state’s stance against election fraud.

The new law, known as House Bill 1243, has reinstated election fraud as a serious criminal offense – a felony that carries a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison.

Governor Abbott has been clear about his support for the new law. He even took to Twitter to share the news, writing, “I signed a law that makes election fraud a felony in Texas. Voting illegally can lead to a 20-year sentence. Don’t mess with Texas elections.”

According to the Dallas News, election fraud’s classification in Texas has been a roller coaster ride in recent years. Only a few years ago, a Republican-led initiative in the Texas House opted to reduce the penalty for election fraud from a felony to a misdemeanor. This was done in response to rising concerns over the possibility of accidental illegal voting.

However, the tide has turned again as lawmakers have decided to reinstate the felony classification. The bill was passed in the House on April 28, 2023, with a vote of 88-60, and was later approved in the Senate with a 19-11 vote on May 24. The law will officially come into effect on September 1, 2023.

The sponsor of the bill, Representative Cole Hefner, has been vocal about the need for the law. He asserts that its primary goal is to bolster Texans’ confidence in the voting process.

In Hefner’s words, “We must ensure that Texans are confident that the legitimate votes they cast will be counted and are not canceled out by someone who has knowingly or intentionally cast an illegal ballot.”

The Republican Party in Texas has continuously made election fraud a key issue, especially during President Donald Trump’s tenure as party leader. Following the 2020 election, wherein Trump contested the results of widespread fraud, there was an amplified push for comprehensive election laws. This led to the enactment of significant legislation in 2021.

The 2021 law brought several changes to the mail ballot process, including the introduction of new voter ID checks.

The Gateway Pundit reported in 2021 that Raquel Rodriguez, a consultant for GOP House candidate Mauro Garza was caught on camera coercing and bribing voters into voting Democrat.

Later on, Rodriguez admits that what she is doing is illegal and brags about giving the elderly voter a pretty shawl as a gift for her Democrat vote!

Ken Paxton announced Raquel Rodriguez was arrested for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot following the Project Veritas expose.

In 2019, Texas Secretary of State David Whitley announced a voter fraud alert after 95,000 individuals identified by DPS as non-U.S. citizens have a matching voter registration record in Texas, approximately 58,000 of whom have voted in one or more Texas elections.

And during the 2022 midterm election, more than 16,000 ballots were rejected.

Bill Cosby Sued by 9 More Women in Nevada for Alleged Decades-Old Sexual Assaults

LAS VEGAS—Nine more women are accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault in a lawsuit that alleges he used his “enormous power, fame and prestige” to victimize them.

A lawsuit filed Wednesday in federal court in Nevada alleges that the women were individually drugged and assaulted between approximately 1979 and 1992 in Las Vegas, Reno and Lake Tahoe homes, dressing rooms and hotels.

One woman alleges that Cosby, claiming to be her acting mentor, lured her from New York to Nevada, where he drugged her in a hotel room with what he had claimed to be non-alcoholic sparkling cider and then raped her.

The 85-year-old former “Cosby Show” star has now been accused of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment by more than 60 women. He has denied all allegations involving sex crimes. He was the first celebrity tried and convicted in the #MeToo era—and spent nearly three years at a state prison near Philadelphia before a higher court threw out the conviction and released him in 2021.

Earlier this year, a Los Angeles jury awarded $500,000 to a woman who said Cosby sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 16 in 1975.

The Nevada lawsuit came only a few weeks after Gov. Joe Lombardo signed a bill that eliminated a two-year deadline for adults to file sexual abuse cases. Similar suits have followed other “lookback laws” in other states.

One of the plaintiffs, Lise-Lotte Lublin, a Nevada native, had advocated for the change. She had previously alleged that Cosby gave her spiked drinks and raped her at a Las Vegas hotel in 1989.

The Associated Press does not identify people who say they have been sexually assaulted unless they come forward publicly.

“For years I have fought for survivors of sexual assault and today is the first time I will be able to fight for myself,” Lotte-Lublin said in a statement cited by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “With the new law change, I now have the ability to take my assailant Bill Cosby to court. My journey has just begun, but I am grateful for this opportunity to find justice.”

In California, a former Playboy model who alleges Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her and another woman at his home in 1969 sued him on June 1 under a new California law that suspends the statute of limitations on sex abuse claims.

Cosby publicist Andrew Wyatt blasted such laws in a statement Wednesday.

“Mr. Cosby is a Citizen of these United States but these judges and lawmakers are consistently allowing these civil suits to flood their dockets—knowing that these women are not fighting for victims—but for their addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed,” Wyatt said.

“From this day forward, we will not continue to allow these women to parade various accounts of an alleged allegation against Mr. Cosby anymore without vetting them in the court of public opinion and inside of the courtroom,” Wyatt said.

In the latest suit, the women contend that Cosby “used his enormous power, fame, and prestige, and claimed interest in helping them and/or their careers as a pretense to isolate and sexually assault them.”

>Classification levels do not automatically make something NDI, and having classified documents in your possession is not enough to convict here.

Department of the Navy v. Egan, 484 U.S. 518 (1988)

JUSTICE BLACKMUN delivered the opinion of the Court:

"The President, after all, is the "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States." U.S.Const., Art. II, § 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant. …The authority to protect such information falls on the President as head of the Executive Branch and as Commander in Chief."

"As to these areas of Art. II duties, the courts have traditionally shown the utmost deference to Presidential responsibilities." United States v. Nixon, 418 U. S. 683, 418 U. S. 710 (1974). Thus, unless Congress specifically has provided otherwise, courts traditionally have been reluctant to intrude upon the authority of the Executive in military and national security affairs. See, e.g., Orloff v. Willoughby, 345 U. S. 83, 345 U. S. 93-94 (1953); Burns v. Wilson, 346 U. S. 137, 346 U. S. 142, 346 U. S. 144 (1953); Gilligan v. Morgan, 413 U. S. 1, 413 U. S. 10 (1973); Schlesinger v. Councilman, 420 U. S. 738, 420 U. S. 757-758 (1975); Chappell v. Wallace, 462 U. S. 296 (1983)."

Twisted Sister's Dee Snider 'not gonna take' being called 'transphobe' for opposing surgery on kids

Snider, a pro-choice Christian who has said he is "not a conservative," said he thinks gender reassignment for minors is irresponsible parenting.

Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider says that while he supports the LGBT community, he is against children medically changing their gender.

Referencing Twisted Sister's classic hit song, "We're Not Gonna Take It," Snider said he's "not gonna take it" when he is called a "transphobe" because he does not support children making permanent decisions to reaffirm the gender they identify with, Fox News Digital reported Thursday.

Snider, a pro-choice Christian who has said he is "not a conservative," said in the interview that he thinks gender reassignment for minors is irresponsible parenting.

"I think irresponsible parenting is the norm these days rather than the exception. I’m amazed sometimes at just the missteps, and there are things that seem so obvious and yet some parents just don’t seem to get it," he said.

"We’re all making mistakes here but as a parent there are certain things that you come to know, and one thing you come to know is that your kids don’t know everything," he also said. "Certainly, the younger you are, the less ability you have to make really the smartest decisions, lifetime decisions."

Carlos Santana forgives man who sexually abused him ‘almost every day’ from ages 10 to 12

Carlos Santana has forgiven the man who sexually abused him as a young child.

Reflecting on the childhood trauma, the Mexican-American rocker shared how his journey to finding peace and acceptance has been “really spiritual.”

“I learned to look at everyone who ever went out of their way to hurt me, demean me or make me feel like less, like they’re 5 or 6 years old, and I’m able to look at them with understanding and compassion,” he told People in an interview published Thursday.

“For example, this person who abused me sexually, instead of sending him to hell forever, I visualized him like a child, and behind him there was a lot of light,” he added.

“So I can send him to the light or send him to hell knowing that if I send him to hell, I’m going to go with him. But if I send him to the light, then I’m going to go with him also.”

Supreme Court preserves preference for Native American families to adopt, foster Native children

Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented in the 7-2 ruling.

The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the 1978 Indian Child Welfare Act, which gives Native American families preference in the foster care and adoption of Native children.

Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented in the 7-2 ruling.

The plaintiffs in this case said the legislation "exceeds federal authority, infringes state sovereignty, and discriminates on the basis of race," Justice Amy Coney Barret wrote in the majority opinion.

"The issues are complicated," she also wrote. "But the bottom line is that we reject all of petitioners’ challenges to the statute, some on the merits and others for lack of standing."

Congress had passed the law in response to the high rate that Native American and Alaska Native children were being taken away from their families by private and public groups. The law requires states to inform tribes and try to place the children with extended family, members of their tribe or other Native American families.

Fuckery afoot

Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman Says Republicans Won’t ‘Find’ Joe Biden’s Alleged Bribery Tapes

Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) claimed Friday that Republicans will not “find” the alleged “bribery” tapes linked to President Joe Biden.

According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), an FBI informant document says the founder of Bursima, Mykola Zlochevsky, allegedly paid Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden and kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them as an “insurance policy.”

Goldman, who sits on the House Oversight Committee, told Punchbowl News that Republicans either know the tapes are not real or they will never obtain them.

“I actually think they either know that [the tapes] don’t exist or they know that they will never get them,” he said. “Instead, what they’re doing is using the veiled reference to them to make allegations that will never be able to be proved or disproved, because they’re not going to find them.”

On Thursday House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) told Fox News the FBI document is based on a very credible source and should be taken seriously.

“This informant has been paid over $200,000 dollars from the FBI,” he said. “We believe this informant may also work for potentially the CIA. And this informant has been around since the Obama administration.”

Comer added the FBI told him that ‘”we can’t release documents or tell you anything about potential tapes because it could endanger the life of the FBI informant.'”

Meanwhile, FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate on Tuesday refused to answer Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during a Judiciary Committee hearing about whether the FBI possesses the tapes.

“I’m not going to get further into that,” he replied after admitting the FBI possesses the form that alleges the 17 recordings.

“Senator, no one’s stonewalling,” Abbate claimed.

German Authorities Investigating Rammstein’s Till Lindemann for Multiple Sexual Assault Accusations – Metal Band Leader Also Suspected of Drugging the Fans.

German metal band Rammstein is involved in a ‘heavy’ controversy, as its frontman Till Lindemann is facing mounting sexual assault and rape allegations from multiple female fans.

Euronews reported:

“Berlin prosecutors have opened an investigation against Till Lindemann, the frontman of German metal band Rammstein, following multiple claims of sexual assault.

‘Preliminary proceedings have been initiated against Till Lindemann on allegations relating to sexual offences and the distribution of narcotics’, a spokeswoman for the Berlin public prosecution’s office said in a statement.

Several women have come forward in recent weeks to claim they were drugged and recruited to engage in sexual activity with Lindemann, 60, at Rammstein after-show parties.

Special Counsel Investigating Biden Classified Docs Has Been Radio Silent For Six Months

While former President Donald Trump was recently indicted on various charges related to his alleged possession of classified documents, there have been few public updates in Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation of Joe Biden for similar concerns over mishandling of classified information.

The Justice Department appointed Special Counsel Robert Hur on Jan. 12 to investigate President Biden for his handling and possession of classified documents, some of which date back decades to Biden’s time in the Senate. The documents, discovered from November 2022 to January 2023, have been found at the President’s former office at his D.C. think tank and his garage at his Delaware home.

However, after roughly six months since the investigation began, there have been few updates from Hur or the Justice Department, and reports indicate key steps of the investigation have yet to be undertaken.

“Hur’s investigation of classified documents allegedly found to be improperly in Biden’s possession appears to have all but disappeared,” wrote Jonathan Turley, law professor at George Washington University, in a column Wednesday. “The concern in many minds is that, once again, there may be a stark difference in how the Justice Department pursues Trump versus his opponents.”

Since his appointment, it remains unclear whether Hur has filed for any subpoenas, or requested a statement from Biden, who has said that he is “cooperating fully and completely” with the DOJ investigation. Three people familiar with the matter told NBC News that even with Biden’s apparent cooperation, he still has yet to be interviewed by Hur – despite months of prep time by his aides.

“I think you’re going to find there’s nothing there – I have no regrets,” Biden said to a reporter in January. “I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do, and that’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no ‘there’ there.”

Turley told Fox News Digital that Hur and the DOJ might be protecting Biden by avoiding an interview entirely.

“Hur can insulate President Biden by avoiding a direct interview or statement from him on these facts,” Turley said to Fox. “It is a crime to lie to federal investigators under 18 U.S.C. 1001. With Trump, the Justice Department was highly aggressive. The public is likely to watch to see if Hur shows the same no-holds-barred attitude of Smith.”

Former PM Boris Johnson Claims ‘Political Assassination’ as Committee Rules he Misled Parliament

The UK Parliament’s Privileges Committee publishes its report on Boris Johnson, stating it believes he deliberately misled the House over ‘Partygate’, a claim the former PM continues to deny, decrying the “kangaroo court” and “political assassination” against him.

Boris Johnson would be suspended from Parliament for 90 days for misleading members, the House Privileges Committee has ruled, a serious punishment that would be served had former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson not already resigned from Parliament last week. Instead, the Committee recommended Johnson not be allowed to hold a former member’s pass for the House of Commons.

The report stems from comments made by Johnson when he was Prime Minister about gatherings held at his official office and residence in Downing Street in 2020 and 2021. Standing accused of breaking the very Coronavirus lockdown rules he and his government had devised and forced on the British public, Johnson insisted that he had followed all rules and the gatherings had been legal. It was later ruled they had not been, prompting Johnson to stand down as Prime Minister in 2022.

He has maintained since that he did not consciously mislead parliament, and that what he told members were actually honest mistakes.

Since that, Johnson has said that while he initially trusted the processes around the investigations into parties at Downing Street and his comments on them, he claims to have subsequently discovered they are not neutral arbiters of the truth but rather politically motivated. In his response to the report today, Johnson wrote:

It is now many months since people started to warn me about the intentions of the Privileges Committee. They told me that it was a kangaroo court. They told me that it was being driven relentlessly by the political agenda of Harriet Harman, and supplied with skewed legal advice – with the sole political objective of finding me guilty and expelling me from parliament.

They also warned me that most members had already expressed prejudicial views – especially Harriet Harman – in a way that would not be tolerated in a normal legal process… This report is a charade. I was wrong to believe in the Committee or its good faith. The terrible truth is that it is not I who has twisted the truth to suit my purposes. It is Harriet Harman and her Committee.

Harriet Harman is a veteran of the last Labour government and now is the Privileges Committee chair.

Johnson warned the attack, which he has characterised as a “political assassination” against him was a “dreadful day for MPs and for democracy” and opened a precedent for “vendetta” by committees against politicians in future. Johnson accuses the findings of contravening the findings of the police themselves, who cleared Johnson of lawbreaking in their investigation.

While Johnson’s allies have rallied to his cause, others have met with pleasure the report finding that Johnson misled Parliament. The BBC’s analysis has called the findings a “brutal demolition” of Johnson’s defence. In terms of history, their correspondent says: “If you think about the several hundred year history of parliament, there’s nothing like this”.

Pop legend offers $13,000 for each destroyed Western tank

Grigory Leps and several other artists said they hoped their colleagues would join the initiative to support Russian troops.

A group of Russian pop stars has offered a bounty to the country’s servicemen for the destruction or capture of Western-supplied military hardware in Ukraine. Since Kiev’s Western backers announced plans to deliver tanks earlier this year, a number of Russian businessmen and officials have promised similar payments.

Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Wednesday, the leader of the band ‘Zemlyane’ (The Earthlings), Vladimir Kiselev, came forward with an initiative to remunerate Russian troops to the tune of 1 million rubles ($13,000) for each Western-made tank taken off the battlefield.

Russian singers Grigory Leps and Nikolay Baskov backed the idea, with the former saying: “We do our own thing as we see fit, they do theirs.”

Leps also vowed to continue “helping our fighters as long as the ground holds us.”

Baskov explained that he and his fellow musicians support the Russian military not only through their songs but also via other means.

“I hope that a huge number of our colleagues will join” their initiative, the singer added.

Facebook parent company Meta unveils new app to rival Twitter: WSJ

Meta recently revealed to employees a solo app it plans to launch through Instagram in competition with Twitter, according to people with knowledge of the matter, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Chief Product Officer Chris Cox told Meta employees that the company has heard from public figures and creators who desire “a sanely run” platform. The company is currently in talks to have celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and public figures like the Dalai Lama commit to using the app, Cox said, adding that the company is planning to launch “as soon as we can.”

The app has been reported as being internally code-named Project 92, a person with knowledge of the software said.

Late Last year, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk finalized his $44 billion purchase of Twitter and quickly fired multiple executives. He later revealed that the social media giant “has interfered in elections” before vowing to make the platform more “effective, transparent and even-handed.”

In September, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry revealed that a lawsuit filed earlier last year forced the Department of Justice (DOJ) to reveal emails exposing at least 45 federal officials who “communicate[d] with social media platforms about ‘misinformation’ and censorship,’” including Twitter.

The emails showed the Biden administration colluded with social media companies to censor Americans in an effort that involved officials at the White House, FBI, Department of Homeland Security, State Department, Treasury Department, U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and more.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerburg also spoke at the meeting, commenting on rival company Apple’s recently announced $3,500 Vision Pro headset. Zuckerberg reportedly said he was glad Apple did not give any “magical solutions…to any of the constraints on laws and physics that our teams haven’t already explored and thought of.”

Zuckerberg’s statements came a week after the company announced the Quest 3, the most recent edition of Meta’s computing headset. The device is expected to start at $499 when it goes on sale this fall.

“Their announcement really showcases the difference in the values and the vision that our companies bring to this in a way that I think is really important,” Zuckerberg said, according to people familiar with the meeting. “We innovate to make sure that our products are as accessible and affordable to everyone as possible.”

Ukraine Wants US-Made F/A-18 Fighter Jets from Australia

Australia has 41 F/A-18 jets that its air force has retired

Ukraine is eyeing dozens of US-made F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets that have been retired by the Australian Royal Air Force as part of its efforts to secure more Western-made aircraft.

According to AFP, Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia Vasyl Myroshnychenko said Kyiv has asked Canberra about the condition of 41 F/A-18 jets that are stored in an air base north of Sydney.

“There has been a request for information,” Myroshnychenko said. “Ukraine is looking at fighter jet capabilities, including this one.”

Last week, The Australian Financial Review reported that discussions were underway between Australia, Ukraine, and the US on sending the 41 jets to Kyiv. Sources told the newspaper that the US was “favorably disposed” to the idea of giving the F/A-18s to Ukraine.

When President Biden first gave the green light for European countries to send F-16s to Ukraine, US officials said the administration supported training Ukrainian pilots on fourth-generation aircraft, which include the F/A-18.

Providing fighter jets would mark a significant escalation of Australia’s support for Ukraine. So far, Canberra has pledged about $340 million in military aid for Kyiv, including armored vehicles, drones, and 155-millimeter howitzers.

Russia has strongly warned the US and its allies against providing F-16s and other Western-made aircraft, but the Biden administration isn’t as concerned about escalating the war as it was earlier in the conflict and has brushed off Moscow’s warnings.

‘Dances With Wolves’ Actor Charged With Nine More Crimes, Including Sexual Exploitation

Additional arrest warrants have been issued for “Dances With Wolves” actor Nathan Chasing Horse, who is already in jail awaiting trial for charges related to himallegedly running a sex cult.

The warrants, which have been issued by Canadian authorities, include nine additional charges, including three counts of sexual exploitation, four counts of sexual assault, one count ofsexual interference with a person under the age of 16, and one count of removal of a child from Canada under the age of 16, the Daily Beast reported. In a news release, the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service said that the investigation spanned several years, with one offense allegedly occurring in 2005, the CBC reported.

The actor has been in a Las Vegas, Nevada, jail on 18 felony charges, including sexual assault of a minor, child abuse, and kidnapping since January.

Chasing Horse was arrested in late January following a SWAT raid on his home in North Las Vegas, the New York Post reported. Chasing Horse reportedly lived at the home with five wives, with one allegedly given to him as a “gift” when she was just 15 and another becoming his wife after she turned 16.

In a 50-page search warrant obtained by the Associated Press, authorities alleged that Chasing Horse is the leader of a cult called The Circle, where he used his position to allegedly abuse underage Native American girls. Authorities investigated Chasing Horse for months after receiving a tip in October 2022, though it is alleged that his crimes have been ongoing for about two decades.

Chasing Horse was known for his role as Smiles a Lot, a young Sioux tribe member, in the film “Dances With Wolves.” Following his appearance in the film, Chasing Horse was known as a medicine man among tribes in the U.S. and Canada and would perform healing ceremonies and spiritual gatherings, the AP reported. It was in this position that Chasing Horse allegedly abused at least six victims, including at least one as young as 13.

“Nathan Chasing Horse used spiritual traditions and their belief system as a tool to sexually assault young girls on numerous occasions,” the search warrant said, according to the AP.

The search warrant added that Chasing Horse’s followers apparently believed he could actually communicate with higher beings, and called him “Medicine Man” or “Holy Person.”

Chasing Horse was arrested for crimes allegedly committed in Clark County, Nevada, but the search warrant reportedly includes information pertaining to crimes committed in other states, including Montana and South Dakota and other parts of Nevada. Chasing Horse is accused of sex trafficking and sexual assault of a child younger than 16, as well as child abuse. In addition, he is alleged to have recorded sexual assaults and arranged for other men to have sex with the victims for a fee.

The warrant also alleged that Chasing Horse was kicked off the Fort Peck Reservation in Poplar, Montana, in 2015 after being accused of human trafficking.

Chasing Horse’s attorneys argue that his accusers wanted to have sex with him, according to the CBC.

After more than two decades as America’s best-selling beer, Bud Light has slipped into second place.

Modelo Especial, a Mexican lager, overtook Bud Light in U.S. retail dollar sales in the month ending June 3, according to Nielsen data analyzed by Bump Williams Consulting. Modelo controlled 8.4% of U.S. grocery, convenience and liquor store sales; Bud Light fell to 7.3%.

Grupo Modelo, the Mexican brewer, is owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the same parent company of Bud Light.

It’s a milestone in Bud Light’s months-long sales decline since early April, when critics who were angered by the brewer sending a commemorative can to transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney vowed to boycott the brand. Bud Light has also faced backlash from Mulvaney’s fans, who think the brand didn’t do enough to support her.

Dave William, Bump Williams’ vice president of analytics and insights, said Bud Light has been the top-selling U.S. beer since 2001, and it could still retain that crown this year. He noted that Bud Light’s year-to-date market share of 9% is still outpacing Modelo’s, at 8%. And Bud Light’s sales volumes are higher.

But Modelo appears to have the advantage, with its dollar sales increasing by double-digit percentages every week. The launch of a new light beer, Modelo Oro, in May is also boosting awareness of the brand.

Sales in bars and restaurants, which are harder to track, aren’t included in the retail numbers, and Bud Light far outpaced Modelo in those venues prior to April. But David Steinman, the vice president and executive editor of Beer Marketer’s Insights, said Modelo’s bar and restaurant sales have been growing quickly, and it’s believed that Bud Light took an even steeper sales hit in bars and restaurants than in groceries.

Bud Light’s U.S. retail sales were down 24% the week ending June 3, while Modelo Especial sales were up 12%, according to Dave Williams.

Scott Scanlon, an executive vice president at the consulting firm Circana who follows the alcohol market, said Mexican imports like Modelo and Corona have been the biggest bright spots in the otherwise stagnant U.S. beer market for years.

Kevin Spacey Discusses Alleged Sexual Abuse Scandals: ‘In 10 Years, It Won’t Mean Anything’

Actor Kevin Spacey said he isn’t concerned about the future of his Hollywood career despite current and past sexual assault charges.

“I know that there are people right now who are ready to hire me the moment I am cleared of these charges in London. The second that happens, they’re ready to move forward,” the 63-year-old told ZEITmagazin ahead of his London trial, which begins June 28 and is expected to last four weeks.

Spacey’s legal drama began in 2017 during the height of the #MeToo movement when “Star Trek: Discovery” star Anthony Rapp claimed that Spacey made a sexual advance toward him in 1986 when Rapp was 14 and Spacey was 26.

Spacey posted on Twitter that he did not remember having that experience with Rapp, but didn’t rule it out.

“But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior,” Spacey wrote on social media while simultaneously coming out as gay.

“This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life. I know that there are other stories out there about me and that some have been fueled by the fact that I have been so protective of my privacy,” he wrote, saying he was planning to “live as a gay man” going forward.

The allegations spurred 15 other people to come forward with their own stories of alleged sexual abuse from Spacey. The actor currently faces 12 sexual assault cases in the U.K. and pleaded not guilty to all of them.

“It’s a time in which a lot of people are very afraid that if they support me, they will be canceled,” Spacey told ZEITmagazin about the repercussions for his career and reputation.

“The moment scrutiny is applied, these things fall apart,” he said. “That’s what happened in the Rapp trial, and that’s what will happen in this case.”

“In 10 years, it won’t mean anything. My work will live longer than I will, and that’s what will be remembered,” Spacey said.

I think an eye for an eye would teach a lesson for a few.

Every part of a pedos body used in abuse, should be cut off, which leaves a tongueless head, and just the torso, and I think a huge red P should be tattoo'd to their forehead.

The only useful employment after that, would be third base, and cleats that are sharpened daily.

Le Pen doubles down on Crimea position

The French politician insisted the peninsula is a settled issue, unrelated to the current Ukraine conflict

Crimea is Russian and that issue has been settled since 2014, French opposition leader Marine Le Pen said on Thursday. There is no point in bringing up the peninsula in any negotiations between Moscow and Kiev to end the current conflict, which should begin as soon as possible, she added.

“Crimea has nothing to do with the Ukraine conflict,” Le Pen told Franceinfo in the course of a morning newscast. “We can quibble about the conditions in which the referendum was organized, but the residents chose to be a part of Russia. That is the position of Nicolas Sarkozy, Valery Giscard d'Estaing, and the position of Marine Le Pen,” the National Rally leader explained, naming two former French presidents.

Le Pen argued that the current fighting was about Donbass and the failure of the Minsk agreements, and that the issue should not be muddled by bringing Crimea into it.The two presenters cut her off, insisting that Crimea is a matter of Ukraine’s territorial integrity, and pressed Le Pen whether she would say publicly that Crimea is Russian.

“That’s always been clear. I’ve been saying it for [nearly] ten years and haven’t changed my mind,” the opposition leader replied.

Le Pen testified to her position on Crimea before a parliamentary committee last month, answering accusations from President Emmanuel Macron that she was part of a Russian “foreign influence” campaign. On that occasion as well, she said that Crimea was a historically Russian territory “given away” to Ukraine “at the whim of a dictator,” referring to the 1954 decision by Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev.

Ukraine’s government banned Le Pen from entering the country in 2017, after she said in multiple interviews that the 2014 referendum was legitimate and not an “illegal annexation”by Russia.

Crimeans organized a referendum in March 2014, shortly after the US-backed coup installed a government of Ukrainian nationalists in Kiev. The result showed overwhelming support for rejoining Russia, which Moscow accepted. Meanwhile, the new Ukrainian government violently crushed dissent in Odessa and Kharkov Regions and sent troops against Donetsk and Lugansk, triggering the current conflict.

Le Pen’s National Rally (RN) is the largest opposition party in the French parliament. She ran for president against Macron in 2022, getting enough votes to qualify for the runoff. Though Le Pen lost by a 17-point margin, she is currently polling ahead of the incumbent president.

(She’ll end on the Ukraine kill list because she told the truth. Zelensky doesn’t know the EU wants to be rid of him soon.)

How Israeli Spyware Endangers Activists Across the Globe

Israeli surveillance technology is empowering antidemocratic governments to track journalists and human rights activists. Regulation is virtually nonexistent.

Griselda Triana is a Mexican journalist, and human rights activist whose husband, Javier Valdez Cárdenas, was slain by a drug cartel on May 15, 2017, in Culiacán, the capital of Sinaloa state. Valdez was the cofounder of the media outlet Riodoce, which investigated corruption and crime, and wrote about the bloody drug war. He paid the ultimate price — a grenade was thrown into his office in 2009. He had received death threats in the months before his murder, but he bravely continued his groundbreaking work despite the threats.

Ten days after his killing, Triana started receiving unexpected text messages on her mobile phone. She had no idea that they were suspicious until almost one year later, when it was discovered that there had been attempts to infiltrate her phone with the Pegasus system, a phone-hacking tool sold by Israeli surveillance company NSO Group, almost certainly by elements within the Mexican state. “Before Javier’s murder I did not know that we were being monitored,” she told me. Javier had never informed her about the possibility of phone hacking, and she presumed that he was taking precautions for his safety. “Javier knew about the risks of reporting criminal activities, but even so he was aware that someone had to document the atrocities of criminal organizations,” she said.

The murder of Valdez devastated Triana. “He was my husband and father of my two children. I was really shocked because Javier didn’t want to leave Sinaloa even though he knew they [the cartels] could kill him.” I asked her why she thought she had been targeted by Pegasus. She said she believed it was because “they thought that by tapping the phones they could get data from various sources of information or listen to calls related to Javier’s crime investigations.” To this day, Triana has never been told by the Mexican state why it spied on her — and there’s been no court case for the man accused of masterminding her husband’s death.

Both the Mexican government and NSO claim that Pegasus is used solely for the purposes of fighting crime and terrorism, but Triana’s case proves that this claim is false. Mexico has been a major testing ground for NSO technology. “The problem is that it has been used to spy on people who do not represent a danger to the country,” Triana said.

After Valdez’s death, Triana moved to Mexico City, where she works as a journalist and activist. The fear has never gone away, however — the feeling of being violated by both her husband’s gruesome death and the state’s intrusion on her communications. “I am afraid every time I visit Culiacán,” she said. “It is something that I have not been able to overcome.”

Another chicken coop location!

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2015/11/12/mass-grave-yazidis-iraq-tells-horror-story/75640706/

SINUNI, Iraq — A few thousand people once lived in this tiny Iraqi village 270 miles north of Baghdad. Today, it is a ghost town with few signs of life — and a mass grave nearby where members of the Yazidi sect were slaughtered by Islamic State militants.

It's one of 11 mass graves discovered in northern Iraq by Kurdish residents who fear other undiscovered burial sites exist in neighboring Syria. Those graves have yet to be unearthed because their locations are under Islamic State control.

Human Rights Watch estimates the militants killed 3,000 to 5,000 people — burying some alive — and captured 3,000 Yazidi women as sexual slaves when they swept through the area in August 2014.

On Thursday, Kurdish fighters backed by U.S.-led coalition airstrikes launched a ground offensive to recapture the nearby Iraqi town of Sinjar, which became a symbol of Islamic State brutality when the Islamic extremists began murdering the Yazidis 15 months ago.

Kurds sever critical Islamic State supply line in northern Iraq

The grave here was first discovered in February by a Kurdish sheep herder. Among the 37 skeletal remains were women and children, some who appeared to be toddlers. The victims had been herded together and beheaded or shot.

During a recent visit here, dirt could still be seen piled high from the tractor that Islamic State forces used to dig the 7-foot-deep grave. About 30 feet away, >>>two concrete chicken coops<<< stood where the militants held the victims before they were taken to the grave and killed, Kurdish soldiers said.

Family members identified the decomposed victims through their clothing, trinkets and what little had been in their pockets, according to the soldiers.

Inside the grave, blood had darkened on the brittle dirt walls. A deflated rubber ball rested alongside a toy gun inside the pit. Unmatched sandals, torn clothing and a bone from a finger could be seen among the rubble. A foot away from the mass grave, a baby doll’s head rolled in the wind amid spent shell casings.

What silenced Kurdish soldier Qasam Ismael was a dusty purple blouse worn by a girl perhaps no older than 2 that was clinging to the rocks of a memorial erected inside the grave.

He just stared at it. “Some of these people are from my village,” Ismael said through an interpreter. “They lined them up on the edge of this wall and beheaded them. Then put them in the grave all together. When I arrived, their flesh was all gone. There was a little girl I recognized by her hair. It was blond.”

“We want the world to recognize this genocide," Ismael said. "We are Kurds, Yazidi, and we don’t want to be an Arabic region any more. We need the Western coalition to protect us and help us fight these monsters.”

The Islamic State considers Yazidis “devil worshipers” because they are not followers of Islam. Yazidis believe in God as the creator of the world, which he has placed under the care of seven holy beings or angels.

Islamic State militants killed more than 700 Yazidis in Kocho, another small village in northern Iraq in August 2014. American airstrikes pushed back the invaders at the end of that month, allowing Yazidi fighters to re-enter the village. They described a massacre, with bodies piled on top of each other as pools of blood covered the streets.

The Free Yazidi Foundation and the U.S.-based human-rights group Yazda detailed those massacres and the Sinuni grave in a report to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague, Netherlands. The savage rapes of young girls were detailed in the report. Boys between 8 and 15 years old were “taught how to load and unload guns, shoot using live bullets and launch small- and medium-sized rockets and forced to watch videos of beheadings.”

However, because Syria and Iraq are not signatories to The Hague treaty, the ICC ruled in August that it had no territorial jurisdiction over crimes committed by Islamic State militants.

Nariman Hassan, a Yazidi mother who escaped Islamic State militants last year from Bashiqa, another town in northern Iraq, said the situation remains perilous for many Yazidi families.

“We left everything behind — our documents, pictures everything,” said Hassan, who now lives in an unfinished building called the Al-Amal Hope Center with other Yazidi and Christian families who fled the Islamic State rampage. “But the most important thing that we left behind was our children’s future.”

Hassan recalled the horror stories from relatives and friends who didn’t make it out in time. She said they were “slaughtering Yazidi men, raping and kidnapping our young girls."

Ismael said his people feel betrayed. “Arab villagers in our province assured the people who were unable to leave that (the Islamic State) would not harm them," he said. "They lied to us."

Russian Trolls are the Best Trolls

Pop legend offers $13,000 for each destroyed Western tank

Grigory Leps and several other artists said they hoped their colleagues would join the initiative to support Russian troops

Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Wednesday, the leader of the band ‘Zemlyane’ (The Earthlings),Vladimir Kiselev, came forward with an initiative to remunerate Russian troops to the tune of 1 million rubles ($13,000) for each Western-made tank taken off the battlefield.

In February of this year, the Pavel Sudoplatov Battalion, an international volunteer unit created in the part of Zaporozhye Region held by Russia, offered to “pay 12 million rubles [$170,000] for each serviceable captured Leopard, Abrams, or Challenger tank.”

Several weeks prior, the governor of Zabaikalsky Region in eastern Russia, Alexander Osipov, announced that any local service member who managed to seize a Leopard tank “in working condition” could earn 3 million rubles ($42,909). A bounty of one million rubles ($14,303) would be paid to anyone who destroyed one of these German tanks, the official stated.

Around the same time, the Russian chemical manufacturer Fores came out with a similar initiative.

Commenting on such proposals, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in February thatthey were proof of the “unity and the desire of all” to contribute to achieving the goals of Russia’s ongoing military campaign.

(At least their practice patriotism in Russia, used to be we were known for it. So sad)

Nearly 100% of Fact-Checkers’ Political Donations Go Exclusively to the Democratic Party, Study Finds

If you believe the entire “fact-checking” industry is rigged to push the political agenda of the Democratic Party, you’re not wrong. There’s more evidence in addition to the voluminous amount of biased and even laughable “fact checks” to support that conclusion.

A new study from the Washington Free Beacon analyzing political contributions from U.S. employees who call themselves “fact checkers” reveals that an astounding 99.5% of their donations went to Democrats. That’s right — nearly 100 percent.

That means that the policing of the Internet for “facts” is being carried out by partisan Democrats who nearly exclusively target conservatives and independents for “fact checks,” thereby doing massive damage to the reputation and financial backing of journalists who seek to hold the powerful and privileged accountable.

The study examined political donations over the past four election cycles and discovered that out of the total $22,683 donated, only $22,580 went to Democrats, while a meager three donations were made to Republicans.

These findings raise major concerns about the supposed neutrality and impartiality of those responsible for “fact-checking” and censorship within our society. Despite claiming to be unbiased, these individuals showed a clear partisan preference. The study even revealed that fact checkers donated ten times more money to socialist Bernie Sanders alone than to all Republican politicians combined.

The study analyzed campaign finance disclosures, including contributions from fact checkers at prominent organizations such as Reuters, the New York Times, Google, New York Magazine, CBS News, the New Republic, Vox, the New Yorker, and National Geographic, among others, totaling 40 organizations.

These findings shed light on the questionable nature of this industry and the individuals entrusted with ensuring accurate information. Nearly 100% of political donations from self-identified fact checkers, including those employed by organizations claiming journalistic neutrality, were directed towards Democrats and liberal groups, as revealed in the analysis of federal campaign finance disclosures by the Washington Free Beacon.

Fact checkers from the New York Times and Reuters, for instance, made contributions to President Joe Biden, failed Democratic Senate candidate Jaime Harrison from South Carolina, and liberal Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren’s presidential campaign. It was discovered that a Times fact checker, Cecilia Nowell, made three donations to Warren’s failed presidential bid and continues to accept “fact-checking assignments” from the outlet on a freelance basis. Similarly, Reuters employed Carrie Monahan, daughter of veteran journalist Katie Couric, as a “fact check producer,” and Monahan made contributions to Biden, Harrison, and Georgia Democratic senator Jon Ossoff during her employment.

In breakthrough, Israeli scientists say they synthesized human embryos from stem cells

Weizmann Institute team uses stem cell model allowing researchers to see into ‘black box’ of critical early stage of pregnancy

After a decade of work, researchers at the Weizmann Institute of Science say they have managed to create stem cell-derived human embryo models outside the uterus.

The advance could help scientists better understand healthy and unhealthy embryonic development. It also has implications for studying the genetics of various organs, the possible growing of organs for transplantation, and the investigation of the effects of pharmaceuticals on embryos.

The discovery was shared Thursday in a pre-print version of a paper that is in advanced stages of revision at a prestigious peer-reviewed journal.

Into the Land: A Tale of Two Cities

The stem cell-derived embryo (SEM), which undergoes no genetic manipulation, is equivalent to a 14-day-old embryo. It has an embryo proper, a yolk sac, an amniotic cavity, a placenta and cells of the chorion, or the outermost fetal membrane.

“It does not have a beating heart or a brain but it has a very complex organization and is already starting to show early differentiation of tissues. All the elements of the architecture are there and they are in the proper relation and orientation to each other,” said Prof. Jacob Hanna.

Hanna and his team at Weizmann’s department of molecular genetics were the first to publish reports of success in creating mouse SEMs in Cell in 2022 and Nature in 2021.

Now they’ve made human SEMs through a complicated process informed in part by the study of the animal models. There was much experimentation until they found the right protocol.

“We had to create induced pluripotent stem cells and nudge them to become the yolk sac, the chorion, trophoblasts and so on. And what was the ratio and how should we combine them. Then we put them on a shaker and changed the media protocol,” Hanna told The Times of Israel on Thursday.

“Some of the media we used had been discussed before, but the critical three media are newly used by our group and described in our paper,” he added.

This breakthrough comes on the heels of an article in The Guardian about an announcement Wednesday at the International Society for Stem Cell Research annual meeting in Boston of the creation of a synthetic human embryo by Prof. Magdalena Żernicka-Goetz, of the University of Cambridge and the California Institute of Technology.

Kremlin ridicules top Zelensky aide over ‘kill conscripts’ goal

Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov wondered whether Mikhail Podoliak was referring to Ukraine’s own troops

Atop adviserto President Vladimir Zelenskymust have meant Ukrainian soldiers when he said that Kiev wanted to kill as many conscripts as possible, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov suggested on Thursday.

Earlier in the day, Mikhail Podoliak offered his take on Ukraine’s current goals in the conflict, claiming that Kiev seeks “to take out as many conscripts as possible… to put more psychological pressure on the Russian army.”

The adviser also claimed that Ukraine has only one plan for its counteroffensive: “the most brutal advance with the maximum killing of Russians on this route.”He also insisted that Ukraine had not even started its long-delayed push, describing widely reported attempts to breach Russian lines as “testing.” (God these disinfo guys are pathetic at this point)

When asked to comment on Podoliak’s remarks about conscripts, Peskov quipped: “He must have meant their own [troops].” He also noted thatthe adviser “can’t know for sure” whether Kiev’s offensive had really started, explaining that Podoliak is not a defense minister.

Ukraine announced a general mobilization on February 24, 2022, hours after Russia kicked off its military campaign in the country, while banning all male Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60 from traveling abroad. Last summer, the country’s defense minister, Aleksey Reznikov, said that Kiev had mobilized some 700,000 people.

In late May, the Daily Telegraph reported, citing Ukrainian service members, that Kiev is desperately trying to replenish its battlefield losses and that draft notices were being handed out in the streets.

Meanwhile, Russia ordered a partial mobilization last September, calling to arms some 300,000 reservists. Earlier this week, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that for now there is “no need” to launch a new draft campaign, also noting that over 150,000 people had joined the army as contract soldiers.

(The one thing I know is Russia doesn't ridicule if they don’t have the receipts and intelligence. They are calling Ukraine's bluff)

TikTok To Sponsor Journalism Conference Amid Espionage and Propaganda Allegations

TikTok is sponsoring a journalism conference for a media watchdog group that aims to "fortify journalism's role in a free society," even as the social media giant comes under fire for helping China spy on journalists and disseminate pro-Beijing propaganda.

The Poynter Institute, which operates the liberal fact-checking site PolitiFact, is organizing GlobalFact 10, which will take place in Seoul starting June 27. TikTok is one of the corporate sponsors for the three-day "global fact-checking summit" and is sponsoring a pre-event cocktail reception, according to an itinerary of the summit.

TikTok executives will speak on panels about the company's efforts to counter disinformation on its platform. Its "publisher education team" will hold a "fireside chat" to teach journalists "best practices for building a TikTok presence and creating engaging content."

TikTok, which is owned by Chinese firm ByteDance, is sponsoring the event as it tries to win allies in its fight against a U.S. ban over its ties to China. American officials say the video app poses a national security threat because the Chinese government could easily use TikTok to spy on its users and push pro-Beijing propaganda to American audiences. TikTok, which has hired an army of lobbyists, has so far avoided a ban, thanks in large part to reluctance from Democrats who see the site as a political asset.

The Poynter summit, which will be attended by Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler, will give TikTok and other tech companies an opportunity to promote their platforms and tout their fight against disinformation.

Five TikTok executives, including the company's global policy lead for harmful misinformation, will conduct a June 29 seminar on TikTok's "approach to countering misinformation." Members of TikTok’s "publisher education team" will also appear at a seminar with Poynter Institute executive Alex Mahadevan on the issue of "building a TikTok presence."

It's a remarkable arrangement for a media watchdog that claims to be a champion for "freedom of expression, civil dialogue, and compelling journalism that helps citizens participate in healthy democracies."

The Justice Department is investigating ByteDance after employees at the company obtained location data on two American journalists who reported about the company's links to the Chinese government.

And a former ByteDance executive has alleged that Chinese officials have "supreme access" to TikTok's algorithm. The former employee, Yintao Yu, claimed in a lawsuit that a special unit of Chinese Communist Party members at ByteDance oversees the content on TikTok in order to advance "core Communist values." Yu claims to have witnessed the ByteDance team promoting anti-Japanese content and demoting posts that support pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong.

It is unclear how much money TikTok is giving Poynter for the conference, but TikTok has been a major funder of the media think tank for a number of years. According to Poynter's website, TikTok has donated at least $50,000 to the think tank. Other major funders include Facebook, Microsoft, AARP, and the philanthropic networks of Democratic donors Pierre Omidyar and Craig Newmark.

TikTok's donations to Poynter go to help PolitiFact "continue to fact-check elected officials and hold government officials accountable," according to PolitiFact's website. Conservatives have criticized PolitiFact over its perceived liberal bias.

The fact-check site was itself fact-checked last month after it defended teachers' union boss Randi Weingarten over her support for school lockdowns during the coronavirus pandemic. A Washington Free Beacon analysis found that the vast majority of PolitiFact's fact-check articles were aimed at Republicans. And in 2021, PolitiFact retracted an article that dismissed as "inaccurate and ridiculous" the theory that coronavirus originated in a Chinese medical lab.

Poynter and TikTok did not respond to requests for comment.

1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.

4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.

6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

8His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.

9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.

House GOP wants to know where $10 million on Joe Biden's 2017 tax return came from, FBI source says Burisma exec was 'coerced' into paying that amount in bribes to family

“If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”

The House GOP is leaning in hard on Joe Biden and his financial records, demanding to know the source of more than $10 million in earnings listed on his 2017 tax returns, only one year after he left the vice presidency. Meanwhile, the CEO of Burisma claimed, per a paid FBI informant, that he was "coerced" into giving the family $10 million in bribes, and that it would take a decade before anyone sorted out what they were doing.

House Republicans are calling for Biden to disclose the source of this $10 million in revenue, with Rep. Nancy Mace telling Breitbart, "The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t."

Just weeks before the 2020 election, USA Today released a fact check stating that Biden's around $16 million jump in total income between 2016 and 2017 was from speaking and book deals, with more than $10 million coming from Biden’s memoir Promise Me, Dad, and $3 million coming from Jill Biden’s book Where the Light Enters.

The Federalist noted

in 2022 that a source link provided with the $10 million figure leads to Biden’s campaign website with financial disclosure links leading only to their individual returns, not to S-corporation returns. …

Last week, CISA and the FBI issued a warning that CL0P was exploiting a previously unknown vulnerability in MOVEIt. In a rapid hacking spree, the group used that flaw to steal files from at least 47 organizations and demand payment to not publish them online, said Brett Callow, an analyst at the cybersecurity company Emsisoft.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment. The National Security Council didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Wendi Whitmore, who leads threat analysis for the cybersecurity company Palo Alto Networks, said that CL0P’s campaign of hacking victims through MOVEIt was incredibly widespread.

“I think it’s at least hundreds, if not more,” of total victims, she said

AS`AD AbuKHALIL: Kissinger & the Arabs

The role of the former senior U.S. foreign policy adviser — who just turned 100 — has been overstated in the Arab world. But that is not to exonerate his crimes.

Henry Kissinger looms large in the thinking of people in the Arab world.

The former U.S. secretary of state’s name is often invoked in political discussions and many still think that he currently, or permanently, wields political influence, decades after he left office.

His name is associated with sinister diabolic plots. The media of Gulf regimes have produced classic anti-Semitic scenarios about his role in world affairs.

In a way, Kissinger has been unfairly treated by the Arab world. Too much influence has been ascribed to him; his role in U.S. wars and aggression has been highly exaggerated.

The U.S. is a vast government empire where Democrats and Republicans act in unison when it comes to foreign policy and foreign wars. The revolt by the D.C. establishment and media against Donald Trump is largely due to his tendency to try to deviate from the established norms of the empire in foreign policy. He dared to call for retrenchment and focus on domestic policies.

To say that Kissinger’s role has been largely overstated in the Arab world is not to exonerate him of war (and peace) crimes.

He is responsible during his tenure of a variety of crimes, ranging from the secret bombing of Cambodia; East Timor, Chile’s coup against democracy, and the murder of people on a mass scale in faraway countries; either to advance U.S. stance in negotiations or to combat the spread of communism.

Bipartisan US Foreign Policy

But Kissinger was not acting alone. Any understanding of the U.S. government (especially in foreign policy where the number of interest groups involved in making policy is very limited in comparison to domestic policy) should take into consideration the collective leadership by both parties in decisions of foreign policy.

U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were bipartisan wars. U.S. wars around the globe during the Cold War gained bipartisan support, and the liberal forces, like the labor movement, was not less anticommunist than former U.S. President Richard Nixon.

In the Middle East, Kissinger had a big impact by virtue of his presence during the critical years of the 1970s and the October War.

In the Middle East — especially in repugnant Gulf media — too much about the harm he inflicted on the region is attributed to his Jewishness when, in fact, he was extremely insensitive to anti-Seimitism, even in his presence.

This is a man who sat with Nixon when the latter expressed vile racist and anti-Jewish sentiments. He ingratiated himself with King Faisal of Saudi Arabia, when the latter was one of the most notorious anti-Semites of the 20th century. Faisal never hid his belief that communism and Judaism are among the evils of the world.

But Kissinger did care deeply about Israel and he strove to serve its interests, but not more than former Presidents Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton or Barack Obama. He viewed Israel from the standpoint of anti-communism and anti-Arab nationalism.

Kissinger’s shuttle diplomacy achieved a great deal for Israel because it was the beginning of America’s attempt at fractionalization of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

Prior to the 1970s, Gamal Abdul-Nasser of Egypt insisted that any diplomatic effort and negotiations over the Arab-Israeli conflict should be predicated on a comprehensive and just solution, which implied that the Palestinian problem is the crux of the conflict.

Ok so to expound. Anons have said Trump had to be arrested so the evidence has to be introduced. But the interesting part is if this evidence is indeed classified as they claim. How does a Jury hear about it. BUT what if it is UNCLASSIFIED and that is how not only the jury hears about it but the nation, because again if it is Classified the media could not report on it either. It would have to be a closed court and quite possibly a military trial, again because wouldn't if the president did commit espionage/ treason does not seem like that would fall under a federal courts jurisdiction, again calling into question the theater of this Trial.

Everything About To Go DARK… DAYS AWAY!

TRANSCRIPT:

TRUMP: This day will go down in infamy and Joe Biden will forever be remembered as not only the most corrupt President in the history of our country, but perhaps more importantly the President who, together with a band of his closest thugs, misfits, and Marxists, tried to destroy American democracy. Now that the seal is broken; the seal is broken by what they've done, they should never have done this.

BO POLNY: You don't even know what's coming this year. Oh my God is it going to be amazing. Our God is in control, but right now evil has just got a few more days and days it is. We are stepping into the greatest revival in human history. Why? Death to life.

EVERYTHING IS GOING TO GO DARK AND THEN THE WORLD WILL CELEBRATE WHEN THE LIGHTS COME BACK ON. The great harvest will be here this year. This wil be a great year, the greatest year you've ever seen, but also the worst year for those who planted evil seeds. They are going to reap what they have sown…. The great return comes this year. Why? Because he must rebuild.

TRUMP WILL REBUILD THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM THAT GOD JUST DESTROYED. WE WILL RETURN TO THE COVENANT THAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS FOUNDED THIS NATION UNDER, "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL." WE ARE DAYS AWAY.

True and that is the biggest issue is that the egos of the old establishment and people wanting to cling to that will still exist the communist ideas will still exist, but each and every person on this planet has not only been deceived, but abused all to different levels because of the greed of many. Do we become a vengeful people, do we offer love and mercy, and even that there will be people who side on one vs another and even the religious will still bicker about whose book is more true. To convince society that everyone is wrong to figure out a base point is damn near impossible. Not sure if that can even be done, but we do need something better because as gay as it sounds our potential is amazing if we can get over all these fucking lies and hangups and bullshit everyone has been subject to.

Hundreds of Absentee Ballots from 2020 Election Found In Michigan Storage Unit

Michigan police are investigating hundreds of absentee ballots that were discovered in a storage unit in Thetford, Michigan.

WWMT reported Rachel Stanke, who serves as the Thetford Township Supervisor, alerted the Michigan state police in 2022 over the possibility of absentee ballots being stored in an improper manner.

After being alerted the MSP launched an investigation and discovered close to 300 absentee ballots inside of a storage unit.

Since alerting the police, Stanke heard no further information regarding the investigation which led her to file a FOIA request to MSP asking for information about the investigation.

Stanke’s FOIA request was granted by MSP and revealed 289 ballots were discovered inside a storage unit “that was rented by a former township employee whose name has been redacted.”

Per WWMT:

A township supervisor in Genesee County is talking about hundreds of absentee ballots that were found in a storage unit. The ballots were from the 2020 election, according to Rachel Stanke, the Thetford Township Supervisor. Stanke says she alerted Michigan State Police.

“289 absentee ballots were found in a storage unit and downtown Clio,” says Stanke. She tells Mid-Michigan NOW that she first learned about the possibility of ballots found in a box back in 2021. At the time, she says she alerted the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and the Secretary of State’s Office, she later found out she needed to contact Michigan State Police. Michigan State Police recovered the ballots in the storage unit in August 2022.

Several months ago, Stanke filed a Freedom of Information Act request for details regarding this investigation. Her request was approved through MSP. Stanke says the storage unit was one that was rented by a former township employee whose name has been redacted from the FOIA paperwork.

Mid Michigan Now covered the story exclusively.

these people are sick

Covid 19: The Great Reset by Klaus Schwab & Thierry Malleret

This is an unofficial summary for COVID-19: The Great Reset, by Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret, designed to enrich your listening experience.

COVID-19: The Great Reset, by Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret, begins with a reflection on how COVID-19 has triggered a worldwide crisis, not just through the tragic loss of life that it has incurred, but also on economic systems and the vulnerability of human life itself. It has caused, above everything, a global existential crisis that is likely to impact life, as we know it forever. Despite our most fervent hopes, we will not return to normal, as we know it, whatever our beliefs and concerns about the draconian measures employed to keep the virus contained. Things will necessarily change, whether we want them to or not.

However, the authors add a note of caution when it comes to discussions about what might happen and what will happen as the world reopens. Many of the changes and movements already in place, for better or worse, will have been exacerbated by the pandemic, and divisions that were but fissures before may now open up to great chasms.

The chapter goes on to look at the role of pandemics and viruses in the history of the world. To put it in perspective: viruses have been on the earth for at least 300 million years, whereas humans have only been here for a fraction of that time, about 200,000 years. It is hardly surprising to find that an era without a pandemic is something of an anomaly, and the authors point to the diseases that have ravaged the world and shaped recorded human history. They look at the Plague of Justinian in the 6th century, the Black Death, and the germs that obliterated the Aztecs and the Incas when introduced by the European settlers.

Even some of the terminology around, how we treat and control viruses comes from treasured sacred texts'quarantine,' for instance, comes from the Italian 40, referring to the 40 days of purification during the biblical flood.

But though many are keen to build a comparison with viruses of the past, the truth is that what we face now is unprecedented. For one thing, the world is more interconnected than it has ever been before, which is at once a blessing and a curse. A blessing because we have the might of all the world's best medical research at our disposal, and a curse because the nature of this globalized world meansit is easier than ever before to spread such viruses.

Isn't that what China is already building with their train from Beijing to Indonesia?

(except Malaysia recently cancelled their part)

well then if the informant is dead then the FBI should be able to release the document and they will need a new excuse either that the witness in question is not the same or try to say that since they are dead it no longer matters. Either way it will look fishy.

Also FBI shouldn't even exist under the Rule of Law or "tenth amendment" but we don't live under rule of law if we ever did, we live under a dictatorship that entertains the constitution when it fucking feels like it.

I've got a couple of names -

Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky allegedly told an FBI source that he paid $5 million apiece to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden in an attempt to shake off a corruption investigation.

The Burisma whistleblower, who has been identified as the wife of the former Burisma owner Mykola Lisin

>Anon still thinks Rudy is crooked.

Yep, Rudy never acted the clown until he started representing President Trump.

The clown act was so everything he touched would be discredited which was all things Ukraine.

PDJT calls him as Rudy Guili(annie) (not Giuliani)

I’ve always thought it was suspicious.

Rudy was a big time money launderer’s lawyer (Reza Zarrab) Zarrab was helping mueller expose those who were evading USA sanctions.

A spokesman for Mueller’s team declined to comment on the report on Friday.

Flynn is a central figure in Mueller’s investigation because of conversations he had with Kislyak and because he waited until March to retroactively register with the Justice Department as a foreign agent for work he did for a Turkish businessman.

The Journal reported that FBI agents asked at least four people about a December meeting in New York where Flynn and Turkish government representatives discussed removing Gulen, citing people with knowledge of the FBI’s inquiries.

NBC also reported that investigators had questioned witnesses about an alleged December meeting between Flynn and Turkish officials where Gulen was discussed. The group also discussed how to set free a Turkish-Iranian gold trader, Reza Zarrab. Zarrab is in prison in the United States on federal charges that he helped Iran skirt U.S. sanctions, NBC said.

A Reuters report on Oct. 26 said one of Flynn’s business associates, former CIA Director James Woolsey, pitched a $10 million contract to two Turkish businessmen to help discredit Gulen while Woolsey was an adviser to Trump’s election campaign.

Woolsey was a member of Flynn’s firm, the Flynn Intel Group, according to a Justice Department filing by the firm and an archive of the company’s website.

Mueller’s team has also interviewed White House senior policy adviser Stephen Miller, the highest-level Trump aide known to have spoken with investigators, CNN reported on Thursday.

History seems so cyclical to me, I don't know you can fix this shit either. Throw everybody you want in jail, the demonic psychos who went free will go underground and plot for the next period of complacency, and the normies will become chameleons to gain acceptance of the new order (hopefully the Anon World Order kek). Same shit, different millennium. Don't know what God's point is sometimes.

ATTN Legacy Media shills

The satanist pedovore mind control era is over.

290 million Americans want the truth; including the truth about the gas lighting of America – MSM media complicity in C_A/pedo cult social subversion operations.

Entertainment company executives who think movies like NORMAL on HBO are the product of creative competition to meet audience demand will be surprised to discover that MI, POTUS and anons of QR all see it as subversive IO, a destructive psyop, one of hundreds run by MSM/legacy media against an unwitting civilian population.

Whether the public is aware, or ever becomes aware, of the harm done by MSM/legacy media content shilling, anons know, POTUS knows and MI knows.

Media companies closely associated with satanic mind control like Disney testify to the destructive nature and subversive power of cult mind warfare tactics.

Media shills and entertainment companies prepared to repent, to admit their role in social and sexual subversion and atone for decades evil must make a 180 reversal; stop destroying, start repairing and rebuilding, and begin undoing the harm they have done to civilization, the US and throughout the world.

A Turkish proverb says “No matter how far down the wrong road you have gone, turn back.”

Repairing damage for legacy media content means initiating a cross platform, all format, surge of error corrected, future positive, neural malware-free news and entertainment content, without subliminal or subsonic embeds, hypnotic induction or “side band” symbolic language technologies targeting our unconscious below the threshold of awareness.

Restoring the integrity of our news and entertainment media means resuming our journey toward the light, as individuals and as a species, and start of the long process undoing the harm done our minds by decades of satanic IO.
