The longer the House remains in a stalemate, the greater the scuttlebutt about the possibility that Martial Law could be imposed. Especially as the threat of a major conflagration in the ME continues with a threat that Hamas sleeper-cells may be activated CONUS.

I’m just sitting here watching the news right and they’re showing a crowd of probably a couple hundred muslims, somewhere in the middle east, protesting what’s going on in Gaza, blah blah blah. But I was looking at them and it occurred to me: If I was dropped in the middle of that crowd and we were all thrown into a Hunger Games situation where it was survival of the fittest, last man standing, I am very confident I would come out on top. In discussion of the Middle East, the current dynamic of Hamas attacking Israel, and the necessary, albeit perhaps painful response that will now be delivered by Israel, some have noted Obama’s fingerprints are all over this. It’s true, and it is worth remembering the history of this as it pertains to the U.S. triggering the Arab Spring as the first deployment of Obama’s foreign policy.

 

Obama didn’t travel to Cairo, Egypt for his first foreign policy trip accidentally; he did it with great intent and purpose.

 

The layers and layers of ideologues he and Hillary embedded in the institutions of the State Dept are as deep as the layers of ideologues Obama embedded in Main Justice and the intelligence community.

 

The time when Barry needed to give directions is long past. The embeds are self-aware, acting on purpose, and the outcomes we see today are simply manifestations of that activity.

 

It is also worth remembering there’s an entirely new generation of people, who were in their 20s and 30’s comfortably oblivious to what was taking place between 2009 and 2017 when the embeds were installed. That era of the American people is only now starting to have its own slow awakening to the damage as it surfaces.

 

When Obama aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood, only a small percentage of the American people actually saw the big picture and realized the potential for long-term issues. Few people understood the nature of how political Islam would manifest with extremist ideologues under the guidance of the Brotherhood as an organization. Al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, et al, all fall under the extremist rubric of the Brotherhood, or what might be considered authentic Islam.

 

The zookeepers of the Middle East watched as the Obama network supported the opening of the big cat cages. The aftermath was predictable, and within that dynamic, those zookeepers who survived have had enough of the Obama/Biden crisis. That’s why you see people like Abdel Fattal al-Sisi (Egypt), King Abdullah II (Jordan), and Mohammed Bin Salman (Saudi Arabia), completely shunning Joe Biden. They’ve simply had enough.

 

President Donald Trump represented a new dynamic within this complex relationship, a new dynamic that was actually respected and appreciated for the lack of cultural demand and the simple honesty he presented. Yes, with Trump there are positive things that can be accomplished in a common cause, but that’s not the Obama/Biden ideological approach.

 

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping are only able to influence the Middle East because the leadership within the Middle East has tired of the American manipulative agenda under Obama/Biden. Egypt joining BRICS, and the expansion of the trade bloc is one small geopolitical step in the diminishment of the overall American influence. Beneath the surface, all respect for the USA is gone, at least for the Obama/Biden approach, and we are seeing that play out in current events.

 

Yes, Barry’s fingerprints are all over this current dynamic; and yes, the leadership in the Middle East has tuned out their voices.

 

The zookeepers give cursory and polite responses, but under the surface, there is no influence left.

 

Obama/Biden and the larger ideological West will chase windmills and solar nonsense; the rest of the world won’t have time for that. It’s a completely different geopolitical landscape now, despite the ideologues in the U.S. institutions pretending they have influence.

 

Barry is a pathetic narcissist who will never admit to his failure. However, the history books -just like his own autobiographical author- will reduce him to a pathetic ego-driven small man of little character. Biden will be an asterisk.

Abstract

Background: Recently, researchers have demonstrated that Whole Body Vibration (WBV) results in significant increases in skin blood flow (SBF). No study has determined if a specific frequency or a specific duration is better at optimizing SBF.

 

Material/methods: Two studies were conducted to determine, 1) if there is a difference in SBF due to passive vibration of the forearm at 30 Hz vs. 50 Hz, 2) if one frequency is superior, and 3) if there is an optimal duration. In the first study, 18 subjects (mean age 20.3+/-2.9 years) were randomly placed into a 30 Hz or 50 Hz vibration group, and in the second, seven subjects (mean age 23.3+/-3.8 years) participated in both 30 and 50 Hz vibration. Each subject's arm was passively vibrated for 10 minutes. SBF was examined during vibration and for 15 minutes of recovery.

 

Results: Both frequencies produced significant increases in SBF (p<0.05) within the first four minutes of vibration. Peak SBFs were obtained by the fifth minute. SBF remained high for minutes 4 through 10 of vibration in the second study. In the first study, SBF remained high for minutes 4 through 9. During recovery, 30 Hz vibration produced SBFs below baseline values while 50 Hz SBFs remained above baseline. Statistically one frequency was not superior to the other.

 

Conclusions: Five minutes of 30 Hz or 50 Hz vibration produced significant increases in SBF. Clinically, 50 Hz has additional benefits because SBF increased more rapidly and did not result in vasoconstriction during the recovery period. Future studies should be done to determine if these increases in SBF could be of benefit to populations with low circulation such as those with diabetes.

New Tecumseth, ON, resident Dan Hartman has initiated a wrongful death lawsuit against Pfizer because his son Sean died from the COVID-19 vaccine.

 

“On the morning of September 27, 2021, 33 days after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination, Sean Hartman was found deceased in his bedroom by his mother,” said Sheikh Law lawyer Umar Sheikh in a court filing.

 

“The Plaintiff pleads that Sean Hartman died as a result of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination.”

 

Dan was denied money from the Vaccine Injury Support Program in March despite Sean dying after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

 

“My son died 33 days after his first Pfizer vaccine and he was a perfectly healthy boy with no underlying conditions,” he said.

 

He took a COVID-19 vaccine to be allowed to play hockey. Dan said he took him to the emergency room four days after his first dose because he had brown circles around his eyes, a rash on his face and pain in his right shoulder.

 

American pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole determined in July Sean died from the COVID-19 vaccine.

Cole examined his tissues, finding spike protein in his adrenal glands.

 

“The adrenal glands control your blood pressure, so if Sean’s blood pressure dropped, he would have died,” said Dan.

 

Dan is seeking $35.6 million in damages; specialized damages to be determined prior to the trial; prejudgment and post-judgment interest; the costs of the proceeding, including all applicable taxes; and further relief the court considers just.

 

Sheikh said Pfizer “owed a duty of care to Sean Hartman to accurately inform him of all risks associated with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination.” He added he owed him a duty to warn him of the risks associated with the safety and efficacy of these vaccines.

 

When it comes to the standard of care, Dan pleaded Pfizer breached it for the manufacturing, testing, sale, reporting and administration of its vaccines.

 

With the standard of care, Sheikh alleged it was breached when it disregarded and misrepresented the results of the safety trials by providing an incorrect characterization of the efficacy data; discounting results of adverse events on vaccinated people in the study; not highlighting all results and adverse events revealed in the studies conducted; and not stopping their administration on Canadians due to known safety concerns.

 

Dan pleaded Pfizer negligently misrepresented the safety of the vaccine and did not disclose the risks associated with it, which include but are not limited to myocarditis and pericarditis.

 

The particulars include failing to disclose people under 40 years old had an increased risk of myocarditis after taking the vaccine, rates of myocarditis were higher in adolescent males, inadequate testing was performed to ensure their safety and efficacy, failing to complete post-market surveillance and inform the Canadian government and the public of the results, failing to disclose the issues with the vaccine, and failing to identify, implement, and verify procedures to address post-market surveillance risks.

 

He accused Pfizer of improper product distribution when it was being sold. This is because the foreseeable risks exceeded the benefits associated with the product, it was more dangerous than ordinary consumers would expect, it did not have adequate, effective warnings and instructions over these dangers, inadequate testing and it was unfit for the purpose for which it was intended.

 

Sheikh concluded by saying Pfizer “concealed the fact the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination had severe possible risks and outcomes when administered, including but not limited to myocarditis, pericarditis and death, to the public, healthcare providers, and regulatory authorities, including Health Canada.”

 

“The Plaintiff pleads that the wrongful death of his son Sean Hartman was caused by the negligence of the Defendant,” he said.

#PizzaGate: Former Owner Of Dojo Pizza Found Guilty On Federal Child Sex Charges

A former Missouri Pizza shop owner was convicted on federal child sex charges after an eleven-day bench trial in May. U.S. District Court Judge Audrey Fleissig returned guilty verdicts on eight counts against four victims, all relating to child exploitation and child pornography. Loren "Sensei" Copp was not only in possession of child pornography but he was producing it. Copp is the former owner of Dojo Pizza located at 4601 Marganford Road. The case brings to mind the #PizzaGate controversy when conspiracy theorists tied leaked Obama administration documents referring to code words which could be construed for words that refer to illegal sex trafficking, including of minors.

 

The "conspiracy theory" based on the leaked emails and the coded communications within culminated in a man taking a rifle to the Comet Ping Pong, a pizza parlor and concert venue that was allegedly involved according to a Reddit user's post. The post said, "Everyone associated with the business is making semi-overt, semi-tongue-in-cheek, and semi-sarcastic inferences towards sex with minors. The artists that work for and with the business also generate nothing but cultish imagery of disembodiment, blood, beheadings, sex, and of course pizza."

There are still those that say there are definitely hidden references among not just the pizza parlor but in the personal emails of John Podesta, Hillary Clinton, and Barrack Obama among other officials and aids. The pedophile who formerly owned Dojo Pizza does not appear to be involved with the Comet Ping Pong but the case does bear some similarities in the sense that the now-convicted pedophile has ties to a pizza shop.

 

Copp himself offered himself as a trusted member of the community at trial, once he was even a youth pastor, an activist, a martial arts instructor, and an entrepreneur. He used his position of trust to gain access to peoples' children by convincing them he was trustworthy. Copp spent several years grooming and sexually abusing to female minors who had been in his custody since 2009. It started with the defendant touching the victims' buttocks area while playing what Copp called "the butt game".

 

He used the game as an excuse to touch their vaginas and breasts, and at some point, Copp even began having sex with both of the girls which he recorded on his cell phone or video camera. Copp used his pizza restaurant as a place to have sex with the girls multiple times a week and also photographed them naked inside his office.

Copp's trial involved evidence dating back to old Facebook chats between another two female minors who were also victims. Facebook was the tool that Copp used to get access to some victims by posing as a 13-year-old girl named "Chrissy". Copp's fake account used a portrait of a little girl for the profile picture. The same profile picture used by the "Chrissy" account was also found on Copp's computer. There were many, many chats between Copp and the victims that referenced sexual activity or explicit conduct.

 

All of the email accounts and social media profiles Copp used were traced back to him using the digital paper trail that is always stored including your IP address. According to the Department of Justice, Copp was indicted "on nine counts, to include production and attempted production of child pornography; possession of child pornography; and the use of interstate facilities to persuade or coerce a minor to engage in sexual activity."

 

Copp's sentencing date has been set for April 5, 2019.

The woman, later identified as a court employee,retreated after a court officer told her to return to her seat. A short time later, officers escorted the woman out of the Manhattan courtroom and arrested her. She was charged with contempt of court for disrupting a court proceeding, state court spokesperson Lucian Chalfen said.

 

None of the parties were ever in any danger,” Chalfen said.

 

Chalfen said the woman had been yelling out to Trump that she wanted to help him, though reporters in the courtroom did not hear her raise her voice. She was later heard screaming in the courthouse lobby as officers removed her from the building.

 

The woman, whom Chalfen did not name, works in a different state courthouse. She has been placed on administrative leave and barred from entering state court facilities pending an investigation, Chalfen said.

Ukraine has banned peace negotiations but its Western supporters are already changing their tune, the Russian leader has said

 

Western rhetoric on the Ukraine conflict appears to be shifting in the right direction, although Kiev must end its “theatrics” and remove legal obstacles before peace talks can resume, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.

 

“If the Ukrainian side really wants negotiations to happen, it should be done without any theatrics,” the Russian leader told journalists on Wednesday at a press conference in China.

 

Putin stated that Ukraine must abolish a law which has declared peace talks impossible as long as he remains in power. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed the ban more than a year ago, as his government pursued a military victory over Russia with Western military assistance.

 

The Russian leader claimed that Kiev has little to show its foreign backers despite months of fighting, and that some Western officials are apparently deviating from their declared goal of defeating Russia on the battlefield.

189 decomposing bodies removed from funeral home

DNA analysis to identify the badly deteriorated corpses could take several months, authorities said

 

The badly decayed bodies of at least 189 people have been removed from a Colorado funeral home after it was discovered they were being improperly stored, officials said on Tuesday, revising up previous estimates from a fortnight ago.

 

“Teams removed at least 189 individuals and transported them to the El Paso County Coroner’s Office,” Colorado’s Bureau of Investigation said on Tuesday, adding that the process had been completed on October 13. “The total number of decedents could change as the identification and investigative processes continue.”

 

Previous estimates had suggested that there were 115 corpses discovered at the scene. The bodies are in such an advanced state of decomposition that DNA analysis will be required to identify many of them – a process that might take several months, authorities said.

 

The remains of the deceased individuals were discovered by authorities who responded to a report of a foul odor emanating from the Return to Nature funeral home in a poorly-cared-for building in the small town of Penrose, Colorado.

 

The discovery of the human remains came after the owners of the funeral home had failed to make tax payments in recent months and got evicted from one of their properties. They were also sued for unpaid bills by a crematory service that had stopped doing business with the funeral home nearly a year ago, reports say.

 

“Without providing too much detail to avoid further victimizing these families, the area of the funeral home where the bodies were improperly stored was horrific,” Allen Cooper, Sheriff of Fremont County, said earlier this month.

 

Cooper added that the scene discovered by emergency workers when authorities arrived was so overwhelming that one paramedic developed a rash and required medical treatment.

 

The website for the funeral home says that it offers a so-called ‘Green Burial’ service, which it says is a way to care for a deceased loved one with minimal environmental impact – and without the use of embalming chemicals. State law requires that any body not buried within 24 hours must be properly refrigerated.

 

The owners of the funeral home have not publicly commented on the situation.

The trial went on, albeit with one other unusual moment — this one after Trump threw up his hands in frustration and grumbled to his lawyers while a witness was testifying against him.

 

Trump was in court for a second straight day Wednesday, diverting from Iowa, New Hampshire and other campaign haunts to give close attention to the case threatening to upend his real estate empire and his wealthy businessman image. Trump attended the first three days, but skipped last week. On Tuesday, he left early to give a deposition in an unrelated lawsuit.

 

In a pretrial decision last month, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump and his company, the Trump Organization, committed years of fraud by exaggerating his asset values and net worth on annual financial statements used to make deals and get better terms on loans and insurance.

 

As punishment, Engoron ordered that a court-appointed receiver take control of some Trump companies, putting the future oversight of Trump Tower and other marquee properties in question, but an appeals court has blocked that for now.

 

In a series of questions, Trump lawyer Lazaro Fields sought to establish that Larson had, at one point, undershot the projected 2015 value of a Trump-owned Wall Street office building by $114 million. Larson said the “values were not wrong – it’s what we knew at the time.”

 

Trump threw up his hands during the exchange.

On Tuesday, Larson testified that he never consulted with or gave permission for the Trump Organization’s former controller, Jeffrey McConney, to cite him as an outside expert in the valuation spreadsheets he used to create Trump’s financial statements.

 

Fields on Wednesday accused Larson of lying, pointing to a decade-old email exchange between McConney and the appraiser.

 

That touched off an angry back-and-forth between the defense and state sides, with Trump lawyer Christopher Kise suggesting that Larson could risk perjuring himself and needed to be advised about his rights against self-incrimination. State lawyer Colleen Faherty called Kise's comments “witness intimidation.”

 

After Larson was escorted out of the courtroom, Kise insisted that he was trying to protect the witness’ rights, while state lawyer Kevin Wallace complained that the defense was mounting “a performance” for the media. Ultimately, Engoron allowed Larson to return and answer the question with no legal warning. Larson said he didn’t recall the email.

 

Asked again whether he understood that McConney had asked for his input in order to carry out valuations, a weary Larson said: “That’s what it appears.”

 

Trump railed about that exchange during a court break.

 

See what’s happened? The government lied. They just lie. They didn’t reveal all of the information that they had,” Trump said. “They didn’t reveal all the evidence that made me totally innocent of anything that they say.”

 

After Larson, state lawyers called Jack Weisselberg, the son of former longtime Trump Organization finance chief Allen Weisselberg. The son, who arranged financing for Trump while an executive at Ladder Capital, testified that those deals generally started with discussions amongst father-and-son.

 

Trump’s civil trial involves six claims in James’ lawsuit that weren't resolved in Engoron’s pretrial ruling, including allegations of conspiracy, insurance fraud and falsifying business records. Engoron will decide the case, not a jury, because state law doesn’t allow one in this type of lawsuit.

 

Wednesday's dust-up was just the latest clash between Engoron and Trump.

 

After Trump maligned a key court staffer on social media on the trial’s second day, the judge, a Democrat, issued a limited gag order barring parties in the case from smearing members of his staff. Last year, Engoron held Trump in contempt and fined him $110,000 for being slow to respond to a subpoena from James' office.

Ukraine has banned peace negotiations but its Western supporters are already changing their tune, the Russian leader has said

 

Western rhetoric on the Ukraine conflict appears to be shifting in the right direction, although Kiev must end its “theatrics” and remove legal obstacles before peace talks can resume, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.

 

“If the Ukrainian side really wants negotiations to happen, it should be done without any theatrics,” the Russian leader told journalists on Wednesday at a press conference in China.

 

Putin stated that Ukraine must abolish a law which has declared peace talks impossible as long as he remains in power. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed the ban more than a year ago, as his government pursued a military victory over Russia with Western military assistance.

 

The Russian leader claimed that Kiev has little to show its foreign backers despite months of fighting, and that some Western officials are apparently deviating from their declared goal of defeating Russia on the battlefield.

 

“This transformation leads in the right direction,” Putin said. “I commend that. But it is not enough.”

 

The Russian president named EU foreign policy chiefJosep Borrellas an example of a Western figureshifting his stance.

 

On a visit to China last week, Borrell stated during a press conference with Foreign Minister Wang Yi that “we count on China to support Ukraine peace negotiations.” China has long advocated a diplomatic resolution of the Ukraine crisis.

 

Putin made the comments on Ukraine when asked by journalists to provide details of his discussions with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, whom he met in Beijing on Tuesday. The Russian leader said he had not told Orban anything that contradicted Moscow’s public stance on the Ukraine conflict.

 

Commenting on claims that Orban was “pro-Russian,” Putin said the prime minister wasactually “pro-Hungarian,” and suggested that detractors are jealous of his “courageto defend the interests of his people,” unlike many European politicians today.

 

Putin and Orban both traveled to China to participate in the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, and met on the sidelines of the event.

ECB starts preparation for digital euro in multi-year project

 

The European Central Bank took a further step on Wednesday towards launching a digital version of the euro that would let people in the 20 countries that share the single currency make electronic payments securely and free of charge.

 

The ECB said it would start a two-year "preparation phase" for the digital euro on November 1, in which it would finalise rules, choose its private-sector partners and do some "testing and experimentation". After two years, the Governing Council will decide whether to move to the next stage of preparations, to pave the way for the possible future issuance and roll-out of a digital euro," the ECB said.

 

While Wednesday's decision is a small step in a multi-year project, it sets the ECB ahead of the other central banks of the Group of Seven (G7) wealthy nations and it may constitute a blueprint for others to follow.

"So far, the ECB has not been able to clearly communicate the added value of the digital euro," said Markus Ferber, a German member of the European parliament for the conservative European People's Party.

 

One of the key complaints is that a digital currency may facilitate a run on commercial banks at times of crisis while providing little improvement compared to existing accounts.

 

The ECB says a digital euro will create competition in the market for payments, dominated by U.S. credit card companies.

 

To assuage concerns about a hollowing out of commercial banks, the ECB has said it would set a cap on how many digital euros any individual may own, likely in the region of 3,000 euros.

UK accuses China of widespread industrial espionage

Beijing is seeking a foothold in industries such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing, the head of MI5 has claimed

 

More than 20,000 people in the UK have been approached covertly online by Chinese spies seeking to steal industrial or technological secrets, the head of domestic counter-intelligence service MI5 has claimed.

 

Speaking at a California summit of the ‘Five Eyes’ intelligence chiefs on Tuesday, Ken McCallum said that industrial espionage is progressing at a “real scale,” and that about 10,000 UK businesses are at risk of having trade secrets stolen.

 

The MI5 director general argued that the fields of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and synthetic biology were particularly at risk, given that these are areas in which Beijing is supposedly seeking to gain innovative knowledge.

 

“Week by week, our teams detect massive amounts of covert activity by the likes of China in particular,” McCallum said, also explaining that the alleged espionage is not necessarily aimed at government or military secrets “but increasingly at promising start-ups.”

 

“If you’re working today at the cutting edge of technology then geopolitics is interested in you, even if you’re not interested in geopolitics,” he stated.

 

McCallum alleged that a key strategy used by Beijing has been to pose as recruitment experts on social networks such as LinkedIn. “We think we’re above 20,000 cases where that initial approach has been made online through sites of that sort,” added the spy chief, without indicating a time period for the figures.

“That threat has only gotten more dangerous and more insidious in recent years,” Wray alleged, also stating that there are more than 2,000 active FBI investigations into alleged Chinese espionage in the US.

 

Mike Burgess, Australia’s intelligence chief, acknowledged that “all nations spy – but thebehavior we are talking about here goes well beyond traditional espionage.”

 

Speaking last month following the publication of similar claims of espionage, a spokesperson for the Chinese Embassy in London dismissed reports of widespread spying by Beijing in the UK.

 

The spokesperson stated that “the claim that China is suspected of ‘stealing British intelligence’ is completely fabricated and nothing butmalicious slander.
