It's a central idea to a more ideal system of goverment; a representative republic; the Senate carrying out the popular will of the People. It came to be after the Roman Kingdom, and the idea persisted throughout the empire. Just because a douchenozzle that has questionable ties to even worse douchenozzles has it tattooed on himself doesn't mean it represents or belongs to them. It represents a concept worth fighting for; much like the restoration of our own Republic that good people are fighting for. It doesn't belong to "them". It belongs to the People regardless of their composition.

 

Along with religion, philosophy, education, medicine, money, they took our civics and rub our noses in it. None of it belongs to them, exclusively, or at all, really.

United States Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) operates a small number of Boeing C-32B passenger jet aircraft, providing global airlift for U.S. government crisis response activities. These may include U.S. State Department Foreign Emergency Support Teams (FEST), which deploy in response to terrorism incidents around the world. They may also fly in support of CIA Special Activities.

These are highly secretive units, with little information publicly available about their activities. The aircraft have been spotted in a plain white paint scheme, with minimal markings. They appear to change serial numbers many times - no doubt an attempt to keep a low profile.

Noteworthy, using LiveATC radio stream on KDCA approach Iโ€™ve heard it using an unusual callsign โ€œJenna 71โ€ being vectored for an ILS approach for RWY 19L at Andrews AFB. The aircraft hasnโ€™t used one of the callsigns used by the 227 SOF (the most usual of which is โ€œTerraโ€) but โ€œJennaโ€ or โ€œJenaโ€ that according to some websites should be used by non-FBI aircraft and non-FBI flight crews involved in FBI operations. Conduits to Targets

Within MILDEC, conduits are information or intelligence gateways to the deception target. Conduits may be used to control flows of information to a deception target. It is rare that a deceptive message is sent directly to the deception target itself. Most often, deception messages are sent to intelligence collectors (conduits) with the expectation that the deceptive message will systematically make its way to the deception target.

a. Examples of conduits include FISS, intelligence collection platforms, open-source intelligence, and individuals through whom information reaches the deception target.

b. The development and utilization of conduits should be approached systematically. A path should be discernable from the initial input to the conduit to the deception target. Ideally, conduits are part of a closed loop system which facilitate and enable feedback regarding receipt of the deceptive message by the intended deception target and whether or not the desired adversary actions are occurring or will occur. Factors to be considered include: Are there stop gaps between the initial receptor and the final desired end point (the deception target)? Are there filters that might skew the desired perception? Are there conduits that might potentially validate or contradict the desired message? In the case of FISS, could the conduit potentially serve as a feedback mechanism? JP 3-13.4

Anon had the pleasure of attending IU during the Coach Knight glory days and a championship, meeting him on a few occasions and knowing several players. "DENVER โ€“ A heavily armed man killed himself rather than carry out an apparent plan to shoot up a mountaintop amusement park in Colorado, his body discovered in a bathroom next to words scrawled on the wall, "I am not a killer," authorities said Monday.

 

Diego Barajas Medina, 20, was found dead in a women's bathroom at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park by a maintenance crew on Saturday morning, before the park opened to the public. He died of a self-inflected gunshot wound to the head, Garfield County Coroner Robert Glassmire said.

 

Medina apparently entered the park while it was closed, armed with an AR-style rifle, a semi-automatic handgun and explosives and was wearing body armor and tactical clothing, similar to what a police SWAT team member might wear, authorities said.

 

A message saying, "I am not a killer, I just wanted to get into the caves," was written on a wall of the bathroom where Medina's body was found lying on the floor, Garfield County Sheriff Lou Vallario said. Nearby was a handgun and explosive devices, some real and some fake, he said. The AR-style rifle was on a counter nearby along with a duty belt holding several ammunition magazines.

 

Vallario could not say for certain that Medina wrote the message.

 

There were no prior indications, either at home or school, suggesting he was planning an attack, Vallario said. But the sheriff noted that investigators have not conducted any in-depth interviews yet. The FBI will help review Medina's phone records and social media postings as part of the investigation, he said.

 

"Given the preparation, given the amount of weapons and ordnance he had it almost seemed very highly likely he intended to use those against the community. He chose not to," Vallario said.

 

Multiple improvised explosive devices were found in the vehicle used by Medina, police said. Authorities searched the rest of the park for other explosives but suggested no others were found.

 

Medina's body was removed Sunday after the scene was deemed safe, according to the coroner.

 

The park likely would have been crowded on a fall weekend during hunting season when people go to the mountains to see the changing autumn colors, Vallario said. Given the park's isolated location, which visitors take a gondola to normally, it would have been difficult to get any wounded to the hospital, he said.

 

Medina was from the nearby town of Carbondale, where he lived with his mother and brother, Vallario said. In a list of high school graduates published in a local newspaper in 2021, Medina said he planned to work for a year after graduation before attending Colorado Mountain College, a community college with several locations in western Colorado.

 

A search of his room by law enforcement found nothing to indicate explosives or bomb-making, and he had no known criminal history or prior encounters with police, the sheriff said.

 

The weapons found on Medina were ghost guns, which do not have serial numbers and therefore cannot be traced. His clothing had patches and emblems that gave the appearance of Medina being associated with law enforcement.

 

Some of the suspected explosives turned out to be fakes - including several that looked like hand grenades - but others were real, the sheriff said. However, there was no evidence to suggest that explosive devices had been placed elsewhere inside the park, he said.

 

Investigators believe Medina drove up to the park on a service road.

 

The park, which is surrounded by state-owned public land, is on a mountain above the Colorado River in western Colorado. Its attractions include cave tours, an alpine coaster and a pendulum swing ride perched on the edge of a cliff that sends riders over the river canyon.

 

No employees or visitors were on scene when Medina entered the park, according to a statement issued Monday by Glenwood Caverns, and his body was found outside of restricted areas where rides are located.

 

"This very sad and tragic incident reminds us how much our Glenwood Springs community means to us," Glenwood Caverns General Manager Nancy Heard said in the statement."

On November 27, 1934, Special Agent/Inspector SamuelP.Cowley and Special Agent Herman E. Hollis were mortally wounded while trying to capture Lester Gillis, aka "Baby Face" Nelson. Agent Hollis died the same day, and Inspector Cowley died the following morning. A wide search for Gillis was underway when word was received in the FBI's Chicago office that he and his associates were spotted driving in Wisconsin. When two agents located Gillis, his wife Helen, and his companion John Paul Chase in a car near Barrington, Illinois, a gun battle ensued.

 

The agents crippled the criminals' car, which was abandoned after a short pursuit. When Inspector Cowley and Special Agent Hollis encountered the criminals and began to exit their car, Chase and Gillis opened fire. Both men were shot, but not before severely wounding Nelson, who died later that evening. Chase was later apprehended, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison.

 

Inspector Cowley was born in July 1899 in Franklin, Idaho. By 1926, he had received degrees from the Utah Agricultural College in Logan, Utah and the Law School of George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He entered the Bureau as an agent in 1929 and was promoted to the grade of inspector in 1934.

US FDIC is probing former First Republic Bank directors and officers

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is investigating potential misconduct by executives and board members of First Republic Bank (FRCB.PK), raising the prospect of stiff penalties for the failed bank's former bosses.

"We can confirm a D&O probe into First Republic is taking place," a spokesperson told Reuters on Wednesday, referring to the bank's directors and officers. The regulator did not provide further details. The investigation, which has not previously been reported, is the third the FDIC has opened into bank failures earlier this year which cost the federal government's deposit insurance fund about $32 billion.

FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg said in March the agency was also probing possible misconduct related to the collapses of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Signature Bank (SBNY.PK) New York. The FDIC has not provided updates on these investigations. The three banks, which combined held more than half a trillion dollars in assets, failed following depositor runs. Regulators have said they each exhibited weak risk management and ran high levels of uninsured deposits.

As with SVB and Signature Bank, the FDIC is probing whether First Republic executives and board members broke rules that require them to act in the bank's best interests.

Under federal law, the FDIC can ban former directors and officers from the industry, and impose fines for breaching their fiduciary duty and unsafe or unsound practices that involve dishonesty or "willful or continuing disregard" for a bank's well being.

 

Former First Republic CEO and President Michael Roffler and former Executive Chairman James Herbert could not immediately be reached for comment. Attorneys representing the bank's independent board members did not immediately return requests for comment.

Roffler told lawmakers in May that regulators never expressed any concern about the bank's strategy, liquidity or management and it had been "contaminated overnight" by the depositor panic from SVB and Signature Bank.

In 2018, citizen journalists and the anon community dug up overwhelming evidence suggesting that a woman named Rachel โ€œRayโ€ Chandler, who provided โ€œmodelsโ€ for the pedophile promoting & Satanic fashion house Balenciaga, was trafficking children for Hillary and Bill Clintonโ€™s close pal Jeffrey Epstein.

In 2016, Chandler helped curate the lineup for Demna Gvsaliaโ€™s fall/winter Balenciaga show. โ€œI suggested a few people for them [Balenciaga] and they ended up taking all of my suggestions,โ€ Chandler told i-d. โ€œSo I thought, OK, I must be good at this.โ€

 

Chandlerโ€™s Instagram and Tumblr pages displayed photos that depicted tortured, bloodied and abused children. There were also photos she posted of children acting out a Satanic ritual over a pentagram painted on the floor. In another photo, thereโ€™s several mannequins wearing black robes that are known to be worn during Satanic rituals. Thereโ€™s one photo she posted of CCTV footage believed to be surveillance at Jeffrey Epsteinโ€™s pedophile island Little St. James where sheโ€™s believed to be a regular visitor โ€” at best.

 

Thereโ€™s a photo in this surveillance that has been analyzed in-depth by anons. Many skilled researchers believe it shows people engaging in barbaric cannibalism in an underground facility. In another horrifying image, Chandler strikes a model pose as sheโ€™s tackling a distressed young woman with her arms tied up on a beach possibly taken on Epsteinโ€™s pedophile island. NEW: Multiple New Jersey Democrats have been charged with election fraud crimes involving mail in ballots.

 

Paterson City Council President Alex Mendez was indicted for alleged crimes committed during the 2020 election.

 

Mendez allegedly supervised an operation that stole mail in ballots from mailboxes and replaced the ones that were not for him.

 

His wife and two others were also charged.
