🚨BREAKING: The lawyer attempting to subpoena Trump prosecutors Fani Willis and Nathan Wade highlights that Wade submitted two different sworn statements in separate courts regarding his inappropriate relationship with Willis.

In May 2023, Wade filed in divorce court that he didn't have any other relationships.

 

However, in a recent sworn affidavit filed in the Trump case, both Willis and Wade stated they had been in a relationship since 2022.

 

When accusations about their improper relationship surfaced, Wade amended his divorce court filing, citing the Fifth Amendment.

 

"We've got two declarations in two different courts, both sworn and filed with the court, that say something completely different," the lawyer stated.

 

"We've got a 2023 filing under oath by Mr. Wade, stating he didn't have a relationship."

 

"Then we've got a filing stating he did have one starting in 2022."

 

"And then, once that came about, he fixed the incorrect affidavit that was filed back in 2023."

Herbert Wigwe, along with his wife and son were among the six people on board when the aircraft went down shortly after 10 p.m. near Interstate 15.

 

The crash happened south of I-15 near Halloran Springs Road, about 75 miles (120 km) northeast of Barstow, according to Michael Graham of the National Transportation Safety Board.

 

The aircraft did not have a cockpit voice recorder or a flight data recorder and was not required to have them..

 

The Airbus EC-130 left Palm Springs Airport at around 8:45 p.m. on Friday and was traveling to Boulder City, Nevada, Graham said.

 

Boulder City is about 26 miles (40 kilometers) southeast of Las Vegas, where the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers are set to play in the Super Bowl 58.

 

Flight-tracking data shows the helicopter was traveling along the interstate about 1,000 to 1,500 feet (304.80 to 457.20 meters) above ground level.

 

The aircraft made a slight right turn, turning south of the roadway, and the data then shows a gradual descent and increasing ground speed.

 

The wreckage site shows that helicopter hit the ground with its nose low at a right-bank angle,

 

The flight was a charter operated by Orbic Air LLC.

A New Jewish Temple?

 

Are we any closer to the rebuilding of the Temple today? The world is radically opposed to Israel’s claims in Jerusalem, much less their contested ownership of the Temple Mount. On a practical level, Jews are banned by Israeli law from praying at the site, and those who visit are daily accosted by Muslims, such as the Women in Black, who maintain a constant vigil on Jewish presence at the site. In addition, the Islamic authorities officially deny that a Temple ever existed at the site. Nevertheless, recent developments have contributed to the Temple Movement’s goals and the realization of the rebuilding of the Temple in our lifetime.

 

Answering the charge of denial a Jewish Temple ever existed on the site, archaeologists discovered in decades-old research that the site of the Al-Aqsa mosque, which Muslims believe was built by Abraham, was once a place for Jewish ritual preparation for entering the Temple. The evidence for this came from a report filed by British archaeologist Robert Hamilton who had documented excavations of the mosque’s foundations after it was destroyed in an earthquake in 1927. He discovered beneath the floor of the mosque the remains of a Jewish miqveh (ritual pool used for purification). It dated to the time of the Second Temple when Jews immersed at this site before entering the Temple precincts. These findings, hidden deep in the British Mandatory archives department because they embarrassed Muslim officials, now provide evidence that the ancient Temple stood on the modern Temple Mount and was a place of Jewish presence.

 

Concerning the preparations for the Temple service, the Sanhedrin has taken steps necessary for reinstating future Temple service. One project of the group has been the planting of the Biblical Temple forest which will serve the agricultural needs of the Third Temple. Rabbi Hillel Weiss, spokesman for the Sanhedrin, explained that the Temple provided a link between the land and the Divine: “When people think about sacrifices, they think about animals and blood, but most were from plants grown around Israel.”

 

Rabbi Richman, also a member of the Sanhedrin, has been heading a project to restore the sacred Red Heifer to Israel. According to Numbers 19, the ashes of the Red Heifer mixed with water are a necessary element for purifying Jews to enable them to do service in the Temple. During the time of the First and Second Temples, a span of approximately 1,000 years, only nine Red Heifers were used in preparing the waters used to purify Jews. According to Jewish tradition, the tenth one will be used by the Messiah. Richman and other rabbis of the Temple Institute are providing halachic supervision and guidance in partnership with an Israeli cattleman who is an expert in the science of animal husbandry. He is utilizing the technique of implanting the frozen embryos of the Red Angus cattle, which originally come from North America, into Israeli domestic cattle. A red heifer cannot be transported to Israel for use in the Red Heifer ceremony, because the animal cannot have ever worn a yoke and must be born in the Land of Israel. The project is the culmination of years of research at the Temple Institute that fuses ancient religious texts and modern science.

 

The Sanhedrin and the Temple Movement also hold reenactments of Temple ceremonies for the training of those who are from the priestly class known as Kohanim. This training involves special schooling on the duties of the priests, the use of ritual vessels created for use in the Third Temple, and practice on a newly constructed altar of burnt offering. This altar is unique because it was designed to be disassembled and quickly reassembled in its proper permanent location, because the people of Israel are required to build an altar exclusively on the site of the original altar on Mount Moriah, the Temple Mount. When the time is right, it will be re-assembled on the Mount in the Temple, enabling the sacrificial service to be resumed without delay.

While the Temple Movement continues to prepare for the rebuilding of the Temple, most understand that some political action must take place to reverse the present situation of control of the Mount by Muslims, in order to allow for Jewish access. Those who understand Daniel’s prophecy of the seventieth week (Daniel 9:27) know that it is a future political leader, the Antichrist of Revelation 13, who will one day make a deceptive covenant with the Jewish leaders, leading to the rebuilding of the Third Temple.

 

How might this happen? One possibility was found in an academic book on the politics of the Temple Mount: “Given the emphasis upon the international community’s interest in the sites, under the concept of heritage of humankind, representatives from the international community need to be included as mediators and guarantors. These would likely come from the United Nations (UNESCO) and drawn from regional powers such as the Arab League, NATO, or interested states such as the U.S., the E.U., and Russia…Any proposed legal regime will require interfaith cooperation composed of religious leaders from the region. It may be supplemented by international religious leaders who may serve as mediators.”1 Those who seek to understand biblical prophecy know that the Antichrist will be followed by both political and religious leaders, making this kind of proposal a reality.

Perhaps he was tired of seeing how certain races/countries were being constantly abused and kept in need/poor/and suffering all for a specific purpose.

That just so happens to be the exact same day that Ukraine’s top prosecutor Vitaliy Yarema was fired.

 

Yarema was replaced by Viktor Shokin.

 

You may recall that in December of 2015, Joe Biden threatened to withhold $1 Billion in loan guarantees from Ukraine unless Shokin was fired. At the time, Shokin was investigating Zlovchesky, the owner of Burisma, where Hunter Biden was a board member.

HMS Prince of Wales fails to depart for NATO exercises

 

A Royal Navy aircraft carrier has failed to set sail for a Nato exercise, a week after its sister ship pulled out because of a mechanical fault.

 

HMS Prince of Wales was due to replace HMS Queen Elizabeth in Exercise Steadfast Defender - the largest Nato exercise since the Cold War.

 

However, the £3bn warship has remained in Portsmouth and the harbour mouth has been reopened to normal marine traffic.

 

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) said the departure had been "postponed".

 

Hundreds of people lined Portsmouth Harbour to watch the carrier's scheduled departure at 12:15 GMT.

 

However, after MoD police boats secured the area and the harbour mouth was closed, the channel was reopened and the crowd dispersed.

 

Last Sunday, HMS Queen Elizabeth cancelled its deployment to the exercise off Norway at the last minute, after an "issue" was found with a coupling on the starboard propeller shaft.

 

In 2022, HMS Prince of Wales broke down off the Isle of Wight, when it also suffered a malfunction with a coupling on its starboard propeller.

 

The MoD previously said the issues were "separate and not linked".

 

HMS Prince of Wales was taken to Rosyth, Fife, to undergo repairs, which took nine months to complete.

 

An MoD spokesman said the sailing had been postponed and added that a further announcement would be made later on Sunday.

"America deserves better than the Senate's status quo."

House Speaker Mike Johnson released a statement on Monday night slamming the stand-alone $95 billion foreign aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and other areas in the Indo-Pacific, saying the senate bill "failed to meet the moment."

 

 

"House Republicans were crystal clear from the very beginning of discussions that any so-called national security supplemental legislation must recognize that national security begins at our own border. The House acted ten months ago to help enact transformative policy change by passing the Secure Our Border Act, and since then, including today, the Senate has failed to meet the moment," the statement read.

 

"The Senate did the right thing last week by rejecting the Ukraine-Taiwan-Gaza-Israel-Immigration legislation due to its insufficient border provisions, and it should have gone back to the drawing board to amend the current bill to include real border security provisions that would actually help end the ongoing catastrophe," Johnson wrote.

 

He added, "Instead, the Senate's foreign aid bill is silent on the most pressing issue facing our country. The mandate of national security supplemental legislation was to secure America's own border before sending additional foreign aid around the world. It is what the American people demand and deserve. Now, in the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters. America deserves better than the Senate's status quo."

 

The statement from Johnson comes amidst a Senate vote to motion for cloture that, if passed, would essentially bring debate over the bill to a close ahead of a vote to pass it.

House Speaker Mike Johnson Effectively Kills Senate Supplemental Ukraine Aid Bill

 

In a rare bipartisan move, Senate Republicans and Democrats worked together to push through a supplemental foreign aid bill that would send even more money (with virtually strings attached) to Ukraine.

 

While conservatives in the Senate blasted the bill, their hopes were on the House killing it before it could be brought up to a vote. Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky gave a fiery speech on the floor about the issue on Monday afternoon.

The bill has not formally passed the Senate, but it's already dead in the House.

 

In a statement released on Monday night, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) announced that the bill would not be taken up in his chamber, and that the House would instead "have to continue to work its own" regarding what conservatives see as the bigger issue - the southern border.

 

"House Republicans were crystal clear from the very beginning of discussions that any so-called national security supplemental legislation must recognize that national security begins at our own border," Johnson said in his statement. "The House acted ten months ago to help enact transformative policy change by passing the Secure Our Border Act, and since then, including today, the Senate has failed to meet the moment."

As of now, House Republicans are set on focusing on the crisis at the border instead of foreign aid, arguing that securing the U.S. border is more important than U.S. funds securing the borders of other nations.

 

"The mandate of national security supplemental legislation was to secure America's own border before sending additional foreign aid around the world. It is what the American people demand and deserve," Johnson said. "Now, in the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters. America deserves better than the Senate's status quo."

The announcement effectively kills the Senate supplemental bill before it even reaches the House floor. The bill has overcome procedural hurdles in the Senate, but as of Monday evening some Republican senators were fighting hard against the bill's passage. Johnson's statement guarantees that, even if it passes the Senate, it wouldn't advance anywhere in the House.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III, aged 70, was admitted to the Critical Care Unit at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Sunday, following complications related to an emergent bladder issue.

 

This development comes amid Austin’s ongoing battle with prostate cancer, diagnosed in December, raising concerns about his health and capacity to fulfill his duties.

 

The Pentagon initially reported Austin’s hospitalization on Sunday afternoon, stating that he was being treated for symptoms suggesting a bladder issue.

 

Despite the serious nature of his condition, the Pentagon confirmed that Austin retained his powers shortly after his admission. However, by the evening, the situation seemed to have escalated, leading to the transfer of his responsibilities to Deputy Secretary Kathleen Hicks.

 

Austin’s health has been a subject of controversy and concern following revelations of his prostate cancer diagnosis.

 

It can be recalled that Austin secretly had prostate cancer surgery on December 22. He was placed under general anesthesia for the operation after being gravely ill with a spreading infection and intestinal issues requiring a tube to drain his stomach. Then, on January 1, he was admitted to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland following the complications from the surgery.

 

The Pentagon said that Austin did not inform Joe Biden, the White House, or Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks about the medical procedure.

 

Austin kept just about everyone in the dark about his condition until early January, including Joe Biden, even though the U.S. is involved in conflicts in the Middle East and Europe and a hot zone in the South China Sea.

 

On Sunday evening, Dr. John Maddox, Trauma Medical Director, and Dr. Gregory Chesnut of the Murtha Cancer Center at Walter Reed, provided an update on Secretary Austin’s condition, stating that after undergoing tests and evaluations, the Secretary required admission into the critical care unit (CCU) for comprehensive care and monitoring.

 

According to Healthline, CCU is comparable to an intensive care unit (ICU). Both terms can be used interchangeably.

Angela Chao, the chief executive and chair of New York-based bulker owner Foremost Group, has passed away after a tragic car accident.

 

Born in 1974 into a family with deep roots in the shipping industry, Chao was the youngest of the six daughters of James Chao, who founded Foremost Group with her mother, the late Ruth Mulan Chu Chao, in 1964.

Chao was a board member of the American Bureau of Shipping Council and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy’s International Maritime Business Department advisory board, among her various other appointments.

 

She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Chao obtained her master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School, where she used her shipping knowledge to write a case study on “Ocean Carriers” that, to this day, is part of the required curriculum for first-year students.

 

Foremost said Chao was a passionate advocate for environmentally sustainable practices, but that most importantly, she believed that the foundational element of success is the belief that shipping is not an asset finance business, but that it’s about people.

 

“She placed special emphasis on paying attention to the care and well-being of our crews and to everyone onboard and onshore who played a role in performing our services. As a result, her leadership in the shipping industry was widely recognised.”

Before the Ping May, a rusty cargo vessel, could disembark from the port of Santa Marta en route to the Netherlands in late August, Colombian inspectors boarded the boat and made a discovery. Hidden in the ship’s chain locker, amidst its load of coal bound for Europe, were approximately 40 kilograms, or about ninety pounds, of cocaine. A Colombian Coast Guard official told The Nation that there is an ongoing investigation.

 

The seizure of the narcotics shipment in the Caribbean port occurred far away from Kentucky, the state in which Senator Mitch McConnell is now facing a career-defining election. But the Republican Senate minority leader has the closest of ties to the owner of the Ping May, the vessel containing the illicit materials: the Foremost Maritime Corporation, a firm founded and owned by McConnell’s in-laws, the Chao family.

 

Though Foremost has played a pivotal role in McConnell’s life, bestowing the senator with most of his personal wealth and generating thousands in donations to his campaign committees, the drug bust went unnoticed in Kentucky, where every bit of McConnell-related news has generated fodder for the campaign trail. COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley has signed a tax cut for military retirees into law.

 

Haley signed the bill Tuesday. The Legislature gave final approval to the compromise minutes before the session ended Thursday.

 

Supporters hope the tax deductions encourage working-age veterans to find a job in South Carolina after they retire.

 

The tax benefits for veterans who served 20 years in uniform will phase in over five years. By 2020, military retirees younger than 65 can deduct $17,500 of their income earned in the state. Older retirees can exempt up to $30,000. Once fully phased in, the cuts are expected to reduce state revenues by $18 million.

 

The House's initial version allowed for bigger benefits sooner.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Gov. Nikki Haley has signed into law a bill that gives military veterans in-state tuition at South Carolina colleges and universities as soon as they become residents.

 

Haley signed the bill Thursday, about a week after it unanimously passed the House, The Senate also passed the bill unanimously.

 

The law will waive the requirement that someone must live in South Carolina for a year to get in-state tuition. It applies to any veteran who was honorably discharged.

 

Republican Rep. Bill Taylor of Aiken says passing the bill this year was vital because all veterans attending college in the state on the Post 9/11 GI Bill would lose their benefits this summer without the law.

Smoke billows from chemical blast in Peru

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III underwent non-surgical procedures under general anesthesia to address his bladder issue. We anticipate a successful recovery and will closely monitor him overnight.

 

A prolonged hospital stay is not anticipated. We anticipate the Secretary will be able to resume his normal duties tomorrow. The current bladder issue is not expected to change his anticipated full recovery. His cancer prognosis remains excellent.

Mystery Shipwreck Leaking Oil in Trinidad and Tobago

Trinidad and Tobago is currently dealing with a significant oil spill from a mystery ship that ran aground last week.

 

The country’s Prime Minister, Keith Rowley, stated on Sunday that the spill is yet to be brought under control and described the situation as a “national emergency.”

 

The unidentified vessel capsized last Wednesday, February 7, without sending a distress signal, no known crew members, and no clear indication of ownership. The incident has resulted in a significant oil spill that has impacted nearly 10 miles of coastline.

 

Prime Minister Rowley has said that cleanup and restoration efforts can only begin once the spill is under control. However, despite their efforts, divers have been unsuccessful in stopping the leak.

 

Hundreds of volunteers are working to manage the spread of the oil.

 

The spill’s impact has reached the village of Lambeau, located on the southeast coast of Tobago Island, where residents have been advised to wear masks or relocate temporarily.

 

The mysterious vessel, bearing the name “Gulfstream,” is suspected to have been involved in illicit activities, according to Rowley.

 

Despite the ongoing investigation and cleanup efforts, much about the ship remains unknown, including its origins and contents. Divers have been working to find additional markings to help identify the overturned vessel. Officials suspect it may have been under tow.

 

The country’s Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management (ODPM) has provided equipment aid the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) in response to the oil spill. The Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force (TTDF) has providing additional provisions for the response, including Tyvek suits, hazmat bins, and shovels, which will be crucial for clean-up and containment efforts.

 

The disaster unfortunately coincides with the peak of Carnival, a critical season for the country’s tourism industry.

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has a five-point policy plan to assist United States veterans, including a vision to require members of Congress to obtain their healthcare through the Department of Veterans of Affairs (VA), Breitbart News has learned.

 

Haley’s campaign exclusively shared her policy plan with Breitbart News ahead of a busy day on the New Hampshire campaign trail on Tuesday, where she will unveil her Veterans for Nikki Coalition.

 

“Hold the VA Accountable”

Haley’s vision for a mandate requiring members of Congress aims to bolster Congressional Oversight of the Veterans Health Administration and incentivize Congress to optimize it for the nation’s veterans.

 

Currently, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management notes that House and Senate offices offer group health insurance plans to members and staff through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP).

 

Members of Congress and their staffers were eligible for Federal Employee Health Benefits until 2014 when an Affordable Care Act amendment established a requirement that members obtain coverage through employer-sponsored insurance or the exchange.

 

“Increase Access to Healthcare”

Haley, the former governor of South Carolina and former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, also aims to “increase access to healthcare” for veterans, including allowing them to choose what hospital and which doctor they go to and tackling wait times.

 

Last year a JAMA study found that veterans waited an average of 29 days for primary care appointments at VHA medical centers, the Patient Engagement Hit reported. Wait times also averaged “38.9 days for a primary appointment” at community-based clinics.

 

Moreover, the Americans for Prosperity Foundation last year obtained documents that reportedly show the VA created an additional layer of review for veterans who are already eligible for community care, potentially prolonging wait times or denial of community care. This “could lead to longer wait times or denial of community care,” per the organization.

 

Additionally, Haley plans to increase access to Telehealth, which upwards of 2.2 million veterans used in the fiscal year 2022 under expanded access during the pandemic. Haley would make it so the expanded access is permanent if elected.

 

“Tackle Mental Healthcare”

The third facet of her plan is to “tackle mental healthcare.” The Wounded Warrior Project notes one in three veterans suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Thirty percent of veterans also have suicidal thoughts, according to a 2019 WWP survey reported by the Military Times.

 

Haley envisions having healthcare providers screen for mental health in the same way that physical health symptoms are looked for while giving them the freedom to choose their own providers. She also plans to speed up treatment for substance abuse, which advocates have testified takes months in some cases to access, as the Military Times reported in April.

 

“Support Veterans from Start to Finish”

Another aspect of Haley’s vision includes helping veterans with transitions into civilian life “long after they leave the military.” This entails making veterans’ benefits, such as tax credits, “available to veterans’ spouses” and providing them options for using GI bill funds beyond education.

 

“Make Our Veterans Proud of Their Service”

Finally, Haley seeks to make “veterans proud of their service” by eradicating “wokeness” and eliminating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives from the military. She also would continue investing in the military, “so it is the strongest in the world.”

 

Haley has multiple immediate family members who have served. Her husband, Michael Haley, is a member of the South Carolina National Guard and a full-time federal military technician. In 2013, he deployed a combat zone in Afghanistan while she served as Palmetto’s State executive.

 

Mitti Randhawa, Haley’s brother, is also a veteran, having served as an army major with a deployment to Iraq during Operation Desert Storm.

 

As governor, she signed a law cutting taxes for veteran retirees, as the Associated Press noted at the time. Additionally, Haley signed an order that established a veterans policy advisory committee to understand veterans’ needs an improve policy.
