Trump is once again being true to his America-First convictions. [Trump's] question to Trudeau was pointed, and remains unanswered: "So your country can't survive unless it's ripping off the U.S. to the tune of $100 billion?" Trump explained that the Panama Canal "was given to Panama and to the people of Panama, but it has provisions, you gotta treat us fairly and they haven't treated us fairly." There's the bottom line: if the United States doesn't control the Panama Canal and Greenland, China or Russia likely will, and the consequences could be severe both for the American economy and for national security.

A terrorist attack at 3:15 a.m. on New Year’s Day exposed to the world the deadly consequences of the dysfunctional leadership of New Orleans. The Crescent City has been controlled by the Democratic Party since 1872, when the last Republican Mayor left office. The current Democrat Mayor, LaToya Cantrell, is thankfully in the final year of her second term in office. She has been enmeshed in controversy from the beginning of her tenure as Mayor. While she survived a recall effort, she is currently embroiled in a federal investigation involving local businessmen, who allegedly gave her gifts in exchange for the firing of a city employee.

Sen. Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) suggested during an interview over the weekend that Republicans needed to have “realistic” expectations about how many deportations will happen during the next four years under President-elect Donald Trump.

 

Thune made the remarks during a Sunday interview on NBC News’ “Meet The Press” when asked about Trump’s top agenda item after taking office — the removal of millions of illegal aliens who have invaded the country under President Joe Biden.

 

“Certainly there are categories of people who’ve committed crimes,” he said when talking about who should be targeted first for deportation. “There are over a million people that the current administration had targeted for deportation. And so I think that we have to take seriously the fact that there are a lot of people in this country today, over 10 million, who’ve come in just in the last four years under this administration’s policies, many of whom are not here for good reasons.”

 

“I mean, we know we’ve apprehended almost 300 people at the southern border that are on the terrorist watch list. And you’ve got criminals, and cartel members, and gang members, and all of the above,” he continued. “So I think that as we think about what those next steps are, the first thing is securing that border, and making sure that we change the incentive structure so people aren’t incentivized to come here illegally, which they have been for the past four years, and that we do everything to ensure that the border personnel, the ICE agents and border agents, have the resources that they need to do their job.”

 

He said that in addition to the resources needed to remove the illegal aliens, more physical barriers were needed to secure the southern border in addition to advanced technology that can assist Border Patrol agents.

 

“It’s going to take resources, obviously, to get people to leave the country,” he said. “We’re going to have to make sure the administration has the resources they need to enable them to do that. Is it realistic to deport everybody? I mean, there’s a lot of people in this country who are here illegally.”

 

“But I think they have identified already and, like I said, anybody who has committed a crime in this country clearly out to be on that list,” he said. “And there are a bunch of folks, over a million, 1.4 million I think, on the current administration’s list of people that need to be deported. So start with that, and then we’ll go from there and figure it out. But I think that the administration when they take office, these are decisions, obviously, they’re going to have to make.”

Counterintelligence chief Jay Bratt feared Trump would retaliate by firing him

A top Justice Department national security prosecutor has become an early casualty of the incoming Trump administration, abruptly resigning from the department last week before incoming appointees can retaliate against him for his key role in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the former president.

 

The resignation of Jay Bratt, a career lawyer who served as chief of the counterintelligence and export controls section inside the national security division before being detailed to Smith’s staff, has not been publicly announced by the department.

 

But three sources familiar with the move described it to SpyTalk as a significant and even chilling event previewing a potential exodus ofseasoned government lawyers and FBI agents who fear the wrath of Pam Bondi, Trump ’s pick for attorney general, Kash Patel==, his intended nominee for FBI Director, and their expected army of MAGA loyalists in line to fill out top posts.

 

“They’re forcing him out. There isn’t any doubt that, like [FBI Director Chris] Wray, he’s leaving to get ahead of the axe,” said one former Justice official who attended a farewell party for Bratt at the Justice Department’s seventh floor media center on Friday.

 

Reached by phone on Sunday, Bratt, 65—who served as a Justice lawyer for more than three decades—confirmed his departure, but declined to comment further.Bratt, who had achieved senior executive status within the department, has told friends and colleagues that he concluded it “wasn’t worth it” to stay at the department only to fight what he fully expected to be a “wrongful termination” notice from his new bosses at Justice, according to a source familiar with his conversations. (In 2018, Trump’s attorney general Jeff Sessions fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who was deeply involved in investigations relating to the Trump campaign’s alleged ties to Russia, and removed his pension. But McCabe successfully sued to win it back, arguing that the action was politically motivated.)

 

Upbeat Sendoff

Bratt’s farewell party at the Justice Department, the former official said, was largely devoid of “gallows humor,” featuring instead encomiums to Bratt’s lengthy career at Justice. Matthew Olson, the assistant attorney general for national security, and a longtime colleague, praised Bratt as the “consummate go-to guy. He’s the prosecutor who takes on the hardest cases and is never afraid and never falters under pressure.”

 

Perhaps most notable was the presence of Smith, the special counsel, and several members of his staff, including Julie Edelstein, a young and upcoming prosecutor who served as Bratt’s deputy and, according to a knowledgeable source, is also resigning from the department.

 

Smith spoke briefly, telling the gathering of current and former officials how much he appreciated working with a prosecutor like Bratt who “didn’t shrink from making” tough decisions. It was a veiled reference to Bratt’s clashes with Trump’s lawyers during the Smith investigation and, according to the former official, drew a few soft chuckles and murmurs from the crowd.

 

There is little secret why Bratt had become a prime target for Trump loyalists. Starting as a junior lawyer in Justice’s civil division, Bratt moved to the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington D.C. and rose through the ranks to become the office’s chief national security prosecutor before moving back to Main Justice in its new national security division. In Feb. 2018, during the first Trump administration, he took over as chief of the counterintelligence section….

 

Still, in what one Justice source described as an “abundance of caution,”Smith’s office later referred the allegation to the Justice Department’s Office of Professional Responsibility or OPR, the unit that polices the conduct of Justice Department lawyers.By resigning, Bratt is no longer within OPR’s jurisdiction and has no obligation to cooperate in any future probe.…

House Report Discloses New Information On Unsolved J6 Pipe Bomber

Four years after what the FBI describes as an act of domestic terrorthe protest at the Capitol on January 6, 2021federal authorities have not yet solved the most consequential crime of that day: the presence of two explosive devices within blocks of the U.S. Capitol.

 

A report issued today by Representatives Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga) and Thomas Massie (R-Ky), chairmen of House subcommittees examining the events of January 6 and the work of the January 6 Select Committee, details how the FBI investigation into the so-called pipe bomber went cold by early 2021 despite dedicating significant resources into finding the suspect and initially identifying several “persons of interest.”

 

The FBI originally claimed an individual wearing a hoodie planted the devices near the headquarters of the Republican National Committee and outside the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee on January 5, 2021 between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The devices were not discovered until 17 hours later, coincidentally, around the same time the Joint Session of Congress convened at 1:00 p.m. on January 6 to debate the results of the 2020 presidential election. A woman doing her laundry found a pipe bomb in an alleyway near the RNC headquarters at around 12:40 p.m.; a plainclothes Capitol Police officer discovered a similar device outside the DNC headquarters at 1:05 p.m.

 

The latter situation posed an extreme danger to incoming Vice President Kamala Harris, who left the Capitol at 11:25 a.m. and inexplicably went to the DNC, where she remained until around 1:15 p.m. As I have reported, several officers including numerous Secret Service agents and a bomb-sniffing canine failed to detect the device sitting just steps away from the building’s entrance.

 

News of the devices prompted the evacuation of nearby buildings and set off the first wave of panic that afternoon. Some top law enforcement officials including former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund believe the devices were a diversionary tactic. “[While] law enforcement has not identified the suspect responsible for planting both pipe bombs, the explosive devices played a critical role in how the events of that day unfolded. Whether intended to or not, both pipe bombs acted as diversions, forcing law enforcement to draw resources away from the Capitol,” the report states. The first exterior breach of Capitol grounds occurred at 12:53 p.m.

 

But no one has been arrested despite a $500,000 reward offered by the FBI. Further, the failure to locate the J6 pipe bomber doesn’t add up considering the extensive investigative tools still being used by the FBI to track down and arrest J6 protesters, a caseload now approaching 1,600 individuals.

 

Footdragging, Stonewalling, and Non-Interest by J6 Truth Seekers

Not only did the trail go cold, either intentionally or organically, the same political leaders and government officials who promised to expose the “truth” about the events of January 6 oddly are uninterested in the pipe bomb threat and not cooperating with Republicans in their separate attempts to find the bomber. The report discloses extensive stonewalling by federal and local agencies including the FBI, the ATF, the U.S. Secret Service, and the Metropolitan (DC) Police Department related to House Republicans’ requests for documents and interviews to help better understand the failed pipe bomb investigation.

 

“[The] FBI has failed to provide any responsive documents. On December 12, 2023, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Matthew Foder briefed the Committee on the status of the FBI’s pipe bomb investigation. Deputy Assistant Director Foder’s briefing failed to satisfy even the Committee’s most basic informational needs and dealt exclusively with information already in the public domain.”

 

The former head of the Washington FBI field office, Steven D’Antuono, who led the pipe bomb investigation for nearly two years, also appears to have misled Congress by claiming some of the cell phone files obtained by the FBI were “corrupted,” which impeded their investigation. But according to today’s report, “the major cell carriers confirmed that they did not provide corrupted data to the FBI and that the FBI never notified them of any issues with accessing the cellular data.”

 

Further, despite promises to fully investigate every aspect of January 6, the January 6 Select Committee ignored what represented the biggest threat to public safety and the safety of top elected officials including Harris and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“A thorough review of almost three terabytes of data turned over by the Select Committee yielded shockingly few results regarding the pipe bombs— emphasizing how the Select Committee failed to thoroughly investigate the security and operational failures surrounding the events of January 6,” the report reveals. Rep. Bennie Thompson, chair of the now defunct committee, told Massie in 2023 that his committee did not look into the pipe bomb matter. The committee’s final 845-page report devoted less than three pages to the pipe bomb incidents and relegated it to the appendix.

 

Even after the devices were detected on Jan 6, security perimeters established around both locations insufficiently protected the public, commuters, and nearby Congressional buildings, the report confirms:

 

On January 6, 2021, the actions of federal law enforcement before, during, and after the discovery of the pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC constituted a series of egregious safety and security failures. First, federal law enforcement failed to conduct a thorough security sweep of the DNC, resulting in the delayed discovery of one of the pipe bombs. As a result of the USSS’s decision to not use critical explosive detection capabilities, the USSS failed to identify the device and allowed civilians and the Vice President-elect to pass within feet of the DNC pipe bomb. Second, after learning of the pipe bombs, federal law enforcement failed to properly secure and maintain perimeters around the pipe bombs, allowed commuter trains to transit within close proximity of the pipe bomb, and failed to prevent contamination of the crime scene. Lastly, federal law enforcement risked the safety and security of protectees during the evacuation from the Capitol. Despite repeated attempts to notify law enforcement stationed along the perimeter, numerous civilians, law enforcement officers, congressional leadership, and even trains passed by the pipe bombs, needlessly risking human life.

 

A motorcade carrying Pelosi drove past the device after it was detected but before it was detonated. “Prior to Speaker Pelosi’s motorcade driving by the DNC pipe bomb, federal law enforcement had allowed more than fifteen vehicles to drive past the DNC pipe bomb despite repeated calls over the radio for law enforcement units to stop all traffic passing by the explosive device. The breakdown in command and control around the DNC pipe bomb and the failure to correct the breaches of the security perimeter culminated in law enforcement risking the safety of congressional leadership.”

 

Plenty of Leads, No Answers

The subcommittees’ report describes a full throttle investigation into the pipe bombs early on.

In the immediate aftermath of January 6, the FBI’s case team worked aggressively to cultivate and pursue leads toward apprehending the pipe bomb suspect. As of January 2021, the FBI’s investigation consisted of over fifty investigators, including special agents, data analysts, Task Force officers, and support staff. Of those more than fifty investigators, thirty were special agents assigned to the case. The investigation also comprised of a range of investigative support teams such as the Cellular Analysis Survey Team, the Computer Analysis Response Team, and the Digital Imaging and Video Recovery Team. As a result, by April 2021, the FBI had collected over 105,000,000 data points in connection with the investigation.

In February 2021, the FBI identified 186 phone numbers of interest; 36 numbers were assigned to agents for interviews, 98 required additional investigative steps. Fifty-one were categorized as "not needing further action" because the phones "belong[ed] to law enforcement officers or persons on the exclusion list."

By using another sophisticated investigative techniquetracking advertising datathe FBI case team, according to the report, “identified one [individual] whose movements matched the suspect’s movements as outlined by the video the FBI released tracking the suspect’s whereabouts.” But the result of that “significant lead…remains unclear,” the report states.

More Unanswered Questions

How is it possible the pipe bomber remains at large given the extensive resources first expended by the FBI and at their disposal to this day? Why did the J6 Select Committee avoid looking into the threat, particularly since it posed a mortal danger to both the incoming vice president and the Speaker of the House, who created the committee? Why did Kamala Harris never discuss her near-assassination attempt on the campaign trail? Why did D’Antuono mislead Congress about the condition of cell phone data? Why has the media stopped covering the pipe bombs?

 

The good news for now is that House Republicans are not backing down. The key to permanently unraveling the entire Jan 6 narrative is tied to the mystery pipe bomber—and once that missing puzzle piece is found, the public likely will find more shocking revelations.

The third wife of The Apprentice star and President Donald Trump is set to be the focus of an eye-opening new documentary by acclaimed director Brett Ratner, with Amazon Prime Video snagging the exclusive rights for both a streaming showcase and theatrical release later this year.

 

The company dished on Sunday that filming has already kicked off for the revealing flick, which aims to offer viewers an "unprecedented behind-the-scenes look" at Melania's life, billing it as a "truly unique story." The First Lady, who recently penned her own memoir, is preparing for her husband's return to office come January 20.

 

This latest project weaves another thread between Amazon's honcho Jeff Bezos and the Trump brand; in December, Amazon pledged a staggering $1 million to Trump's inauguration festivities and announced it would also cast Trump's swearing-in ceremony across its Prime Video platform, a gesture worth another million.

 

Bezos and Trump haven't always seen eye to eye, especially when Trump took swings at Amazon during his stance at the helm of the country and lashed out at The Washington Post, part of Bezos's empire. However, lately, peace seems to have been brokered, as Amazon and other tech giants cozy up to Trump's returning administration.

 

This past December, Bezos couldn't hide his buzz about possible deregulation up ahead and shared his bright view on Trump's second go-around. In October, Bezos refused to allow the Post to endorse a presidential candidate, leading to tens of thousands of people cancelling their subscriptions and sparking protests from long-serving journalists. Over the weekend, a cartoonist resigned after an editor rejected her sketch depicting the newspaper's owner and other media executives bowing before the president-elect.

 

The film also represents Ratner's first directorial project since he faced allegations during the early days of the #MeToo movement in November 2017. Ratner, who directed the Rush Hour series, Red Dragon and ’X-Men: The Last Stand, has denied the allegations through his lawyer.

 

Argentine filmmaker Fernando Sulichin is executive producing the film, which began shooting in December. Melania has remained a mysterious figure since her husband announced his candidacy in the 2016 election. Despite serving as first lady, she sought to maintain her privacy, focusing on raising their son, Barron, and promoting her Be Best initiative for children's wellbeing.

 

Although she appeared at her husband's campaign launch event for 2024 and attended the closing night of the Republican National Convention this summer, she has largely stayed away from the campaign trail. Fortune 500 companies, burgeoning crypto firms and individual billionaires are racing to help underwrite Donald Trump’s upcoming inauguration – pledging seven-figure donations apiece to next month’s festivities as they work to ingratiate themselves with the new administration.

 

In return, big donors can attend a candlelight dinner with the president-elect and his wife, Melania, enjoy face time with members of the incoming Cabinet at a private reception, secure VIP tickets to a “Starlight Ball” and receive other exclusive benefits during three days of celebrations, according to a packet sent to contributors willing to donate or raise large sums.

 

Multiple companies and individuals have revealed plans to donate at the $1 million-level, including online retail giant Amazon, Ford Motor Company and hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin. Some have given even more: Cryptocurrency firm Ripple is contributing $5 million in its digital currency, XRP, to the inauguration, according to a company official.

 

While the actual swearing-in on the West Front of the US Capitol is a taxpayer-funded ceremony overseen by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, other splashy events surrounding a new president taking the oath of office are privately funded and afford an opportunity for those with interests before the government to build goodwill with an incoming administration. The identities of donors who contributed $200 or more will become public 90 days after the event when the nonprofit committee that fundraises for the inauguration files a report with the Federal Election Commission.

 

“Money is a way of building relationships in Washington,” said Michael Beckel, research director of Issue One, a bipartisan political reform group. “Everyone is racing to make friends. The incoming president has a lot of power and being able to get in on the ground floor through a large contribution to his inaugural committee is a way for megadonors and corporate interests to be currying favor with the administration.”

 

There are no legal limits on the size of donations that an inaugural committee can receive.

My name is Michaela Fachar. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran 1N0 All Source analyst. From October 2020-2021, I was deployed to the CENTCOM Air Operations Center at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.

 

I was an E-4 at the time, and my job was to process mission reports (MISREPS) from pilots conducting sorties within CENTCOM theatre. My job was to report on daily significant activity reports (SIGACTS) and publish graphic intel summaries (GRINTSUMS) to all air units in CENTCOM. Task forces reported a TON of UAP activity, but because we had no framework of reporting those requirements, we didn't. There is evidence of all of this on Kessel Run, the databse that we process these reports on.

 

From October 2020 to around January 2021, I worked night shift, at a time when very few people worked. As I was reporting on events, news came of blue on blue fratricide. While I was compiling the reporting, a CIA officer came out of his room and tapped me on the shoulder. He told me not to report on it. We had other blue on blue events, and we received orders to not report on those events due to the potential for "diplomatic scandals."

 

I live on Fort Bragg, NC, and I am still in the individual ready reserve (IRR). I have reached out to Jeremy, Sarah Adams, Shawn Ryan, and Shoe separately, but have no received word from you.

 

I want to testify to Rep. Tim Burchett because I am concerned about the Biden administration and our national security apparatus. They lack a fundamental understanding of the national security picture with China, and they are ramping us up for war. Two judges are considering laying contempt charges against America’s Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, as he tries to fend off attempts to seize his Palm Beach, Florida condominium. The ongoing lawfare against Giuliani, 80, comes as he faces a trial this monththat will determine if he has to relinquish his Palm Beach residence to two Georgia women who won an absurd $148 million settlement against him in 2023 following a defamation-case.

 

While the two women, former election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, have taken possession of many of Giuliani’s assets, from luxury watches to cars,Giuliani has fought collections, irritating federal judges.

 

On Friday, Giuliani will appear at the Manhattan federal court, where the two Georgia women have demanded Judge Lewis Liman find Giuliani in contempt and impose heavy sanctions. The women claim Giuliani has refused to provide any documents relating to the Palm Beach property, which they are trying to seize.

 

Judge Liman, a Democrat appointed by President-elect Donald J. Trump in 2018, ordered Giuliani to surrenderhis Manhattan penthouse last October. He has also refused to allow Giuliani to attend Trump’s inaugurationon January 20.

 

The second hearing will take place on January 10 in Washington, D.C.,where Judge Beryl Howellwill determine whether or not to hold Giuliani in contempt for allegedly making new defamatory remarks about the two Georgia women in violation of a prior agreement. According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), geolocated evidence suggests Russian advancements totaling 4,168 square kilometers, roughly equivalent to 1,609 square miles. The United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence, referring to Ukrainian estimates, reported that November was exceptionally costly in terms of Russian casualties, with 45,680 over the month—averaging roughly 1,523 daily. “The Russians have been, I think, at the expense of high casualties and exhaustion, continuing with a very high tempo of operations, which haven’t ceased,” ISW analyst George Barros said in a recent interview, adding that the country has undertaken more aggressive operations in Ukraine since 2023.

 

Russia’s recruitment efforts have been intense. Former President Dmitry Medvedev claimed in December that approximately 440,000 recruits joined the Russian military in 2024.

 

The ISW interprets this as Russia attempting to match its casualty replacements one-to-one, maintaining its military strength despite the ongoing high casualties.

I am a researcher and have researched autism HEAVILY. In kiddos born with autism testosterone in the mother's pregnancy is closely associated with the disease. But so are viral infections and taking Tylenol. Post birth kids seem to develop autism after getting vacinatined, running a fever, and then taking Tylenol (or any COX inhibitor).

 

When you are infected with certain bugs you tend to make more testosterone or at least try. My theory is that autism is INFECTION related and represents a STICKING of the immune system is a very weird state. This affects the biome and their abilities to deal with fatty acids (D6D enzyme).

 

I do think this will be solved rapidly when we start telling the truth in research science.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, President Joe Biden signed S. 4573, a bipartisan bill to reform the antiquated Electoral Count Act (ECA), into law. The bill was included in the omnibus spending package to fund the federal government this year.

 

S.4573, the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act, is designed to reform the process by which Congress counts Electoral College votes to avoid a repeat of the events of Jan. 6, 2021. The law Clarifies that the role of the vice president is purely ceremonial,

 

Raises the threshold for members of Congress to initiate objections to electoral results to one-fifth of each chamber,

 

Ensures there is one conclusive slate of electors from each state

 

And outlines a process for expedited court review of election results.

 

In September, the Senate Rules Committee additionally amended the law to

The ambiguity around the vice president’s role under the ECA fueled the pressure campaign on then-Vice President Mike Pence to reject valid electoral college votes and the ECA’s counting procedures inspired Trump supporters to pressure Republican members of Congress to object to the electoral votes of several states.
