Investment banker Catherine Austin Fitts sat down for a wide-ranging interview, in which she warned about the future of food security, digital financial surveillance via Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC), and fighting back against "the most invasive form of tyranny that's ever existed."

Sitting down with Breeauna Sagdal - Senior Policy Fellow at The Beef Initiative, Fitts paints a picture of modern society teetering between high-tech control and a rebirth of grounded living.

For starters, people need to take control of what they put into their bodies…

The Cost of Health in an Age of Wealth

Fitts recounted what we all know; just because you're rich doesn't mean you have two brain cells to rub together - noting that when she was an investment advisor, clients with $10–15 million brokerage accounts claimed they "couldn't afford" biodynamic or organic food.

"I would just be shocked," Fitts recalled. "You're financing the national security state through your brokerage account… and meantime you're eating food as… one ally said to me recently, 'Have you priced the cost of cancer lately?'".

In short, the wealthiest Americans often fail to connect financial decisions to physical well-being. "The health and wellbeing of my family is the basis of our family wealth," she said.

Originally formed in 1919, the Politburo of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union was the highest level of the Soviet government. Various dictators held power, most notably Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin, but the Politburo was the executive council, from its formation to the collapse of the Soviet Union, which led to the Politburo's disbanding in November 1991.

And now, in one of history's funny little ironies, we learned on Friday that the shadowy group of Biden administration officials who were running the country while old Joe was drooling into a pudding cup was called "the Politburo." And now we know who they are.

A small, tight-knit group in former President Joe Biden’s inner circle was running the White House like a “politburo,” and they were the “ultimate decision-makers” as Biden’s health and cognitive function continued to decline, according to the authors of a bombshell new book.

This group, dubbed the “politburo,” included a coterie of seasoned political veterans, including Mike Donilon, Steve Ricchetti and Bruce Reed — but also family members such as first lady Jill Biden and the president’s son Hunter, the authors of “Original Sin” claim.

Hunter. What a shock. The President of the United States was non compos mentis, and his ne'er-do-well druggy son was part of the cabal that was running the country. At least he wasn't the only one:

“In terms of who was running the White House, it’s a small group of people that have been around,” “Original Sin” author Alex Thompson told PBS’ “Washington Week” on Friday. “Some people within the administration called them the Politburo. That’s the term we used in the book.”

Former White House chief of staff Ron Klain was at times part of the “politburo,” as was former senior adviser to the president Annie Tomasini. Also on the “politburo” was the first lady’s former top adviser and “work husband,” Anthony Bernal, whom The Post previously reported created a toxic workplace environment.

Anthony Bernal has been accused of sexual harassment, among other things. Charming fellow, and he was the former first lady's "work husband?" Some things just don't bear too much close scrutiny, and that relationship is surely one of those things.

Here's the part I find questionable:

“And Joe Biden himself also is part of this. Joe Biden is not like — it’s not ‘Weekend at Bernie’s,’ right?” said co-author and CNN anchor Jake Tapper, referring to the movie about a dead guy who is wheeled around as part of an elaborate ruse.

“He has some purchase here. He has some agency. And he’s aware of some of what’s going on.”

Tapper added: “He’s aware of the fact that they are keeping the cabinet away from him, they are keeping some White House staffers away from him.”

Maybe he had some agency at the beginning. Maybe he had some agency when they loaded him up with whatever cocktail of pharmaceuticals they were using to make him lucid enough for a brief appearance or to deliver a brief, rambling address. But by the end, I think we all know what kind of shape Joe Biden was in.

Joining our partners, I can confirm that today FBI agents arrested Joseph Neumayer, a dual U.S. and German citizen, on allegations of planning to firebomb the United States Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel — as well as threats made against President Trump’s life on social media.

Neumayer was arrested earlier this week in Israel — when Embassy officials discovered a backpack carrying multiple explosive devices and a social media account allegedly linked to Neumayer detailing intent to attack the Embassy and threatening President Trump.

I’ve always had a very good relationship with Vladimir Putin of Russia, but something has happened to him. He has gone absolutely CRAZY! He is needlessly killing a lot of people, and I’m not just talking about soldiers. Missiles and drones are being shot into Cities in Ukraine, for no reason whatsoever. I’ve always said that he wants ALL of Ukraine, not just a piece of it, and maybe that’s proving to be right, but if he does, it will lead to the downfall of Russia! Likewise, President Zelenskyy is doing his Country no favors by talking the way he does. Everything out of his mouth causes problems, I don’t like it, and it better stop. This is a War that would never have started if I were President. Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is boasting on the front page of The Wall Street Journal that, “Ukraine will not legally recognize the occupation of Crimea. There’s nothing to talk about here.” This statement is very harmful to the Peace Negotiations with Russia in that Crimea was lost years ago under the auspices of President Barack Hussein Obama, and is not even a point of discussion. Nobody is asking Zelenskyy to recognize Crimea as Russian Territory but, if he wants Crimea, why didn’t they fight for it eleven years ago when it was handed over to Russia without a shot being fired? The area also houses, for many years before “the Obama handover,” major Russian submarine bases. It’s inflammatory statements like Zelenskyy’s that makes it so difficult to settle this War. He has nothing to boast about! The situation for Ukraine is dire — He can have Peace or, he can fight for another three years before losing the whole Country. I have nothing to do with Russia, but have much to do with wanting to save, on average, five thousand Russian and Ukrainian soldiers a week, who are dying for no reason whatsoever. The statement made by Zelenskyy today will do nothing but prolong the “killing field,” and nobody wants that! We are very close to a Deal, but the man with “no cards to play” should now, finally, GET IT DONE. I look forward to being able to help Ukraine, and Russia, get out of this Complete and Total MESS, that would have never started if I were President!

The Indiana Fever defeated the Atlanta Dream 81-76 on Thursday. The result may be forgotten within a couple of days, but a moment captured by cameras appears to be what lingers for certain people.Dream center Brittney Griner had five fouls when she re-entered the game with four minutes remaining and the Fever leading by three.

Almost immediately, she was called for her sixth foul on what one Peachtree TV announcer called a “ticky-tack” foul. Griner appeared visibly frustrated while huddling with her teammates on the floor before leaving the game. It’s worth noting that Griner was called for a foul on Fever forward Natasha Howard. (It’s also probably part of why she’s so fired up with refs these days.)

=Having fouled out, Griner went to the bench, where Peachtree TV cameras caught her frustratingly talking, though there was no audio. It appears that she is saying “fcking trash” before saying something that some people have interpreted as “fcking white girl,” presumablyabout Indiana’s Caitlin Clark, who has been at the center of ongoing narratives around her relationship with Black players in the league.

Clark, who saw her streak of games with at least one three-pointer (stretching back to her time at Iowa) end, finished the game with 11 points and six assists. She was also involved in an incident during the first quarter in which she and Dream guard Rhyne Howard bumped into one another and traded barbs. Clark could be seen telling Howard, “I’m not scared of you” afterward.

The clip of Griner speaking on the bench, which lacked the abovementioned context, spread on social media and went viral via several conservative-leaning media outlets and personalities, such as Riley Gaines.

“Brittney Griner appeared to call Caitlin Clark “trash” and a “f***ing white girl” after fouling out last night,” wrote Gaines on X. “Just a reminder: this is who we traded for the Russian Merchant of Death,” referring to Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, who was part of prisoner swap with Russia that allowed the United States to get Griner home following her detainment and arrest over traces of hash oil.

Jemele Hill caught wind of Gaines’ post on Saturday and couldn’t let it slide.

“I get that your whole personality is caught up in stuff like this,so you don’t care about spreading misinformation,” wrote Hill. “1) the foul call made on her had nothing to do with Caitlin Clark. It was because she fouled Natasha Howard. 2) She clearly says “trash” and “f*cking WACK CALL” But carry on with your grifting ass.”

Netanyahu is prepared for a temporary ceasefire to bring back hostages
