Many people believe the most significant issues facing the Western World are emotional in nature (e.g., anxiety is often termed the disease of the modern age). In turn, a common observation is how often the emotional patterns individuals carry end up controlling their lives (frequently causing them to make terrible decisions) and continually making it a miserable life to live.

 

I believe all of this arises from a few key things:

Marketing Economies

 

To get individuals to buy something, typically one of two things needs to be done (assuming you don’t, for example, mandate a dangerous and ineffective product no one wants to receive):

 

•A good case needs to be made for the product is necessary to the buyer and can provide a value greater than its purchase cost.

 

•The product is sold based on emotional appeal rather than its intrinsic value.

 

Since the 1970s [this date was my best guess but may be incorrect], our economy has gradually transitioned from selling products based on their merits to selling based on an emotional appeal. This is because most of the population has a stronger response to this type of advertising (the broad implications of which will be discussed in an upcoming article) and because you can sell an unlimited number of things for emotional reasons. In contrast, the utility of many products can quickly evaporate after a sufficient number of purchases, thereby making it very challenging to sustain sales indefinitely if a product is marketed solely on its merits.

 

Almost all emotional marketing follows a straightforward formula:

 

  1. Make the watcher feel bad (e.g., envious, insecure, or self-loathing).

 

  1. Present the product as the solution to those negative feelings.

Convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein asked Prince Andrew to arrange a dinner with the attractive daughter of the former Australian prime minister, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

 

In an email dated February 16, 2011 – part of The Epstein Files currently being reviewed by the US Congress – Epstein wrote to Andrew saying: 'Would you ask Katherine Keating if she would like to come for dinner with Woody Allen next week in New York?' to which the prince replied: 'Will do.'

 

Two days later, on the eve of Andrew's 51st birthday, Epstein wrote: 'What will you do tomorrow? Sorry I cannot be there as you get older.'

 

Andrew responded: 'Having a very quiet day. But a dinner party in the evening. On the Keating case.'

 

Socialite Ms Keating, who was 29 at the time, is the daughter of Paul Keating, the Australian PM from 1991 to 1996 who was dubbed 'The Lizard of Oz' in 1992 when he placed his arm around Queen Elizabeth.

 

Ms Keating confirmed Andrew 'fixed' her 2011 dinner with Epstein.

 

Addressing her links to Epstein for the first time she told the MoS: 'I did attend a February dinner at Andrew's invitation – a large social event.'

 

The brunette was famously photographed waving goodbye to Andrew two months earlier when he stayed at Epstein's New York mansion and the financier hosted another dinner.

It is not known how Ms Keating came into Andrew's orbit.

 

Some reports have suggested she was friends with Andrew's friend and Epstein's 'madam' Ghislaine Maxwell, currently serving 20 years for sex trafficking.

A popular influencer and YouTube creator known as “Mr. Crafty Pants” was busted for allegedly possessing and trading disturbing sexual images of children on social media, according to reports.

Michael David Booth — who has nearly 600,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel featuring arts and crafts tutorials with smart cutting machines — was arrested Wednesday in Kentucky after repeatedly sharing the sickening images on the social media messaging app Kik, Wave News reported.

The twisted online personality allegedly possessed six explicit photos — three showing children under the age of 12 and the others depicting teens — which he shared more than 15 times with other users between Aug. 4 and Aug. 7, according to an arrest report obtained by the outlet.

Police said they launched their probe into the depraved 39-year-old in August after the social app flagged his account, which was traced to an IP address linked to Booth’s Norton Commons home.

Booth was charged with possession and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, according to the local station, which cited sources as alerting them to his online persona.

The accused predator — who last posted a video to his YouTube channel four months ago and his Facebook on Tuesday — was arraigned on Thursday, with bond reportedly set at $150,000.

Officials said one person with a gun was placed in custody after the shooting took place during a Homecoming Weekend event at Lincoln University in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Covid response killed more children than covid, UK Covid Inquiry hears

Earlier this month, Professor Steve Turner, a consultant paediatrician, gave evidence at the UK Covid Inquiry. He testified that paediatricians learnt very early on that covid did not make children sick, the virus “bounced off” even the most severely sick children.

 

“Children who had kidney transplants, whose immune system was suppressed – we were really worried about them. But the virus bounced off them. So, we knew very, very quickly that this virus, for whatever reason, was not doing harm for the vast majority of children in whom we thought it would,” he said.
