The Trump administration is working toward cutting illegal migrants off from federal tax benefits and money transfer services, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Friday.

“At [President Trump’s] direction, we are working to cut off federal benefits to illegal aliens and preserve them for U.S. citizens,” Bessent wrote on X.

As part of the effort, the Treasury Department will propose new regulations “clarifying that the refunded portions of certain individual income tax benefits are no longer available to illegal and other non-qualified aliens, covering the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Additional Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Saver’s Match Credit,” according to the the Trump administration official.

The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) ostensibly prohibits illegal immigrants from obtaining most taxpayer-funded benefits.

However, in a February executive order barring illegal immigrants from access to federally funded benefits, Trump argued that in the decades since PRWORA’s passage, “numerous administrations have acted to undermine the principles and limitations directed by the Congress.”

Treasury aims to classify federal tax benefits as “federal public benefits” within the meaning of PRWORA in its proposed rule.

The department noted last week that the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel “recently issued an opinion adopting this interpretation.”

Treasury’s final regulations are expected to apply beginning in tax year 2026.

It is really heart breaking seeing what my country has turned into. The riots, looting, and arson that went down during the fake covid pandemic was part of their financial attack to destroy all the small businesses that the cabal did not control in over 50 major cities. That coupled with the lockdowns, has destroyed just about all non cabal businesses in America. Work from home was designed to hide all the foreigners that they replaced you with. I saw it first hand when I went on one of my last interviews at American Express in NYC, which was designed to waste what little money that I had left, and to mock me. As I waited for the elevator before everyone went home, I noticed that there was probably at least 8 to 10 different languages being spoken. Americans have been reduced down to minimum wage jobs and door dashers, if you can find even that work. Most people quit door dash once their vehicle is trashed because new vehicles are very expensive now a days. America took a beat down, and the cabal and their minions control human resources, job sites, and the entire recruiting process. I want retribution!!!

Robin Olds was born Robert Oldys, Jr., at Luke Field Hospital, Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii. He was the first son of Captain Robert Oldys, Air Service, United States Army, and Eloise Wichman Nott Oldys. In 1931, the family name was legally changed from Oldys to Olds. Robin Olds entered the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, on 1 July 1940. During the summer months, he received primary, basic and advanced pilot training. With training at West Point accelerated because of wartime needs, Cadet Olds and his class graduated one year early, 1 June 1943. Olds was commissioned a Second Lieutenant, Air Corps, United States Army, (number 589 of 620 on the Air Corps list of second lieutenants), and was assigned to fighter training in the Lockheed P-38 Lightning at Williams Field, Arizona. You missed the point. Individual validation is a nice feel good.Electionvalidation is a whole other matter. All individuals would have to conduct an audit and in some way, count all the votes. How the individual voted matters. How the system counted and/or manipulated all other ballots also matters. And this skirts on the problem of the vote not being secret. Whatever scheme is used to "protect" the ballot, there is someone out there who will hack it.

 

This "solution" dates back quite a while now. It is as invalid then as it is now. Someone once pointed out that when a system is implemented, it is now static. Hackers will find a way to get into it because of that. I don't remember the person's name but protecting systems security involved LIVE monitoring. A non-static system would be a nightmare to validate. Conundrum.

 

This is not a new idea. Technology is not the cure for everything. Voting needs to be done with paper ballots, human counted with witnesses, and very strict paths after that.

 

And can we get over the MSM demanding an answer before the last vote is even cast? This isn't a ball game. We don't need to handle time outs, etc for the sake of network commercials.

 

Complete the vote in ONE day, yes. A well organized, hand counted system isn't going to take that long but the results won't be MSM instantaneous. Declare the national election a holiday, get people engaged and only use any type of mail in ballot for very, very special cases.

 

Remember back in the day the disabled were used to usher in electronic voting- and they did not want any paper but got forced to produce some of that. Then voter ID somehow became "racist." What next?

 

Can one completely eliminate cheating in an election? Probably not. But the scale of possible election fraud with electronic voting-any kind of electronic voting- is off the charts. As we have recently witnessed.

In the well-composed telephoto snapshot, taken on November 23, the church walls are partly reflecting light from terrestrial flood lights. Of course, the Moon is reflecting light from the Sun. At any given time the Sun illuminates fully half of the Moon's surface, also known as the lunar dayside, but on that night only a sliver of its sunlit surface was visible. About three days after New Moon, the Moon was in a waxing crescent phase. The single exposure was captured shortly after sunset in skies near Danta di Cadore, northern Italy, planet Earth.

Carlson went on to suggest that German officials were attacking Putin and Russia to distract the public from domestic economic and migration issues.

Cross of Saint Peter

 

The Cross of Saint Peter,[1] also known as the Petrine Cross,[2] is an inverted Latin cross traditionally used as a Christian symbol, associated with the martyrdom of Saint Peter. The symbol originates from the Catholic tradition that when sentenced to death, Peter requested that his cross be upside down.

 

The origin of the symbol comes from the tradition that Saint Peter was crucified upside down.[3] This narrative first appears in the Martyrdom of Peter, a text found in, but possibly predating, the Acts of Peter, an apocryphal work which was originally composed during the second half of the 2nd century.[4] In the Acts of Peter, the author writes that Peter's request to be crucified upside-down was to make a point: That the values of those crucifying him were upside down, and that we need to look beyond the inverted values of this world and adopt the values of Jesus if we wish to enter the Kingdom of heaven.[5]

 

Sometime in the middle of the 3rd century, Origen of Alexandria popularized the tradition that Peter requested to be crucified upside-down.[6] At the end of the 4th century, Jerome wrote in his De Viris Illustribus ("On Illustrious Men") that the reason for this request was that Peter felt he was unworthy to die in the same manner as Jesus.[7][8]

 

The 19th-century French mystic Eugène Vintras (1807-1875), founder of the Work of Mercy movement, led a mystical Christian sect sometimes referred to as neo-Catholic.[9] His teachings emphasized Marian visions, apocalyptic prophecy, and Eucharistic miracles, positioning his movement within a heterodox Christian framework. According to scholar Ruben van Luijk, Vintras incorporated the Petrine Cross into his vestments, particularly on his stole, as part of his movement's esoteric Christian symbolism.[9] He was accused of heresy by the Catholic Church and the movement was formally condemned by Pope Gregory XVI in 1851.[9] Joris-Karl Huysmans' novel Là-bas (1891), which describes a Black Mass where participants wear vestments with inverted crosses, fictionalized Vintras' use of the inverted cross in an anti-Christian context.[10]

 

Use in heraldry

The Cross of Saint Peter appears in ecclesiastical heraldry as a reference to the apostle’s martyrdom. According to Saints, Signs, and Symbols by Hilarie and James Cornwell, Saint Peter's coat of arms features an inverted cross with crossed keys, symbolizing both his crucifixion upside down and his role as the keeper of the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 16:19). This composition is prominently used in heraldic designs associated with Saint Peter and the Papacy, particularly in the arms of the Holy See and Vatican City, where it represents papal authority and apostolic succession.[11]
