I returned from Barbados last night. The Prime Minister of St. Lucia and his cabinet have asked the National

Insurance Corporation of St. Lucia to advance $10 million as a second mortgage on a project that we are doing

which is being funded by the Bank of Nova Scotia. Sir Charles Williams (my partner in the Eastern Caribbean)

and I addressed a meeting of the finance committee of the insurance company to explain to them the nature of

the investment and how they might get repaid. Every time I deal in a foreign country, I feel somewhat like Alice

stepping through the looking glass, however, my local partners were very encouraged that this would be done in

the next 60 to 90 days.

It is rumored that our Memorandum of Understanding with the country of St. Kitts has been signed, but we have

not yet received a copy of the signed document. It is still unclear if the country of St. Kitts will finance this

development or if they are looking to others for financing. They immediately owe us $250,000 and another

$250,000 at a later stage.

On a more important matter, our loan with Caribbean Financial Services Corporation has not yet been closed.

This $5 million loan is secured by $40 million of assets and I still believe it will be closed in the next 30 days,

however, hope is a good breakfast, but a poor dinner and it's about lunch time and I am getting somewhat

concerned.

In the distressed properties business in the U.S., we are talking with Jeffrey Citran who recently closed a $1

billion hedge fund named Square Mile. We are in the preliminary stages of talking with him about financing

Bright's Creek, the 5,000 acre distressed development in North Carolina. We are also working with Thomas

Mukamal in Andrew Farkas' office to see how we might work together to acquire and develop Chub Cay.

Colonial Bank, located in Birmingham. Alabama. has assets of $26.4 million and capital of $1.5 billion. The

bank lost $175 million in the first quarter of 2009. On June 3. 2009, the bank named a new Chairman and

CEO. On June 9, 2009, the bank agreed to the issuance of an Order to Cease and Desist with the FDIC and

the Alabama State Banking Department. The bank is currently working to increase capital levels and reduce the

level of criticized assets.

Landmark has been in discussions with a group that owns approximately 1,000 acres of undeveloped entitled

residential property in the Sugarloaf Mountain community in the greater Orlando, Florida area. The group also

has a 49% minority joint venture participation in a company that has developed the first phase of the

community. Their partner in this is Landmar, a division of Crescent Resources, which is currently in bankruptcy.

Crescent Resources is purported to have invested over $30 million in equity in the project for the development of

the infrastructure and a golf course. The land group, which owns the 1.000 acres, has a $12 million loan with

Colonial Bank which has personal guarantees from the group. The loan is currently in default as no payments

have been made since March 2009.

Jeffrey, I know you hate real estate, but I believe that if someone could buy the $12 million note at a substantial

discount, they could obtain the 49% interest in the joint venture in return for releasing the personal guarantees on

the bank note and be in excellent position to negotiate complete ownership with Crescent Resources in

bankruptcy. We are told that Crescent has an on-going obligation to fund capital needs and they would walk

away from their $31 million investment if they could be relieved of that commitment. For your information, I

really dislike Orlando, however, this property is in the pattern of growth, is on the highest point on the peninsula

of Florida. and because the elevation is covered with Oak and other hardwoods. amazingly, it has great beauty

Marcus, 33, of Oreland, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged by indictment with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, six counts of illegal monetary transactions, and one count of money laundering – illegal concealment, arising from his alleged role as a money mule for a group of Nigerian-based scammers, in which he received, concealed, and laundered millions of dollars in fraud proceeds.

 

The indictment alleges that, from approximately July 2023 to December 2025, while employed as a Logistics Specialist with the Department of Defense, the defendant was in direct and regular contact with a group of Nigeria-based fraudsters, who operated under the aliases “Rachel Jude” and “Ned McMurray,” among others. These fraudsters engaged in a variety of wire fraud schemes that targeted victims based in the United States, including romance fraud, cyber fraud, tax fraud, financing fraud, and business email compromise schemes, to which victims lost millions of dollars.

 

The fraudsters employed a network of money mules in the United States to help launder the fraud proceeds, and instructed victims to transfer funds to financial accounts opened and operated by various money mules, including those controlled by Marcus.

 

The indictment alleges that, under the direction of fraudsters, the defendant and other money mules conducted a series of rapid financial transactions to convert fraud victim funds deposited into their accounts into cryptocurrency and to move those funds into foreign accounts. Marcus personally deposited and transferred millions of dollars of fraudulently obtained money into and through his personal and business accounts, while fully aware that “Rachel Jude” and “Ned McMurray” were scammers who carried out sophisticated fraud schemes. Marcus also affirmatively misled and lied to his financial institutions and law enforcement officers about the laundered funds, to include sending fraudulent invoices to make the transactions appear legitimate.

 

In fact, the indictment alleges that the defendant continued to work as a money mule for the fraudsters after being informed by FBI agents that the money passing through his accounts had been stolen from other people and that his monetary transfers were consistent with money laundering.

 

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 100 years’ imprisonment, three years’ supervised release, and a $2 million fine.

US DOJ deleted Epstein email to protect Biden – Tara Reade

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) attempted to shield former President Joe Biden by deleting an email referencing him from the Epstein files, former US Senate staffer and RT contributor Tara Reade has said. (I seriously doubt that, but the DOJ is doing funky things)

 

Reade worked as a Senate aide for Biden in the early 1990s and has accused him of sexual assault. In 2023, she moved to Moscow, citing safety concerns, and was granted Russian citizenship two years later.

 

Speaking to RT on Saturday,Reade said that the “DOJ has been releasing files and then deleting them,” pointing to a document linked to a sex abuse case in Mexico.

 

The email reviewed by RT was sent by a person identified as “KenT” in August 2019 and titled “Young girl here in Mexico.” The author cited an alleged victim who said she had been trafficked by Ghislaine Maxwell, a close associate of disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. “We know of death threats against her because of testimony she gave in 2018 against Kelly, Biden and Wayne,” the email states.

 

Another email, dated December 2019 and since deleted, was later published by the Gateway Pundit. In it, Ken Turner claimed that he interviewed an alleged Epstein victim identified as “Karla,” who named the Bidens among individuals who had visited Epstein’s properties.

The New York Police Department Special Victims Bureau have gathered enough new information to pressure the FBI to open an investigation which can only be described as a plot coming straight from a “House of Cards” episode.

While New York Attorney Preet Bharara was investigating Anthony Weiner sexting a 17-year old nude pictures, Bharara uncovered emails which opened an investigation into the Clinton Foundation as well as reopening a joint FBI investigation on the Hillary Clinton private server investigation.

Attorney Bharara sent a warrant for Weiner’s devices in early October which uncovered a folder within his laptop labeled “Life insurance,” Bharara explained in a press statement sent to multiple media outlets.

A few things are clear; the FBI reopened Clinton’s private email server investigation after the NYPD uncovered new evidence pertaining to Clinton, placing hundreds of thousands of emails under federal protection and jurisdiction.

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said anonymously that “if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails that are now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.”

XM Radio host Alex Marlow suggests on his radio program that NYPD detectives who are in possession of these copies might not want their identity known for security reasons.

If one document is found to have classified State Department material within Weiner’s “life insurance” folder, someone who does not have clearance for classified material, is evidence of gross negligence and breaks multiple federal laws.

Executive Order 13526 and Title 18 U.S. Code § 793 paragraph (f) both explain how sharing classified documents outside of secure means is unlawful and anyone convicted can face ten years in prison.

Section 1236.22 of the 2009 Federal Records Act states, “agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell has said that, “Hillary Clinton’s system was designed to defy Freedom of Information Act requests, which is designed to defy the law.”

On October 30th Bret Baier, a political anchor for Fox News, tweeted out, “two sources say Weiner is cooperating w/ FBI- & co-owned laptop. Also NY FBI had info for a few weeks – pressure was building.”

Baier stated on Nov. 3, “we’ve learned that her server had been hacked and a 99% accuracy that it had been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and they believe things have been taken from that.”

Chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security Michael McCaul said also on Nov. 3, “Hillary has had seven SAP (Special Access Programs) on these devices. Those are the most classified, sensitive, and secretive material in the federal government. Many of them contain covert operation. James Comey confirmed to Congress that foreign governments had access to Clinton’s server. In my opinion, frankly, it’s treason.”

In my opinion the only way Hillary escapes an indictment suggestion from the FBI is either through a pardon by Obama or Trump losing the election.

Either way, history will be made on Nov. 8 – the first presidential candidate ever to have their charity organization be under a criminal FBI investigation during a presidential election.

Allison Gill is an ally of the Lawfare network and recently sat down for an interview with NSA whistleblower attorney Andrew Bakaj; the same attorney used by former CIA whistleblower Eric Ciaramella.

This interview appears to be taking place after Bakaj revised his statements to The Guardian forcing them to rewrite the central claim of the leak he provided.The Guardian rewrote their article removing the key claim within the intelligence interceptthat a foreign intelligence person was incontact with a person close to President Donald Trump.

 

The revision now states:

[…] “The Guardian reported earlier on Saturday thatthe phone conversation was between a person associated with foreign intelligence and a person close to Trump, based on Bakaj’s recollection of the complaint, which he confirmed over multiple calls.However, after publication, Bakaj said he misspoke.

He clarified his understanding of the complaint in a statement: “The NSA picked up a phone call between two members of foreign intelligenceinvolving someoneclose to the Trump White House,” he said. “The NSA does not monitor individuals without a reason.” {citation}

This is not a small “revision,” it is essentially a rewriteof the central component to the whistleblower complaint. As it is now clarified two foreign people were intercepted talking about a person who knows Donald Trump.This could be any two foreign people gossipingor talking about anyone who is in the orbit of Donald Trump. That explains why intelligence analysts reviewed the NSA intercept,disregarded it and said it is hearsay likely just ‘gossip”according to New York Times reporting.

However, that said, Andrew Bakaj then appears on a podcast with Allison Gill during their effort to put traction to the claims,and Bakaj repeats the false statement. See video at 7:45:

…”So, in the spring of last year there was intelligence that was gathered by an agency that captured, um,activity that was being conducted by someone close to the President.”…

The complaint alleges two foreign individuals were intercepted talking to each other about a person who Bakaj defines as close to the president, on the subject of Iran.

It could simply be two Germans or Israelis talking about Iran and wondering what Devin Nunes thinks about it.

The entire predicate claim is silly. Foreign officials and foreign intelligence officials talk to each other all the time about Trump and or his people.

This complaint is a fabrication, and the fact that the NSA Whistleblower included the TSSCI material in the complaint, literally outlining who was intercepted talking, is the reason why the complaint could not be shared or circulated without careful guidance by the DNI.

The whistleblower did this on purpose. If the whistleblower wanted to share his complaint with more people, he could have just avoided including the TSSCI aspect.

PHILADELPHIA – United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that Samuel D. Marcus, 33, of Oreland, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged by indictment with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, six counts of illegal monetary transactions, and one count of money laundering – illegal concealment, arising from his alleged role as a money mule for a group of Nigerian-based scammers, in which he received, concealed, and laundered millions of dollars in fraud proceeds.

 

The indictment alleges that, from approximately July 2023 to December 2025, while employed as a Logistics Specialist with the Department of Defense, the defendant was in direct and regular contact with a group of Nigeria-based fraudsters, who operated under the aliases “Rachel Jude” and “Ned McMurray,” among others. These fraudsters engaged in a variety of wire fraud schemes that targeted victims based in the United States, including romance fraud, cyber fraud, tax fraud, financing fraud, and business email compromise schemes, to which victims lost millions of dollars.

 

The fraudsters employed a network of money mules in the United States to help launder the fraud proceeds, and instructed victims to transfer funds to financial accounts opened and operated by various money mules, including those controlled by Marcus.

 

The indictment alleges that, under the direction of fraudsters, the defendant and other money mules conducted a series of rapid financial transactions to convert fraud victim funds deposited into their accounts into cryptocurrency and to move those funds into foreign accounts. Marcus personally deposited and transferred millions of dollars of fraudulently obtained money into and through his personal and business accounts, while fully aware that “Rachel Jude” and “Ned McMurray” were scammers who carried out sophisticated fraud schemes. Marcus also affirmatively misled and lied to his financial institutions and law enforcement officers about the laundered funds, to include sending fraudulent invoices to make the transactions appear legitimate.

 

In fact, the indictment alleges that the defendant continued to work as a money mule for the fraudsters after being informed by FBI agents that the money passing through his accounts had been stolen from other people and that his monetary transfers were consistent with money laundering.

 

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 100 years’ imprisonment, three years’ supervised release, and a $2 million fine.

 

The case was investigated by FBI Philadelphia’s Fort Washington Resident Agency, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Samuel S. Dalke.

 

The charges and allegations contained in the indictment are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
