Natalie Harp was born in 1991,[3] and raised in the neighborhood of Carmel Valley, San Diego, California.[4] She and her older brother were homeschooled by their mother Jill Harp.[5][6] Her brother has said they were taught American exceptionalism at home.[5] She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2012, and from Liberty University in 2015 with an MBA.[7] She is a devout evangelical Christian.[8]

 

Her father, Robert Harp, was a real estate broker who founded GlobalHotelNetwork, a consultancy for travel companies, in 2000.[9] Robert earned a Master of Theology Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and worked as an administrator and adjunct professor at Biola University's Crowell School of Business. In 2019, he joined theLausanne Movement.[10][11] Hedied by suicide in July 2020.

 

The Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization, more commonly known as the Lausanne Movement, is a global movement that mobilizes Christian leaders to collaborate for world evangelization. The movement's fourfold vision is to see "the gospel for every person, disciple-making churches for every people and place, Christ-like leaders for every church and sector, and kingdom impact in every sphere of society".[1]

 

Born out of the 1974 International Congress on World Evangelization (ICOWE) in Lausanne, Switzerland,the Lausanne Movement began with the vision of Billy Grahamto multiply mission efforts by bringing Christian leaders and influencers together for the task of evangelism.[2] John Stott was one of the founding members and the first to chair the Theology Working Group, who worked to produce the Lausanne Covenant, the movement's statement of theology and practice for world evangelization.[3] Later documents produced over the subsequent two congresses include The Manila Manifesto (Lausanne II, 1989), which exists as an "elaboration" of the Covenant, and The Cape Town Commitment (Lausanne III, 2010), which is a confession of faith and a call to the global church for action.

 

Since 1974, the Lausanne Movement has become a platform for the convening of evangelical leaders, and has hosted a number of global congresses, gatherings, and catalytic networks that have impacted the scope of world missions and facilitated the expansion of Christianity in modern times. This has been achieved by connecting leaders across regions, issues, and generations to collaboratively and prayerfully work towards the advancement of the gospel.

A bombshell report indicating President DonaldTrump was soliciting opinions on whether to sack his longest-serving chief of staff led to a full-blown “freakout”after Trump’s “human printer” showed him paper copies of the news items.

 

Politico’s “Playbook” newsletter revealed the angry eruption took place in the White House on Thursday in the wake of their initial report that Trump had been calling around to a roster of informal outside advisers about bringing an end to Wiles’ tenure and floating several names for a successor to the veteran Florida political operative, who is the first woman to serve in the chief of staff position.

 

Trump’s anger had been stoked by Natalie Harp, the longtime aide and near-constant companion who often brings him paper copies of news stories and helps with his Truth Social posts. One source said he “blew up” after seeing the newsletter’s reporting and began placing even more phone calls about potential replacements for Wiles.

 

He has reportedly discussed elevating Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller or bringing in New York Yankees executive Randy Levine to run things as his top aide.

 

He’s also considering tapping his longtime friend turned roving peace negotiator, Steve Witkoff, as well as federal housing boss Bill Pulte, and in recent days more names have entered the conversation: EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton.

At the same time, a source said Wiles and those in her camp have “burn[ed] up phones around town” in an effort to shore up support from the president by enlisting his friends to say good things about her.

 

Another person close to Trump said the West Wing is “in a state of panic” over the possibility that Wiles could be on the outs with the man in the Oval Office.

 

“Susie is looking over her shoulder, trying to solicit people to go out and say good things about her and her team and make it seem like everything is fine. It’s not,” they said.

 

Trump has denied losing confidence in Wiles, and White House spokesperson Danielle Alvarez derided Politico as “fake news” in a statement to the outlet.

 

But the alleged panic inside the White House has insiders suggesting that Trump is reverting to patterns of behavior that dominated his first term, when his administration was plagued with constant infighting as warring camps of aides jockeyed for position.

 

The president has moved to undermine Wiles in recent days, including by hiring now-embattled press secretary Katie Zacharia without consulting his top aide.

Jack Smith Case Handed to Trump-Appointed Judge After Mass Recusal

 

A Trump-appointed federal judge has been assigned to oversee Senator Marsha Blackburn’s lawsuit against former special counsel Jack Smith after every active district judge in Middle Tennessee recused from the case.

U.S. District Judge Douglas R. Cole, whom President Donald Trump nominated to the federal bench in 2019, was assigned the case by Sixth Circuit Chief Judge Raymond M. Kethledge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, who was designated to preside after all four active district judges in the Middle District of Tennessee withdrew from the litigation, according to an order issued Wednesday.

 

President George W. Bush appointed Kethledge to the appeals court.

"All District Judges of the Middle District of Tennessee have recused in this matter," the new order said. "Chief Judge Raymond M. Kethledge of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has designated United States District Judge Douglas R. Cole to preside over the case. Accordingly, the case is hereby reassigned to Judge Cole."

Cole’s assignment resolves an unusual procedural question that had hung over the lawsuit since October 5, when Chief U.S. District Judge William L. Campbell Jr. announced that the entire active district bench had stepped aside. The court has not publicly explained the recusals.

 

The Justice Department declined to comment on the reassignment, citing the pending litigation.

 

Why Every Middle Tennessee Judge Recused

Blackburn filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on September 30. The first recusal came two days later, when U.S. District Judge Aleta A. Trauger entered an order withdrawing from the case and returning it to the clerk for reassignment.

Then, on October 5, Campbell issued a broader order saying all district judges in the Middle District of Tennessee had recused. The order said the Sixth Circuit would designate a district judge from outside the district and would reassign the case once it did. The order gave no explanation for why the judges stepped aside.

 

The district has four active district judges: Campbell and Eli J. Richardson, both appointed by Trump; Trauger, appointed by President Bill Clinton; and Waverly D. Crenshaw Jr., appointed by President Barack Obama, according to Newsweek’s previous reporting. So, the withdrawal of the entire active bench crossed partisan lines in terms of the presidents who selected the judges.

Federal law does not require every recusal to stem from the same type of conflict. Under 28 U.S.C. § 455, judges must disqualify themselves when their impartiality "might reasonably be questioned," while the statute separately lists circumstances including personal bias, prior involvement in a matter, certain financial interests and specified relationships to people involved in a case.

Nothing in the October 5 order identifies which, if any, of those provisions prompted the Middle Tennessee judges to step aside.

Margaret Harker, an attorney representing Blackburn through the New Civil Liberties Alliance, previously told Newsweek that the group had been notified of the recusals but had no additional information about their basis.

A fast-moving wildfire in Southern California quickly consumed hundreds of acres and burned multiple homes after sparking in Orange County Friday, county officials said.

 

The Norte Fire began around noon near a neighborhood in the San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano areas and by Friday evening had grown to 570 acres acres with zero percent containment, the Orange County Fire Authority said. It’s one of several fires that have broken out since Thursday amid fierce Santa Ana winds affecting Southern California.

 

“We still have crews in place with evacuations remaining throughout the night,” Deputy Incident Commander Battalion Chief Mike Yeun said in a video on X.

 

Topography and weather conditions allowed the fire to grow rapidly, Orange County Division 3 Fire Chief Mark Backoff said in a video posted to social media Friday afternoon.

 

Six homes have been destroyed or damaged by the fire, and two firefighters suffered “significant” injuries but are stable in area hospitals, fire officials said.

 

Evacuation orders were issued for multiple areas in San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano, encompassing roughly 4,600 homes and 16,000 people, Orange County Fire Authority Chief TJ McGovern said. Officials asked residents to be patient as they evaluate when it will be safe to return home.

 

Officials said progress had been made against the fire by the evening but warned conditions remained volatile.

There arefive notable wildfires burning across Southern CaliforniaFriday as the region continues to see a dangerous mix of 90-degree temperatures and dry, windy conditions.

 

Hundreds of firefighters are actively battling the Norte, Bryson, Henderson, Scales and Peak fires across Southern California. The Norte and Bryson fires are especially concerning, as they continue to threaten hundreds of homes.

 

The Norte Fire has damaged or destroyed at least six homes near the border of San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente as of Friday evening. The fire also injured two firefighters, one of which was hospitalized with heat exhaustion, fire officials said Friday.

"Getting my nervous system under control" is a huge part of the mess I'm in. I'm a former alcoholic. Panick attacks from Q-mandated missions cause me to drink again on occasion and my former drinking days messed up my feet pretty bad, but still able to walk. These recent drinking bouts have made it really hard to be on my feet more than 15 minutes. And I have an ultimatum to either paint houses or go to prison. US President Donald Trump claimed on Friday thathe did not order restrictions on Ukraine’s military access to Starlink satellite services, adding that he did not believe SpaceX CEO Elon Musk had done so either.

 

Ukrainian state and military officials earlier this week accused SpaceX of abruptly restricting access to Starlink satellite communications services and Starshield, its military-grade version, which Kiev relies on for frontline drone operations. Musk responded that Starshield is owned and controlled by the US government.The billionaire stressed that Starlink should be used only for civilian and defensive purposes, arguing that employing its systems for offensive operations would be “inappropriate for a commercial company.”

 

The development followed US President Donald Trump stepping up pressure on Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries, which he blames for surging global energy prices. Trump has also repeatedly urged the Ukrainian leader to hold a long-overdue presidential election.

 

At the same time, Washington lifted sanctions on Russian diesel exports following talks with the Kremlin, prompting criticism from Zelensky. On Friday, the US President stated that he waived penalties aimed to target Moscow’s economy and countries purchasing Russian energy, which had been signed into law just a month ago.

 

“Well, I don’t know if it was anybody because it wasn’t me, and I don’t think it was Elon,” Trump said when asked who had been behind the alleged suspension of the Starlink systems. “And from what I understand, it’s the same as it’s always been.”

 

Reuters reported on Thursday, citing officials briefed on the matter, that people “inside the White House” had instructed the Pentagon to impose speed restrictions on Starshield terminals. The report did not name the people who allegedly issued the directive, while a senior US official told Bloomberg at the time that Trump had not personally ordered restrictions on Ukraine’s use of Starshield.

 

On Friday, The Telegraph cited four sources familiar with the discussions as saying that Musk had approached Trump with the proposal to introduce speed limits on the system. One of the sources told the newspaper that Trump “agreed” with the suggestion, paving the way for the Pentagon to execute the slowdown.

 

The reports came as Washington continued to ramp up pressure on Kiev to accelerate efforts to reach a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine. Earlier this week, Zelensky claimed that the US had threatened to stop sharing intelligence with Kiev if it continued to ignore Trump’s demands to halt strikes on Russian energy infrastructure.

 

Ukrainian officials have also complained about receiving no advance warning from the Americans before Russian missile strikes. The White House has not confirmed the claims.

 

Media reports emerged earlier this month that the US had also threatened to halt the procurement system that provides Ukraine with weapons to press authorities in Kiev to stop attacks on Russian energy infrastructure.

 

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier this week that Russia was unaware either of the Starlink slowdown for the Ukrainians or that intelligence sharing had been cut off. Peskov noted that“overall, of course, it would be better if such amazing technology… was not used for military purposes at all.” Moscow has persistently condemned Western military aid to Ukraine, arguing that it only serves to prolong the conflict without changing the outcome.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has warned citizens to exercise cautionwhen traveling abroad “amid a worldwide hunt for Russians.”

 

The statement follows the detention of Russian military blogger Mikhail Zvinchuk in Montenegro, a NATO member state in the Balkans, on October 9.

 

After nine hours in custody, Zvinchuk, founder of the Rybar Telegram channel, his wife and three associates were expelled from the country on the grounds of what Montenegro’s leading daily, Vijesti, described as “criminal, operational and intelligence processing.”

 

“We are compelled to once again remind people of the need to remain vigilant when traveling abroad, even if there is the slightest suspicion of any kind of claims by US law enforcement agencies, amid a worldwide hunt for Russians,” Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Friday.

 

Montenegro, where the blogger was detained, is not on Russia’s list of unfriendly states, Zakharova said, adding that similar situations were unfolding in countries not considered unfriendly to Russia.

 

The arrest was described as targeting alleged “hybrid activity” by the Rybar network, but no specific evidence supporting the accusation has been presented.

 

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the details of the arrest but warned Russian citizens that visiting Europe is “currently dangerous.”

 

The Rybar channel, which has around 1.3 million subscribers, had previously also faced US and British accusations of spreading Russian propaganda and conducting information operations abroad. The US State Department had even issued a $10 million bounty in 2024 for any information about the individuals behind the channel.

 

Russians who have been targeted include basketball player Daniil Kasatkin, a point guard playing for the national team, who was arrested at Paris airport in June 2025 at the behest of the US, which accused him of being a member of a ransomware gang. He denied the allegations and was released in January 2026 as part of a Russia-France prisoner exchange.

Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said last month that the Kremlin was grateful for the invitation but had yet to decide whether Putin would attend.He added that Russia would “actively participate in the work of the G20.”

 

The invitation drew criticism from EU officials and a bipartisan group of US senators. “It’s clearly, I think, the wrong path to normalize people who are starting wars,”said Kaja Kallas, the EU’s top diplomat.

 

Trump has defended his engagement with Moscowas part of his efforts to end the Ukraine conflict.

 

Following a phone call with Putin earlier this month, Trump lifted sanctions on Russian diesel exports in an effort to curb rising energy prices ahead of the US midterm elections. The move drew further criticism from Ukraine and its European backers, with Ukrainian leader Zelensky saying he felt betrayed. Trump responded by suggesting that Ukraine should get “a new president” and describing Zelensky as “not a good guy for us to deal with.”

 

Trump has revived direct negotiations with Russia, which were largely suspended under his predecessor, Joe Biden, following the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022. His efforts to mediate a peace deal between Moscow and Kiev have caused friction with Ukraine and Washington’s European allies.

 

US presidential envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have visited Moscow together three times since December 2025, while Witkoff has made eight trips to the Russian capital since Trump returned to office.

Moscow blasts UN for ignoring torture of Russian POWs

Ukraine operates a network of secret prisons where inmates are being subject to “inhumane treatment,” the Kremlin’s envoy has said

The UN should resist pressure from Kiev’s Western backers and finally address the issue of widespread abuse of captured Russian servicemen in Ukrainian secret prisons, Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has said.

 

During a conversation with the chairman of the UN Committee Against Torture Claude Heller on Thursday, Miroshnik said thatMoscow is aware of a whole network of such detention facilities, operating in Ukraine’s Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, and Sumy Regions as well as in the country’s capital, Kiev.

 

The Russian servicemen are “going through hell” in so-called “transit prisons,” which are set up at deployment points of Ukrainian military units and nationalist battalions, he said.

 

“The thugs, who hide their faces behind masks… and address each other only by their call signs, subject the captured Russian troops to inhuman abuse. Waterboarding, electrocuting, baiting with dogs and amputations performed without anesthesia are just a few examples of the techniques systematically employed by the Ukrainian tormentors,” the envoy, who is charged with documenting Kiev’s war crimes, stressed.

 

According to Miroshnik, captured troops are usually sent to those facilities in the early stages of their imprisonment, where they are held in cages, pits, and stone dungeons.

 

The Kiev government does not allow ombudsmen and human rights activists into those “torture chambers,” but the Russian authorities have gathered hundreds of accounts of survivors detailing what has been happening there, he said.

 

“This information had been passed on to the UN Secretariat on more than one occasion,”but no action followed, Miroshnik added.

 

By ignoring the existence of the secret prisons and systematic torture of Russian troops, the global body “encourages the spread of such criminal practices and disregard for the relevant UN Convention,”he added.

 

“Many experts are aware of this disgraceful phenomenon, yet there is a lack of political will to overcome the pressure from the foreign accomplices to the conflict, who shield the Kiev regime from accountability and prevent a thorough investigation of its conduct,” the envoy said.

 

While turning a blind eye to the torture of Russian troops, the UN published several reports accusing Russia of mistreating Ukrainian prisoners, based on accounts by POWs returned by Moscow to Kiev. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has labeled those accusations of abuse “disinformation.”

 

Last month, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the UN Secretariat was unable to properly perform its duties as most key positions are occupied by representatives of NATO countries.

 

The current team, led by [UN General-Secretary] AntonioGuterres, who is a Portuguese national, “promotes biased approaches and double standards, effectively serving the interests of a group of Western nations,” Lavrov insisted during a press conference on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.

Russian wrestler Alina Shevchenko has struck gold at the Under-23 World Wrestling Championships in Las Vegas, defeating a Belarusian rival in the women’s 68kg final.

 

Her triumph comes as European countries continue to shut top Russian athletes out of major international competitions despite clearance from sporting authorities.

 

Shevchenko defeated Belarusian wrestler Kseniya Tsiarenia in the women’s 68kg final on Friday. Japan’s Rai Hoshino and Italy’s Laura Godino took bronze. The championships, which began on October 12, run until Sunday.

 

The victory follows a decision in May by United World Wrestling (UWW) to lift all restrictions on Russian and Belarusian wrestlers, allowing them to compete internationally across all age categories under their national flags and anthems.

 

The move marked a major reversal of restrictions imposed after the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022, when Russian and Belarusian athletes were barred from numerous international events or forced to compete under neutral status.

 

Russian competitors continue to face obstacles elsewhere, particularly in Europe, where several countries have denied entry to athletes despite their clearance by international sporting bodies.

 

Most recently, the Netherlands refused visas to three leading Russian gymnasts – Angelina Melnikova, Viktoria Listunova, and Anna Kalmykova – for the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, scheduled for October 17-25. The tournament is part of the qualification process for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

 

“There are clear attempts by certain countries to influence the outcome of competitions by deliberately excluding the strongest,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Thursday.

 

The Russian Gymnastics Federation condemned the Dutch decision as “direct discrimination,” saying the visa refusals violated the principle of equal conditions for Olympic qualification. Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev announced plans to seek the removal of Rotterdam’s Olympic qualifying status.

 

The Dutch refusal is the latest in a string of incidents. Croatia attempted to block nine Russian gymnasts from this summer’s European Championships, Russian junior canoe slalom teams missed the World Championships in Poland, and Russian archers were unable to compete at a World Cup event in Spain because of visa problems.

 

The restrictions persist despite World Gymnastics restoring Russian participation under national flags and anthems in May and the International Olympic Committee provisionally reinstating the Russian Olympic Committee in July.

 

Several European governments oppose the return, with Brussels reportedly considering visa restrictions and funding cuts for sporting bodies that readmit Russian athletes. Moscow has challenged continuing bans at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, including World Athletics’ refusal to readmit Russian competitors until the Ukraine conflict is settled.

 

Despite years of restrictions, Russian athletes have continued to claim international titles. Russian competitors won eight gold medals at the 2026 Winter Paralympics, while junior figure skaters swept all four disciplines at a Grand Prix event in China in August after a four-year absence. Moscow has argued that excluding some of the world’s strongest athletes undermines international sport and the credibility of its competitions.

Numerous jets are emanating from the small solar system world's active surface near its closest approach to the Sun. The larger lobe is around 4 kilometers in diameter, joined to a smaller, 2.5 kilometer diameter lobe by a narrow neck. President Donald J. Trump this week crippled Ukraine’s access to Starshield and signed an executive order annulling the Lindsay O. Graham Russian Sanctions Act after receiving incontrovertible proof that Volodymyr Zelenskyy still harbors pedophiles and child traffickers, Real Raw News can reveal.

 

Starshield is a military-grade, low-Earth-orbit satellite network SpaceX developed for the U.S. Department of War, the intelligence community, and allied governments. Until this week, Ukraine had used Starshield to detect and defeat incoming Russian ballistic missiles and drones. On October 13, Russian drones and missiles entered Ukrainian airspace undetected and allegedly struck power plants and civilian infrastructure. Two days later, Zelenskyy accused Trump of betraying Ukraine, saying the US government had throttled Starshield ahead of bombardment. According to our Russian FSB source, agent Andrei Zhakarov, the US degraded Ukraine’s Starshield access and waived sanctions after Russian President Vladimir Putin supplied Trump with substantive evidence showing (A) that Ukraine’s army was still invading border towns and kidnapping Russian children and that (B) Zelenskyy’s military sadistically demolished Ukraine’s power plants and refineries as part of a false-flag operation to scapegoat Putin.

The New York Times claimed that Zacharia had been “fired,” but Zacharia confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that she had not been.

 

Zacharia previously came under fire after a very shaky performance at her first and only press briefing on Tuesday, during which she appeared quite nervous and consistently failed to make eye contact with reporters.

 

The news only grew worse when America learned that Zacharia had been passing herself off as an attorney and lawyer despite never having passed the bar exam, which is required to practice law in this country.

 

Now, Axios reports that Trump did not have Zacharia as his first choice for the role. Instead, he wanted to hire former Fox News host Maria Bartiromo but was turned down.

 

As TGP readers know, Bartiromo parted ways with Fox News after leaking internal texts to the White House showing that the network told staff to stop amplifying so-called ‘election conspiracies’ from Trump.

Before hiring Zacharia, Trump wanted to hire former Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, two administration sources said, but she signaled she was not going to take the job.

 

“She’s no longer on air, but she’s still on the Fox payroll & the taxpayers can’t compete with that,” said one source.

 

Axios noted that conservative CNN commentator Scott Jennings was in contention for the jobbefore Trump ultimately offered it to Zacharia.

 

Other details revealed by the outlet include the fact that Trump was “blindsided” when he learned that Zacharia was not an attorney, as he had stated on Truth Social when announcing her hire.

 

Zacharia’s hiring was also a Trump decision alone, one furthered along with the strong input of his personal assistant, Natalie Harp.

 

Don’t expect a new hire anytime soon. Trump told Fox News’s Peter Doocy on Friday that he is in “no rush” to name a replacement for the press secretary.

An American flag was still flying on top of Patriots Hill in Orange County after a massive fired torched the hillside in San Juan Capistrano.

 

A massive vegetation fire erupted in South Orange County, California, on Friday afternoon amid gusty Santa Ana winds.

 

The blaze, dubbed the Norte Fire, has exploded to more than 570 acres in San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.

 

Several homes in San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano are engulfed in flames.

 

More than 500 firefighters are currently battling the Norte Fire, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.

 

At the time of this publication, the Norte Fire is 14% contained.
