i don't think there's anything wrong with a small bun. used to be a sign of good discernment on the part of bakers. but now that we have the captcha and longer breads, buns are often pretty long (even though i've noticed some bakers include lots of repeats in notables..)

not to mention, what does this have to do with fast baking? you realize the 24 second bake i was referring to was just the process of creating the new thread right? posting the first 4 posts +dough in a timely manner prevents breaddshitters and allows you to include more posts in the notables from previous bread because you don't have to bake at say 650 but can wait til 700. i've only baked once with the captcha so i haven't experimented it yet, but anyway.. thanks for your input. have to keep baking.

i agree anon, i think that other anon was conflating BAKING speed with RESEARCH speed and i wasn't paying too much attention to their long text posts bc i was baking but

speed when baking is essential because you have a lot of information to sift through
