Foxfire, I think it might have been related to multiple windows.

I usually bake in a dedicated (separare) browser. But Foxfire seems to work best and I used it for browsing and baking.

I think I'll try going back to dedicated Baking Browser and troll shills with a different browser.

That was exactly it. My theory is that if you have a tab open with a captcha it can interfere with other windows. Solution seems to be using a diff browser to bake, or closing windows when there is a conflict.

I could NOT get the catalog to start a new thread. I finally decided to go to the index and post a new thread from there (worked like a charm). This may be a better known issue but wasn't for me.

(This worked and will be how I do all new bakes)
