Anyone have any thoughts on how this will affect the markets? A clean up may make it even stronger, after the bounce from the scandal I suppose.

Three must normally be demonstration of a crime to get a warrant, but the 702 circumvents that to some degree, does it not?

They already see and hear everything we(and they) do and it goes to Utah, or Maybe over to Hawaii, or something, right? That data can be queried if there is evidence of a crime… So in the end, if you think about it, every email, every cell call, every everything done electronically except certain stuff the govt has is available for query and back building a story…
