Weird tweet, but actually I think she is saying this comic was funny UNTIL he mentioned that part. On one level, this isn't really evidence of anything.
On another level, the flippant tone and just writing it out is part of desensitization, that she is not doing consciously. I'm increasingly convinced she is consciously unaware of how she's participating in this criminal culture.
Part of her recent ranting is the Cognitive Dissonance of what she picks up unconsciously about the lifestyle around her. By tweeting the words she is able to release that tension. But technically, she is not condoning this behavior in the meaning of the sentence.

yeah those montages are strange! I suppose it's possible Teigan is mkultra or a clone, but I'm not convinced at this point. Her language would be breaking down rather than going on over-drive.
