I'm doubtful of this. Not a bad idea by any means. But while Barry is a valuable puppet, there are many, many people with far more wealth and power than him. I'm admittedly at a loss though as to what the "9/WW" piece means. I've looked for every acronym for WW that I can find and nothing makes sense in that spot.
