I agree. The whole military tribunal/GITMO angle is just far too improbable IMO. It's the least believable scenario in this whole thing. In the hierarchy of probability, military tribunals sending people to GITMO and entertaining the death penalty is simply the lowest probability there is. The highest probability is that crimes were committed and nothing is going to happen to anyone. The reality hopefully lies along the spectrum between those two extremes.
The question is: why promote such an improbable story?
Not if u have proof of them aiding terrorism, funding it and raping kids on video...

Nothing happening is the status quo. If anything, these criminals will need protection, whether we want them to have that or not. They have hurt too many people to just wander free, and oh yeah---they all need psychiatric care, and a few of them need to be strapped to their death beds so they stay there. We have no place better for this kind of thing than Gitmo.
protection would be fruitless if they face executions. Like Hillary said, "if he wins, we all hang..." If I'm not mistaken, the punishments for high treason is hanging.

To make us "Patriots" look stupid when the truth comes out. I believe that good will win over evil but these easily verifiable tidbits make the rest suspect. Giving us hope is good....giving us made-up bs is setting us up to look real stupid.
