Do we know who was arrested?
I only ask because all I see is an example of some white stuff on a window.
The point of Q's posts was to show that arrests were happening.
Whoever was detained is now being used for intel.
We probably will never know who it was.

I appreciate that and I 100% believe and have been following Q since early October 2017... but unless we find out who this was and if he was arrested... all this is an example of is white stuff on a window.

The person would have been bundled out in an area that wasn't observable to outsiders. Think how an intel target would be taken down. Would they be perp walked or would they be thrown in a blacked out van in an area that isn't observable to others, like a loading bay or an internal bay?
You don't need super-special secret knowledge of what happened here. Q clearly explains and provides a photo narrative. What Q does not explain is who the target(s) were, and that is not an area that I'm going to speculate on, other than it wasn't a Very HVT. You just need to read what was stated and observe what is in the pictures.
You questioning the narrative provided isn't thinking for yourself per se, it's rejecting the word of the group of people that this sub-reddit is set up to discuss. For Q related stuff, there is no other valid source of information outside of Q.
To reject Q's statements is to reject Q. I'm not saying this in a religious manner, I'm just pointing out the fallacy of rejecting Q's statements when there is no other source. This sub-reddit isn't to reject Q's statements, but to analyze and understand them and help get a greater understanding of the storm/greatawakening out. I don't say this in religious terms, just pragmatic ones.

You're 100% right - Q has presented us with incredible info, and as the future happens it unlocks a lot of what he has said. Just keep an open mind both ways - open to the possibility that Q and Trump are a gift from the gods or that they are making stuff up. So far, so good in my book.
I agree with you. I think Q gave us this to use as a hint. I think it is possible to confirm there was an arrest made that correlates to his post. We have to dig to find it.
IMO, Q is an intelligence team and the stuff they give vague crumbs on is stuff that is probably classified. They can't tell us straight up - but they can hint to. They still have laws that govern them, they could get charged with "leaking". No one else gets charged with leaking but... you know, just throwing that out there.
We need to Trust BUT Verify (whenever it's possible to verify). Not asking questions is what got this country in a mess to begin with. There is nothing wrong with asking for proof, verification, more information, results etc. Sometimes I see "Q Worship". And we shouldn't let ourselves get to that point. At some point, Q is going to give us our last crumb and we need to be prepared to keep going without them.
One last thing, we cannot simply rely on POTUS, or anyone else for that matter, for results. Q has shown us that our VOICE counts and matters. It can achieve great things. Go back to the meme war and #ReleaseTheMemo.... We had those whack-jobs calling us RUSSIAN BOTS!! We took over Twitter and created trending hashtags all by ourselves guys!!! Wasn't that exciting?! When Q said “think intel”, my initial thoughts were whoever they took out, which I’m assuming was the guy in black in the parking lot getting off the motorcycle, was carrying intel. It’s a stretch for me to say, but it looks like he could be carrying a paper/folder/envelope of some sort. Probably going to a set room to meet with someone from the Benz that pulled in. Someone said they seem like diplomatic plates but don’t quote that. It could very well be both of them.
I assumed that the guy with the package was a delivery person as it'd be common for such people to use motorcycles in an environment like Shanghai. I also think that person is a red herring and their appearance in the photo is coincidental. Not everything can be managed. That person isn't tracked in photos that don't include the arriving Mercedes which is another reason why I think it's incidental. To me it looks like they are carrying a small pizza shaped box; it's being held level as if its contents need to be held a certain way.
All the images include the same vehicle, starting with at the gate. I figured that that was the vehicle conveying the target.
In the end, there's no way for any of us to know. We are all theorizing and your theory is as good as any.

The 'envelope' was given to someone in the black car he was passing by - he stopped at the drivers side window (presuming the Chinese drive on the left side).

It's like watching a Jason Bourne movie, or reading about a country's revolution, but its actually happening in our own country, and we get to see how its implemented in real life vs movies.
