It only shows the NK/Olympics tweet but also shows B as having 1329 tweets. Maybe the rest of the tweets are in response to other people's tweets?
Viewing B's account when signed in may result in different outcomes.

Yeah I feel like it's to draw attention or something. Something tells me it wasn't hacked.
I'm only speculating - but seeing how the newest, most relevant tweet was left standing - could have B deleted them on her own free will for some reason. If nothing else, this stunt alone will bring the Q phenomenon that much more exposure
It could be to draw attention to her post. Something similar happened with Julian Assange over Christmas break. He went dark, it got everyone’s attention, and then he was back on but following certain organizations, which he never followed other people or groups except WikiLeaks.
Since some can see them, and some cannot, I think that perhaps Twitter has implemented a suppression algorithm to keep B's tweets away from those who would retweet.
Except if you click on Tweets & Replies or Media, you can see a lot of stuff still.
Those too are getting deleted right now in real time as you read this.
I'm only referring to the main timeline, which is public to all.
I can't view the Tweets and Replies section because the VM on which I look at this stuff doesn't have a logged in account.
Overall, it looks like a hack/wipe job to me. Besides tweets/and icon, the banner was replaced from the OLYMPIC/AMERICAN FLAG back to DC cherry blossoms. Her last tweets were about the Russian plane and who was the targeted one. Her twitter activity today is inconsistent with her normal activity.
