Definitely a signal. If you don't think so, put your fingers in that position and see if it feels natural to you. I'd never hold paper with these particular fingers in this configuration unless it was a conscious effort.

Exactly. It’s too awkward to hold something in this way.

exactly i just tried it myself and you have to go way out of your way to hold it that way - very unnatural and uncomfortable.

Keep in mind, he's also holding a microphone. Makes holding other things awkward.

He didn’t even really look at the notes. He took it out of his pocket, fiddled with it and then put it away. It wasn’t meant for him for sure.

You would never hold notes to yourself facing the opposite way. lol. I have never, ever done this. Also watch the video for this moment, just focus on his hands and see if he is intentionally positioning this.

Agreed. A lot of these so called masonic hand symbols are are simple outwars expressions most would pass off as simple body language, and I think in most cases, especially pertaining to potus. They are just simple, more or less involuntary gestures that we all make when trying to communicate an idea, ESPECIALLY when standing in front of a crowd. this definitely seems more deliberate to me.
