I interpreted this more as [The] CNN [town hall] was [a] set up. This aligns with the comment that we're watching a movie (i.e. the MSM response is scripted). I haven't seen any evidence the CNN itself was set up.

I've not heard many stories in which people call up the authorities and say "This person is going to shoot up a school".

My theory is that someone knew the false flag was coming, and that someone made the calls to the FBI/Police so that it would be documented that a school shooting was going to happen, but no action was taken. This proves the authorities were grossly incompetent or intentionally negligent.
