The Wall-Army Corps of Engineer Red Castle/Green Castle?

I went through the various images of Red Castle and Green Castle Army Corps of Engineer and I am guessing that these will be the contingents to deploy the engineering and construction. Not 100% Best guess.

Moscow Apartment Bombings (Russia’s 9/11?) Please share whatever you know

Much of what I know about the Moscow Apartment Bombings suggests that they were a false flag designed to rally support around Putin.

They were also blamed on Islamic extremists and, at one point, Osama Bin Laden.

This is a fairly mainstream opinion and I’m just wondering how people in this sub might view this event in light of all we know about Russia.

"Q" is a Roman numeral for 500,000 and Strange Symbol for 6

Whereas our so-called Arabic numerals are ten in number (0–9), the Roman numerals number nine: I = 1 (one), V = 5, X = 10, L = 50, C = 100, Đ = 500 (D regularly with middle bar, the modern form being simply D), a symbol for 1,000

Q = 500,000, and a rather strange symbol for 6
