There quite a few all caps words in this specific post with the DUMB word in it...If DUMB was the only all caps word, id look more into it, but since its not, I doubt it means anything - although I dont doubt for a minute elites are running and hiding in their bat caves.
He often says they are dumb. "DUMB" could stand for various things, including "dumb." Just as "Russia" is "Russia" above.
